Xyln is nervous about taking his shirt off, so Azure decides to help him unwind a bit. This one was written for Bluedude ! Hope you guys enjoy it.

"Man, I wish I could do that."

Azure, who had been stretching and yawning after taking his shirt off, turned to look at the blue tiger at his back, puzzled.

"What is that?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Be sleepy? That could be arranged, y'know?"

As every single time the blue skunk teased him, Xyln reacted with an indeterminate sound that fell between a scoff and a soft chuckle.

"That's not what I'm talking about and you know it," the tiger replied, sitting in the couch. "I mean, just taking my shirt off whenever I want."

"What, you don't do that already?"

"Have you ever seen me shirtless?"

Azure frowned, trying to remember. The thing was he had no idea whether that had happened or not, but now that the tiger mentioned it, it was true that their clothes had stayed on during most of their past encounters. Including that time he'd made the tiger believe he was a skunk for a while.

"Hmm, you're right," he agreed, after a while. "Yeah, I guess you don't do that. Is there a reason why?"

Xyln shrugged.

"I don't know! It just feels weird to take my clothes off. Like, I feel self-conscious even if I know there's nothing to feel embarrassed of?" He shook his head. "It's been going on for as long as I can remember, but I really don't know why it happens. I just wish I could do as you guys and not think too much about it."

The use of "not" and "think" in the same sentence gave Azure an idea that brought a sly smirk to his face. The cunning skunk tried to hide it as much as he could, but when he turned to the tiger, the faintest trace of a smile he tried to disguise as kind still remained on his expression.

"Well, maybe that's exactly what you should do. Not think too much about it. After all, these things tend to be easier if you just relax and let go."

The blue tiger nodded. The movement was imperceptibly slower than usual at first, but for someone with Azure's eye for hypnosis, the change was perfectly noticeable. Good, he thought. So that's still working.

"Yeaaaah, I guess you're right," the tiger agreed, stretching his back and letting his arms rest comfortably on the couch. "It's just a bit difficult sometimes, I don't know. Easier said than done."

"Heh, I can imagine." The skunk placed himself behind Xyln, moving his hands up to the feline's shoulders and squeezing them gently. "But you shouldn't worry too much about it. You can't _ _if you're worried, after all. Just let it flow naturally and things will fall into place at some point."

"Worrying is easy, though," the tiger pointed out. He blinked and it took his eyes a bit longer than usual to open. The hands on his shoulders felt wonderful and he leaned onto them, a purr caught in his throat.

"That's where you're wrong, kitty." Azure explained, his hands massaging Xyln's shoulders gently. "Worrying is difficult. Worrying means you have to find something to worry about and then think about it constantly. On the other hand, it's easy to relax and let go. Relax_means you don't need to think about it. _Let go means not thinking about it is good. There's no effort involved in relax or let go, you see, and that's why it's way, way easier than worrying."

"Mhmm. That makes... sense, somehow."

"Of course it does, kitty. So why don't you go ahead and try to _let go and relax_for me?"

By then, the blue tiger was already aware that something was going on, but it felt too good to complain. Each iteration of the word felt like a gentle pat on his head, like his body was getting warmer and softer every second. It felt different than other trances the tiger had experienced, because in spite of plunging him hard into a deep sleep, it seemed to push him gently towards a mental space that felt much like a basket full of blankets.

He knew Azure was repeating the trigger - which he had no recollection of having - in order to put him into that state, but it felt so good that he was eagerly awaiting for the next repetition.

"See, it's much better like this," the skunk said, one of his hands moving to the tiger's head and petting it gently, which caused the big feline to purr very softly. "No worries means no thoughts. No thoughts means you get to relax.Relax means you are free to let go. And when you let go, you just feel so much better. Isn't that right?"

Xyln nodded again. His chin felt heavy and his head struggled to rise from the movement, but it managed to do it, eventually.

"Come on, you're going to stand up for me now." Azure said. A quicker pat on the tiger's head made him slightly more alert while keeping him in the same comfortable space. "And as you do, you're going to find that while you're standing up, it's just as easy for you to relax and let go. That's right. Gooooood kitty."

Xyln felt his cheeks flush red as he stood up in front of Azure. The skunk walked slowly around the couch and then around Xyln, one of his hands sliding down the tiger's shirt and caressing his stomach gently. The feline shivered involuntarily, but didn't complain. The stroke actually felt really good.

"How do you feel about me taking your shirt off now, kitty?" Azure whispered into the tiger's ear.

Xyln thought about it. There had been doubts earlier, but they all had gotten lost in the warm basket of blankets at some point. The idea of exposing his blue fur in front of the skunk didn't make him nervous in the slightest - in fact, if it helped him relax even further and get some more strokes, it'd feel really good.

"I think... I'd like that," he murmured. His own voice sounded distant and dreamy.

"Much better. Now, let go and relax as I do that."

The skunk gently removed Xyln's shirt, who felt his head pressing against the skunk's bare chest as his body relaxed even further. His legs felt slightly weaker, but they'd keep him standing if that was what Azure wanted him to do. Just in case, one of the skunk's arms wrapped around his torso keeping him nice and steady.

"You like the touch of my fur against yours, don't you, kitty?" the skunk asked. "It helps you relax and let go."

Xyln nodded. His eyes were beginning to glass over. Everything felt warm and fuzzy, especially the part of him that was pressing against the big skunk.

Another part of him kept on growing smaller and smaller as the trigger repeatedly hit his mind, but it was deliciously aware of what the skunk was doing to him, and it was manifesting itself in the form of a telling erection between the tiger's legs.

Not that he was too worried about it, though. Worry was harder than relax, anyway.

"Yes, I can see that too, kitty. Do you want me to remove your jeans, too?"

This time, the blue tiger hesitated for a bit. Yes - he wanted that - but the self-conscious side of him was still willing to get in the middle of what he wanted to do. It felt like a distant, tiny voice now, but he could still hear it.

As if Azure was witnessing the tiger's inner fight against himself, he got closer to Xyln's ear and nibbled on it gently.

"Hush, kitty," he whispered then. "Just_relaaax_..."

That last word, together with the skunk's mouth slowly but tenderly nibbling on the tiger's ears and easing every single worry and tension left in that body, seemed to take that annoying voice once and for all. Xyln let out a soft moan as he leaned more limply on the skunk's body, every single muscle doing just what the skunk had been commanding them to do for a few minutes now.

"Now, do you think we can do that? Do you want me to?"

The tiger nodded slowly. His jaw was nicely slackened now and if his head had been turned slightly further to his right, a heavy tongue would have lolled out.

Instead, the skunk proceeded to undo Xyln's pants and let them drop to the floor. His big hand searched for the tiger's erection, groping it gently. Azure stopped the nibbling then, chuckling softly, and the tiger let out another moan, this time closing his eyes for a few more seconds than necessary.

Yes. This was where he wanted to be and what he wanted to do. Azure had been right. It was just so much easier to just relax.

"Hehe, good kitty," the skunk praised him, his other hand grabbing the tiger's chin gently and helping him lift his head up. "Now, why don't we move to my bedroom and I help you let go and relax like a good friend, hmmm?"
