Nathan and Shane seem to be getting along as brothers now.
So one night Shane and Nate went out just to hang out. Shane being Shane, wanted to go out to a gaming event place just to play some mini games and such there. Meanwhile Nate wanted just to eat out as it's surprising that so much food could be put away. In the end, the two have bonded a lot and did form a bond like brothers.
