A growl rises up from behind the rabbit, and he looks up, whimpering as he sees the reflective eyes of the tiger looming over him. "You know," Tobias says, his voice rumbling in a guttural growl, "You made me miss my lunch, pretty boy. And you're lookin' mighty tasty. Think you could help fulfill my pleasures."

"Now, now, let's not bite off more than you can chew, friend," Jack says. "After all, this morsel here is not on the menu. Forgive my friend, he likes to exaggerate." Jack says this, placing a hand on the back of the chair. He shrugs and says. "We just wanted to ask you a few questions, is all. I mean, we didn't ask you to run away from us, or beat us up, or jump from rooftop to rooftop. You see, when you do something like that, then you start to make yourself look suspicious. And when you go and drop these important papers here..."

Tobias tosses the file down onto the rabbit's lap.

"...then we start to worry that you actually, honestly, have something to hide."

The rabbit gulps. "L... look," he says. "I don't want to get in trouble here. I just... I'm just doing what I'm told. That's part of my job. That's all it is."

"I'm not asking you to rat out any of your colleagues, well, except for the rat. Tell us all about Uma. After all, we're just her friends. We want to make sure she's alright and that she's not under some kind of hypnosis or coercion or blackmail or-"

"Or just plain being stupid," Tobias says, his large paw gripping on the rabbit's shoulder. "I don't know what all those papers mean, but do you think Komodo would like it if I send it all in an email out to all my friends? I know a lot of people, you know. Influential people. Probably enough to give her a headache."

"L... leave me alone. Please. I don't know what you want to know from me. I just work with Mouse, I swear."

"Where is she working right now?" Jack says, tapping him on the cheek. "That's all we really want to know. What's the matter? Is your mistress gonna punish you if you tell us?"

"I'll lose my job!" he protests.

Jack stumbles back, clutching his heart. He does a double take over towards Tobias. "Oh, fuck me, man, he's gonna lose his job!?"

"Oh, now it's real serious." Tobias says. "Didn't know his whole job was on the line.

"Sir, I am terribly sorry. From someone who appreciates what you do as a living, trust me, I do," Jack winks and mimes a phone, mouthing 'call me' before continuing, "I just want to let you know that my friends and I are afraid your boss may not be on the up and up, and maybe, juuust maybe, if the worst that could happen is you get fired, then, that isn't so bad."

"I wouldn't give a fuck if I found out my boss was into this kind of thing." Tobias says. "I'd be happy to jump ship when I could."

Jack takes a deep hiss and picks up the folder from the bunny boy. "Well, I don't know if you could at this juncture. I mean, this is some pretty heavy stuff, after all, but you would know that, right? You fought us when we tried to ask you what you were doing."

The rabbit stares at the folder, wide-eyed. "I... I thought it was just more security reports. I fought back because I was being chased!"

"Wow, if you're handling stuff this hot and you don't know what it is, that's when you're the fall guy. Komodo set you up. Now, then. You can tell me where Komodo is and Tobias and I will help a cutie like you get out of this situation (and maybe into the sack), and we can let bygones be bygones."

The rabbit shifts a bit in his seat, glancing between both of them. "You mean... you mean you aren't going to ... going to cut me open and make me bleed and-"

"I wouldn't dream of it," Jack says. "My friend, however, that's the kind of sick stuff he gets off to."

Tobias snorts at that. Was it a chuckle or a gruff annoyed sound?

"Fortunately, you're dealing with me, not him, and I don't get off to violence, I get off to wonderfully helpful gals and guys who have beautiful eyes, a winning smile, and are willing to help me help a friend. Or, you know, you can just walk out the door right now. I'd hate to see you go, but I'd love to watch you leave. I just, you know, want to help Uma first. You like her, right? You give her the lucky rabbit's dick from time to time, right?"

"N... no, I don't. She and my sister, uh I mean..."

"Now we gotta get your sister in on this?" Jack says. "Look, man, the more the merrier but I'm a man of principles. You want me to help her out, too? Sure thing, but let's try to keep that separate, shall we? You tell me where they are, and both beautiful bunnies get to hop along home. How's that sound?"

The rabbit's whiskers twitch, his ears shake, and his whole body shivers.

The woman sits in the car, wearing sunglasses and an outfit that wraps around her whole body. When the cell phone rings, she picks it up immediately. "Yes?"

"Yeah, Arya, we got the location. Looks like Komodo's actually a big deal outside of her pleasure society gig. The operations have moved to her estate on the coast. Should be a few hours by train to get there.

"I'll meet you at the station," she says, shifting into gear and driving off.
