#1 of Armello Vore

River had been waiting for this moment for a long time; a chance to finally get her revenge on the rabbit who put a bounty on her. But when the vixen bandit Scarlet delivers her, she suggests a slightly more... unusual way of getting even with Amber.

First in a vague series of fanfiction stories I wrote set in the world of Armello, written in 2019.

Allies' Pact

River leaned against the tree, patiently waiting as the cool night air blew against her brown and white fur. She tugged the fur-collared cloak tighter around herself and looked around. Glowfire Forest certainly hadn't lived up to its name; the grove was so dark she would have been completely blind if it weren't for her keen senses. The wolf was no stranger to the night. In fact, she often worked better after sunset. The dark allowed her the chance to creep up on her foes and unleash a hail of arrows before they even knew she was there.

The rustling from the sack next to her reminded the wolf of her most recent catch: the infamous, and particularly elusive, Zosha 'the Whirlwind' of the Rat clan. River found that the rodent hadn't been quite so skillful once a single arrow left her unarmed. Once disarmed, all the wolf had to do was hunt her down and shove her into a burlap sack, where she remained ever since.

The sack rolled over, and the bulge of the rodent's rear rose as she prepared to crawl away in a wormlike motion. River responded with a no-nonsense strike from the curve of her longbow. The rat let out a squeak, and as River struck the bulge of her head, the sack went limp again, returning to a bundled up heap on the ground. "I don't know how she had so much trouble with you," River chuckled to herself.

Zosha squeaked in the unintelligible gibberish of her homeland, causing the wolf to raise her bow as she prepared to strike the sack again. River paused, her sensitive ears perking up and swiveling at a rustling from the nearby bushes. Her eyes shot to a gap between the trees, with a quick motion she nocked an arrow against her bow and trained it on the gap. "Who goes there?" she demanded. "Show yourself."

"Come now, River. That's no way to speak to a lady." The voice returned. Slowly the two figures stepped out of the shadows. The first was a white rabbit dressed in a brown and yellow tunic, and a matching yellow gag tied around her mouth. The second was a tall orange-furred vixen who held a sword to her throat. The Vixen grinned broadly, holding the sword closer still. "After all, you were the one who requested an audience with the Far Seeker, aren't you?"

The rabbit let out a grunt of exasperation. "Hush hush, Far Seeker. The predators are talking." The fox whispered as she blew her a mocking kiss.

"Scarlet... I see you were successful in your hunt." River breathed out, lowering her weapon. Her glare remained as her eyes locked onto the bunny, who tensed up under her piercing blue eyes.

"I have a way with nobles, dealt with more than enough to know how to capture them. Amber here is no exception," Scarlet responded with a chuckle, shoving the rabbit towards her. River caught Amber in her arms, feeling how she struggled in her grip. As their eyes met, the rabbit could tell this wouldn't end well for her. Scarlet slipped her sword into her sheath and sauntered over to the burlap sack, her wide, bushy tail swinging from side to side as she inspected it. "Ha, burlap sack kidnapping. You're a girl after my own heart." The fox chuckled as she poked the bag with her foot. "Little vermin gave me the slip more than once though. Did you make sure you're not just lugging around a sack of rocks?"

"No, she's in there. I had to tie her up though, she's quite the escapist. No weapon, just like you asked." River replied, never once taking her gaze off the fidgety rabbit in her arms. Amber tried to escape again, but that only made the wolf's hold tighter. "Hello Amber," she growled, grabbing one of the rabbit's ears and twisting it to force her to look into her eyes. "Remember me?"

"Oof, at least give me a head start if you're going to maul her." Scarlet winced at the acid dripping from the wolf's every word. The vixen untied the sack and reached in, pulling out the rat by the scruff of her neck. Zosha narrowed her eyes, her mouth opening to begin a tirade, only for the bandit to shove her back into the sack before she even got a single syllable out. "What did the bunny do to you anyway?" she asked, her focus turning back to the wolf looming over her prey.

"She spread lies about me. Suggested that I had committed crimes against the kingdom, that I devoured merchants!" the wolf snarled. She lifted Amber off of her feet as the fur on the back of her neck rose, pinning the rabbit to a nearby tree with a mighty shove. "A bounty was placed on my head, and the next thing I knew I had every mercenary in this land chasing after me for gold and glory."

"Oh yeah, sorry about that." Scarlet replied as she recalled their encounter a few days prior. "I didn't ever mean to hurt you or anything... throwing axes, right? Who knows who they'll end up hitting."

"You have aided me since then, Scarlet. I have no quarrel with you." The wolf replied, taking her eyes off Amber for the first time since she had been handed to her. "You came to me, seeking a hunter to capture the most elusive prey. An assassin so stealthy she disappeared under the moonlight." The wolf almost smiled, "you trusted in my abilities as a tracker."

"And in return, I helped you outsmart a member of the Rabbit clan." Scarlet grinned in return at their convenient friendship. The wolf narrowed her eyes on her, and the vixen quickly threw her hands up defensively. "Not saying you're stupid, just that the Rabbit clan are smart. They know how to get people on their side."

"I know that too well," River sighed, her gaze turning back to Amber. "I was humiliated, any prestige I had in these lands was completely nullified. I sought my revenge... and then I finally found out who put that bounty on me." Her eyes narrowed on the noble rabbit in her grip. Amber squirmed, clutching at the hand pinning her to the tree by her throat as the wolf glared burning daggers into her eyes. "And now I ask you, Amber the Far Seeker, Noble of Rabbit Clan... how dare you put a bounty on me? And for what purpose?"

River ripped the gag from Amber's mouth, causing the bunny to gasp for air as she frantically pulled at the hand holding onto her. The wolf's grip was unyielding, it was as though she were trying to squeeze an answer out of her. "P-put me down, wolf!" Amber squeaked, sounding less threatening than she had intended to.

"Put her down a ditch, maybe." Scarlet smirked as she sat down on the pillow, her rear finding Zosha's face in a single try. Her tail swayed back and forth behind her as she crossed her legs, putting more weight on the rat beneath her. "You're toast, bunny. Unless you can bargain and treaty your way out of this one."

"'Treaty' isn't a verb, you bookless tail-raiser!" the rabbit snapped. Scarlet's smirk faded immediately, at least one part of that insult had hit a sore spot. A quick shove forced Amber's attention back to River. "I... I thought that if I defeated a wanted criminal in combat, it would increase my approval with the populace."

"Speak clearly." The wolf tightened her grip. "I don't care for rabbit riddles."

"If you were considered dangerous and I defeated you, people would think I was a hero." The rabbit explained firmly, kicking at the wolf's leather armour ineffectively with her large foot. "And I'm not wrong about your crimes against the kingdom, I know you're vying for the throne!"

"We're not here for a summer holiday." Scarlet scoffed as she watched from her seat atop the squirming sack. "Everyone in Armello knows that the King is completely mad and needs to be replaced. Isn't that why you're trying to 'increase your chances with the populace'?"

"To be voted democratically!" Amber yelled. "Not by assassinating the King in his own throne room!"

"Enough!" The wolf snapped, catching both of their attention. "You will go to your people and have me absolved of this bounty, or I will see to it that not even your clan grounds will be able to revive you!"

"I-it's far too late now, you're considered a traitor to the realm," Amber winced. "A-at this point, the only way to clear the bounty would be..." the rabbit cringed, racking her brain to find a more pleasant way to put it. "...death." she squeaked.

"'Clan death', you mean." Scarlet grunted as she stood up, finally giving Zosha a chance to breathe in her musty confines. "Sure it hurts your body and reputation, but you still wake up at dawn like nothing happened." She shook her head with a chuckle, "You, River, Zosha... if I dropped a stick of dynamite right now, the only one I'd be taking out of the picture is myself. The rest of you would just wake up back at your clan grounds and make your way back into the realm to fight for the throne."

"Serves you right for being a clanless bandit!" Amber scowled at her as she began to kick in earnest once more, forcing River to put more effort into holding her against the tree. "Or it would if you hadn't stolen the secrets of the ressurection ritual circle from the Rabbit Clan!"

"Yeah, well you guys tricked the bears into giving it you, and they took it from the druids. None of us are perfect." Scarlet reminded her bluntly. "All the clans stole it from each other one way or another, and no one is sharing with the King, who is a frothing madman right now because of the Rot." The fox crossed her arms over her chest, "In the way, aren't we all criminals?"

"You are a literal criminal!" Amber shouted so loudly, she scared the birds from the nearby trees.

"Banes breath, she really is annoying. I'm starting to see what you were talking about, River." Scarlet shook her head with a laugh, "I bet you wish you hadn't taken the gag off."

"I will silence her again soon enough." River growled. Amber whimpered as the wolf reached for her dagger, only for Scarlet's hand to block her path to it. The fox's fingers gently curled around the wolf's until finally River turned to face her.

"I've got something better in mind. Something that'll show her what she gets when she messes with a wolf." the vixen told her softly. River raised an eyebrow at the offer, slowly releasing her grip on the rabbit until she finally dropped her. Scarlet turned her gaze back to the rabbit, a sly smile crossing her muzzle. "Now, what was it you said about River here, cottontail? Something about her and merchants..?"

"I... I implied that she ate them." The rabbit gulped, her nose twitching nervously. Scarlet's smug gaze made her shudder in discomfort and turn away. "What of it?"

"You know, I have a little trick that can make that rumour true~" Scarlet teased her with a wiggle of her hips. The vixen bent down to the rabbit's level, her wide tail swishing out behind her as her tongue trailed over her perfect white teeth. "But you know about that already, don't you Amber? It's not like I haven't given you a 'warm place' to spend the night before."

"O-oh gods, don't bring that up. Especially after what happened last time." Amber cringed, covering her face with her paws. "If I still had my umbrella I'd be beating you upside the head with it, Scarlet."

"What do you think, River?" The vixen asked. She looked over her shoulder at the wolf, who was hopelessly lost. Scarlet canted her head towards Amber with a sly grin, "Have you had dinner yet?"

"I haven't. Though I think I see where this is going." River replied, her arms crossing over her chest. She could see the looming realisation on Amber's face, particularly when she ran her tongue over her muzzle. "I haven't eaten a rabbit since the Treaty of the Four Clans made it a forbidden practice. Perhaps we ought to get a fire started if we are to share in your hunt, Scarlet."

"Fire?!" Amber shrieked.

"Woooah, woah, we're not cooking her." Scarlet raised her hands in Amber's defense. River widened her eyes, glancing between the two as the bandit gave her a disapproving look. "The heck is wrong with you? Do you have any idea how much that would hurt?"

"Thank you, Scarlet." Amber breathed out a sigh of relief.

"...You're still going to eat her though." The vixen chuckled, rubbing the wolf's shoulders to prepare her for the task, "That'd put her in her place. Nothing like an encounter with the food chain to bring a rabbit down to size."

"Oh for goodness sake," Amber huffed. The wolf was taken aback by just how blase Amber was being towards her supposed fate, at least until the rabbit closed her eyes, a sure sign she was about to lecture them. "River's not going to eat me, Scarlet. Unlike you, River is bound to the Treaty of the Four Clans, which states that no member can devour another--"

"Are 'traitors to the realm' somehow still bound by the law?" River asked, grabbing Amber's ears and lifting her by them as if she were a hunting trophy. "I seem to recall you have made a criminal out of me. There is little protecting you now, Far Seeker."

"Unhand me, you savage!" the rabbit shouted as her legs kicked underneath her, her arms flailing up as she tried to grab the wolf's hand. "I have my rights!"

"I'm sure River's digestive system would be very interested in hearing about them." The fox smirked, ignoring Amber entirely with a shake of her head as she turned to make her way back towards the sack. "She's all yours, River... I take it you know how to eat a rabbit."

"Piece by piece." River confirmed lowly, her eyes narrowing on the bunny, who suddenly seemed far more frightened by the situation. Amber finally broke free from River's grip and retreated, only to find herself backed against a tree. The wolf loomed over her, her claws at the ready as saliva dripped from her bared, exquisitely sharp fangs.

"I was thinking whole." Scarlet replied, glancing over her shoulder just in time to see the wolf's jaws opening to take her first bite of the cowering noble. River looked up at her, a speck of drool falling from her teeth and landing on the rabbit, who let out a nervous squeak and curled up tightly in response.

"...whole?" the wolf blinked in confusion, the rabbit frozen in her hands. The vixen made her way back to them, dragging the sack with her captive behind her as her tail swayed in tandem with her hips. She dropped the bag as she reached them and stretched out one hand, resting it delicately on River's temple.

Blue and green light shimmered out of her palm and curled around the wolf's jaws. It descended her body like twin vines around her neck before finally wrapping around her stomach, the two lines of light fading into her fur as they met at her navel. River put one hand on her stomach, staring down at herself in confusion as Scarlet stepped back to admire her work. "What... did you just do?" the wolf asked.

"I guess you could say I unlocked your potential as a predator." Scarlet stuck her tongue out at her before cupping her lower jaw. It loosened as she pulled it open, and to River's surprise it opened far wider than she could have ever imagined. "Wyld Hunger; a spell I pilfered off a particularly weird wizard. It's a good way to intimidate people, or just to have a really satisfying and filling meal." she smiled, her gaze turning on Amber as she explained the spell.

"Don't you give me that look! Unlike you, River knows the importance of law and order. Even if she is a wolf." The rabbit turned her nose up at Scarlet, "So you can just eat your rat and be on your way. Don't you agree, River?"

"I am... unfathomably famished right now." River panted, one hand remaining on her stomach. It was so, so empty. It growled for nourishment... her eyes drifted down to the rabbit, an unsettling grin crossing her muzzle. She was a little small to be food, but she'd be the perfect start. Though, as she thought on how she would begin, her courage wavered, "Scarlet, are you sure this is possible? Even with magic, I don't think..."

She turned to the vixen, only to find her entire upper body had disappeared into the sack as muffled yells and the sound of gulping emerged from it. "Scarlet?" The wolf called out to her, pinning the rabbit to the tree with a single hand while she waited for the bandit to respond. Scarlet brought her head back out of the sack, revealing her throat was already bulging out with the squirming rat's head. The vixen's saliva dripped over the assassin's shoulders as she took another gulp. "Grace of the Moon!" River gasped in shock. The fox was swallowing the rat assassin whole!

Scarlet smirked at the reaction: nothing quite like the sight of someone witnessing the effects of the spell for the first time. Still, so long as she had an audience she might as well give them a good show. She gulped the rat's shoulders into her jaws, locking her arms to her sides as she removed the rest of the burlap sack and tossed it to one side.

"Tail-raiser." Amber grumbled, watching as the fox wiggled her hips suggestively and winked at them. Her gulps were so little they were barely bringing any of the rat in at all, she was just showing off at this point. "Come on, River. We don't have to watch this uncivilised display."

"Wh..." River opened her mouth, only to find no words coming out. Words couldn't describe the flurry of emotions going on inside her; disbelief, ravaging hunger, and most oddly of all, lust. There was something very satisfying about watching the rat fighting her fate, and the way Scarlet continued to slurp and drool over her face, moaning in delight at her flavour. "Oh.. oh my..."

"She's playing it up, there's no way a rat could taste that good." Amber rolled her eyes as Scarlet casually tugged Zosha's bindings loose, allowing her to slide the rope off of the rodent and expose her naked fur to the cold air of the forest. Scarlet reached down, one paw cupping each of her cheeks before pushing her gently into her muzzle with another hearty gulp. "She probably tastes like fur and sweat." The rabbit gagged at the thought.

"It doesn't matter how she tastes." River replied. There wasn't a hint of doubt in her voice; she could feel the hunger Scarlet was experiencing. It was a low, rumbling hunger, one that called out for more food than a chef could possibly ever prepare. She found herself drooling, and her arm wrapped around Amber to pin her against her side just in time for her stomach to let out a low grumble.

As Zosha's flat chest disappeared into the fox's jaws, Amber finally pulled her gaze away from the scene, though she could still hear the hungry gulps and slurps coming from the bandit. "River, let's just be off, shall we?" Amber insisted, closing her eyes as she turned her muzzle up at the display. "If you really want your revenge we can do it somewhere away from this disgusting bandit. Preferably quickly, if you wouldn't mind, I want to get an early start at the clan grounds tomorrow--"

The rabbit opened her eyes to find her face planted directly into a wet, slimy tongue with the wolf's hot breath washing over her face. She went to complain, but her voice was muffled by the wolf's throat as River closed her jaws around her head, sealing it inside. The brown wolf's eyes widened in astonishment at her own ability, feeling the bulge of the rabbit's face with her fingers. This was really happening... she was really going to eat someone whole.

Amber's hands gripped onto the wolf's jaws, trying to pry them back open as her head began to slowly exit her throat. River gulped to keep her in place, but the rabbit was making headway in her escape attempt. Finally she managed to pull a gap open enough to see the outside world again, the air only made colder now that she was drenched in drool, "Y-you're being ridiculous, River! You can't do this to me! Th-this breaks so many rules!"

Slap! The wolf's wet tongue smeared another helping of drool over her face. "Uugh!" Amber gagged, moving to wipe the saliva out of her eyes. "Y-you disgusting--!" the bunny began, only to find herself shoved to the back of the wolf's throat once more. "No, no, wait! Riv-mmph!"

River's jaws closed again, now with Amber's hands inside as she took a gulp to drag both them and the rabbit's head into her neck. With her hands firmly locked to the sides of her face, the rabbit could do little beyond kicking with her hind legs and wiggling her upper body. The wolf was already planning on how to deal with those.

Another gulp brought the rabbit's breasts into her throat, a move which also pinned Amber's arms even tighter in place. River flicked her wrist and unsheathed her claws, using them along with her teeth to rip the rabbit's clothing off so she could get a better taste of her delicious form. A mouthful of fur had never seemed appealing in the past, but this was different; the rabbit was one of the best meals she had had since first coming to the realm.

Her eyes drifted over to see how Scarlet was doing, only to find the fox was already up to Zosha's wide hips. The rat had tried to spread her legs as far apart as possible to make herself difficult to eat, but that just meant the vixen had more time to tease her. She slurped and licked, her tongue wiggling across the rodent's belly to tickle her as her long tail searched blindly for anything to grab onto. Finally Scarlet grew tired of the game and, in a feat of predatory strength, shoved the female's legs together and wrapped her tail around her ankles to keep them that way.

She's done this a lot... River thought to herself, only for a sharp kick to her midsection to remind her of the squirming noble in her jaws. She let out a growl, digging her claws into Amber's chest in retaliation before swallowing loudly, dragging the rabbit in up to her slender midsection. Her eyes drifted to Scarlet, mimicking her stance as she sat down and gradually began to tilt her head back, lifting Amber's legs off the ground and allowing gravity to do most of the work for her.

The fox looked back at her with a teasing wink as she gulped her way past the rat's thick thighs and tilted her head back until she was gazing up at the canopy. River could see each bulge and curve of the rat's form rapidly descending into the vixen, rounding out her midsection until finally she was forced to lift up her dress to accomodate for its growth. Her sagging gut descended past its hem, finally stopping as it hit the ground and bounced with the squirming rat inside it.

River turned her gaze back to her own prey, her eyes narrowing in determination as she reached the rabbit's hips: her greatest challenge yet. She relaxed her throat, her jaws widening as the bunny's curves slipped into her jaws agonisingly slowly. Finally she felt the base of the fluffy tail disappear into her muzzle, flicking nervously against the top her maw as Amber wiggled her hips. "N-now River, let's talk this over. If you swallow now, there's no going back. You really will be a criminal!"

The wolf almost choked from laughter. She had been considered a criminal the moment the rabbit had put a bounty on her, the only difference was that now she was acting like one. Scarlet crawled over on all fours with Zosha's feet and tail still hanging from her closed muzzle. She began to rub the bulge of the rabbit's face condescendingly, pressing her own gut against it as she murred in delight. She brought her hand back and smacked at the rabbit's cheek, watching it bounce in its tight confines as her legs kicked in outrage. "How dare you! This is.. This is NOT how you treat the future queen of Armello!"

Glllrk. The wolf had grown tired of having the rabbit's backside in her jaws, and of her incessant rambling about her own importance. "R-River!" Gulp! "W-wait!" Gllrrrrp! Each time the wolf swallowed, the rabbit's voice became a bit harder to make out beyond the sounds of her own body. Her stomach began to gurgle and churn, smearing the Far Seeker in juices as her hands reached down to rub, keeping the rabbit in one place while her gut got to work.

Soon only Amber's feet remained in her mouth, and as she looked up she realised that Scarlet hadn't swallowed the last of her prey either. She had been waiting to make sure their last gulp was one they took together. The vixen reached up, petting River behind the ear as she tilted her head back. The wolf followed suit, her head tilting in unison as each of their prey slowly disappeared behind their lips.

Gllrp. One final, almost non-existent swallow was enough to finish her prey off. Amber's form trailed down through her body until finally settling in stomach, mirroring the rat's journey through Scarlet's throat. River blushed at the shared moment, her hands resting on her bloated stomach which now sagged beneath her armour. "S-Scarlet... I... I don't know what to say. This was the strangest thing that's ever happened to--"

"UUUUUUUUuuuuurrrrraaaaaaaaaaaahppp!" the fox belched directly into her face, causing the wolf to gag and cover her nose with her hand. Scarlet laughed, slapping her gut as the wolf coughed and cringed, "Mmmh, sorry about that. I guess Zosha isn't as silent as everyone thinks." she chuckled, belching into her cupped hand, "Mmph, she's putting up a real fight in there though. I guess she was conserving her energy?"

"Seems like a bit late to be fighting back, doesn't it?" River chuckled, her eyes lidding as her bushy tail wagged behind her. Her own prey had been far more polite, merely resting in her gut with the occasional wriggle as she tried to get comfortable. She got the feeling Amber had been in far more stomachs than she let on, that or she simply wanted to get the process over with so she could get back to her clan grounds.

"I still can't believe I did that. I... I have a whole person inside of me." the wolf breathed out as the reality of the situation dawned on her. Aside from having a gut almost as big as she was, the only evidence Amber had ever been there were the tattered scraps of her clothes laying about the forest floor. Her ears perked and her eyes returned to Scarlet for guidance, "What happens now?"

"Same thing that happens to everything else that goes in your mouth." Scarlet winked as she rested a hand on her belly and pressed it downwards to indicate what she meant. The rat inside began to fight even harder, the clear outlines of her fists and feet bulging out of the fox's stomach as it bounced about. "Hff, looks like she's try to give me a stomach ache. Think you can help me out?"

"O-oh, um..." River gulped, her eyes locked to the thrashing gut. Scarlet took her hand and gently guided it over to the bulge of Zosha's face before pressing the wolf's palm down on it, pushing the bulge back out of view. Scarlet removed her hand once River had rubbed it a few times, confident that the wolf was a quick learner. Soon the archer was busily rubbing the bulges down wherever they appeared, keeping the rat at bay while the vixen's stomach worked on her. "Is this alright?"

"Yeah, that's perfect. You're a natural." Scarlet replied, smirking in approval as she rested back against her tail. "So, what Amber said about you plotting against the King... are you?"

The wolf's eyes widened in alarm as she withdrew her hand, only for Scarlet to grab it and force it back against her stomach. "Come on, we're all friends here... well, friends and meals, anyway." The fox winked as she poked River's gut, causing it to gurgle as the rabbit fidgeted inside. "You can tell me, what's your plan for him?"

River turned away, her brow furrowing as she considered her next words carefully. The vixen had shown to be a trustworthy companion, and a masterful tactician. If anyone would be able to advise her, it was the bandit queen. "When word reaches me that he is weak, I will make my way to the castle." River began quietly, her ears pinned back. "When he is tired and short of breath, I will finish him with a single arrow to the back. He will not know from where it came... but his Kingdom will. All of Armello will know I was the one who freed them from his tyranny."

"Kingslayer River. Oof, that gives me chills." Scarlet shivered, her tail wagging in delight. The wolf turned her gaze back to the fox, clearly it was her turn to share. The bandit queen smiled and shrugged, "Not much to say on my end... go from town to town saving the day, show the townsfolk they don't have to be in a clan to be a somebody. Suddenly I'm Ms. Popular and everyone wants to join me in taking the realm back for the people." She checked her claws with a grin, "When the King dies, I start a revolution, and it's 'King Scarlet' from there on out."

"Don't you mean 'Queen'?" River tilted her head.

"King, Queen. Whatever gets me that fancy golden hat of his." Scarlet chuckled with another swish of her bushy tail. Zosha seemed to have run out of energy, or at least she was resting in preparation for another assault on her stomach walls. Scarlet let out a rat-scented belch and wiped the drool off her muzzle. "Anyway, if I want to get the people on my side, I need to do some pretty impressive things. Save a few towns, slaughter a few monsters, kill a few outlaws and collect their bounties."

The wolf nodded in silent agreement, her eyes narrowing at the last item on the vixen's list. The wolf reached for her bow, but as Scarlet chuckled to herself her hand merely hovered over it. "What's so funny?" River asked in a low growl.

"I didn't mean you, River. There are plenty of other bounties in the realm to collect." The vixen shook her head with a chuckle, "Besides, you've just told me that you're planning to kill the King, the one who's causing problems for the very few people I care about." She smiled as she shuffled around to sit next to the wolf. "I think I'd like to see you as Queen. Until I raised my revolution, of course." she winked playfully, "But that might change, if you take care of the clanless."

"I never thought one had to be a member of a clan to matter." River replied as she relaxed once again, her hand briefly brushing against Scarlet's before she shuffled it onto the ground next to her. The vixen's hand slipped atop it, her fingers curling into the gaps of the wolf's as they sat alone in the forest. "I must admit, it would be a welcome change to have an ally in this realm. Perhaps we could form an Allies' Pact."

Scarlet smirked. The smirk turned into a snicker, and the snicker turned into cackling laughter. River folded her ears back at the reaction, her arms crossing and resting on her bulging gut. "What are you laughing about now?"

"An 'Allies Pact'? Did eating Amber make you part rabbit?" The vixen puffed out her chest and rested one hand on it while the other waved about with an air of superiority. "Good show, River my dear. I declare that this day, we shall unite! Verily, let us draft our first treaty 'pon the parchment! Posthaste! Quickly, before the sun shines through yonder window and illuminates our tomfoolery!"

"Are... you even speaking Armellian?" River blinked slowly at the jargon spewing from the vixen's mouth. Scarlet grinned at her in return, and the ranger rolled her eyes and rested her back against the tree, one hand moving to her gut to soothe the rabbit inside it. "And if I'm being too formal, how would you word it?"

"I don't stab you, you don't shoot me." Scarlet replied with a wink as she flopped backwards alongside the wolf, her arms resting behind her head. "Sound good?"

"That does sound preferable." The wolf nodded. Her gut bounced as the rabbit inside it gave it a firm kick, but as the wolf went to rub the wounded spot another bulge emerged, and another, quickly reminding River that she had an angry and very much alive person stewing in her stomach. "Oof, I don't think Amber likes the idea of us uniting. That or she didn't like your rabbit impression."

"I think Zosha got her second wind." Scarlet murred, leaning forward to put her full weight on her squirming gut. The bulge of the rat was far less defined than it had previously been, but the assassin was still putting up a good fight against the fox's digestive system. The bandit queen licked her lips, grinding her hips against the bulging gut as she murred in delight. "Hff, I was waiting for her to try to escape. This is glorious~"

"It's making me feel sick." River complained, one hand moving to her muzzle as she gagged into it. "Urgh, I think Amber might actually be making some progress. Erf, why did I decide to eat someone so fussy?"

"Well don't tell her that!" Scarlet gawked. The wolf whimpered, sliding down the tree until she was laying on her back. She held her gut with both hands, grappling it as the rabbit wrestled inside her. River gritted her teeth, growling savagely as she fought to keep her writhing gut under control despite the buckles of her leather armour beginning to snap under the pressure.

Scarlet joined the wolf in her plight, kneading the doughy belly and pressing down on the bulges of the rabbit's fists and feet as they emerged from the indiscriminate mass of the wolf's bloated gut. "Maybe try burping? That usually shuts them up."

"If I do that I'll be sick and she'll escape!" River whined, biting her lip as her tail thumped against the ground. The sensations was sparking something inside of her, a passion she never knew she had. The wolf panted, her eyes barely open as she pressed down on her gut. "H-hold her in place, I'm going to try it."

"Rabbit, meet rat." Scarlet concurred with a sly grin. She straddled the wolf and sat down on her chest, using her own gut to pin the wolf's to the ground. She put her full weight on the two hefty bellies, pressing them tightly together as she murred, her hands wandering over the soft, warm fur. As she closed her eyes it became hard to tell where her gut ended and River's began. "Okay-- Urrrrahp." she let out a rumbling, gassy belch, "Oof, excuse me. Okay, River. Let's hear a nice, big howl."

"Al-alright." River gulped, trying not to stare at the vixen's rear despite it being directly in her face. She wondered how many times prey had been added to it, and how Zosha would change it once she had been broken down into fox fat. The wolf could feel a bubble of air moving out of her gut and up through her body, struggling past Scarlet's hefty rump before finally reaching her neck, then the back of her throat, and finally...

"Uuuuuuuuuraaaaaaahhhhhhhhppppp!" River belched out victoriously, creating a gust that lifted both the vixen's tail and her skirt. The wolf's face turned crimson at the sight, despite how brief it was she couldn't get it out of her mind. Scarlet glanced over her shoulder, grinning from ear to ear down at the wolf as her tail wagged back and forth. "Uuh..." River stammered.

"Feeling better?" Scarlet smiled knowingly.

"M-much better." River gulped, averting her gaze from the fox's curves. "That seems to have settled her... what about Zosha?"

"Eh, let her try to escape." the vixen slapped her gut, causing it to slosh and jiggle as the rat tumbled inside it. "She'll wear herself out soon enough, and then her spirit can get back to her clan grounds for resurrection, and her body can go on to giving me some juicy new hips."

"I hope my armour still fits in the morning." River tucked her ears back in concern.

"Maybe if you take it off now it won't get damaged by a certain bulge-bunny." Scarlet suggested, poking the wolf's gurgling paunch. The vixen's hands moved to the back of her dress as she clambered off River, unhooking it and tugging it down to expose her chest. River blushed and turned away, causing the fox to scoff and shake her head, "Come on, the Bear clan walks around naked most the time."

"The Bear Clan has very different standards for modesty." River reminded her, shoving down her gut as the rabbit began to stir within it once more. "For one, they have much longer fur. It covers up their--"

"Melons? Milk bags? Jugs?" Scarlet grinned, her hands jostling her breasts around. "Tittaaays?" she drooled, her two pillowy breasts audibly sloshing as she shook them directly in the wolf's sensitive ear.

"You are obscene." River groaned, covering her face to hide her blush, "and a tail-raiser."

"I only raise my tail for people I like, River. You should loosen up, stress will make your fur fall out." The vixen warned her playfully as she ruffled her ears. The hand slipped down to her shoulder, gently tugging at the wolf to roll her over. River finally conceded and rolled onto her back, pouting and blushing up at the now moonclad bandit queen.

"See?" Scarlet winked, spreading her arms to reveal her naked form. The fox wiggled her hips, causing her belly to sway like a pendulum as her pillowy breasts bounced against it. "Totally natural, and now I don't have a really tight dress crushing my rat-filled gut. You should try it, that armour must be really tight right now."

"It's starting to chafe a bit." The wolf admitted with a wheeze. She tugged her cloak loose and let it drop the ground behind her before dragging the leather cuirass off over her head. She let out a gasp of relief, her gut bouncing out and sprawling across her lap as she covered her breasts with one of her arms. "Hff... that's much better." she admitted, her other hand grabbing her tail and using it to cover her lap.

"You have nothing to cover up, River." Scarlet murred, batting her eyes at the wolf as she took in her form. "The moonlight really brings out the white of your fur."

"You're not so bad yourself." The wolf smiled back at her. Strange feelings began to stir within her as she admired the vixen, her ears drooping in relaxation as she took in the outline of her form in the dim light of the forest. Scarlet began to lean over her, gazing deep into the wolf's sapphire eyes. River's heart raced with desire as she stared back, unable to move or speak. Soon Scarlet's muzzle pressed to hers and, in a moment of passion, her jaws opened to accept her tongue.

They closed their eyes in unison, their bodies pressed against one another as they embraced. Scarlet took the lead, gently guiding River back until she was laying on the soft grass of the forest floor with the fox on top of her. Finally the vixen broke the kiss, her eyes slowly opening to look down at the lupine beneath her.

River was speechless. She had never pictured herself kissing another woman. But there she was, naked under the moonlight with a stranger, caught in a lovers embrace. Her mind raced, trying to keep up with the wave of emotions rushing through her body. Scarlet pressed a finger to her lips, silencing all the thoughts in a single tap. "...you're very attractive, River. Especially with a full stomach." She murred, "I don't want to force you to do anything you're not comfortable with though."

"I'm comfortable with this." River replied, though her trembling hands betrayed her. They clutched Scarlet tightly, refusing to let the fox go as she nuzzled at her neck fondly, "Or at least, I think I am. This is all new to me."

"You're quite a lone wolf." Scarlet nodded with a playful smile, "Pun intended."

"I can't count on others to be as quiet as me. The Wolf Clan are reckless, charging into battle at the drop of a hat, rarely concerning themselves with strategy." River breathed out gently, "Not unlike your bandits, I imagine."

"My friends are pretty good at following orders, it helps that we all want the same thing." Scarlet replied, her fingers sinking into the wolf's thick fur as her hand trailed down her side. "How about this... we do whatever feels natural, what we think will feel good... what we think the other will like." She smiled warmly, But if you're not comfortable, you say 'stop' and we'll stop. That sound alright with you, Howling Arrow?"

"That sounds agreeable." River blushed beneath her fur. The fox chuckled as she rolled herself back on top of the wolf, pressing their hefty, though now far more docile, guts together. Their muzzles locked once more, their tails intertwined, and they lost themselves in an embrace that would last all night.

River never wanted to stop.

* * *

The Wolf clan grounds were silent and still as the sun crept over the mountain tops and shone down over the huts and tents. Cooks were beginning to prepare the morning meals, guards were relieving each other from their shifts and, somehow, River was remaining completely undetected. The wolf had her back pressed to a hut, her gut sagging out in front of her as she planned her next move.

"I never thought I'd be sneaking into my own camp, let alone naked." The wolf thought out loud as she peered around the corner. The extra weight Amber had left her with had made sure she wouldn't be able to fit into her armour, leaving her with nothing but the thick layers of fat and the cloak on her back to defend her from the elements.

There was something creeping up her throat, and before long it was lingering at the back of her mouth. She squatted and gagged as she gripped her throat before finally coughing up a ball of white sodden fur. She wiped the drool off her mouth as she sneered down at it. "Ugh, good morning to you too, Amber."

She knew she couldn't stay in her hiding spot for much longer, not if she wanted to avoid being seen. She sprinted to the hut across the street, one arm crossed over her breasts to cover them while the other moved to her crotch. She slipped in past the tattered curtain hanging in the door frame, relieved to be out of the sunlight and somewhere cool and refreshing. Several sets of leather armour hung from racks on the walls, it was just a question of finding one that would fit. She noticed the mirror in the corner of the room and took a moment to scowl at her reflection.

"If you had just dealt with her normally, none of this would have happened." she lectured herself, even going so far as to wag her finger in disapproval. Her breasts bounced from the movement, much more than they usually did. Now that the wolf's eyes had adjusted to the light she could see the effects of devouring an entire rabbit beyond going up a few armour sizes. Her stomach sagged out in front, still sloshing with the remains of the devoured noble. River turned to the side and pouted, gripping her gut and watching as her fingers disappeared into the flab as she squeezed it. "Oh River, what have you done to yourself?" she groaned.

"I didn't think there would be this much left, she was such a little rabbit." the wolf continued as she turned to see what other parts of her body Amber had been tampering with. Her once flat backside now stuck out so much she doubted any armour could cover it. The rabbit had rounded it out considerably, giving it a bubble-like shape to match the one that Amber had. "By the Moon, Amber!" River snarled in frustration, only to facepalm at her accidental pun. "Oh just... forget it. You stay there until I can get myself back into shape. Try not to jiggle so much, it's distracting."

She took off her cloak and grabbed a set of armour from the rack. The wolf tugged it over her head, sliding into it with relative ease until she got to her tubby midsection. She grunted, grappling with the leather and pulling with all her might... but it wouldn't budge. Even if it did, she doubted it would be able to get past the set of balloon-like breasts she now had pressed up against her face due to the tightness of the armour.

The wolf pulled herself out of it with a frustrated snarl before stomping over to the other sets of armour displayed on the wall. She began to sort through them, trying them on and throwing aside each one that didn't fit her new bulky build.

"Having some trouble, River?" a voice called from the door. "Looks like you've been sampling the local cuisine."

"Thane!" River gasped, grabbing her cloak and pulling it up to cover her body.

"I'm kind of surprised to see you back at the camp." The wolf prince replied as he stepped out from the shadows, dressed in his usual blue tabard and armour. "I didn't see the resurrection circle activate. Did you need something?"

"Just some new armour. Mine got... damaged." River replied, glancing away.

"Damaged." Thane repeated with a chuckle. "I'm sure it was. It's certainly not that you've put on the weight of a bear in a single night and can no longer fit into your clothes. Especially not considering the news spreading around the realm you've been cleared of your bounty."

"I have?" River gasped, dropping her cloak in surprise. She reached down to pick it up, then settled for covering her breasts with her arm and holding her tail to her crotch as she blushed furiously at the grey wolf. "I don't know why, all I did was defeat a Rabbit Clan hero in combat."

"It looks like you decided to keep a trophy from your battle." another voice spoke. Thane stepped to one side as a behemoth of a wolf ducked into the hut, dragging her large shield behind her. She made her way to River, each step she took causing the walls of the hut to shudder. Finally she planted her shield between the two, blocking the male wolf's view with a scowl. "Respect River's privacy, Prince Thane."

"Very well, Magna. I didn't mean to stare. Well, not that much anyway." Thane chuckled with a shake of his head. "I was just curious on how River got such a gut, not to mention her... other assets." he raised an eyebrow, canting his head towards the shield.

"River is clearly putting on weight to finally enter training as a shield-sister." Magna grinned widely, her large tail almost knocking River off her feet. The smaller wolf scowled, tossing another set of armour to one side as she continued her search for a set that fit. "Good on you, River. I always thought you needed a few extra pounds. I was hoping to take you hunting myself when I had the time."

"I'm not keeping this weight. It was a stupid mistake." River snapped, battling with another leather chest piece, only for the straps to snap as she tried to tighten it, sending the metal buckles flying off in two different directions. She let out a sigh of frustration and leaned around the shield, "Thane, can you tell the smith to prepare a new set of armour for me?"

"Refitting your armour would take all day." Thane shrugged, "So unless you've got any bright ideas, you're stuck here."

"All day?!" River yelled, almost leaping out from behind the shield before Magna shuffled it in her way. "I can't wait all day, I need to be there when the king draws his last breath, Every hour wasted here is time the other clans are getting the upper paw! I need a new set of armour immediately!"

"There's no way around it, shield-sister." Magna replied stoically. "You're going to have to wait for your armour."

"Fine. Then I'll go without armour!" River shouted back at her, her stomping only causing her new weight to bounce and jiggle even more noticeably. She scowled down at her chest and snatched up a nearby roll of bandages, winding them around her body until finally her breasts were tightly bound. "There, now they won't get in the way of my bow."

"You'll catch frostbite." Magna warned her as she blocked the ranger's path.

"I'd be surprised if she could feel the cold under all that fat." Thane joked from the doorway.

River shoved her way past Magna, giving Thane a glimpse of her curvy new form before she covered it up with her cloak, pulling it around her shoulders. She scowled at him, her face bright red as she snatched up her bow and shook it in her direction. "Not. A. Word!"

"Or what? You'll eat me?" Thane grinned.

"Don't put it past me." River growled, her face an inch away from his. Suddenly her scowl turned into a coy smile, her eyes lidded as her stomach gurgled gently. She gave it a pat with her hand and licked her lips at the thought, "Hmm. Maybe when I'm Queen you'll be the main course of my first royal banquet."

The archer sauntered off, her quiver slung over her shoulder as she made her towards the clan grounds gate. Thane blinked slowly, his arms crossed over his chest as he leaned back against the doorway. "...She was joking, wasn't she?" he asked, his eyes shifting to Magna.

"I've never known River to joke about anything." Magna replied with a shrug. "You should probably try to get on her good side."

The prince scoffed and shook his head, "why would I do that?"

"Because otherwise you'll end up on her backside." Magna responded as she made her way towards the door. She paused next to Thane, peering down at the smaller wolf as her gut let out a loud rumble, shaking her metal armour. She gave her midsection a slap, causing her armour to clank as she stepped out through the door. "Like you said before... the cuisine in this kingdom is very hard to resist."

"I'll um... get started on her armour." Thane gulped as he moved into the hut to clean up the carnage River had left in her wake.

Magna smiled as she turned away, stomping off into the camp to continue her daily tasks. She was always glad to help her fellow female wolf, but as she cleaned her shield the question lingered on her mind... how did River's bounty get cleared?

* * *

"And so there I was, Zosha the Whirlwind before me." The vixen said as she grinned from ear to ear. The entire inn had stopped to listen to her tale, even the staff were watching her. She could tell that not everyone in the crowd was there for the story though, some were just there for the show. Scarlet could hardly blame their wandering eyes; Zosha had certainly padded out her once lithe and nimble form.

"She begged and pleaded for mercy, and for a moment I pitied her." The fox continued her story with a smile, pretending not to notice the cat in the crowd slowly leaning to get a look under her tail. She 'adjusted' her skirt just for him, lifting it up to cover her breasts while exposing the thick orange curves of her backside to the flustered feline. "But as I lowered by sword she lunged forward, slashing my arm with her blade staff!"

"I leaped to the side, deftly dodging her next attack!" Scarlet continued, leaping across the stage. Her gut bounced as her paw landed with a slam, almost going through the floorboard. The stage creaked loudly from the heavy actor it had been forced to endure, but Scarlet paid it no mind as she continued with one paw slapping her gut. "I snatched it out of her hands and stabbed the tip straight through her hood, pinning her to a tree."

"Of course I still had to finish her off. I dealt with her the way foxes usually do when they encounter small rodents." The bandit smirked, letting out a hearty belch and licking her lips noisily. The crowd laughed at the story, most believing she was joking. The few who didn't had their eyes locked firmly to Scarlet's stomach, barely contained by the vixen's dress. "Once she had been," the fox chuckled, her fingers digging into her gut to accentuate the point, "'dealt with', I turned my attention to the wound."

"I was horrified to see it turning green. The rat's blade had been poisoned, and I was miles from the nearest town." Scarlet sighed dramatically, slumping over as her ears wilted. "I would not have lasted until morning... had it not been for River. She came to me in my time of need and gave me an antidote that saved my life."

"What came next, of course, I couldn't possibly discuss in such pleasant company." The vixen winked at the crowd, teasing them with the end of the story. The townsfolk leaned in close, their eyes agape as they waited in anticipation. "Let's just say I gave her a handsome reward." Scarlet chuckled as she reached her hands up to her breasts. She gave them a gentle squeeze, then a slightly rougher one as she murred at their new and vastly improved size. "Hff, a very handsome one indeed~" she moaned, jiggling them for the crowd.

The gathered townsfolk whooped and hollered, some clapping while others wolf-whistled at the vixen. If there was one thing commonfolk loved, it was stories of an attractive, clanless underdogs getting it on with clan heroes. She spread her arms and curtsied to the crowd, her chest on full display to those lucky few in the front row. A low rip emitted as her dress finally caved under the pressure of restraining her gut, which bounced out and sagged freely underneath her. The vixen finally departed from the stage, followed by the cheers and caterwauling she had come to expect from seedy taverns.

She ascended the stairs to the upper floor and moved into her room, closing the door behind her. "Should be enough to pay for a few nights." she thought out loud as she slipped out of her torn dress and collapsed back on the bed, feeling the whole room shudder as she landed on the mattress.

Grrrggle. The vixen opened one eye, glancing down at the mountain of a stomach before her. She stroked it with one hand and rolled her eyes, "What's that, Zosha?" she snickered, one hand pressed down on her gut to coax more sounds from it.

It groaned lowly in response, causing the vixen to chuckle and shake her head. "Well, I may have embellished the story a little bit. But that's just good storytelling, isn't it? You have to keep your audience interested somehow." She flicked her ears back, "Speaking of which, thanks for 'assassinating' my dress in front of the whole tavern. It was quite the climax to my performance."

'Grrrn!' a higher pitched gurgle responded. Scarlet smiled as her hand moved to the spot she had felt it rumble, "Mmm, a lot more talkative now, aren't you? I'll be sure to go into more detail next time I tell the story."

She prodded and poked at her midsection in an attempt at keeping the conversation going, but it seemed that was all her stomach had to say to her for now. "Hm, be that way." she pouted, poking her gut with a single finger before rolling over onto her side. It felt so good to lay down and rest for a while, especially with all the extra weight she had been carrying since adding the surprisingly fattening rat to her form.

While Zosha had spent the night occupying her gut, she had made considerable expansions on her territory over the course of her digestion. The first thing Scarlet had noted was the additions to her breasts, which had grown far beyond the confines of any bra she owned. She had teased River with them when they woke up together that morning, calling them her 'puppies' as the wolf blushed and huffed at her.

As if the additions to her chest weren't making her dress tight enough, the vixen also had to contend with a plump backside bouncing under her tail with each step she took. From the moment she entered the tavern the fox had been receiving swats and spanks from strangers. She heard people whispering that her skirt was riding high at the back, lifted by the curves of her cheeks. A rat even pulled her aside and asked whether she would mind sitting on his face, which turned into the quickest five gold she ever earned. She gave her backside a swat, "So unladylike," she whispered, only to grin as the curve bounced back into shape.

Zosha had been clever at hiding her final improvements to Scarlet's form, they had slipped past her notice until River had pointed them out. Scarlet closed her eyes, shuddering in delight as she ran her open-palmed hand down the curves of her side. Over the smooth furry peaks of her breasts, down her bloated midsection, and finally resting on her hip. Her thighs had never been thicker, she could easily have given a bear a run for their money. The bulky muscle around her hips left her taking a wider stance and proved to be the most difficult of her new weight to grow accustomed to. Fortunately Scarlet was a practiced predator and a quick learner, soon she was walking with her new rat hips like a natural.

"You really did a number on me... I guess I'm stuck in this dingy town until I can drop enough weight to get back into my dress." Scarlet murred as she closed her eyes and cuddled up to her pillow. "Not that I'm complaining... I get to stay here, telling everyone time and time again how I defeated you. Pretty soon I'll be the most famous fox in Armello."

"And you?" she grinned, looking down at her gains through the tiny crack between her eyelids. She stroked over her stomach, speaking to her former prey as her tail drooped lazily off the side of the bed. "No matter what you do, you'll always be my fat."

"What happened to you, eh?" a voice squeaked from the window. The fox opened one eye to look at the squirrel, clad in leather armour and wearing a black bandana that covered the top half of her face.

"I had rat for dinner." Scarlet licked her lips and slapped her gut. The squirrel had known her long enough to simply roll her eyes at the news. The vixen grunted, battling with her weight as she tried to sit up in the bed. "Did you manage to help out our latest ally?"

"Signatures forged and documents destroyed, just like you asked. As far as the King knows, your wolf friend never even had a bounty." Twiss grinned as she reclined on the window ledge, using her bushy tail as a pillow. "Along with the performance you've been giving I'd say she's free of any bounty hunters coming after her. Still, you owe me one."

"I'm about to owe you two." The vixen rolled over, her breasts and gut sinking into the bed as she rested on top of them. "I need you to go to the tailor's and find me a dress that'll fit my current size."

"Ah, my greatest heist yet! Stealing the biggest dress in all of Armello!" Twiss grinned, spreading her arms out as she imagined it. "I can use your bloomers as a parachute when I make my daring escape!"

"You'd better head over there and scope it out. There's an extra few gold in it for you if you get it done before dusk." Scarlet told her. The squirrel leapt off the window ledge and scampered down the nearby tree. The fox reclined with a sigh, confident that she wouldn't be spending an entire day lazing about in a tavern. She propped herself up on her side, one hand trailing the curves of her body.

"Oh Zosha..." she murred, biting her lip as her fingers kneaded the soft fat around her belly. "Ha ah... You've made me so big and..." she breathed out a rumbling murr, "...soft."

Finally she laid back in the bed, her eyes closing as she prepared to sleep. Maybe she would go downstairs later after all. It would be a shame to keep her beautiful new form to herself, after all.
