Got an anonymous comm about a couple of bear bros who find a ring that makes them more at ease with themselves than expected, and totally irresistible to one another~

10040 wordsORIGINAL POST

Warm rays of light bathed the quiet countryside as the sun rose to its zenith, sitting high in the cloudless midday sky. Nary a creature could be found frolicking in the open backyard, all had taken shelter beneath the treetop canopy dotting the edge of the property, waiting for the heat to die down.

In stark contrast, the house attached to the land had been outfitted with numerous modern conveniences, allowing its occupants not to worry about burning to a crisp in the scorching summer months. Its owners had gone away for the holidays, leaving behind their twin sons to watch over things in their stead.

The pair of bears had grown up together, only taking different paths in life once they had gone off to college. It often surprised people when the both of them mentioned that they were twins because they couldn't look more distinct if they tried.

Xolotl - the slightly older, and larger, of the two - was the jock, and was adept at making himself big. He always possessed a penchant for gaining mass, naturally drawing him to the weight room as much as possible. It's what made his gains all the more impressive as he deftly juggled his workout regimen with a heavy load of school work, which surprised his bros as they went to class as little as possible to try and pad their workout time. He was there for far less than his buddies, and yet he still ruled the gym with his size.

And then there was Coatl - the marginally younger, and smaller, of the two - who poured his blood, sweat, and tears into his schoolwork. Studying was his primary objective when at college as he believed that it was the key to a better life. It paid off, too, as maximizing his grades as much as he could gave him the pick of the litter when it came time to apply for grad school. If one asked where he worked out, he always jokingly replied with 'the library'.

The twins found themselves with nothing to do, as the pair of them were both far from where they normally lived. Their lives had grown so busy over the last couple of years that the serenity of the countryside offered very little to either of them. It's for that reason that they sat down to watch some television despite neither of them having cable back home.

Coatl's eyes glazed over as he watched the show playing on the wide-screen TV; he'd already seen that episode ages ago and knew exactly what was going to happen. Idle chit chat with his brother sounded like a far better use of his time. "You know, I find it kinda weird that Mom and Dad asked us both to housesit for them."

"Why?" Xolotl quirked a brow. Unlike his brother who sat up leaning against the padded back, he claimed a section all to his own, sprawling his bulk along the whole thing while digging through a bag of potato chips. It thrilled him that his parents' furniture could support his weight. "They've been wanting to go on this vacation for a long time now. What's the problem?"

"It's just that..." Coatl shook his head. "I dunno, we're both adults with our own lives now. Just think it's a little odd for us both being here when the house only really needs to be covered by one person."

Xolotl gave it some thought before turning back to his brother. "I guess they still have it in their minds that we're their kids who have done everything together since birth, so they probably didn't think of this as any different."

Not a single other theory had popped into Coatl's head. He shrugged. "Yeah, I guess that makes sense."

"Why'd you bring it up?" Xolotl playfully nudged his brother in the leg. "You don't like hanging out with your bro?"

"Oh yes, spending time with you is like having little needles stabbing me across my body and injecting agony directly into my soul." Coatl rolled his eyes as he crossed his arms. "Of course, I don't mind being with you."

That only prompted Xolotl to become more mischievous with his prodding. "So, what is it then? You got a hot date that you had to cancel on?"

"Of course not." Coatl nudged right back.

"Yeah, I figured that."

Coatl put on his own impish grin, feeling like they'd just picked back up on the play fighting that they did when they still lived together. "Hey, easy now." He leaned over onto his brother's broad shoulder. "I'll take you down like I did when we were kids."

"Oh yeah, I'd like to see you try!" Xolotl lifted the other bear's comparatively smaller arm. "You're a beanpole, and I'm, like, twice your size."

Coatl grabbed his brother's arm and squeezed it, showing off the amount of fat that had caked onto it over the last little while. "That's only because you don't stop stuffing your face." He was thankful that he'd been so graciously given the perfect example.

"I'm bulking, get off my back! The point of it is to gain weight, after all." As if to make a point, Xolotl shoveled a handful of chips into his mouth.

"To think you used to be so ripped, and now you've covered it all up." Coatl patted the other bear's bulky arm. He enjoyed the teasing most when it was mutual.

"Hey, I'm still jacked! Man, I've still got a six-pack, it's just in the fridge right now." Ripping his arm away, Xolotl yanked his muscle shirt up enough to display his padded, but firm, gut. "It's still there, dude. Besides, bears are supposed to be big in every way. If anything, you're the one who stands out here!"

Seeing his older brother's huge paunch was the worst thing that could've happened to Coatl. Instantly he felt the blood rush to his crotch, needing to cross his legs in the other direction to hide any potential embarrassment that might occur. "I happen to be very happy with the shape of my body." He forced wearing a look of indignance, pouting to try and fake his disapproval of the comment.

Xolotl couldn't help but feel his face drop. "Dude, you eat, like, one meal a day. You're trying to give me shit over my diet?"

"That's all I need!" Coatl protested. "My body gets everything that it requires, so what's the problem?"

It became clear that Xolotl's words weren't having the impact that he wanted. "All I'm saying is that it can't be healthy for you."

"I'd say I'm plenty healthy considering I prefer salads to the fast-food burgers that everyone else seems to go for." Coatl shot his brother a knowing look.

Xolotl immediately understood from years of experience with his twin that the game was back on. "I bet you're an attention seeker who's doing this just to try and be different." He playfully nudged his younger brother's thigh with an elbow.

"And I _know_you're a conformist who's too afraid to break out of his mould." Coatl retorted with his own nudge, right into the other bear's soft pec.

Xolotl shooed the elbow away with several light slaps. "Hey, that's no way to speak to your elder, mister!" His giggling belied the faux anger that he put on.

"You're older than me by nine minutes, you rat bastard!" Coatl supplied his own barrage of shoves, his tongue sticking out of his mouth the entire time. "I'm not gonna let you lord that over me for the rest of my life."

"Do something about it then." Xolotl moved to match his brother's attack, though realized it to be difficult to fend off the assault with only one free hand. The pair of them soon found their play fighting faltering as laughter overcame them; it's like they'd never stopped living with one another the whole time.

It took a moment for Coatl to compose himself before the ability to speak returned to him. "So, what do your buddies think?" He gestured his head to the other bear's belly.

"Of this?" Xolotl slapped his gut, causing it to jiggle. "Oh, they love it."

That struck Coatl as particularly odd. "They do?"

"I mean, they couldn't get enough of me before, and now there's more of me to love. They still can't get over how huge my chest is!" Xolotl proudly tugged his shirt up even further to flaunt his pectorals, only to grimace when he remembered the pudge that he'd intentionally built up on them. "Admittedly, it's more impressive when I've cut all this extra weight."

Coatl's nightmare continued as more of his brother's thick torso had been revealed. He made sure that his throbbing endowment was properly hidden from sight. "Uh huh, I'm sure."

Still, Xolotl was proud of the work he'd done to build his physique, and he'd be even moreso when he started his cutting routine. He gave his belly a pat after he let his muscle shirt down. "What about you? You seeing anyone?"

"No." That was a question that Coatl received often and, try as he might, he couldn't stop it from stinging. "I've never really been on anyone's radar." He took his naturally defensive position, crossing his arms while looking in another direction.

Xolotl cocked his head as he glanced at his twin. "Well, you're not exactly the cuddliest around."

"Well, I don't have much of a choice with how much everyone pokes at me." The bitterness continued to flow through Coatl.

"Oh god..." Xolotl rubbed his eyes. "You're not poked anywhere near as much as you think you are. You just always think the worst of people, and get super defensive right away." He snorted as his gaze flicked down the other bear's form. "It's apparent in your body language. At the very least, uncross your legs."

In any other circumstance, Coatl wouldn't have had a problem with doing that. In his specific case, the last thing that he wanted was for his brother to see how achingly hard he'd gotten "M-Maybe I don't want to." It took him nearly everything that he had in him to hide how flustered he was.

"Okay, maybe your problem is that you haven't mentally aged past fifteen."

Coatl felt relieved that his brother couldn't tell what was going on with him, but he still had to somehow get out of this situation. "Look, even if I were to miraculously change my outlook on things, it wouldn't help at all. The problem would still exist."

"All I'm saying is to at least try." Xolotl knew of his brother's insecurities and did his best not to push too far, but he knew on some level that the other bear realized a while ago that something needed to change. It was only then that he thought of a good place to start. "And you should probably wear something other than a turtleneck for once."

Coatl involuntarily gripped the collar of his shirt. "What's wrong with my turtleneck?"

A chuckle escaped past Xolotl's lips. "Dude, you wear them year-round. It makes you look incredibly self-important."

Coatl refused to believe that the answer to his problems was that simple, but he still attempted to listen to the other bear despite how much he wanted to fight the notion. "W-Why does it matter what I wear?"

"Bro, listen to me." Xolotl pushed himself into a sitting position to better see his brother. "Clothes are actually really important. You obviously already take care of yourself, so some nice duds that fit you well will instantly skyrocket how attractive you look."

The compliment wasn't lost on Coatl, but his focus was squarely on the fact that _someone_thought that there was still hope for him after all. "You think so?"

"Trust me, I _know_so." Xolotl placed the empty bag on the coffee table. "I wonder if Dad still has his clothes from when he was our age."

"They'd probably be tucked away in the attic if he's still got them. He hasn't been able to fit into them for years now."

"And people think _I'm_big." Xolotl laughed, his mind conjuring up the image of the elder bear, absolutely packed with dense musculature from head-to-toe. "Dad could probably shred every single piece of clothing in my wardrobe with a single flex." He smirked at the smaller man. "Surprised you don't look more like him."

Coatl shrugged. "I'm probably a late bloomer. I'll be in my fifties and wake up one day in shock because I can't see past my pecs anymore."

"Yo, that's hot, bro!" Xolotl gripped his brother's shoulder, his own member chubbing up from the thought. "I know there's some people out there who'd like that. You should _totally_do that."

"Oh yeah, I'll get right on that." Coatl snarked, rubbing his forehead with his index finger and thumb. Still, the conversation gave him a great idea. "You know what, we should go have a look right now. We're not doing anything anyway."

The comment caught Xolotl off-guard. "What? This is a brand-new episode of your favourite show. Why would you miss this?"

"New?" Coatl clicked the show off with the remote. "This came out three months ago, I've seen it already."

"Alright, well, I missed the announcement then." Xolotl huffed as he rolled his feet onto the floor.

"You can stream the entire season later." Coatl jumped to his feet, content that his boner had subsided. "Come on, let's go."

***

"God, there's so much junk up here." Even though he was as careful as he possibly could be, Xolotl still sneezed when he interrupted a cloud of dust that had laid dormant for years.

"Junk?" Coatl laughed, looking at the various labeled boxes. "There's a lot of cool stuff here. How can you not find this exciting?"

The differences between Xolotl and his brother were too numerous to count, but some of them always showed up in the most unexpected situations. "How are we even twins?" He chuckled.

"Identical, no less." Coatl seemed to find a box for every member of his extended family in his parents' attic, except for one that contained his dad's stuff. "You couldn't tell us apart for seven years, and now we neither look nor act the same."

"I doubt _everything_about us would be different. There's gotta be something about us that matches." The sly grin that Xolotl shot his brother was lost when he saw that the other bear was facing away from him.

Coatl pursed his lips, trying to think of where else to look. "Yeah, I don't think there's anything even remotely similar about us anymore."

Unbeknownst to the smaller bear, Xolotl was aggressively aware of the crush that his brother had on him. All those years of his twin casually stealing glances at his massive bod hadn't been lost on him, to the point that he tried to encourage the behaviour wherever possible. He found it incredibly cute. "Well, I wouldn't outright say otherwise without checking first." Had he been facing forward he might've seen the box that he just about stumbled over. "Oh shit!"

"You good?" Coatl's attention immediately snapped to his brother.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine." The cardboard box stood out to Xolotl, with the name in particular being conspicuous. "Wait, grandpa's got a box up here?"

"Seriously?" Coatl made his way over to his twin, keeping aware of the sloped roof. "Isn't his place way bigger than ours? Why not store it there?"

Xolotl had already begun rifling through the box, surprised at its contents. "Huh, there's a bunch of weird stuff in here. VHS tapes of movies older than us, what looks like either religious or occult stuff, two Swedish cookbooks-"

"Specifically two?" Coatl knelt down beside his brother to get a better look. "I knew he was strange, but I think that weirds me out more than anything else."

"Yeah, I can't make heads or tails of any of this." Xolotl was about to give up and return to the reason why he came up there in the first place, only to notice something shiny wedged between some loose pieces of paper. "Huh, there's a ring."

Coatl tried his best to get a good glimpse of it, but the unfortunately dim light in the attic didn't help him. "Just a regular ring."

"Could've been an engagement ring or something." Xolotl felt his mischievous nature emerge as a way to bug his brother popped into his head. "You know, we could totally practice so that you know what you're doing when the time comes."

"Oh stop." Coatl sighed. "Oh wait, is there writing on it?"

Xolotl stopped his joking and looked closer. "Huh, there's actually some kinda script etched into it."

"Think you can read it?" Coatl squinted to try and see what it said.

"Maybe, but I'm a little worried that it's related to whatever mystical stuff was in the box." Try as he might, he couldn't see what was etched into the ring. "The last thing I need it to completely fuck it up. I'll probably offend whichever deity it's associated with."

That conjured images in Coatl's mind, eliciting a snicker out of him. "Imagine you summon an eldritch god, but instead of melting your mind with cosmic horrors, it angrily lectures you on proper pronunciation techniques."

"Bro, I think that'd actually be worse." Xolotl guffawed. "I'd just say I've graduated already and use that to get him to leave me alone."

"Something tells me he wouldn't care about your degree all that much." Coatl swore he only looked away for a split second, and yet he never caught his brother trying on the ring until it was completely on his finger. "Hey, what are you doing?"

Xolotl admired the way that the ring glinted in what little natural light came into the attic, though it didn't help him read the writing in the slightest. "I dunno, just wanted to see what it looked like. It's just a ring."

Coatl buried his face in his hands. "I know, but it's not even ours to try on."

"Okay." Xolotl sighed. "This box is clearly worn down, and honestly probably older than we are. If it was so important to grandpa that no one else could find this ring, then he wouldn't have put it in a place that wasn't somewhere he could access easily." He patted the other bear with a smile on his face. "It's fine, dude!"

Annoyed, but understanding the reasoning, Coatl reluctantly agreed with his brother. "Alright. Let's just keep looking for dad's clothes then."

"Sounds like a plan!" Xolotl cheerfully jumped to his feet, not noticing that something looked off about him.

Coatl, on the other hand, immediately saw something odd about his brother. "Wait, what?!"

"Hmm?" The sudden exclamation from his twin startled Xolotl. "What's up?"

It took Coatl a double-take, but he finally understood what seemed different. "Huh, it kinda looks like you cut that weight in this light or something."

"What? No way!" As ridiculous as the thought was to Xolotl, a simple pull on his shirt revealed that any extra weight that he'd just possessed was now gone, leaving behind a shredded torso that he wasn't prepared to have at the moment. "Uh, normally I'd be thrilled about something like this, but I'm kinda freaked out right now." As spooked as he was, he discovered something more pressing regarding the other bear. "Hey man, what's that?"

Coatl didn't comprehend what the brawny bear was getting at, until he followed the gesture to his crotch, his own cock tenting his pants. "Oh fuck..." He dropped to the ground in an instant.

"Oh dude, don't worry about it!" Xolotl bent down to comfort his brother.

There was no other emotion that Coatl could feel right then and there except utter embarrassment. That was the only thing making up his being. "No, no, I'm so goddamn sorry!"

"I mean it, it's fine." Xolotl pulled his brother into a hug, partly to calm the other bear down and partly to get him even more riled up. "Trust me."

Coatl felt like his twin just trapped him, but he didn't fight it. "You're not upset?"

"Why would I be?" Xolotl wasn't sure what it would take to get the smaller bear to believe him, but he was glad that this whole thing was finally out in the open. "I've been trying to do that for years, bro!"

Coatl nearly choked on his words when he heard that. "Wait, seriously?" He pushed out of the embrace.

"Yeah, I've been flirting with you for years now!" Xolotl held his twin at arm's length, noting the bewildered expression on the other bear. "Hold on, have you actually not noticed at all?"

"Uh..." Coatl felt all the blood rush to his face, resulting in a deep crimson blush taking over his cheeks. "Admittedly not."

The confession caused Xolotl to burst out laughing, his raucous booming echoing throughout the cramped room. "Are you fucking kidding me? I can't believe I was actually _too_subtle about it!"

"How did I not notice?" Coatl groaned, shame washing over him.

"Man, I got no clue." Xolotl wicked away a tear that had formed at the corner of his eye. "But what I do know is that I've been waiting for this moment for a long time." He thought that his brother would be just as enthusiastic, but the forlorn expression that his twin wore told a different story. "Hey, what's wrong?"

"I-" Coatl frowned, his lip wavering. "Fuck it, I can't hide it anymore." He chastised himself for the tears welling up in his eyes, but there wasn't a thing that he could do to stop them. "I've hated my size the entire time, and I've never told anyone. Seeing you like this hurts because I've always wanted to look like you so goddamn badly."

Xolotl felt like this came out of nowhere. "Wait, actually?" Feeling overwhelmed with emotion, he gingerly rubbed his twin's arms. "But you always said that you didn't care about looking like the rest of us did."

"That was a lie, man! I lied to everyone." Coatl tried wiping his tears away, only for more to immediately take their place. "I just always hated how everyone kept on poking at me for my size, so I said it to get people to stop." His fur became matted regardless of how much he tried to stop himself from being upset. "Because, yeah, I agree with what you said earlier - bears are meant to be big. I always felt like shit because I was clearly the odd man out no matter what." It'd been ages since he'd felt this vulnerable, and he hated it. "I just wanted to fit in."

His brother's admission hit Xolotl like a ton of bricks. "Oh my god, I am... so fucking sorry right now. But..." He lifted his brother's chin up with a finger to see his face. "Why didn't you say anything to me sooner? Jacked nerds are a super big thing right now, I'd have been more than happy to help you out!"

"Because I tried that on my own and failed." Coatl frustratedly sighed. "Miserably, might I add! Did you know I diligently went to the gym for an entire year when I was at college? Because I did!" While frustration wasn't ideal, it let him feel something new. "But no one could tell because there wasn't an iota of difference from when I started. And then the next year I just pigged out on junk food in another attempt to get big, but it turned out that was a colossal failure too because I couldn't even gain weight. My metabolism's just too amazing for some reason."

That got Xolotl thinking, very much liking what he was coming up with. "So, you wanna be big, then?"

"More than anything!" Coatl only just realized that his fists had been clenched the entire time. "I'm so fucking tired of standing out."

"Then I'll help you. I'll do whatever it takes to make you huge." Xolotl possessed a genuine smile that could warm anyone's heart, and he knew that his twin wasn't immune to it.

That was exactly what Coatl wanted to hear, but deep down he struggled to believe it. "But how are you gonna do that when I couldn't?"

"Eh, I'll figure something out." Xolotl chuckled before gazing lewdly at his younger brother. "But how's about for now I give you a preview of what you'd look like? You know a little taste of my kinda size?"

"Uh... s-sorry?" While he'd want nothing more than to know what being that huge felt like, he wasn't following what the larger bear was saying. "How are you gonna do that?"

Years of waiting were finally over. Xolotl felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of his shoulders, but he was so jacked that he'd probably ask to bench it later. "Allow me to show you." With the biggest grin on his face, he guided the other bear's hands to his waist, only stopping momentarily. "Nope, go _under_the band."

Coatl's eyes bugged out wider than saucers. "Are you sure that-"

"Do it." Xolotl gently commanded. "I know you really want to."

Coatl did as he was told, but he didn't know whether or not he was listening to his brother or his own desires. He hesitated when he felt the rippling flesh, inching his fingers along his twin's dimpled glutes until he felt them flex in his grasp.

Xolotl smirked at his brother's loud gasp. "They're big, yeah?" He bent forward to whisper into the other bear's ear. "What if I made you bigger than that? Would you like that?"

"God, I-" Coatl's brain had a hard time trying to piece thoughts together. "Yes, I'd love that."

"Good." Xolotl took that as a cue and hastily shucked his shirt off, bringing his arms above his head in order to show off his swollen torso. "I'll make yours look like this too. Especially these lats." He flexed to bulge them as much as they'd go. "You see these? You like them?"

Coatl could barely control himself as his hands carefully touched the protruding muscle groups. "I don't even... how did you-"

"I'll make yours bigger." Xolotl hummed the frequency to both of their desires. "You'll be so goddamn wide that you'll tear through Dad's shirts without trying."

The mental image got Coatl giggling. "Oh, he'd hate that!"

"I bet he'd want you to do it. He'd be so proud of his boy," Xolotl huffed, feeling a powerful surge of arousal course through him, "and so would I." He let his pose go and grabbed his brother, mashing him against his enormous body as they locked lips.

Fiery passion exploded through Coatl, his heart racing as his wildest dreams had just now come true. His fingers clutched his brother's immense frame, contouring around the beef that he'd always wanted to feel for himself.

Xolotl sensed that a lot of the other bear's tension had just evaporated instantaneously. A smile ran across his face as he pulled back to look at his twin eye-to-eye. "Good, huh? One of these days we'll do that again when you look like I do. Trust me, it's a whole different experience!" The throbbing of his girthy shaft excited him, which reminded him of something that he'd said earlier. "And you know how you didn't think that there was anything about us that matched?" His grin turned playful, gripping the tip of both of their tented pants with a single hand. "I know for a fact that we're both equally gifted down here."

The abrupt grasping startled Coatl, but it convinced him that there might be some truth to the statement. "Wait, you really think so?"

"Hey, we're twins, right? I'm a big boy, you're a big boy... we've never been able to hide when we're excited all that well, so I've done my fair share of sneaking peeks." Xolotl slyly winked, much to his brother's chagrin.

Coatl was a giggling mess upon learning all of this for the first time; he had difficulty trying to translate his thoughts into words. "You mean... y-you mean you actually-"

"Apparently without you noticing. Dude, you're fucking hung, so I just know the rest of you is gonna fill out one day." Images of his younger brother beefed the hell out flooded Xolotl's mind, only making his turgid pole pulsate even harder. "Yeah, just think, you're gonna look like me and Dad someday."

Coatl wanted to believe everything that the other bear was telling him - he really did - but his analytical brain was taking control again, recalling all of the data that he'd gathered on his own. "Honestly, I kinda doubt that at this point. As much as I want to, there's now way I'm gonna hit-" It only just occurred to him that he'd never known his brother's weight since they'd still lived together. "How much do you weigh now?"

Xolotl had to ponder the inquiry, stroking his chin as he considered all the variables necessary for the calculation. "Hmm, I can't be as heavy as when I left the house this morning, but I should still probably be around three hundred and fifty pounds right now, I think."

For someone who'd been hovering just under two hundred pounds his entire life, Coatl couldn't comprehend that someone could be so casual about being that heavy. "Oh my fucking god..."

"Eh, don't sweat it, bro." Xolotl patted the smaller bear's shoulder. "So you got some catching up to do. Big deal! I'm gonna be behind you every step of the way."

The unintentional double-entendre was the first thing that stuck out to Coatl, only for that to take a back seat when he glanced at his twin's limb. "Hey, what's with your arm?"

"What?" Xolotl pulled back his arm, but had trouble attempting to discern what his brother saw in the dim attic light. "I can't tell what you're looking at. My arm seems fine."

"Fuck, alright, we'll have to head back downstairs." Coatl led the way, making it halfway down the hallway before he heard his brother speak up behind him.

"Hey dude." Xolotl barely made it down the attic stairs before he stopped, his eyes nearly bulging out of his head. "You were totally right." He lifted his limb up to show his brother.

The sight caused Coatl to freeze in his tracks, a shiver ripping up his spine. "Oh my god..."

Xolotl didn't believe it, but his brother absolutely saw something. The colour of his arm fur had changed, but he couldn't tell in the lack of light because of its normally dark hue. He might have had a chance to take it in more if it didn't keep spreading. "Oh shit, it's not stopping!"

"Okay, come on." Coatl lunged forward and tugged at his brother. "Whatever's happening, we're better off examining it in the living room."

"Hey!" Xolotl barely had a second to react before he was yanked off of the stairs, his muscle shirt falling to the carpeted floor below. He apparently underestimated his brother's hidden strength.

Now in a more open area, Coatl had a better opportunity to study what was happening to his brother, but even he was stumped. "Holy fuck, it just keeps going." He muttered under his breath, watching the colour spread across the other bear's torso.

A sudden discomfort pulsed across Xolotl's frame, making him wince. "Dude, my back feels weird. Can you see what's up?"

"Uh..." Coatl didn't know what to expect when heard that, but it certainly wasn't what his eyes had laid upon. "What the hell... there's some nubs or something growing in here." The instant weight loss, the changing fur colour, whatever the hell these protrusions were... none of it added up! He racked his brain trying to come up with an answer, until he spotted it on his twin's hand. "Wait, I just got it! None of this stuff started happening until you put on the ring, so all you gotta do is just take it off."

Xolotl's face lit up at the realization, immediately grasping onto the band of metal, only to stop when a few, good tugs didn't even budge it. "Easier said than done, bro." His expression contorted into fear. "It's not coming off!"

"Wait it... you-" Coatl didn't have a chance to collect his thoughts before he discovered what the bumps on his brother's rippling back were supposed to be - wings. "Dude..." He gently ran his fingers along them, identifying right away that his eyes weren't playing a trick on them.

Xolotl noted the apprehension in his brother's voice, yet he didn't feel that way when he saw his newly-formed wings for the first time. "No way!" He was too awestruck to even move.

"I-I-I-'' With the addition of a feature that neither of them ever had a chance to possess, Coatl's mind short-circuited. "I just... I-I don't know what's going on anymore."

Unlike the other bear, Xolotl was having the time of his life. "Oh man, this is so cool! I've always wanted wings since I was a kid." Feeling out the necessary movement, he flexed his wings around, trying to get a feel for them. It was all well and good until he felt that he hit something, followed by a very porcelain-sounding crash.

Coatl's hands instantly jumped to cover his mouth when he saw the priceless vase tumble to the ground. "Mom's had that vase longer than we've been alive."

In complete contrast to before, Xolotl felt nothing but panic overtake him when he saw the result of his carelessness. "Oh my god, she's gonna fucking kill me, dude!"

"Uh, we'll clean it up later. Let's just go outside where there's more room." Coatl wanted to be as far away from the accident as possible.

"No arguments here." Xolotl hastily followed his brother into their backyard.

The relatively cooler afternoon air hit Coatl as soon as he stepped through, the heat of the midday sun still lingering, but with a refreshing breeze cutting through it to offset its harshness. It calmed him until he heard grunting coming from behind him, turning around to see his brother struggling to make it outside. "Shit, do you need any help?"

The novelty of having wings quickly grew stale as it took several attempts for Xolotl to get them through the doorway. "Hang on, man. I think I got it." His control over them wasn't quite there, but he was eventually able to wrangle them enough to squeeze into the backyard. "Bro, that's gonna take a fuckton of practice."

"Good thing we've got time..." Coatl pinched the bridge of his nose as he sighed. The transformation continued as the changing fur traveled downward, although revealing the innermost sides of his twin to be of a lighter shade. Truth be told, he thought it looked much better than a single colour.

"Ah!" Xolotl hissed, hastily trying to shuck his pants off. "Just felt weird below the belt all of a sudden." The reason became apparently obvious - his girthy fucklog of bearmeat spasmed as the wave of alteration rushed past it, pulsing erect on its own as three bulges formed at the base. It barely took a moment until his throbbing shaft had taken on the addition of a very canine-looking knot.

Coatl couldn't believe what his eyes were telling him. He grew so transfixed by the other bear's rod - if he could even call his brother a bear anymore - that he missed his twin's shifting feet, pushing into a more digitigrade, clawed stance. "How far does this go..."

With the rest of his body changed, all that remained was Xolotl's head. The wave shot up his neck, altering the colour of his fur alongside shifting the stature of his facial features. "Oh fuck..." He fidgeted, clutching the sides of his shifting muzzle as it grew pointed. His ears grew triangular to match, only to contrast with the tremendous rack of antlers sprouting from the top of his skull, an impressively dense display of ivory. A luscious mane of headfur that blossomed down his neck to his shoulders capped off the transformation.

"Dude, are you alright?!" Coatl felt his heart nearly beat out of his chest when he saw how pained his brother had been throughout the changes.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm fine. It was just a little discomfort, I swear." The sight of his own body was alien to Xolotl, who struggled to fully grasp his new form. "Do you think it's over?"

Coatl's eyes scanned over his twin's mysterious body, unable to see any final changes. "Yeah, it seems to be-" Just as he spoke, a blood red hue highlighted various parts of the fur - patterns coming in along the head, torso, arms, legs, and even dying the tips of his brother's wings a deep crimson. He then made one, last full inspection before saying anything else. "Okay, now I think it's done."

"What a relief!" Xolotl felt relieved to know that there wasn't anything else coming; he had enough trouble trying to figure out how to properly stand again with his shifted feet. "Alright, if I can get used to this, I think getting back to my old life won't be too bad."

Coatl's brow raised in disbelief. "You're already thinking of rejoining society when you've only just finished transforming?"

"Yeah, why not? I'm still me despite the changes." Xolotl smirked. "I mean, bro, look at me. I'm still in roughly the same shape as before, which means I can lift and stuff. I didn't get any taller, so what's the problem?"

The unbridled tenacity radiating off of his twin amazed Coatl, leaving him speechless for a hot second. "I absolutely envy your confidence."

"Ah, you'll get some one day." Xolotl snickered, only for a brilliant idea to light up his face. "Hey, that could actually be soon! Maybe with me in this form I could somehow help you get bigger, you know, with some magic or something." His enthusiasm unfortunately ceased upon the realization that he genuinely couldn't identify what species he was. "Uh, do you happen to know what I'm supposed to be, by any chance?"

"I can tell you with great certainty that I've never before seen a single depiction of whatever the fuck you are in my entire life." Coatl stated matter-of-factly. "I'm _confident_of that."

Xolotl groaned, palming his face with a clawed hand. "So not helpful, dude."

"But I'm not lying to you." Coatl gestured his seriousness with his hands. "Listen, I might be incredibly well read - even by academic standards - but this is nowhere close to my area of expertise." He'd have continued, if he didn't catch something odd about his twin. "I'm sorry, are you flexing right now?"

"Uh what?" Xolotl's confusion only grew upon hearing that. "Why would I be doing that now? I don't really have a reason to."

As his brother clearly couldn't understand his observation, Coatl then made it unambiguous. "You look bigger."

"How could-" Xolotl scrunched up his face in confusion, only to instantly believe his twin when the pec he fondled had more heft to it. "Holy fuck, good eye!" Now aware of it, he could see how his burgeoning frame expanded in real time. The chest that he clutched surged with beef as if connected to an air pump, much like his arms as his biceps became split-peaked. His arms now gave steel cables a run for their money, with more mass being packed into his triceps than an average person has on their entire body.

His torso followed his chest's example, thickening all over with delicious size that anyone who knew him coveted. Lats flared out wide like airplane landing strips, while his abdominals put cinder blocks to shame. And his lower half was no different either as his legs gained the same treatment, quads bulging out with overwhelming musculature while his calves grew bigger than a gym goer's arm.

But of course his ass cheeks wanted in on the action as well, ballooning out with dense muscle mass that could crush anything placed between them. And what good would his gigantic rear end be if his genitals didn't match it? Already enormous by society's standards, his cock swelled with rock-hard flesh that undulated against along the length of his torso, while his orbs fattened to prodigious kneeslappers that audibly churned with seed.

In comparison to the earlier changes, Xolotl was over the moon with his most recent developments. "Okay, I'm still not sure about everything else, but this _specifically_is pretty awesome." He didn't even have to find a scale, he simply _felt_heavy. "Oh my god, I'm a fucking beast!" It was a good thing that he didn't tower over his brother, as he couldn't see past his pectorals anymore.

"I think that's an objectively reasonable conclusion to come to." Try as he might, Coatl couldn't maintain a straight face. His disappointment was written on his face.

Even though he was in the midst of reveling in his newly attained bulk, Xolotl still managed to see that his twin reacted in the exact opposite way. "Hey, you good?"

"I just..." Coatl sighed frustratedly. "Okay, look. I'm glad you're alright because this whole thing has been weird and scary for the both of us." He struggled trying not to ball his fists in resentment, but the act was tough. "My problem is that there's now an even bigger size gap between us. I-I-I..." Jealousy flowed through his veins. "I can just never get lucky in this regard like you can! I'm destined to be small forever."

That immediately gave Xolotl an idea. While he was unsuccessful before, a quick twist of the ring actually popped it off of his finger entirely, much to his delight. "Here." He stretched his hand out towards his brother.

"Hmm?" Coatl looked up and hesitantly placed his hand below his twin's, only for his eyes to go wide when he saw the ring fall into his palm. "Oh, you got it off! You think it'll work?"

"Only one way to find out." Xolotl licked his lips in anticipation. "You got nothing to lose, and everything to gain."

The last word felt perfect to Coatl. "I do wanna gain..." He slid the ring onto a finger much like his brother did, waiting patiently for the transformation to occur. "Okay, any second now."

"Eh, just give it a-" Xolotl didn't get the last word out before he noticed the fur changing on his twin's hand. "Dude, it's starting! Take your clothes off!"

Coatl did exactly as was told, this being just about the only situation where he'd willingly comply with that specific demand. "Woah!" He exclaimed, watching the colour spread up his arm.

"And now we wait." Xolotl grinned, thrilled that he got to witness this for himself now. He could see everything that his brother got to, from the claws adorning his hands, to inner parts of his body staying a lighter shade, to his cock taking on the knot... If not for the size, they'd be the spitting image of each other.

Coatl gasped as his skull shifted into its canine shape, also getting used to the now abundant antlers and shaggy mane on top of his head. "Right, yeah, that was definitely weird to feel."

Xolotl knew that that wasn't the end of his alteration, so he patiently waited, becoming surprised that his brother's colours didn't change in the same way. "Oh, you don't have the red like I do."

"Honestly, I'm okay with that. It gives us something to tell us apart." Coatl examined his body in the same spots where the designs emerged on his twin to confirm that they were, in fact, different, with his being a jet black. "Yeah, this is perfectly fine with me."

With the rest done and out of the way, Xolotl's favourite part started. Already he could see definition piling onto his brother's frame. "And now..."

"Hmm?" Coatl mused before looking down at himself, positively gobsmacked that, for once in his life, he actually possessed muscle mass of his own. This was unlike his fantasies in that this was totally real, and not stopping any time soon.

The swelling of his chest made him giddy with excitement, feeling like his previous attempt at gaining size was suddenly paying off. He relished in the way that his arms ballooned out of control, taking up so much space that they needed to rest at an angle now. His back surged so much that he didn't even have to look to know it eclipsed even the biggest of his schoolmates'.

His pulsating cock swelled in tandem with his thighs, swallowing up all the room between his legs and forcing him to alter his stance, fortuitous as his colossal testosterone factories needed the space. Capping off the fun was his ass, now bloated with thick musculature that looked as tempting to familiarize with as his brother's.

Xolotl whistled his approval as his twin's transformation wrapped up. "Look at you!"

The feeling running through Coatl defied words. Astonishment and arousal coursed in tandem through his form, elated that he finally achieved what he thought that he had been owed for so long. "Uh, I don't even think Dad's clothes would fit us now." He chuckled, his grin stretching from ear-to-ear as he tensed his arms.

"I know, isn't that awesome?!" Xolotl couldn't contain his excitement. "Man, just look at you. My baby brother's a monster!"

While he'd normally be thoroughly annoyed, Coatl was content letting the comment be. "I-I... I don't think that sounded as good as you thought it was supposed to..."

"Nah bro, you've earned that title. Look how fucking massive you are!" Xolotl grasped one of his twin's boulder shoulders. "You'd be the envy of all the jocks I hang out with at the gym, and I know for a fact they'd stop what they're doing to get a piece of you."

That broke Coatl out of his self-exploration. "Wait, that's a thing you guys do?"

"Yeah, man. Totally!" Xolotl laughed unabashedly. "That iron pit's only for the most dedicated of us, which means that there's so few of us in there that the owner genuinely doesn't give a shit."

It's like Coatl learned something new about his brother every single time that they met up. "Okay, not that I'm inherently judging your activities or anything, but that seems incredibly antithetical to the point of that establishment."

Xolotl's laughter boomed across the yard. "Ah, it's cool, dude. It's just another exercise you can do there." He gave his brother a lascivious wink. "Gotta workout your _whole_body, if you know what I'm getting at."

Coatl did, indeed, catch his twin's drift. "And you do that too?"

"Of course! Only thing is that I don't get to do it often because I'm a big guy with big needs. And now?" Xolotl slapped his chest, the muscle groups not even budging due to the immensely dense beef packed within. "Good fucking luck! Those guys all look like twinks compared to me!" His endowment throbbed with need, his hand roaming along his twin's sumptuous arm. "In fact, the only guy who can really excite me now is this fucking stud in front of me."

"O-Oh!" The abrupt attention brought to Coatl startled him, though soon instead exciting him. "Y-You really think so?"

"Oh bro, I _know_so." Seeing as he had all the experience in this regard, Xolotl had no problem taking the lead. "Okay, now you feel me up."

Coatl did as he was instructed, a bit hesitant at first, but eventually contacting his brother's chest. It exhilarated him even more than their previous encounter back in the house, only getting better when he felt those pecs double in size from a single flex alone. "Oh my!"

Xolotl followed along with the guidebook that he'd established in his head, turning up the heat once interest had been built. "You like how that feels? You like touching someone this swole?"

"God, I... I really do." Coatl let himself be more forceful, now full-on fondling his brother with wild abandon.

"You should've just said something ages ago then. I'd totally let you feel me up whenever you wanted!" Xolotl alternated tensing each pectoral, watching his twin's hands bob one after the other.

"Guess I'm making up for lost time then." Coatl couldn't stop his goofy grin from worming its way across his face.

As much fun as it was to let his brother have his way with him, Xolotl wanted to feel this kind of strength as well. "Hey, but now we can both have some fun. Your pecs are fucking amazing too!"

Coatl swelled with pride as much as his body swelled with bulk. "Oh dude, you sure know your way around a man."

"Hell yeah, I do, bro!" Xolotl pushed his hands further, reaching around his twin's wide physique and marveling at what he felt. "Holy shit, you're making Everest seem like an anthill back here!"

Coatl's body immensely loved hearing that praise, spurting a glob of preseed from his leviathan cock. "It's like you know what I want to hear before I do."

"Yeah, you like it when I do that?" Xolotl's experience carried him far in making his brother feel good, but a man this size was something completely out of his comfort zone, not that he'd let that stop him. "I can't even use one hand for that, that's how fucking huge you are!"

"F-Fuck, how are you so good at this?" Coatl felt himself succumbing to his libido, adoring the worship that his brother gave him.

Xolotl chuckled. "I got a lot of practice in at the gym, dude." His hands instinctively roamed to those protruding lats, indulging in their outrageous width. "You see now? You're so big and muscular, even more than dad."

"Oh god, I am, aren't I?" The stimulation sent waves of pleasure washing over his incredibly gargantuan form. "Please, keep going!"

"Oh, these traps." Xolotl tongued his way along the swollen muscles. "You're putting bulls to shame, bro!" And then his hands fell to his twin's dimpled cheeks, his own heart fluttering from their enormity. "You've got a godly ass, dude. Guys would line up for miles for a chance to kiss it."

Unlike everything else, feeling his ass cheeks groped sent waves of euphoria through Coatl's frame. "Fucking hell, it's just so..." He moaned aloud.

Xolotl knew exactly what was going on, but he still played along. "You good?"

"More than good! You playing with my ass is heavenly." Coatl couldn't believe how overcome with arousal he got.

Xolotl inched closer to his brother's ear, a wry grin contorting his mouth. "I can make it feel so much better if you'd like." He whispered salaciously, kneading his twin's cheeks.

"Do it!" Coatl uncontrollably blurted out. He'd never felt so horny in all his life, but he also felt no shame at the same time.

Xolotl gave one last squeeze before letting go. "You got it, bro. Just gotta bend down on the grass."

Coatl dropped to his hands and knees with no other direction needed. His body seemed to know what to do, anxious to have the ecstatic bliss present inside of him amplified. "Come on, show me everything you've learned!"

"Holy shit, you're more eager than I thought!" Xolotl didn't waste any time getting down to business. His own libido guided his motions, voraciously eating out his brother's quivering asshole before smearing his potent precum all along and inside the opening. Without a word, he gently pushed into that delicate ring of muscle, feeling his twin squirm beneath him.

The sensation of having his anal cavity invaded was unlike anything that Coatl had ever experienced before in his life. Both lust and love for his brother intensified his excitement, his cock dribbling more pre from his sloshing cum tanks. While he involuntarily clenched down, he also pushed back on the monumental pillar driven into him, ready to take their relationship to the next level.

Xolotl instantly knew that every other guy that he had the ability to hook up with would pale in comparison to the perfection that was his own twin. No one else could apply the right amount of force to his shaft, nor did their asses feel this amazing to penetrate. It excited him like nothing else. He shoved his fat meatlog further, his natural lubrication aiding with the process, getting balls deep in no time.

Coatl moaned the loudest that he'd ever done in the instant that his asshole got impaled on the entirety of his brother's prodigious length. His inner walls squeezed in response, clamping down on the fuckstick giving him the skewering of a lifetime.

As his brother, Xolotl, too, felt the overwhelming pleasure affect him, eliciting a moan to escape past his lips. But he didn't want to stop there. Carefully, he pulled out nearly all the way before slamming back in, building up a pace in a matter of moments. His shredded pelvis slammed against his twin's globular ass cheeks, while his balls crashed into their counterparts. Never in a million years did he imagine his perfect mate to be his own brother.

Coatl's hand uncontrollably shot to his crotch, jerking off his own knotted rocket like he was fucking someone else. His hips moved in tandem with the man thrusting into him, becoming like a well-oiled fuck machine built without the ability to stop. One day, he'd find out what it'd be like to be in the other position.

Xolotl pistoned with gusto, hilting his twin harder than he ever thought that he was capable of. His breathing grew laboured the more that he bucked, jackhammering against his brother's prostate with reckless abandon. He could feel the lust coursing through his veins, pushing him ever so much closer to the edge of release.

Coatl's prostate getting flattened sent pulses of euphoria rocketing through his system, momentarily immobilizing him with pleasure every time. He did his best to bob his hand along his own prick, but he couldn't stop the anal assault from overwhelming him. Each and every plunge into his asshole forced him closer into the range of orgasm, with the final straw being his brother's own climax.

Xolotl roared from the top of his lungs as he felt his dam burst wide open. His colossal cum tanks pumped untold litres of spunk through his length and into the awaiting cavity of his twin. Pleasure engulfed him, making his only priority to drain his balls entirely, his thick knot keeping him anchored in place. Rope after sticky rope coated the other man's bowels, painting them a pearlescent white before depositing in his gut. His jizz had nowhere else to go.

The pressure releasing from Coatl's orbs seemed to match the pressure increasing inside his innards, with him not sure what he liked more. His stomach swelled with his twin's cum, taking in every last drop. It felt so good, it felt so right, and he wanted it to continue for as long as possible.

It felt like Xolotl had cum the equivalent of thousands of men, his climax making time slow to a crawl. This orgasm lasted eternities longer than any other one that he'd ever had, or at least it really seemed like it. Dumping load after load into his brother barely felt like it did anything, but over time he certainly noticed how fulfilled his urges were becoming. Keeping his pelvis as flush against the other beefcake's ass cheeks as he could, the last of his seed spurted inside, making him feel blissfully spent.

Coatl, too, blasted off the last of his cum, a happy expression plastered onto his mug. He felt heavy, but unaware if it came from his now apparent exhaustion, or from his gut swollen with his twin's spunk. Either way, it caused him to collapse onto the ground beneath him, his brother following suit on top of him.

It took everything that Xolotl had inside of him, but he forced himself to remain conscious. He couldn't help but chuckle when his fingers grazed, then groped, his twin's belly. "Oh dude, you feel pregnant as shit right now!"

Coatl felt just enough of his bearing return to him, allowing him the luxury of experiencing post-nut clarity. "Don't you fucking dare say that." He weakly slapped his brother in the arm.

Xolotl wheezily snickered. "Relax, I'm joking."

"I never even thought I'd ever be in a situation anywhere close to this, so I don't exactly know how to react right now." His nerves were overstimulated, his nervous system fried, but his brain was actually able to conjure up thoughts. "Can you pull out yet?"

"Uh, I dunno." Preliminary tugs told Xolotl that that was an impossibility, but he must've deflated just enough as he managed to yank himself free with a slick pop. "Oh fuck, pulling out feels just as good! Almost feels like I could go for another round"

Coatl winced from the pleasure, almost losing himself again. "Ah shit, that was a lot!" It took him a moment to bring his breathing back down to a normal level. "Yeah, me too, but I need a break first. I'm nowhere near used to this yet."

"Oh dude, that's totally fine. We got all of mom and dad's trip to do this!" Xolotl beamed. "And then we can also meet up after we go back to our lives again."

Coatl sputtered from exhaustion, despite his rising libido. "Yeah, absolutely." It was only then that he realized just how massive his belly was. "Oh great, now I look like you did an hour ago."

"Nah, that's good, though." Xolotl gripped his twin's stomach, feeling it be immensely taut. "All of that's protein, tons of guys at the gym would kill to be in your shoes, bro!"

"Oh yeah, because I can get jacked as hell at the library, right?"

Xolotl chuckled. "You can if you just start lifting all the bookshelves. What's someone gonna say to you?"

Coatl rolled over to get a better look at his brother. "That I'm disturbing the other patrons?"

"Man, you care too much about what other people think of you." Xolotl cupped his brother's cheek, gazing longingly into his eyes. "You don't gotta do anymore."

"I always have, and I always will. I don't see that changing anytime soon." In spite of his twin's demeanour, Coatl couldn't stop himself from noticing how handsome his brother looked to him. Still, there was one other thing pressing on his mind. "So, how upset do you think Mom and Dad will be?"

"Dude, who cares?" Xolotl grinned.

Coatl couldn't believe what he'd just heard. "What do you mean, 'Who cares?' We look completely different now!"

"So?" Xolotl didn't see what the issue was. "What are they gonna say to us?"

"I..." Try as he might, Coatl's mind came up blank. "I don't know."

"Exactly! They might be upset at first, but that's not gonna last. I mean, we haven't been possessed, we haven't disappeared, we weren't killed..." Xolotl exuded confidence like no one else. "We're still ourselves, we just look hotter now."

Coatl hated to admit it, but his brother had a point. "I mean, I guess so..."

"Well, I know so. And the only thing that matters to those two is that their house, and everything in it, is still in one piece." Wanting to add to the moment, Xolotl leaned forward, planting a quick smooch on his twin's lips.

"Yeah, I suppose you're right." Coatl sighed, content with himself for the first time in a long time. That didn't last as a realization abruptly came into focus. "Hey, didn't you smash that vase earlier?"

If it weren't for his twin's impeccable memory, Xolotl would've had a few more moments of bliss. Instead, he jumped to his feet in panic. "Oh shit!"
