#2 of Escape from Zootopia

Judy enters the formerly glorious city of Zootopia. Here, predators slurp up prey right off of the street, widening their waistlines along the way. Locating the President turns out not to be so simple, and she'll have to test her throat capacity before long.

A long, straight road stretched before Judy, leading over plains and into the city. Debris and ash scattered across the highway, marking where explosive projectiles had impacted it. This was Wall Way, one of the few remaining avenues to downtown Zootopia. The old light rail tracks were long gone.

Under the highway awaited a deep canyon. They'd--the federal government--had excavated an unfathomable trench around downtown Zootopia. The canyon walls were smooth, featureless surfaces of concrete.

At the end of the highway, a mile off, the city abruptly began with a wall of wreckage. Behind that rose the dilapidated skyscrapers of Zootopia. Denizens were not allowed within a mile of the gate; Judith was in no man's land.

A long, shrill creaking announced that the gate behind her was closing. And then, it slammed shut. Its reverberations shook the ground under her.

Judy looked over her shoulder to the top of the gate.

Snipers waited in the diffuse moonlight, at the ready to shoot anyone daring to leave the city.

She hopped along the highway, dodging broken glass on her right and charred shrapnel on her left. All four of her paws met the hard asphalt with sharp pats. Lukewarm breeze blew the ammonic stench of the city her way. Judy was expert in navigating treacherous terrain, and she dashed the entire mile with no trouble.

So, it was soon that she approached the outskirts of the city. The road continued inward. Judy stayed just outside, clinging to the city limits. She held her back to a cold, gnarled sheet of rust twice her height.

A wet shlurp perked Judy's ears. On the opposite side of the wall, an anteater raided an anthill made of rubble. The anteater stood at Judy's height, but double Judy's width, with saddlebag hips composed of sloping lard. A bulbous gut hung down to her knees and billowed half an arm's length forward. A torn t-shirt covered her breasts, each the size of bowling balls. Her long snout puffed with flab.

She shot her tongue into the pile of rubble and clung to three ants. The anteater's pink tongue was long, stretchy, and sticky.

The ants, black but covered with soot, wriggled helplessly in her grip.

She ripped her tongue back in. Her throat bulged with a large, lumpy knot that plunged right into her belly. She patted her fatty middle, rippling it. "Ahhh."

From the anthill, another ant skittered out past the anteater. It ran towards the clearing leading out of the city.

The anteater hobbled after it. It toddered onto one foot, wagging its rotund gut to the side, and then waddled onto the other foot, rocking its belly the other way. Her corpulent thighs forced her into an ungainly gait that sloshed her belly side to side, challenging her center of balance.

In the road before the anteater, a thin stream of pebbles and dust erupted upward. An ear-splitting bang popped.

Back above the outer gate, a sniper had taken aim.

The anteater spun on her heel and waddled back inward. Her hefty hips swung her backside.

Judy waited. The last thing she wanted was to catch a bullet meant for someone else. Once the anteater had wandered off, Judy crept into the city.

She plucked her tracking device from a breast pocket. Its interface showed a red dot to indicate bearing and displayed the distance in meters. It pointed her dead ahead, along the main drag.

Judy walked on with soft steps. Her ears detected distant scuffles and clatters. She looked around and saw nothing but crumbling high-rises. The streets appeared empty. With the street lamps out, she had nothing but the moonlight to see the way.

The hunting was probably poor at night. Under cover of darkness, prey had the advantage. Predators would be back out at sun-up, when they had a chance of catching prey.

Judy checked her tracker again. She followed it onto a cross street, 4th Boulevard.

A chunky deer stood at the opposite end of the block. She wore scarlet heels, showing her long gams, which were padded with inches of flab. Her short, glittery skirt bit into her thighs and failed to cover so much as her pink thong. Her pudgy abs pushed a bowl into her skirt and rolled over its waistband with a meaty muffin top. Her crop top barely fit on her bulbous breasts, which flashed their underboobs under the garment. Her chubby arms rested on her round hips. Jutting but curvy cheekbones and a tiny nose defined her face.

A loud catcall echoed behind her. A lion in torn jeans and a sports jacket approached her. His broad, muscular pecs were bare, while his mane was wild and unkempt. A hairy keg of a gut burst out through his jacket.

Judy stepped into the shadows of a nearby alleyway, just within earshot. She watched.

The deer turned to face the lion. "Hey there, Handsome."

The lion licked his lips. "Mm-mm, look a'choo. Hain't seen a stomach this flat since I 'as on the outside."

The deer stroked a forehoof down her chubby waist. "How would you like to see it up close?"

He pulled her into a kiss.

She made out with him, opening her mouth to meet his. But her mouth kept opening wider and longer. Her jaw stretched to the size of his head, and she slipped her mouth around his scalp.

The lion grabbed her by the shoulders and tried to tug her off. He pushed on her, rocking her heavy tits up and down.

Instead, she sucked harder, swallowing up to his shoulders. Her jaws again expanded, and she jammed the lion's full width into her face. She giggled through a mouthful of man. Her cheeks billowed with a mouth full of lion head. She sucked and gulped, ripping him into her gullet.

His body stretched her neck wide. His arms flailed, but by now, they were bound by her lips.

She stepped one foot back, steadying her stance, and she slurped the lion off of his feet. She held her face upward.

With damp smacks and low thumps, he slipped down her esophagus. The lion plummeted into her belly as a giant, contorted mass.

She held one forehoof to her back. Her belly now inflated down past her knees, thrice her width, and almost further forward than her arms. "Hope that's close enough for you. (Gurp.)" She lifted one leg and clumsily stomped it forward, sloshing her stuffed gut. She waited a moment for it to stop jiggling. "Easy there, girl." She patted her stomach, admiring its girth. Then, she turned around the corner and laboriously walked away.

At the next block over stood the old Fruit Bat Theater. Many of its art deco ridges were now pocked with craters, but it still stood. The sign was a different matter, which presently read "F AT EATER."

The tracking device pointed directly to it.

Soon, Judy stood outside at the box office. The booth looked trashed, and its window had long been shattered. No one operated it.

But the theater was still operational; a mass of cheers and shouts rang from inside.

To the side was a door for mid-size animals. Judy grabbed its grimy, formerly-gold handle, and she stepped into the lobby. Its torn carpet cushioned Judy's footpads. It was nearly pitch black, save for a flickering light some yards away. She found her way through another door and into the auditorium.

She stood at the rear, overlooking it all. Spotlights shone over a wrestling ring at the front of the huge room. Its light bled into the seating, illuminating the stratified arrangement. Up by the wrestling ring were tiny seats for the smallest animals. Behind those were several rows of larger seats for folks roughly Judy's size. And behind that, there were rows of larger chairs for the bigguns, like elephants. The domed ceiling overhead had beautiful geometric patterns besmirched with foul, spray-painted graffiti.

Of the hundreds of seats, maybe 50 were occupied. Despite the purposeful layout of the seat sizes, nobody looked like they fit in their chair. Up front, a gerbil had a rump so fat that nearly pushed the mammal out of its seat. In the middle, a capybara had a belly so round that it nearly sagged to the floor. And in the back, an ostrich's waist bled over the arm rests.

The door shut behind Judy. She stepped down the stairs, towards the stage. She toed around broken bottles and old gum.

A raspy voice called out in a shouting whisper. "Hey, Carrots!"

Judy looked to the aisle seat next to her. Its armrest was higher than her head.

In it sat two heavyset legs in slacks. Their thighs splayed broad over the seat and slumped against the armrests. A potbelly lounged in their lap, scooching one thick roll of lard almost to the knees. The fat gut sloped inward within a yellow polo shirt, and breasts bigger than Judy's head propped the neckline open. Black, flabby wings gripped the armrests. A pink neck rose from the shirt, nearly as long as the legs, and certainly as thick. It rolled with creases of fat. A white, feathery head looked down at Judy, smiling with its yellow beak. A tan flat cap covered her scalp. "I heard you were dead!"

Judy rolled her eyes and walked on.

On the ring ahead, a wolf and a coyote faced each other.

The wolf planted her hindpaws far apart. Her calves carried pert bags of blubber, while her thighs expanded over them and gathered in rolls at her sides. Daisy dukes barely clung to her dump truck rump, which bore a wide swath of silver-furred cellulite. Her belly pooched out almost down to her shorts' hem, and her cushy navel topped her lowest belly roll. A flannel shirt tied off below her bust, cradling her pawful tits. She shook her head, wagging her bubbly cheeks. "You take back what you said!!"

The coyote took a ready stance. Her thick legs featured wobbly calves and chunky thighs. Her plush hips pulled her leather skirt taut, while her golden belly fluffed over her skirt in a heavy sack of flesh. Her upper belly bowed outward, overlooking her fulsome lower roll. A leather jacket barely buttoned over her bust, with two furry knockers spilling over it. She guffawed, squishing her chins. "Not in a million years!"

The wolf stepped forward, rocking her enormous ass. "When I'm done with you, they'll need a truck to haul me outta here!"

The coyote smacked her belly into oscillating ripples. "Bring it on! You haven't got the guts to handle me!"

The wolf charged the coyote and tackled her. Their fat clapped together.

The coyote fell to the mat with a flabby slam.

The wolf bobbed as she laid over the coyote's bulbous gut. The wolf's hindpaws planted to the mat, and her backside shook in the air. She cranked her maw wide open.

The coyote thrust her immense belly upward, throwing the wolf off.

The wolf fell backwards onto her expansive ass, which pounded the mat and quaked. Her tremendous thighs spread broad.

The coyote lunged forward, using her weighty gut to pin the wolf down. She locked her jaws over the wolf's head. Once the coyote had the wolf's head secure in her maw, she fell backward, yanking the wolf's fat ass up off of the mat. The coyote pummeled her own wide butt on the mat. The force sucked the wolf immediately down the coyote's gullet.

The coyote now sat with her legs flat on the mat. Her giant belly bloated to her feet and higher than her eyes. It pulsed and twitched. Angry, red stretch marks glowed on her skin. She held one forepaw to her back, while her other forepaw raised high triumphantly.

By that time, Judy slinked just steps away from the ring. She pinned her ears flat to the back of her head.

Nobody noticed her as they cheered on the winning coyote.

She checked her tracker.

Miss President was nearby. If she was here, it was possible she'd be served up next, if she wasn't already digesting in someone's stomach.

Judy bolted through a door at the back of the auditorium. The other side was a dingy bathroom. Scum lined the yellowed tile floor, and the stalls used shoddy red doors. A name tag hung from each one.

Judy followed her tracker into a stall named "Jezebel." The inside of the door had a mirror, while lip gloss, eyeliner, and other makeup sat on the toilet lid. Beside all that was a slim, black rectangle. The tracker read "0." This was the President's smartphone.

Judy picked it up. She found the phone, but where was the President? "Shhhit."

The door of the bathroom creaked.

Judy shut her stall and peeked out below its door.

The big-bellied wrestler coyote entered with lumbering stomps. She moaned, then belched crudely, "hchGRAWWWP."

A slimy sound echoed, and then the fatass wolf splatted onto the ground, sopping wet.

The wolf said, "Thanks a lot. Try to be a little rougher next time, will ya?"

The coyote spat back, "Keep up the lip, and next time I'll eat you for real."

The wolf shook herself dry, splashing saliva all over the bathroom. "Stuff it. Hey, wasn't Jezebel on tonight?"

"I dunno. She was playing with that stupid phone all night. Bitched at me when the batteries went dead. She asked me for a charger, and I said, 'No way! Not after the last time.' Then she stormed off."

"Well fine then, guess we'll scope out a good snake spot without her tonight."

The door creaked again, and their footsteps left the bathroom.

Judy waited a few moments. Then, she scampered into a stall labeled "Kylie." The coyote had a similar "dressing room," albeit with one important item: a cell phone charging cable. Judy stuffed it in her pants pocket and left.

* * * * *

Judy slipped out of the theater undetected. She made her way along the grimy street until she crossed an abandoned diner.

The windows and door were boarded up, although the planks had been pried off of one window. With any luck, it was still on the grid.

She hopped in through the open window. Scant moonlight showed tables tossed aside and a scratched-up checkered floor, and the musk of mold filled the air. She ran her paw along the wall and located a socket. She plugged in the charger and cell phone. In moments, the phone buzzed to life. Success.

She tapped it on, revealing a number pad on its screen. She brought up the latest outgoing call and redialed its number.

It rang. And rang.

Judy tapped her foot anxiously.

Eventually, someone picked up. Swinton came through on the other end. "Who is this?!" Her lips smacked, evidently mid-meal.

Judy said, "Hopps. What are you doing on the President's speed dial?"

Swinton responded, "You just called the Vice President. He handed me the phone. Now whey-ere's the President?"

"Probably grub for some numbskull out here. I found her phone, but no trace of her. Will you let me out now?"

Swinton guffawed. "HAW, HAW, HAW--(bruuup). Ohh, that's precious. Listen, you better hope the President is still in one piece. No President, no deal. Got it?" The call dropped.

Judy clenched the phone angrily. "Grrr." She unplugged it and started for the open window.

From behind, a voice called out, "Carrots!"

Judy looked over her shoulder. "Hopps."

A gangly raccoon shook in the corner of the diner. Bags lined his eyes, and a domed gut jut out from his frame. His pants were in tatters, but they were enough to conceal an alluring lump between his legs. His scrawny knees knocked together. "I heard you died."

"That's the second time someone's said that tonight. Is that just coincidence, or do people really like rumors about me croaking?" Judy shook her head and grabbed the window sill.

The raccoon shouted, "Don't go! The snake swarm is about to come through!"

Judy stepped back from the window. "Snake swarm? Snakes don't hunt in packs."

The raccoon walked to her. "Things have changed a little since the last time you were here." He poked his head out of the window and pointed down the road. "See?"

A rumbling grew louder by the moment until the foundation of the diner shook.

An olive snake snatched the raccoon's head in its jaws and yanked him out through the window.

He yelled, in the distance, "Don't forget my naaame!"

Judy backed further away from the window.

Next to her was a boarded-up window. Its wooden planks splintered inward, followed by a flying snake. The snake latched onto her forearm.

She rolled away from that window, blunting the snake's impact. She wrangled it to the ground.

The scaly menace opened its mouth and hissed. It was as long as Judy was tall and as thick around as one of her thighs. The sucker was strong, too, and it bucked Judy off onto her back. It slithered at top speed towards the bunny and snapped its jaws down around her feet. A long, thin tongue tickled her toes and pads.

Judy leaned up. "Hey, those are supposed to be good luck!"

The snake worked its way up to Judy's knees. It covered her calves with damp heat.

She grasped at the snake and tried to tug it off.

It was too strong, though, and it clung fast, moving up to her hips. It formed a binding sleeping bag around her legs.

She bent forward and bit into its scales.

The snake slowed.

She needed it gone, pronto. She ripped at it with her teeth, and it slid down from her hips. She sucked, and it slipped off of her legs. She inhaled the snake's tail. Then, she slurped it down like one furious spaghetti noodle, vacuuming the snake's length down her esophagus. Its smooth scales glided right through her and into her belly.

Her stomach wriggled and bounced. A reptilian yarn ball spun in her belly, contorting a sphere bigger than any pregnancy. Her middle was bare, having forced her shirt up to her bust. She suppressed her upset tummy and cracked strained burps, "Huurp! Gurp. Bworhp!" Her forepaws reached around her stomach, and her thighs cradled its thrashing weight. She felt huge.

Judy couldn't stay here. She arduously stood to her hindpaws. Then, she pushed a chair to the open window. She put one leg up, shifting her gorged gut to the side. It churned. She pulled herself up onto the chair, and her legs strained to lift her new weight.

In moments, she heard a blaring car horn.

* * * * *

A yellow cab five times Judy's height screeched up beside the window. The cab's passenger window was down, and an ostrich head--wearing a tan flat cap--poked out through it. "I thought that was you! Well jeez, get in!"

Judy gripped the lower edge of the passenger window. She pumped her arms, hefting her globular gut up along the side of the door. She fell over the other side and landed in a seat for someone much larger. The seat was far taller than her, and her feet were nowhere near the edge of the seat. She rubbed her aching, swollen middle, caressing its sudden growth. She could feel the snake's coils as they writhed under her skin.

The ostrich gave a look of motherly concern. "A bunny like you shouldn't be out here so late! You're prime snake chow!" She wore that flat cap, yellow polo, and slacks. Small world.

Judy writhed in her seat, clutching her middle. The snake slithered around inside her, just about ready to wriggle out. She moaned a shuddering belch. "Ouurrgh, BHRUUUP. Thanks for the... (HIC!) tip. Who are you, again?"

The ostrich winked. "Just call me 'Elephant'!"

"Got it... If it's so bad, why are you here?"

Elephant wound down her window. "The snakes out this way are a little gamey, just the way I like 'em."

A snake slid up to the window, seeking prey.

Elephant whipped her long neck out of the window and snatched the snake in her beak.

The snake thrashed for dear life. But it went nowhere.

Elephant swallowed it down her fat neck like just another peanut. She licked her beak. "Mmm-mm. Say, where ya headed?"

Judy had one forepaw on her protruding, squirming stomach. Her other forepaw pulled a bottle of pills from her pants pocket. She thumbed off the cap, put the bottle to her mouth, and swallowed one. She grunted while her meal fought her, but she faced Elephant. "I'm searching for someone named--nngh--Jezebel. Not sure on the--hrff--last name."

There was no need to expose that her true object was the President. Jezebel could hopefully lead her the right way.

"Jezebel?" Elephant's feathers stood on end. "Why, everyone knows she's The Alpha's squeeze!"

"Alright then,--HRRK--take me to The Alpha."

Elephant shook her head. "Oh, you don't wanna see The Alpha, Carrots. He'd eat us both up and have room for dessert!"

Judy's stomach finally calmed. In fact, it deflated, settling into a cushy pouch on her front. Now, it pushed her shirt up just an inch. Her breasts, on the other hand, expanded, filling up a touch more of her tank top, pushing defined mounds into her shirt. Her hips thickened a few inches, too, drawing her pants tight. Two bubble butt cheeks propped under her, and flab filled her thighs. And lastly, her cheeks softened slightly.

Judy sighed as her stomach relaxed. "I have an important question for Jezebel. I don't care how, I just need to locate her."

Elephant stroked her chin. "A-alright. I think Fox can help you."

Judy sat upright. "Fox? Who's 'Fox'?"

Elephant slapped the dashboard playfully. "Why, only The Alpha's right-hand man!"
