[Planet; Earth, year 3,586, Sunday November 22nd, 5:40AM. Sector #8, Times Square]
United Nations Special Forces VALOR Military marines fired upon their powerful foe in the ruins of one of the most populated human cities, each marine taking a few pot shots at the advancing enemy force before falling back to previous positions. A Jack-hammer battle tank prepared to fire its main gun when one of the infinite drones fired its shoulder mounted anti-matter gun; completely annihilating the battle tank in an orange fireball.
The infinite drones marched through the city unopposed; the black plated walkers continued destroying the full VALOR army in all of their major cities across the globe. The Infinite drones were very thin humanoid like walkers; they had six legs almost like a squid and the suit had no head just a large red circle that glowed once in a while on the drone's chest. High powered rail shots from marine rifles had no impact against the infinite drones that were protected by their environment suits, and the shells from a tank's main gun only succeed in knocking back a drone a few feet before it continued its advance once more.
"Anther glorious victory for the Grandfather!"yelled a cultist as he stood beside an infinite drone that snatched a passing VALOR fighter plane out of the sky at its max speed and then threw it into the side of a building leveling an entire city block.
The infinite drones continued to press on destroying everything and anyone that stood in their path while the organic worshippers looted the city of anything they found of interest. Liken kneeled down in the ruined streets of the once major human populaces, she picked up an empty marine helmet and examined it before tossing it away with the rest of the garbage. Every world she been on she watched the infinite tore through all their enemies like nothing it was easily apparent why anyone would worship them as gods, although it pained her to see people not even fighting back, children, mothers and fathers were rounded up and killed as well, the Infinite left no one alive. It was her own heart that ached with pain, each victory she asked the Shadow master to bring back her love but the darkspawn dismissed her aside every single time.
A cultist made his way slowly over to the valgary who was still rummaging for anything to be used as a trophy and to get her mind off Zhakaev. "What do you want?"asked Liken to the approaching zealot.
"The Shadow master has ordered for an update, what should I tell him?" He asked
Liken got up and threw anther item to the ground before turning and facing the thin darkspawn traitor. "I'm sure you don't need me to say we destroyed anther world..."
"Of course, no one can stop the Grandfather."
[Infinite Head Quarters_._ Year 3,586, Sunday November 22nd, 6:40AM. Construction Facility, Infinite storage bay 77-K]
Rows of hundreds unused Infinite drone armors stood silently along the many levels inside the storage bay as cult technicians oversaw their completion so more Infinite could use them and join the genocide of those who dare oppose the Grandfather. At the end of the very busy storage brackets was a single piece of armor that most of the workers were tending too.
The humanoid shaped armor stood around eight feet tall, its white and silver colors completely contrasted the dark and gritty look of the storage bay "The Grandfather will find his new drone most effective."Said the head technician as he took final inspection before it could be deployed in the field.
"The false ones will tremble as their precious hero is turned against them!'cackled anther insane zealot as the female darkspawn took more notes in her report.
The suit became active without the workers knowing, the once empty view ports for the helmet became blood red, and its right arm launched forward and grabbed the head technician by the neck. "Shut it down! Shut it down!"panicked the leader before the suit ripped off his neck from his shoulders.
"All commands are not responding!"yelled a darkspawn cultist on an above catwalk who manned a computer.
The Justicar looked up at the alien who was trying to power down the suit but the knight ripped the darkspawn from his consul and threw him splat into an offline infinite drone with a powerful psychic attack.
One of the many Infinite drones became active, the red orb in the centre of its chest turned bright. The massive machine walked into the centre of the long room and then turned its attention to the Justicar who, without emotion was launching bolts of shadow from the palm of is hands destroying anything it touched. Before the drone could fire its primary shoulder cannon the Justicar crumpled the massive drone into a tiny ball with his supernatural powers and then threw the trash into anther catwalk crushing several workers.
The Justicar looked around for anymore hostiles and when it detected none the red eyes of the helmet faded away. "My goddamn head..."groaned Arjun as he fell to the ground but his feelings of sickness where completely overruled it looked like a massacre had taken place. "What the hell just happened here, did I do this?"Arjun asked rhetorically.
Suddenly the armor lurched forward without Arjun's permission and began making Arjun walk through the halls of the destroyed storage bay. "Hey, what the hell! Stop! Simon says stop!"Arjun yelled at himself but the armor didn't listen instead it just continued walking towards the exit.
The suit ripped the bay doors apart to reveal a next set of storage bays but several drones were already active along with a complete army of void soldiers and battle ready cultists. "Oh fuck me sideways."Arjun stated
The suit charged.
[Planet; Earth. Year 3,586, Sunday November 22nd, 9:40AM. Sector #8, Hold out Command]
"What the hell does it take to kill one of these things!"yelled a marine as he fired anther rocket into the side of an advancing drone. The drone did not even notice the explosive that struck it and continued to march by.
"It will take a lot more than what we have here to destroy even a single drone, let alone an invasion force." Stated Carpender
Nalfiria nodded in agreement. "Anything short of orbital strike will not scratch a drone
The marine turned back from his view port to respond to their answer but a sniper round pieced the marine's helmet killing him instantly. High General Mitchell M. Constantine walked over the marine's body and drew his sidearm before shooting the same cult sniper in the forehead that was looking out a ruined building's window. "Reinforcements are already on route and when they arrive we can push these bastards out of our planet!"Mitchell said, reloading his firearm in the process.
More drones began to zero in on the location of the hidden command base and fired their shoulder mounted cannons to bring the underground base in on itself. General Constantine shook his head at anther report that was transmitted to his personal data assistant that the Infinite were building some sort of device in Sector Ten formally called Great Britain. "Carpender, you and the Dragon Lord both fought the infinite before, mind telling me what the hell this is!"he ordered as he handed his PDA to the floating mummy like creature.
Carpender took a long sigh with a small degree of fear in his words "It's an infinite world devastator. They use it after they feel that a planet has been completely subdued of resistance they can deploy this device to wipe out the planet's atmosphere to wipe out all life on the planet for ever."Carpender passed the readout to the rebel leader.
"We should look for a way to leave this world, the infinite have won this battle."Advised the Dragon lord
"Not If I have a say in this matter. Alien."answered a high ranking VALOR official who entered from a door behind the shoddy put together command room. The much older white, bald male had grey moustache and eyebrows. He also did not wear power armor like his solders but instead wore a highly exquisite uniform that had the token blue and white colors of the UN, with shoulder pads and his fruit salad of medals on his left breast. The commander carried with him a well kept wood staff with a golden ball on the end of it but the commander didn't seem to need his staff for walking.
"How did you get here?"Mitchell asked puzzled
"VALOR armadas, Shining Hope and Independence have already engaged these...'machines'in orbit and are now dropping off reinforcements, this sector has been secured for VALOR."
"Then we should coordinate our attacks an-"
"That will not be necessary, Mr. Constantine. I have arrived here to replace you has High General."
"On whose authority!"Mitchell yelled back
"President Scott himself. He also gave me the authority to terminate the defense pack between demon and human."
The demon leader was just shocked that this one human turned the entire command centre around with words than the Infinite drones did with their anti-matter weaponry. "Are you kidding us?"he asked in disbelief.
"The President feels you aliens brought more harm than good to VALOR and her colonies, VALOR will defeat this new enemy without your 'help'. Your people will be remaining in our territory under close guard and separate from our populaces."
"This is absurd."Said Carpender as he tried to leave the room but several VALOR marines blocked his exit with their weapons raised.
"With the knowledge of our defenses and tactics you are all too dangerous to let go, and Mitchell you will also be joining your alien friends as any position in the military would be at risk for your own personal bias towards these aliens."High General Bismarck said
"You, son of a bitch!"Mitchell yelled and punched the new general in the left cheek
"Arrest this man!"ordered Bismarckas he rubbed the red mark on his face. Two VALOR marines came forth; one grabbed the former general's wrists and slapped a plastic blue cuff around his wrists while the other dragged him out once he was secured.
"You are foolish as you are stubborn, human. VALOR alone can not stand against the infinite onslaught."Stated the Dragon Lord
"You are the foolish one, alien. My corporal here will be a suitable replacement for the Justicar, his sudden disappearance was a set back yes but you will find that this one is stronger, faster than the old design. VALOR will find him much more effective..."
Following the way High General Bismarck entered the room was a red and black armored marine. The much taller than average power armor was covered in trophy kills all ranging from darkspawns, demons, humans, and valgary bone fragments stuck against his armor to form a human shaped skeleton around the framework. Unlike his counter part this new soldier had various weaponry and gadgetry covering his armor as well, knives ready to pull out from countless locations, grenades located on his waist each with a different color for a different role, finally the red and black armor had no visible main weapon like the Justicar's long sword but instead had a data pad on his wrist which allowed him to store his much larger weapons as data for storage until he needed them.
"Meet the newest in VALOR technology, The MKII Justicar variant Vanquisher class. The old out dated MKI Justicar unit relied too much on close combat to win victories, both the suit and its pilot are both questionable leaving the brilliant minds at VALOR High Command to create a far more powerful super soldier."Stated Bismarckas the silent new Justicar said no word at all about his compliments.
"Your technology will never match that to the infinite"Carpender responded
"But your ability to underestimate us does."The general turned to his technological wonder. "Corporal you and my men may begin the attack on the world devastator"
The Vanquisher nodded and left the room without a word.
[Infinite Head Quarters, Year 3,586, Sunday November 22nd, 10:40AM. Hanger]
The suit continued to act on its on own will; the armor brutally killed any cult members or drones that stood in its way as Arjun was carried for the ride, as the suit was busy clearing the hanger bay, Arjun, was able to find the override command to shut down his suit's A.I but he waited for his suit to finish dispatching the resistance. The suit powered down putting a stop to his invisible captor's grip, the Justicar sat down to get his head straight. "Thank god that's over. God damn suit, bugged as hell."sighed Arjun, his head still hurt like hell. "Ok...I failed horribly against Anarchy and now I'm here, guess he thought I was dead and had his men take me here..."
"You were dead, organic."Said Arjun's A.I
"What the fu- what the hell is this! I shut the A.I down!"panicked Arjun
"I am not an 'A.I'now turn the controls back over to me so that I can finish what has been started."
"That's not an option what ever the hell you are, you tell me what is going on, right here, and right now!"demanded Arjun
"There is no time for this organic, my father has returned and he must be stopped or none of your kind will ever know of peace. Now turn control over back to me!"Said the suit
"Organic? Oh hell, don't tell me you're a god damn infinite that's stuck in my head!"Arjun asked
The voice completely ignored Arjun's question. "The organic cult is constructing a portal in this very complex for my father to enter this realm without the need of a suit. The Void God must not be allowed to return."
"Void god?"
"He is a cancerous blight upon the many realms. And he has perverted and twisted my race for his own gain. His slaves call him the Grandfather but to his kind he is known as the Void God, Pandemonium."
"That's a lot more dangerous sounding than Anarchy."
"Anarchy is one of countless trillions of lords at his disposal, when the wards on the Shattered Realm were broken the infinite were free to return to the physical realm to feed and to have revenge on their true enemy."
"True enemy?"Arjun asked
"They are not to be worried about now, if Pandemonium is allowed to enter through the Shadow Gate, then this entire plane of existence is lost to the my father."
"Before I go risking my ass to defeat anther evil, mind telling me who the hell are you anyway?"
"I am the prince of the void, and direct descendent of Pandemonium. I am Lord Khaos, and I thank you for your cooperation."
Justicar: great, now I have captain planet in my head
