In a world where so many different species with whacky body types coexist peacefully, a young rhinoceros cyclops is in search of inspiration for his next sculpture.

There really was a lot to see in a city as vast as Union Heart. With people from the most diverse species and body types, like taurs and arthros, to places with a very modern and futuristic architecture, blending in with their natural surroundings.

It was the perfect place for an artist like Atlas to live, and find good inspirations. The big brown rhinoceros, with black hair and a short stubble, was on his evening walk as usual, looking around the busy streets with his single grey eye, in search of something new and interesting.

The horn on his snout was missing it's tip, but that was no accident. It was to help with his sight.

But by far the best part of his walk was to get near the Founders Circle at the heart of the city. Not only was it a great place to see the flux of people coming and going at that time of day, and had countless beautiful statues of historical figures, with the glory of their different sizes and shapes in full display, but it was also the place where street artists and performers tended to gather.

From an acordeon-playing tiny purple gator, to a four-armed blue lioness juggling some balls, It was sure hard not to have something catch your attention. At least for a moment. And that, for Atlas, made the place really feel like the heart of the city.

It didn't take long for him to look in the direction of his favorite café, called Astral Dreams, and see a very familiar face sitting by the entrance of that dark-blue building.

He was a red bull, with dark spots and almost-black green hair. He wore glasses, and had short horns. But the most notable feature of his chubby body was his extra pair of arms, making him your standard arthro, like the lioness juggling just across the street from him, and a few others passing by.

And the bovine was not alone. Sitting by the lower side of the table, since it was divided into two plataforms, was a short, light-yellow feline, with faded brown stripes and brown hair. His long tail did split into two midway trough, but Atlas was more focused on his size.

Both of them were calmly sipping off steaming coffee mugs, while sharing a plate of savoury treats.

Atlas: Oh, hey. Good Evening, Tom.

The bull noticed his presence, and couldn't help but smile warmly.

Tom: Better now that I'm seeing you.

His deep yet soft voice was always a pleasure to hear.

Atlas: Heh... Who's the little guy?

Feline: You can call me Luke. Pleased to meet ya.

He had a surprisingly deep voice, like a thunderous roar, but a tad bit sophisticated. A little tired even, as he reached with his little hand for a compliment.

Atlas: Same. I'm Atlas, by the way.

Luke: Oh. Atlas Lighthorn?

Atlas: Yeah.

Luke: Tom here talked a lot about you.

Atlas: Really?

Tom: Yeah... We passed by the Mayor's Mansion on the way here, and I showed him that bust you made of her.

Luke: Really well sculpted, I might add.

Atlas: Aw, thanks. Her spouse comissioned me that a few months ago, and ever since I've never been without something to do for more than a few days.

Luke: Really? Then what are you working on nowadays?

Atlas: Well... Just finished a little frog statue this morning, for an old, three-eyed toad lady to put in her garden.

Tom: Heh. That's adorable.

Atlas: Sure thing... But now I'm thinking about what to do for the cultural showcase next month.

Tom: Yeah... Me too. Been looking for a lot of inspiration around the city.

Atlas: Same. Got any ideas on what to write about?

Tom: No, not really. Yet.

Atlas: Oh. That's a mood then.

Luke: Well, I'm sure you guys will find something eventually.

Tom: Thanks.

Luke: For now, let's just sit down and enjoy the moment. Do you like coffee, Atlas?

Atlas: Quite a lot, actually.

And then, the tiny feline whistled to get the attention of a six-armed yellow lizard waiter, who was eager to hear Atlas order as he pulled a chair to sit with the other two.

He wasn't quite sure of it yet, but the rhino had a feeling that meeting a new face was just the beginning of something great and wonderful.
