The Evil Emperor, a dragon set on world domination, sent out his snake warriors to begin his conquest of the planet.
Zolton, a faithful defender of the planet, found 5 young species and brought them together to fight The Evil Emperor's forces. Will they band together? Find out on today's episode of The Power Fur Rangers!!!

"I can't speak for everyone, but I'm in!" Lion said and the others nodded in agreement.
"We can't let those snake things hurt that poor family. What do we have to do to stop them?" Zyler asked.
"Your powers are stored in those rings that you wear. Also the knowledge of how to use them and the fighting experience of the Power Fur Rangers that have come before you are stored within. Reach out with your minds and call upon the knowledge." Zolton instructed.
"Worth a shot," Brian replied. Lion stepped forward as he felt a power throbbing from his ring. He was filled with the urge and he allowed himself to do it. He stuck out his index and middle fingers of his paw and held them up next to his face.
"Shabot Ve Sum!" Lion called out and he crossed his paws, curled into fists, in front of him making a 'X' He closed his eyes and lowered his head then on both paws he extended his index finger and middle finger as if he was extending claws. He sternly opened his eyes and held his paws as if he was holding a ball of energy and pulled it behind his back.
"Power of The Red Fur Ranger!" he cried and he motioned with his paws that the ball of energy he held behind him was being cast forward. A gray colored ooze exploded from his ring and covered his body. It took less than a second but as the goo solidified. He was wearing a red outfit that looked like it was made of spandex but the material was stronger than the strongest steel. It felt surprisingly as light as a feather on him. He had a red helmet on, that had black lenses where the eyes were.
"Amazing!" Brian said.
"Shabot Ve Sum, Baby," Zyler replied adding his own spin on the phrase and the others joined in by calling out the same thing. They each copied Lion's movements until each was wearing their own colored suits based on the color of their rings.
Lion became the Red Power Fur Ranger, Zyler became the Black Power Fur Ranger, Brian became the Blue Power Fur Ranger, Terri became the Yellow Power Fur Ranger, and Lisa became the Pink Power Fur Ranger.
"Prepare to be teleported to the park and good fortune Power Fur Ranger." Zolton said and the Power Fur Rangers became hazy as they glowed white and teleported to the park. A few seconds later after they fully materialized they saw they were surrounded by the snake warriors.
"Guys, let's do this!" Lion yelled as he charged towards the warriors and the other Power Fur Rangers ran off in different directions to attack the snake warriors. The mother rabbit looked up in fear and saw the Power Fur Rangers using martial arts to attack the evil snake creatures.
"Hey wanna get the stick?" The Black Power Fur Ranger said as he picked up a stick and showed it to a snake warrior then threw it over the creature's head. As the snake warrior watched the stick, the Black Power Fur Ranger kicked it in the stomach then ran after the stick himself to collect it himself.
"Mine now!" he jeered.
"KIAI! LIKE KIAI!!!" THe PInk Power Fur Ranger shouted as she punched two of the snake warriors.
"Nice one, Lisa." The Yellow Power Fur Ranger said to her after making a few clicking noises.
"Thanks," The Pink Power Fur Ranger replied.
The Evil Emperor watched angrily from his lair on the moon as a new team of Power Fur Rangers attacked his snake warriors.
"So poor old Zolton is still around eh... Too bad those pitiful cub do gooders are no match for me." The Evil Emperor mocked. A creature suddenly appeared out of the shadows in the corner.
Its body was a sickeningly white color, like a maggot, and the skin looked stretched like it had been pulled over a skeleton. Oversized glowing green eyes could be seen as its mouth smiled with tiny sharp teeth. It wore only a slave's dirty soiled loincloth to cover it's private areas.
"Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful, pitiful," it muttered to itself as it drew near.
"S-S-S oh great, that lump of puss, Gollip, has woken." The Evil Empress grumbled.
"The pit is full..... Pitiful!!!" Gollip laughed.
"What do you want, slave?" The Evil Emperor shouted as Gollip flinched. He drew close and grabbed The Evil Emperor's leg nearest to him and hugged it tightly.
"Precious, precious master. The Power Fur Rangers have passed your test and bested your warriors. A monster makes another good challenge to test those cubs... Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful, master likes to play with his food." Gollip muttered as he continued to hug the leg of his master. The Evil Emperor reached down and began to pet his slave as the creature made soft cooing sounds of delight.
"Shall I destroy them for you?" The Winged Ape asked as he drew his long thin sword from its scabbard.
"I have a better idea. Those creatures pump huge amounts of pollution into their skies. I'll create a monster from the pollution and destroy them with their own poisons." The Evil Emperor took a deep breath and spat out a large fireball towards the planet. It slowed to a stop in the atmosphere and began to suck in smog and other light pollution into the fireball as it began to transform into a humanoid creature.
"Smarla... Arise and conquer for your master!!!" The Evil Emperor yellede from his lair. The creatures consisted of black smoke and the fingertips of the monster had lightning surging from them. The eye sockets of the creature glowed red and they seemed to burn with fire as it landed upon the ground.
"Prepare to be destroyed, Power Fur Rangers!" Smarla cackled then it flew off to find them.
The Red Power Fur Ranger punched the last remaining snake warrior and as it hit the ground, it broke into numerous tiny snakes that slithered off in different directions. A few seconds later they faded and vanished from existence.
"Way to go, Lion!" Zyler cheered as he joined his friend and the others gathered around.
"That was easier than I thought they would be." The Blue Power Fur Ranger remarked.
"Indeed, I don't even think we need these suits to deal with the likes of them." The Yellow Power Fur Ranger said.
"Then how about me, Power Fur Rangers?" Smarla cried as he appeared and the Power Fur Rangers took up fighting stances.
"LIKE, why don't you go back to your boss and get outta here?" The Pink Power Fur Ranger jeered.
"Well, like, why don't you maske me!" Smarla said as he pointed his fingers at them and shot out bolts of electricity. The Power Fur Rangers dodged by tumbling out of the way and the spots that the lightning struck created small explosions.
"That's the best you got?" The Black Power Fur Ranger asked. The Pink and Yellow Power Fur Rangers ran to make sure the rabbits were led to safety.
"Thank you," The mother cried as they tried to get her to hurry to get away. The other three were busy keeping Smarla distracted by circling him and each one would attempt to strike him from the rear.
Smarla soon caught on after the third attack and he braced himself for when a ranger attacked he could catch them then counter. The Blue Power Fur Ranger tried to kick him in the rear and Smarla caught his leg then used his lightning fingers to fire a blast that struck the Black Power Fur Ranger as he jumped in front of the Red Power Fur Ranger to protect him. Sparks exploded from his chest from the impact but the Black Power Fur Ranger was unhurt. He was just weakened from the attack.
"Power Fur Rangers," Zolton's voice booked through an invisible earpiece in their helmets. "Be careful those suits you wear will protect you but they have a limited energy supply. If you use uit up then they will vanish and you will be vulnerable to attacks." he explained.
"Thanks Zolton," The Black Power Fur Ranger replied.
"You alright?" The Red Power Fur Ranger asked.
"No prob, he barely even scratched me." The Black Power Fur Ranger jeered. Smarla threw the Blue Power Fur Ranger at them as the Pink and Yellow charged at him from behind.
"Enough of this foolishness!" The Evil Emperor shouted.
"Pitiful, Pitiful, Pitiful. The pit is full, pitiful." Gollip was muttering as he clung to his master's leg. The Evil Emperor rose from his throne and kicked his leg, throwing Gollip into a wall, then turned his gaze back on the planet.
"You, my creature, will reach the sky as I watch you with my Dragon's Eye." The Evil Emperor recited. Twin laser beams were emitted from the eyes and traveled towards the planet. The lasers struck Smarla and he began to grow larger and larger until he was the size of a mountain.
"You know how you can tell you're gonna have a bad day when a bird poops on you?" The Black Power Fur Ranger started to say.
"Hey!!!" Both The Blue and Pink Power Fur Rangers replied.
"Yeah, it's that kinda day." The Black Power Fur Ranger concluded.
"Rangers, you can access advanced robot technology called Zords. With these even the biggest monsters like this one can be defeated." Clank explained. Just as he finished the knowledge on how to call and operate the Zords was transferred into their minds and they felt as if they had always known how to use them.
"Zords Arise!!!" The Red Power Fur Ranger called as he raised his paw that his ring was on under his glove. The rest did the same and they suddenly felt a rumble like a stampede of species was headed their way.
In the distance 5 humanoid robots that looked like knights in armor crawled and climbed their way out of the ground. Each Zord was the same color as the Power Fur Ranger that called it. They came running at a high speed velocity. They then stopped in front of The Power Fur Rangers and each Power Fur Ranger entered them by a secret door located on one of the legs of each Zord.
"Let's air out this smoke stack!" The Red Power Fur Ranger said as he climbed into the cockpit of the Zord. The rest shouted in agreement with him as the Zords began to move as if they had become alive.
"Your toys can't save you Power Fur Rangers." Smarla's voice boomed as he walked towards the Zords and pointed his fingers at them. Lightning bolts shot out from them and hit the Zords causing explosions.
"Hey guys, just a heads up I'M the one that has to fix your Zords so if you could try not to destroy them too much... I'd appreciate it." Clank spoke from their ear pieces.
"Activate power shields!" The Black Power Fur Ranger said and the Power Fur Rangers pulled on levers. Outside energy shield materialized in the right arms of the Zords.
"Power Swords!" The Blue Power Fur Ranger said not wanting to be out down by The Black. Energy swords materialized in the let hands of the Zords and the Power Fur Rangers and the Zords circle around Smarla.
"Hope you get a charge outta this one." Smarla mocked as he raised his hands and lighting shot out in all directions and hit all 5 Zords simultaneously. The Zords fell to the ground as Smarla jumped with glee. The Zords rolled away and took up defensive positions together.
"Power Fur Rangers. Combine your Zords and finish this battle!" Zolton replied.
"Let's Combine em Guys!!!" Lion shouted.
"Right!" The others cheered in unison.
The Zords stood up and the eye pieces in the knight helmet visors they wore shone with bright lights. The Zords jumped into the air and began to transformThe Red Zord was centered and the arms and legs detached. The Black Zoed transformed and became a pair of arms that attached themselves to the Red Zord. The Yellow and The Pink Zords each became a leg and attached themselves to the leg areas of the Red Zord. The Blue Zord Broke apart and attacked itself as armaments to the Zords and created an energy barrier that added extra protection.
Once all 5 Zords were interlocked a multicolored head appeared from the newly formed body. In a new command center, all 5 Power Fur Rangers sat at new control consoles. The MegaZord now looked like a multicolored samurai that had an energy field generated from it.
Smarla fired a couple more lightning bolts but the energy field absorbed them.
"What the?" Smarla snarled as it watched in confusion.
"Tanto Katana!!!" The Red Power Fur Ranger said. The MegaZord raised it's hand skyward and a long sharp double edged katana handed into their hand and began to glow a golden color.
"Final Slash HIYA!" The Power Fur Rangers said together and the MegaZord charged and ran past Smarla as it cut the monster.
"Lights out," Smarla cried as it held its side and fell to the ground and exploded. One of Smarla's hands returned to normal size and landed on the ground. Gollip appeared from the shadow of a tree and crawled over and grabbed the hand and held it close to his body.
"Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful." It muttered as it dematerialized but it chuckled to himself.
The Evil Emperor banged his fist on the armrest of his throne then it rose as it roared and huge clouds of black smoke billowed from his mouth.
"Well, that worked well." The Evil Empress muttered and the Evil Emperor glared at her.
"So you think you've won Power Fur Rangers! Well you're wrong. This was only a test to see what you are capable of... You cubs will become so full of yourselves that you'll get sloppy and my next monster will destroy you!!!" The Evil Emperor raged as he left his throne room.
"If Zolton chose cubs as his warriors there must be more to him that just what they appear to be. Once I get my fangs into them I'll turn them into my soldiers." The Evil Empress mused.
In the secret base of The Power Fur Rangers, The Power Fur Rangers had returned to their normal selves and stood before Zolton as he congratulated them on their victory.
"Congratulations my friends! You have kept up the legacy of what it means to be The Power Fur Rangers. Though this is just 1 battle in the war against The Evil Emperor, it is still a victory to be proud of.
"So, LIKE there's more to comed?" Lisa asked, then she began to prune her feathers.
"Unfortunately yes, the Evil Emperor is not so easily beaten because his lackies failed. He will try again and again until you either defeat him or he defeats you." Zolton replied with a tone of sympathy.
"No, no, no, no. Do you guys know how much work it's gonna take to fix your Zords? No body ever thinks of poor Clank..." Clank said as he griped.
"I might be able to help you. I know a few things in building and if I can learn more about the Zords I might be able to find a way to create an assembly line to fix them faster." Brian said.
"Really?! That would be wonderful." Clank said as his expression changed to glee.
"How long before the next attack?" Lion asked.
"The trouble with The Evil Emperor is that he looks for weakness before he launches an attack. You can expect that when things are going wrong that is when he will make his move. I hope you remain vigilant and stand ready at a moment's notice to be called into action." Zolton replied.
An alarm went off and the computer screen showed Gollip stealing the fragment of Smarla.
"Yuck. What is that thing?" Terri asked, then she made a few clicking noises.
"No, no, no, no, Gollip has awakened too?!"
"What's a Gollip?" Zyler asked as he stuck his head under one of Lion's arms.
"He was a former ally of ours but the evil magic of The Evil Empress twisted him and turned him into that creature. Don't let his simplistic appearance fool you. He is extremely dangerous and often acts out on his own. He lives as The Evil Emperor's slave but power wise he is almost as strong as The Evil Emperor." Zolton said.
"When he was twisted his mind became twisted and he loves the Evil Emperor more than his own life. You can expect him to be a problem. One you should be very careful of." Clank added.
"LIKE if we lose will we be turned into something like that?" Lisa asked.
"You may become something that's a lot worse." Clank replied as Zolton frowned at him.
"Wait until everyone finds out I'm a Power Fur Ranger!" Zyler replied.
"You must keep that a secret for your own protection. Those rings you wear are connected to The Power Fur Ranger Grid. It is the source of your power and it has fail safes built in to keep the power from falling into the wrong paws. First you must keep your identities secret because there are certain furs that may try and blackmail you into doing their bidding if they know who you are. Second, never use your powers for evil or you will lose the power, forever!" Zolton explained. The group looked at him solemnly.
The team gathered back at Billy's Juice Bar and found an empty table to sit at. On one of the televisions a reporter was recounting the tale of The Power Fur Rangers and how they saved the rabbit family.
"Seems there are new heroes in town," Zyler whispered to the group.
"I know LIKE everyone loves The Power Fur Rangers." Lisa said.
"Those things were scary. Do we really have a chance to win against The Evil Emperor?" Terri asked, then she made clicking noises.
"Oh no," Brian said as he saw Slash and Ghoul enter the place. They walked over to the counter of the bar and Slash banded his closed fist on the counter.
"We need juice here!!!" he shouted. Billy, a goat wearing square glasses and a long beard under his chin, stood up and glared at them.
"Something you boys need?" He asked sternly. The look he gave quickly quieted them down.
"Apple juice.... Um please." Slash replied.
"Chocolate shake for me." Ghoul asked and displayed a big grin on his face. Billy frowned but he began to make their drinks.
"I wonder if the Power Fur Rangers could actually use a couple of furs that know how to beat up those evil creatures." Slash loudly declared so that everyone in the place could hear him.
"Yeah buddy," Ghoul agreed then he looked confused and leaned in. "Who are those furs, Slash?"
"It's us, nitwit." he angrily said. Billy finished making Ghoul chocolate shake and he placed the glass of apple juice and the shake on the counter.
"$6.50 guys." He said as he watched them closely. Slash and Ghoul started searching their pockets for the money as they dropped coins on the counter and began to count it. Billy rolled his eyes.
"Hogs trough, I'm a dollar short!" Slash said as he banged his fist on the counter infrustration. The impact cause the chocolate shake to topple over and covered Ghoul with it. Ghoul then frantically spun trying to wipe the shake off of himself and his skunk's tail hit Slash in the face.
The fur from the tail, as well as the smell, made Slash begin to inhale as if he was about to sneeze. A moment later he let out a loud sneeze and he fell backwards onto his butt. The impact from his weight made the whole place shake. Ghoul then tried to help his friend stand up as the group laughed hysterically at them.
"Well they certainly know how to bring down the house." Brian remarked and the group laughed even harder than before.
