Prelude:The mighty emperor Wu-Jin owned a vast land at the far east end of the world. He named his empire the Sankakukankei, the eternal triangle. There was no better a gaurdian for Sankakukankei then the powerful ninja. out of all the great and mighty clans he chose the Waizu clan, the wise ones, to gaurd his nation. For himself he chose Noku and Mai Lin as his personal bodygaurds,the two were very close lovers. Eventually though,the old emperor died and his son Wu-Toiji took over.He treated his people terribly and took many as slaves. Noku would not stand for it and left the emperor's side.Mai Lin however,bound by duty,stayed behind,saying goodbye to her love.
4 Years Later: Noku,dressed in his black ninja garb eyed the small village,in his absence from the emperor,he had made his own clan of ninja,the Onryou,the revengeful ghosts.they dedicated their lives and their honor to defeat the wicked emperor.At the time,they were about to invade a small town by the palace.It was said that the emperor himself would be inspecting some new shipments of fine tea.They hoped to kill him early on,so the people would no longer suffer.

Noku gave the infiltrate command and all of them quietly entered the village through their own means.

Meanwhile the alarm spread throughout the village and soon all the men were out into the square.Many of them held naginatas and others wielded bows. Noku was forced to delay his chase as a rain of arrows landed in front of him.He whistled a low tune into the wind and fom the rooftops came the ropes,with the blades attached to them,many of them slit the throats of the samurai,leaving the square bloody.
From the shadows the ninja came out and instantly began to fight.There were only about 14 ninja to 32 samurai,not good odds.They began combining their efforts,one trying to hold off a naginata while others flung their rope attached tantos,shanking him and pulling him back .while the other ninja were fighting,Noku took 4 others and began chasing the scrambling Wu-Toiji,again. They flung shuriken at him only to have them blocked by Wu-Toiji's sword.The emperor was no newcomer to combat.As they dashed towards him,3 of them were decapitated by flying kama.From the large cherry tree above them came out the ninja once more.The last ninja charged,sword drawn only to be blown to ashes by a storm of fire."Okibi!"
