Pre story information
Chad and Kaia are now legally married. Chad is now 25 years old and works as an intern surgeon at a local hospital and Kaia still is a high school English teacher who is now 41 years old.
Jake is an executive assistant to a CEO of a big furniture company, while the twins Drake and Craig are both video game designers for Bioware.
Chad mother doesn't have a significant role in this part of the story.
Lelianna is now 11 years old and is just starting Jr. High.
Lelianna's Jr. High Adventure 1
Chad was eating the breakfast his wife has made him. Chad is a white furred husky with clear blue eyes, about 5ft 10in tall. Just as Chad was finishing his toast when a person walked into the kitchen, smiling Chad said "morning hunny" as Kaia sat down at the table. Kaia is a typical red and black fox who is a few inches shorter than Chad in height with bright green eyes.
Giving Chad a kiss before asking "so is Lelianna up yet" shaking his Chad said "no". Kaia was just about to get up but Chad put his hand on hers "I'll get her we don't want her to be late for her first day in Jr. High".
Getting up Chad went to the base of the stair case his called out "Lelianna time to get up". He waited for a moment then he heard "ok dad" Lelianna said sleepily as she got out of her bed.
Lelianna was a husky/fox hybrid she had her father face but her mother's narrow muzzle, she has deep blue eyes, her tail was long as her mother's while it curled just like his father tail, and her fur color was white with a hint of red in it. She made her way to the bathroom to do the morning routine brushing her teeth than combed her head. Lelianna finished up and headed down stairs where her father was waiting for her.
Chad smiled as he saw his daughter come down stairs. When she reached him he patted her shoulder "is my little girl excited for her first day at Jr. High". Rolling her eyes but smiled "yes daddy" they walked into the kitchen, Lelianna sat down at the table just as her mother put her breakfast in front of her "thanks mom" she said with a smile as she digged into her food.
Kaia was washing some dirty dishes as her daughter ate "so you have everything you need for your first day" again Lelianna rolled her eyes "yes mom I check this morning I have everything". Kaia laughing to herself "ok just wanted to make sure" as she finished the last dish that was available. while waiting for her daughter to finish her breakfast.
Lelianna finished her breakfast and handed the dirty dishes to her mother. She made her way to the front door where her father was waiting for her "ready to go" he asked her as she approached him, nodding she walked outside with him towards the car. They got into the car as Chad started the engine he looked to his daughter "remember Lelianna I can't pick you up from school but Jake will be able to so I have him wait for you" Lelianna giggled a little she admired her godfather a great deal "got it dad".
At the same time Lelianna was eating her breakfast
An Ethiopian wolf was sitting in a chair inside of the principal's office. He looked around at the décor of the office with amusement just than the door opened as lemur walked into the room. "So Mr. Kyaln all your papers have passed with flying colors I personally would like to welcome you to our school" the lemur said with a smile as he extended his hand. The wolf smiled also he stood up to shake his hand "I'm glad to be here" he said with a slight accent.
Mr. Kyaln was a wolf from Ethiopia who recently immigrated to the US to become a mathematics teacher and with time he managed to get a visa that allowed him to get a job within the country, he had dark red fur with sunset purple eyes, and he also has a gentle but stern personality.
They both sat down in their respective chairs "well here's your room number and list of students you will be having this year" handing him the paper the principal sat back into his char smiling as he watch Mr. Kyaln looked over the papers "thanks I should be heading off so I can get ready for the students" Mr. Kyaln said as he got up. Nodding the principal got up and opened the do for him "well good luck on your first day".
Mr. Kyaln was walking down the hallway greeting people as he got to his destination. Opening the door Mr. Kyaln walked into his class room which was very spacious had about thirdly desks all in nice rows facing a smart board that was situated in the front of the room he went up to the board to figure how to turn it on but the technology was new to him so he went to his new desk looking in the drawers for the manual. After looking in the last drawer he found it with triumphant whoa he opened it and started reading it so he wouldn't look like a complete idiot in the front of the kids.
Chad slowly pulled up in front of the school. Coming to a complete stop Lelianna opened the door she was about to get out when Chad quickly gave her a hug blushing a little out of embarrassment "dad please before someone sees" laughing he let her go "have a good day sweetie" he stayed to watch her go into the building than moved on to work.
Lelianna walked through the hallways to her first class which was biology. She walked into the room and notice that some of her friends also have the same class so she sat next to them and they talked about what they did over the summer until the bell rang. "Okay class quit down my name is Mr. Heckman" the teacher said. Mr. Heckman is a brown stallion who was about 6ft 2in tall with tan colored mane the flowed down his back and his tail was the same color as well.
Mr. Heckman walked down the rows of desks calling out students names for attendance. When he got to Lelianna he looked down and smiled then said her name and she said "here" he then turned to headed back to his desk. Sitting down he grabbed a stack a papers "here is the syllabus for this class Lelianna could please hand out everybody one" Lelianna timidly got up and took the papers from Mr. Heckman's hand than proceeded to hand them out.
Lelianna finished handing out the papers then sat down before she did Mr. Heckman asked her "hey Lelianna here a prize for helping me out" with that he handed her a sucker and then dismissed her back to her desk. Some of the student had jealous looks on their faces Mr. Heckman saw this chuckled to himself "don't worry guys there is more where that came from because we're going to play a little game to see how much you guys all ready know".
They continued the game until the bell rang and those who didn't get a sucker got one for their hard work. As the students filed out Mr. Heckman was intent in watching Lelianna leave, chuckling to himself. He thought "this is going to a fine year indeed" as he prepared for the next class.
Lelianna continued down the hall to here next class which went by with a breeze as did most of her class for the day until lunch arrived. Lelianna got her lunch than proceeded in sitting down with her friends to talked about the newest "three days grace" CD that came out, until one of Lelianna's friends named Rosy who was a jaguar changed the subject to now of a boy related conversation that lasted the rest of the duration of their lunch period.
Lelianna dumped what's left in her tray into the trash and said goodbye to her friends as she head for her last two classes for the day. She walked into her next class just as she sat down, she noticed the her teacher was a dark red wolf who was reading a book while messing with board in the front of the classroom.
Mr. Kyaln was growing frustrated with the smart board he has yet to figure out how to use it but then the bell rang so he put down the manual and walked to his desk to start with attendance. "ok class let's start with names and what you want to do with your education" he said calmly. Several students have chuckled at his accent while Lelianna thought it was kind of cute.
Mr. Kyaln sat down as he listen to his student's until it was Lelianna turn "my name is Lelianna and I would like to be a surgeon like my father" Lelianna said with a slight blush. Mr. Kyaln smiled as she spoke; he looked her over top to bottom but had to stop before someone found that he was staring.
Mr. Kyaln stands up after the last student finish "well class I have a little game for us to play with these flash cards I have here I had something else planned but I can't get this smartassed board to work". Lelianna and several other students busted out laughing from Mr. Kyaln remark. So the rest of the class went by swimmingly for Lelianna when the bell rang she was depressed a little she enjoyed Mr. Kyaln. Seeing this Mr. Kyaln said "see you guys tomorrow" with that he winked at Lelianna which lifted her spirits a little bit.
Lelianna went to her last class which went a little slow for her taste but soon the bell rang signaling the end of the day for the school day. Getting her stuff from her locker Lelianna went to the exit not knowing that someone was watch her leave. Lelianna was heading to the parking lot until she notice a kangaroo which she recognized as Jake. Running up to him to give him a hug "so short stuff how the first day going" he asked as he unlocked the door to the car "it's was ok had lots of fun" Lelianna said as she jumped into the car. Jake chuckling to himself also got in and started the engine. They then headed to Lelianna's home to drop her off.
They made great time in getting to their destination. Getting out Lelianna turned and gave Jake a hug and said her thanks for giving her a ride home with that Jake pulled out of the drive way and then waved before he started off to his own home. Lelianna then went into her home smiling thinking how fun her day was.
