Love has No Bounds

In the Spring of Love and Heart

By J.C. Solis

The area in and around Lakeshire Town was starting to finally thaw out, the last few remnants of Winter going away as the new season of flowers and bloom enveloped the town and the surrounding area. The mornings were still rather balmy, and the chill had not fully gone away. But the snow that used to blanket the area had at last melted and the ice on the lake started to unfreeze as the waters grew much warmer. But the remnants of the bitter chill still remained, mostly in the form of people still wearing thick clothes and imbibing warm drinks of hot cocoa, tea, and coffee.

The season of Spring was now all around, with the people excited to enact the season with gusto. With Spring came the rise of flowers as they bloomed in this newfound warmth, the blooms sure to bring about the ever-chronic seasonal allergies among the people susceptible to Hay Fever. But for the bee and insect pokémon, there was nothing quite like imbibing in the fresh nectar of flowers, or perhaps eating the very petals themselves. This in turn would spur people to collect the honey that's produced in turn, using it for everything from teas and candies and as a natural sweetener.

Folks would also get excited for all the seasonal holidays that came with Spring as well, mostly the arrival of Easter and Memorandum Day. The former was self-explanatory, as it was the holiday that was religiously celebrated in Spring. But the latter was the day where people remembered the lives of those who had tragically passed away during combat and in the Armed Forces of Daegar. It was a special holiday that many people celebrated in solemn mourning, and it wasn't a terribly happy one. But most people were happy to have that day as a Furlough Day, meaning children got the day off from school and government employees got paid leave. And for sure, many young adults celebrated Spring Break, where the unwashed youth would party and spend a full week in debauchery, partying, and drinking.

But all those celebrations were still a month or so away. In another week would be the arrival of a special time for one resident of Lakeshire Town, and it was one that he looked forward to.

Justin Solis was excited on the prospect of celebrating his birthday. He had wanted to spend time with his friends on that special day. What's more was that it would come on a Saturday, meaning that it would be spent drinking and partying as though it would be Spring Break early.

But this story is not about Justin. Rather this tale is about someone whom Justin was close to; she was actually family. The lass was in her late teens, and in the Fall, she would head off to start her first day of college. The lass was a nineteen-year-old with a lot of energy and heart, though she would often have to slow down so that others could keep up. She was happy to see that Justin's birthday was on the horizon. She hardly ever got to spend time with her cousin, especially considering that she often lived far away. In fact, she moved here to Lakeshire Town over the end of Winter, and since she was done with high school, she had less obligation to hang around her hometown of Perkinsville. But her obligations in general were not over, for she attended a part-time internship at the Silph Co Pokéball Plant, just like her older cousin. She made a decent wage while taking up board with her cousin, hoping to attend Luminance University later on in the Fall.

But today, the lass was not at work. She was not even at home. She was actually out in the meadows that surrounded Lake Shire, and the smell of all the beautiful flowers that surrounded her filled her nostrils with a wonderful smell, lifting her heart with joy. She wondered how the rest of Spring would carry on, whether or not things would remain peaceful and if her future remained kind. She had heard of the riots taking fold in Lakeshire Town over the Winter, and it was something that worried her a bit. She wasn't one to take part in those events, however, as she was one who wished that peace persisted. She didn't want to see other people fighting near death for something she felt there was no need to fight over.

The lass leaned back, enjoying the view of the lake. She was indeed a beautiful young woman, her hair flowing in amber locks that went all the way to her middle back. Her eyes looked luscious, her hazel green gems twinkling in the warm glow of the light. And moreover, her skin was faultless and slightly tanned. The young woman was indeed beautiful, with her body not too thin nor plus sized, her hourglass figure something that many women could only dream of having. But she wasn't one to dress provocatively, preferring to dress in clothes that didn't show her perfect figure as much, and even her cleavage was mostly covered, so as to not give men even more of a reason to look at her D-cup breasts. She wasn't one to highlight her sec appeal despite it possible for her to be very indulgent to the eyes if she ever decided be more revealing.

But one thing that the woman had was a deep seat longing for romance. She was a nerdy bookworm who often read romantic, and sometimes even sexual, novels and novellas. She often dreamed of being swept away by a Prince Charming-like man, of living happily ever after and spending the rest of her life living in abject perfection. She wondered if she'd ever get to experience that. But she wasn't about to use her natural beauty to entice men. She wanted a man who wanted for her for her personality and heart, not for her body. It would be a while before she found that man, but for now, she hoped to simply enjoy the crisp Spring air and relax.

It was at this moment that she felt as though she was no longer alone. The lass turned her head around, feeling as though there was another presence. But there was no other presence besides the Combee and Beedrill that were buzzing around, collecting nectar from the flowers in the meadow. With this, she got up and walked towards the shore of the lake. She could see Ducklet, Psyduck, Swanna, and so many other pokémon swimming on top of the water's surface. But she just could not remove the feeling that somehow, somewhere out there, there was somebody watching her.

Sarah turned to face the lake again, and to her surprise she might have found the creature that was stalking her. A lone Zorua was walking up to her, a look of dismay on it's sad little face. Sarah looked at the little pokémon as it returned the curiosity back at her. She wondered what a small pokémon like this one was doing all the way out here; these types of pokémon hid within bushes to ambush prey or foraged for food. Yet this pokémon looked starving, as though it hadn't eaten in a long while. The little pokémon looked utterly dejected, it's face that of defeat. And with one final step, the pokémon collapsed on the ground, seemingly out of strength.

The plight of this pokémon was too great to ignore. Sarah walked up to it, hoping that it wouldn't run away from her. But even as the little fox opened one eye to look at her approach, it didn't so much as budge. Sarah went up to the fox, wondering what she could do to help it.

"Are you hurt, little guy?" she asked the little creature. It only lifted its head up weakly before laying it back down, its weakness apparent. Sarah could tell that it was weak because of starvation. With this in mind, she reached for her pack and dug out some berries that she had in there as a snack she was going to have. But seeing the Zorua in dire straight, she was more than willing to share. "Here you go, little buddy. Have some Oran berries. I hope these'll give you some energy."

She placed the berries in front of the fox's mouth. And after sniffing them, the Zorua popped one of the berries in its mouth. After having eaten, the fox seemed to regain back some of its energy. But in order to fully recover, the fox would have to keep eating. One berry after another, the little pokémon took bite after bite of the berry pile. The nutritious Oran berries soon allowed for the Zorua to stand up again. Now waging its tail like a dog, the little fox looked at Sarah and yipped happily at her. The lass couldn't help but smile at just how cute the little fellow was. She hoped that it would be able to find food again on its own, but for now she was happy to see it show its adoration by snuggling her leg. Now filled with energy again, the Zorua walked away to wherever it was that it was heading.

Warm feelings of accomplishment filled Sarah's heart as she had just finished her admirable deed. She wondered if the Zorua she helped was the strange presence she felt earlier. For as the Zorua walked away she didn't feel much of the same presence as she did before. But she just couldn't be sure. She turned around to look at the wondering if there were any other pokémon who needed her help. And when she turned around the Zorua was gone, and the presence was once more felt.

"Sarah! There you are!" cried out a familiar voice.

The young woman named Sarah turned around and saw the familiar frame of Justin, the burly and strong man walking casually towards his cousin. And along with him also came the familiar and thin frame of Lillia the Gardevoir, who was wearing a thin white coat. He was wearing a black suit attire, though with his white shirt collar open and with a red ascot tie underneath. In all regards he looked like a human Darkrai while Lillia looked like a green angel. But despite this she knew that Justin and Lillia were not the presence that lingered.

"My mom has been looking everywhere for you. She wanted to invite to eat lunch with us," Justin let his cousin know. "Dad said he'd show up there as soon as he was done with work in the church, said something about needing to schedule the next scripture study class."

"Oh, Auntie Mary was looking for me?" At this, Sarah let out an embarrassed sigh. "I'm sorry, Justin. I've just been out here all day. I don't get to come out to the meadows of Lake Shire all that much. This lake is just so beautiful."

Justin turned to see what his cousin meant. Seeing the lake as it was, the pokémon swimming around, the ice that was still melting away, and the overall ambience of the day sure was wonderful thing to behold, He could tell what she meant by the natural beauty all around. It was tempting to come out and enjoy all of this wonderful bounty.

"It sure is nice out here, that's for sure," said Justin with a smile. But he wasn't here to gander, and soon got to the point. "But we already booked reservations for the restaurant, and Mom would love to have you over. So, are you gonna come to eat with us or not, Cousin? Going once... going twice..."

"Of course I am, Justin. I wouldn't dream of turning down Auntie Mary. Where are we eating?"

"That one Galar chain restaurant, Bob's Your Uncle is what I think its named."

Sarah nodded as she headed out with her cousin and his pokémon. There was no way she would ever think of turning down her dear aunt. But as she walked with her cousin and the Gardevoir, she turned to look at the lake one last time. She wondered whether or not the strange presence would materialize now that she was going away. But the presence never appeared. Instead, the lass felt as though it was following her. She wondered why she felt as though glaring eyes were looking right at her. Was it due to paranoia? Was it because she was alone? Was it really that little Zorua that she saved from starvation? And if so, would she ever get the chance to see the little fellow again?

All of these she hoped to have answers to in the future.

The three walked up to Justin's car, the silver and black Mustang GT500 stallion waiting for his master to come back. The engine roared to life, and the car sped off back into town. Sarah just looked out the backseat windows inside the car, wondering just what exactly she felt over by the lake. She wondered if she would feel that feeling again if she were to return. She wondered if the little pokémon she saved was perhaps that curious presence. She had a great curiosity about it and wasn't completely turned away. The feeling didn't feel sinister. It was as though someone was curiously watching her rather than out of malevolent intent. Whatever the feeling, it was gone as soon as she re-entered town.

The car slowly rumbled down the streets of Lakeshire Town, though not loud enough to cause a disturbance. The streets were quiet on this day, with people out and about and making due with the rest of this Saturday afternoon. The car passed by the Lakeshire PokéPark, and low and behold there were children and their pokémon playmates having fun on the jungle gym, playing with toys, and overall making merry. There were even folks in the nearby battle courts, their partners duking it out and seeing who'd come out on top. And across the street from the park was the Lakeshire Church of Arceus, the bell of the church started ringing, marking the arrival of High Noon.

Sarah never grew tired of seeing the streets of Lakeshire Town and all of their ambience. It was all such a welcome sight, seeing people and pokémon get on with their lives, enjoying the warmth of Spring and all that life had to offer. It was much different than her hometown of the city of Perkinsville, where there was so much mayhem and chaos. Lakeshire Town was by no means a small and sleepy town, but just being in a tightknit community like this was another experience entirely. It was only when one spent time in a place where the people tried to live their lives, day after day and in peace, does one realize just hectic their own lives have been in comparison.

Justin drove into the bustling Downtown Lakeshire Town, the central hub that always seemed so lively. Being that it was Saturday, the downtown district came alive, with people walking down the street and visiting shops and restaurants. It was then that Justin pulled into the parking lot of one of the restaurants, with the figure of a rotund man with blonde hair, mutton chops and beard sort of half smiling. Bob's Your Uncle was a hit in Daegar, the place garnering a good amount of fame about its succulent and juicy food. Considering Galarian food had the reputation for being bland and unappealing, the food that the Galar-based restaurant chain certainly broke the mold and was, more importantly, delicious.

Sarah hopped off of the car with Justin and Lillia, the three entering the restaurant with Justin holding the door for the ladies. Being the weekend, the restaurant was rather full, and being that a soccer game was being played on TV there was moderate sized crowd of people gathered at the bar counter to watch it while chugging on beer and spirits. But for the most part, the restaurant didn't have many disturbance besides the occasional cheer from a goal being scored. Mother Mary was sitting at a large table, with plenty of room for her family to gather round. And with that, the lass, the son, and the Gardevoir took their seats with the older woman.

"Ah, there you all are. I hope you three don't mind a football game being played. The bar patrons can go overboard with their cheers." She then addressed Justin. "Your father texted me, saying that he was on his way, Justin. Just sit around and order something while he comes back from church."

"Thank you, Mom," replied Justin.

Sarah looked bashful as she took her seat at the table. She felt she was imposing on her family, but being that Mother Mary was her own blood helped a little bit. Mary noted that her niece was rather nervous, and so she tried to make her feel more at comfortable.

"What would you like to order, Sarah? There is a lot of delicious food you can order. Oh, but don't worry about the bill. I'll be sure to put all the food you order under your Uncle's tab, Ha."

"I don't know what to order, Auntie Mary," replied Sarah. "It all looks so good. I just don't want to order too much food when I'm not the one who'll be paying for it."

"Oh relax, darling. Your Uncle doesn't mind paying for your food. He can be cheap in regard to lots of things, but food is not one of them," Mary reassured. "Well, how about this then. There's a hearty steak platter, or would you like to go or an old fashioned Daegar burger. Or, if you're on a diet, you can order a hearty salad. Or maybe there's- "

Sarah's mind was spinning as she saw all the different meals that she could have. She wondered what all of this delicious looking food would taste like. But she also didn't want to burden her extended family with her food bill. The more she browsed the menu the more worried she became. It was then that a familiar face appeared before the family. Pastor Apolinar Cristian Solis came to the table, his face a bit red and sounding out of breath. The man looked like he had been rushing, which for a man his age should be something he out to be wary of. The older gentleman was wearing a similar outfit to Justin, though his suit attire was light gray to near white, his shirt was black and he had on a blue patterned ascot tie on.

*pant* "Sorry if I'm late everyone. *pant* Scripture study took a bit longer than I thought. I was hauling butt to get here on time. I hope you all ordered your food already. I'll order mine in a bit."

"Actually, we were just ordering our food, honey," assured Mary. "Now come on, all of you, let's order our food already."

Sarah felt good to be around her uncle's company. The pastor always had a comforting aura around him, which made him easy to approach. Though he was perhaps one of the most recognizable faces of Lakeshire Town, he rarely acted with grandeur. He wanted those around him to be at ease. His black moustache and the streaks of gray along his hair may gave him a sage appearance, which was apt considering he was a Holy Man. The lass was thankful to her uncle for giving her a place to stay, and she was glad that things were going well for him at the Church of Arceus.

The food was soon to arrive, and the family hoped to take bites out of all their succulent and tasty meals. But at this moment that Sarah felt something strange going on. The familiar feeling of being spied come to her once more, just like that from the Lake. She wondered if the same presence that was looking at her there had followed he into town. Pastor Solis noted her concern and so asked her what was with her. She immediately told him about the strange feeling she had, to which he noted to whom it could be.

"It's probably just Luke the Darkrai. That sneak tends to hide in the shadows and eye people who are around me and my family. He's not a bad pokémon, though." He then turned his head and looked at a shadow that was cast by a chair nearby. "Luke, you can come out and reveal yourself. There's no need to be freaking out my niece, now is there."

The shadow on the ground moved around, and from it a figure rose up. A tall, slender, and malevolent looking pokémon rose from the shadow at his command. The pokémon's sky blue irises looked at the family, his face gaunt and his expression blank.

"I apologize for disrupting your gathering," said the Darkrai through telepathy. "I heard that the family was gathering to eat, so I decided to supervise the affair. I hope my presence does not ruin the wonderful food you are all bound to eat."

The family all nodded their heads No, which made the Darkrai loosen his posture.

"Good," he replied with relief.

Sarah was stunned to see the Darkrai over there. She had known that the late Pastor, Justin grandpa and Apolinar's father, had a Darkrai as a partner. But to see the pokémon in person was something she had thought she'd not get the chance to do. Still, it was a relief to see that it was this benevolent pokémon who was spying on her over by the lake.

"So, you're the presence I've been feeling all day. I could feel you nearby when I was at the lake today. It's a good thing it was you and not someone else."

At this, Luke's posture stiffened up. He didn't like this revelation.

"I wasn't at the lake today, Miss Sarah. I think you may be mistaking me for something else."

Sarah's face burned red, her heart racing as this revelation hit her. Someone else must have been spying on her while she was at the lake. She wondered who it could've been that was spying on her, but at the same time she was rather afraid to find out the truth. She would have to be careful the next time she went out to the lake.

"You say that you felt a presence over by the lake, Sarah?" asked the Pastor. "That is rather curious. But for all I know, you might have a secret admirer. Hah!"

The Pastor chuckled into his joke until Mother Mary bumped him in the belly with her elbow, warning her husband against scaring her niece. Having recovered from the elbow blow, the pastor regained his composure and tried to rectify his scare.

"I apologize. What I mean to say is that you might want to be careful whenever you are out and by yourself. Lakeshire Town is usually a safe town to be in, so I wouldn't be too concerned so long as you're within the town border. But out there by the lake there are a whole host of unknowns. There's pokémon who might not like people being within their territories, and criminals like Team Shroud, Team Rocket and Neo Plasma could be plotting all sorts of nefarious acts out there. It'd be best if you be careful, especially considering that you don't have any pokémon of your own to defend you."

The young woman nodded her head in agreement. She knew that she had to be careful, lest she come across some less than amicable characters. Upon remembering her time at the lake, she remembered the cute little Zorua that she rescued from starvation. She had forgotten all about the little pokémon and was sure to tell her family all about it. The Pastor and his wife looked admirably at her.

"Well, isn't that just nice of you, Sarah dear. I hope that the little fellow you helped is doing good. But all the same, it's best to be careful, Sarah," added Mother Mary. "I don't want anything bad to happen to you. If anything were to happen, I don't know how I'd ever show my face around your mother for not keeping you safe. Ophelia would be so distraught."

And with that, the waiter brought food to their table. The young woman ate her meal, a hearty pasta dish in thick, meaty sauce and cheese. She honestly enjoyed sharing a meal with everyone around her. Despite the revelation of perhaps having a so-called "secret admirer," she was happy to have everyone's support. But the thought of having someone spy on her while she alone was still unsettling. She hoped that whoever it was eyeing her alone would keep their distance. She didn't think she was anyone of note for someone to take an interest in. She didn't spot anyone out of the ordinary who might've been eyeing her for too long.

The family finished eating their food and their dessert and paid the bill before heading on their way home. The older gentleman and his wife left in his car while the younger members left in their own, all while Luke left the family to wander around town in his patrols. And with that they returned to the marble columned porch of the Solis Home. The door to the house opened and the family were greeted by the three pokémon, the Handy Helpers: Sylvia the Sylveon, Jax the Riolu, and Spooks the Duskull.

Sylvia walked up to Sarah, extending out her feelers to her hands.

"Are you okay, Miss Sarah?" said the pokémon with her ability to speak in a human tongue. "I can feel you being a bit tense. I hope things are okay with you."

"I'm fine, Sylvia," Sarah replied.

"You don't feel fine," noted Jax. "I can feel your aura, and it's kinda stressed out a bit."

"No really, I'm fine," she insisted.

"Hide it all you want, Miss Sarah, but you cannot hide your true feelings from us. Something must have spooked you quite a bit to leave you in this state," noted Spooks, asserting his probes into the young lady."

At this, Sarah sighed with a slight frown. She knew that they were just worried for her. They wanted to see her happy. After all, the Handy Helpers were very warm and welcoming to her. They were always checking up on her, making sure she was comfortable and enjoyed living at their hpuse. And she didn't want to worry them anymore due to some bozo who was following her around town. With that, she headed up the stairs to her room on the second floor. She opened the door and went to hop on her bed. She had a rather interesting day and a big meal. She wanted to rest a bit before she'd get on her laptop to do some writing. After a solid hour of loafing around, she got up from bed and went to her desk, booting it up and getting some writing projects done.

Aside from being an intern engineer, she was also a part-time writer and poet. She enjoyed spending her time writing away on her laptop, hoping to relieve some stress in words and stanzas written in Iambic pentameter and tetrameter, or perhaps going at it freestyle. She had been writing poetry for years and was even inspired to do so by none other than her cousin Justin. He was also a poet and writer, though he focused more of his energies on engineering rather than literature. Still, the young man was an expert writer, and when the two of them were younger they would often exchange poems and be each other's critic, giving advice to each other, and overall helping each other develop their own style. This was how the two were able to form such a strong bond that lasted up till now.

The writing process could be rather engrossing, and before Sarah knew it the evening had now arrived. The sun was just barely over the horizon when Sarah stopped her writing binge to try and take a rest. She was working on a poem titled "The Love that Always Lasts." It was meant to be posted on February, but since during that time she was preparing to move to Lakeshire Town to live her Aunt Mary and start her new internship job, she barely had time to work on it. She finished what remained of the poem and hoped to show it to her older cousin and get his opinion on it. That would be a task for another day, though. The night was slowly arriving, and she didn't feel like bothering Justin at this hour, despite the fact that he was still probably awake. She knew he tended to be a night owl, falling asleep close to midnight, something she'd need a lot of caffeine to drink to do.

Sarah wondered what else her cousin may end up doing. She knew that he was a Poképhile; he confessed to her directly over his affiliation with the cause. She honestly didn't have any objection to this. She honestly supported the cause, though she was too nervous and timid to take a stand herself. She figured that at the very least her cousin had more than closer relationship with his pokémon partner Lillia than the average person might have with their pokémon. She wondered how a bond like that would work out. It was an interesting concept, for a human and non-human creature to be in a close, if not intimate, relationship. She didn't find anything terribly wrong with that - as did most people her age.

In all honesty, the lass felt rather sorry for the Poképhiles who were being persecuted. She couldn't believe the tale of Justin's confrontation with Team Shroud and the Firebomb incident around this time one year ago. She never heard of someone being so brave in the face of danger and violence like that. She felt proud of him for standing up to such atrocious people and their actions. She even reveled at the tale of how he even stood up to rioters in the Valentine's Day Riot that took place in downtown Lakeshire Town earlier this year. But she also couldn't help but feel how badly this must have affected him. She knew that he suffered from Mental Illness, and when they were younger she saw the kind of state that he was in. She hoped that he would keep in control of himself with all this stress on his mind.

With these thoughts in her head, Sarah got up from her chair and exited her room. It was usually around this time that she went for the kitchen to make some chamomile tea to help her sleep. Things appeared as they usually did in the kitchen, with the refrigerator humming in the background and the air filled with a hint of food from the morning's meal. The sink was empty of dishes, with the Handy Helpers having taken care of them. Everything was as it should be, and there was nothing out of place, it seemed.

And yet, Sarah couldn't help but feel the same way she did right now as she did down by the lake. As she put a tea bag of chamomile into a mug full of water and a spoonful of sugar to be heated in the microwave oven, she couldn't help but feel that someone was watching her. She wondered if this was Luke, the Darkrai keeping tabs on her after she revealed her encounter by Lake Shire. But when she called out his name, the Darkrai didn't show himself. He wouldn't ignore people who called him out, and with the silence came a hint of nerves. Sarah didn't feel so comfortable being alone. She walked over to the kitchen window, wondering what could be out there in the dark.

The poor nervous lass jolted as she heard a loud beeping ringing in the kitchen, the microwave oven having startled the poor woman. With her mind feeling silly, she turned away from the window to tend to her tea.

But just at moment was when she saw a figure move around at the corner of her eye. Sarah quickly turned back to look out the window, wondering what it was that she saw. She hoped that it was just a harmless wild bird or bug pokémon, but at the same time she couldn't be too sure.

Curiosity killed the Delcatty, and Sarah couldn't keep her morbid curiosity at bay. She went for the door and walked outside, the back porch empty of any signs of activity. As she stepped outside, the sensor light turned on and illuminated the area. There wasn't anybody nearby, even by the shrubbery and the garden area. She should've cut her loses and returned back inside, but her curious mind wanted to see, and perhaps confront, whoever or whatever it was stalking her. She took even more nervous steps out to the porch, the seats and the central firepit unmoving. Even the overhead canopy didn't betray a hint of anything out of the ordinary.

But everything else was put aside when she heard a strange noise come from behind a bush next to the side wall of the backyard. It sounded as though something was in pain, followed by the sound of running feet. Sarah pulled back the brush to reveal a Bidoof with a pained expression on its face. To her shock, Sarah saw that a rat trap was on the pokémon's right hind leg. She knew that her uncle placed them, for he saw Rattata scurrying around the back and wanted to have them exterminated. But it seemed this harmless Bidoof was caught in place of Rattata, the harmless pokémon never intending to be a menace of any kind.

Sarah went to the pokémon in need, removing the trap from the poor plump mouse's leg. The Bidoof remained as calm as could be, not wanting to do anything that could exacerbate the pain. Sarah removed the trap, freeing the pokémon. Now that it was free, the pokémon went on its way to the garden, but not before waving at Sarah goodbye as a sign of thanks for the rescue. All she did was smile, her expression happy to see the pokémon up and walking again. She was glad to have played her part in helping out a creature in need.

It was then at that moment that she heard what sounded like another creature in need of help. She heard a slight whimpering from behind another bush nearby. She walked over to it, but already she could tell that the Pokémon had blue fur. When she finally saw what it was? She was shocked by what she saw.

"Jax?!" she cried out.

Jack was behind the bush, with his foot caught in a rat trap. He simply sat on the ground, his face in pain and with tears dripping down his eyes.

But there was something off about this scene. Initially, Sarah could sense that something was wrong, that Jax wouldn't just step on a trap by accident since he helped Pastor Solis set them up. But at the same time she didn't want to leave him in pain, so she rushed towards him. However, as soon as she approached and was about to touch him, Jax's body began to flicker. He seemed to fade away, his body a façade of a Pokémon in need of help. Sarah blinked her eyes, wondering what it was that she saw. The realization soon hit her; this was a trap.

Sarah turned around to hurry back inside. It was when she turned around that she bumped into something furry. Or rather, it was someone. She opened her eyes to see a figure tower over her, though it was too dark to see its face, and the sensor light had turned off and so hid the figure in darkness. What she did note was that the creature had dark fur and piercing eyes that glowed in the dim light as they looked right at hers. Sarah gulped as she turned to run. The only problem was that the figure was in the way for her to run inside. With nowhere else to turn to, she ran for the exit of the backyard. The gate was unfortunately locked, and with nowhere to turn to Sarah looked back at the creature in horror as it approached her. Whatever this creature was, it now had her trapped.

It was then that the sensor light turned on again, with a voice calling out from the porch.

"Hey Sarah. You out here?" said the voice of Justin.

At this moment, the creature bolted for Sarah, running past her before making one large leap above the brickwork of the sidewall and escaping. At this, Justin came running to his cousin.

"Sarah! Thank Arceus I found you here. Are you okay? What was that thing with you?"

She nodded her head, the fear still in her eyes. "I'm alright, Justin. I... I'm glad you came here. I thought I'd have to fight this creep by myself."

"A creep?" It was then that it all clicked in Justin's mind. "I get the feeling that the figure here was the one stalking you earlier today by the lake." With this, the young man looked at the wall and at the forest on the other side. "Well, whatever the case, it's gone now. Come on inside, Sarah. I don't think it's safe for us out here anymore."

Sarah nodded in agreement. The cousins turned around and walked back to the house, not wanting to wait around out in the open. Over at the porch were Lillia and the Handy Helpers, with the real "Jax" among them. But as they joined the pokémon and entered the safety of home, the lass wondered what it was that confronted her. She didn't know what it was that accosted her, but she was too afraid to find out for herself.

The night would be sure to give the young woman a bit of apprehension. Sleep would be rather difficult for her to get...

It was now Friday, and Sarah was a bit of wreak as she tried to get on with her day. These past few days have been rather sleepless, and even when she slept she had strange, if not frightening, dreams. The lass couldn't get a proper night of sleep since last Saturday when she was confronted by the large figure in the backyard. And her lack of energy showed in both her work performance and at home. She wasn't a person who was quick to anger or frustration, but on this day Sarah felt as though she got easily riled up. But thankfully for her, she had Fridays off of her work as an intern at the Silph Co, and so she could take today as a rest day to catch up on all the sleep she lost.

Tomorrow would be her cousin Justin's birthday, and she was still searching for the perfect present for him. She checked for gifts all over the internet, and she finally came across something which she knew he would like. She knew how much her cousin liked formal looking clothes, and since she knew his clothe sizes she figured what she'd get him would be a nice, faux leather jacket. She ordered one online, though due to shipping restrictions she would have to go directly to the store to pick it up. The store was in downtown Lakeshire Town, and it wasn't too terribly far away to walk there. Mother Mary offered her a ride to the store, to which the young woman declined. She figured that she needed the exercise anyways.

It was now the early afternoon; High Noon, to be exact. Sarah ate breakfast a couple of hours ago, and after taking a bit of a morning nap, the lass decided it was time to head off and pick up Justin's gift. She got dressed in her usual clothes: a white tank top, red tights on her legs, a purple knee length skirt that had side pockets, and a pink bow on top of her hair. She looked like a mix between a hipster and a nice girl, though in hindsight she was a rather innocent young woman. The day was warm enough to be comfortable in these clothes, so she figured that there was no need to wear anything else on top of these clothes. She was just about ready to head out. Only when she put a travel notebook and pen in her purse did she consider herself ready for the trip.

Sarah said goodbye to Mother Mary and to the Handy Helpers before heading out. Jax offered to join her, having heard about her fright last Saturday. But the young woman decline his offer, stating Mother Mary needed her more. The lass stepped out of the home, the warm day now ahead of her.

The streets of Lakeshire Town were quiet, with not too many cars and pedestrians passing by. Being that the house was close to the town outskirts and bordered the surrounding forest, this was to be expected. The more Sarah walked towards the center of town the more livelier things got. More cars were seen driving down the street, and more people were seen walking along the sidewalk to wherever they were heading. On reaching the limits of the downtown district, the activity increased heavily, and the familiar sights of cars and people passing by filled the streets.

Sarah enjoyed coming to the downtown district. Now that it was the weekend, there was much more activity, and even more so once the evening came. She walked down the streets and marveled at all the stores, offices, and locales that the district had. She wanted to see everything around her, but she knew that she had to keep her composure. She didn't want to waste her money on curiosities, remembering that she came to the downtown district for a set reason. She walked past the store fronts and the busy crowds of people, coming to a large department store named "Lionel Baker and Co," the place from where she ordered her cousin's gift. Lionel Baker was a famous department retailer in the Daegar Region, and it was one where people went to buy high quality and even luxury clothes, perfume, accessories and more.

The store wasn't terribly busy with customers, and Sarah simply walked in and went for the customer pick-up isle. She showed her receipt from her phone, and the lady behind the counter came back with a medium sized brown box. She opened it up to show Sarah the fine quality jacket inside. Though it was fake leather, the quality of the jacket was evident, as was the musty smell. This was far from being a knock-off item, and one that cost the lass a pretty penny.

With the box safely in her possession, Sarah headed out of the store on her way back home. But upon stepping out of the store, a familiar feeling came over her. She could feel the same presence as before, just it was back in the house. She looked around and all over the place, hoping to spot whatever was following her and so keep her distance. She felt like running from then on, hoping to escape from whatever presence she was feeling. She didn't want a confrontation, and the stress and sleeplessness from these past days left her in no state to fight back. She picked up the pace of her walk, darting around as she tried to escape. She then turned around a corner and hid in a nearby alley, hoping that the presence would walk by her. But it was when she tried to leave the alley that she met a shock.

"Alright, lady, hand over the purse and the box full of goods," said the gruff voice of the man who walked in front of Sarah. "Don't make a sound, or else we'll make things worse for yah."

Sarah stopped dead in her tracks as she came across the mugger. The man was not alone though, with him was a dastardly looking Zangoose. The mugger had a large knife in his hand, and his partner pokémon mugger had razor sharp claws that could easily tear through flesh. The lass wanted to scream but knew that the mugger wasn't kidding with his threat for silence. But at the same time, she had to think of a way out of this mess, and fast. The mugger was blocked out of view by some boxes that looked easy to tip over, and so she kicked the middle box with her foot. A lopsided box came tumbling down, and it was full of something somewhat weighty, for the mugger cursed as the box landed on his head, stunning him for a few precious moments.

But before she could go back to the street, Sarah was blocked by the Zangoose. With nowhere to go, she turned around and headed deeper into the alley. She tried her best to run away from the mugger, putting as much distance from him as she could. Yet still, she had no idea where the alley led, and she prayed that the alley had an exit around the corner. However, upon making the turn her dread filled her heart as she came upon a dead end, what she feared she'd come up against. And when she turned around to head back, the mugger and his pokémon partner confronted her, an enraged look on his face.

"End of the line, girly," snarled the bandit. "Now you're gonna pay for what yah did."

Sarah backed away, hoping for a miracle. She didn't have anything to defend herself with, and there was no one around to defend her. With such a hopeless situation, she prayed that the mugger would just rob her of her valuables and not do anything else to her.

But then, the Zangoose turned around and growled at something that was out of sight. The mugger turned around to see what it was. Low and behold, a large shadow was creeping up on them. The shadow was large and imposing, as though it was there to scare the two away. The mugger looked terrified by what it saw, seeing such an imposing shadow overwhelm him and his partner.

"What the hell?!" shrieked the man as the shadow loomed over him. "What the hell are you?!? Get the fuck away from me!!!"

The man then pushed his partner in front of the shadow.

"Fight it, buddy!" he commanded his pokémon. But at this point, the Zangoose was also terrified, coupled with the fact that his cowardly trainer put him in the line of danger.

It was at this moment that the shadow enveloped the mugger, causing the man and his partner to cower on the ground in fear. All the while, Sarah looked on at the man be scared straight, wondering what it was that was attacking him. But while she looked at the man fear for his life, she then felt something from behind her. She quickly turned around and saw the tall, looming creature with dark fur from the night before. But now, the creature was in full view.

It was a Zoroark.

Sarah looked curiously at the Dark-type illusion fox, wondering what it was going to do. It was obvious that the pokémon was defending her. But she had no idea from where this pokémon came from. She knew it was the one who was casting the illusion of the shadow consuming the two muggers, but she didn't know why it did this. She didn't know why a pokémon, which normally was a secretive one that lived deep in the forest, would just come out and defend her in the middle of town. She wondered all of this while this very pokémon saved her from being assaulted.

The Zoroark walked past her and confronted the two men. The shadow dispersed, allowing the muggers to be in daylight again. The man stood up, seeing the Zoroark glare at it with deadly intent. One look was enough to give him the idea of what the pokémon wanted to do. But it was what happened next that really sent the message home.

"Leave... now..." said the pokémon in broken English and a sinister tone.

The muggers left the lass and the Illusion Fox be. And with that, there was peace.

Sarah looked at the pokémon with a sincere look. She never expected that this pokémon, of all creatures would be the one stalking her all this time. She wondered what possessed this Zoroark to continuously follow her around all this time. She wanted to know, and as the fox turned around to look at her she was prepared to give it a piece of her mind.

But the Zoroark looked at her with a warm and ginger smile. The look on its face was so genuine and warm. Sarah no longer had the heart to berate it. The fox extended a clawed hand and put it to her cheek. It knew her emotions, what she was feeling, and it was just happy to be in her presence yet again.

"You... you're the one following me. But... you saved me, too."

The Zoroark nodded its head.

"But... but why? Do we know each other?"

The Zoroark nodded its head. It was then that it cast an illusion next to it and what he showed shocked her. The illusion was a Zorua, and it looked disheveled and starving.

Sarah knew right then and there who this pokémon was.

"Oh Arceus... it's you. The Zorua. You evolved so quickly. And all this time... you were trying to get close to me. You wanted to see me again."

The Zoroark nodded its head. Or rather his head, considering his voice sounded masculine.

"I... love... you..."

He then lunged right for her before she even had time to react. The Zoroark planted his lips right onto hers, stealing her breath away with the most tender kiss she had in her life. His lips smacked hers as his tongue danced around inside her mouth slowly. And Sarah had no intention of stopping the moment. All this time the Zoroark wanted to approach her and give her bus thanks. He wanted her to have his gratitude, for it was because of her that he lived long enough to evolve into the pokémon he was now.

Sarah pulled away from the kiss slowly, her upper lip still caught in his mouth until it snapped off. She looked at him and his smile again. He was the most tender and sweet male that she ever met - and he wasn't even human.

"You're welcome, Honey," she replied back. "And thank you for returning the favor."

"None taken," replied the Zoroark, now speaking in a clear and perfect English voice.

Sarah knew then and there that their bond, albeit short, was strong. She was now a Poképhile, and so could hear the voice of this pokémon as though it were her own tongue. But she wasn't going toey him off the hook entirely.

"You know, if you wanted to meet with me, there was no point in being so sneaky, causing me to lose sleep and be afraid for my life. I thought some creep was honestly stalking me."

"It was fun stalking you, My Flower. I got to see you whenever I wanted, and I got to keep you safe," the Zoroark carried on, now calling her by a special name. "I want to watch you sleep. I want to keep you near me. I want to see you get strong and live a happy life. I want to be with you and to make you happy. Because without you, I'd have perished long ago."

Sarah couldn't control her emotions anymore. She rushed the Zoroark and hugged him, pressing her face on his soft and silky fur, taking in his body smell, and making note of his scent. She'd love to get close together with this Pokémon; the one whom now shared a deep bond with her despite only knowing each other for a short amount of time. Tears then began to drip down her face, her elation barely able to be contained. All the while, the Zoroark hugged her back, wrapping his arms around her and pulling against his warm dark fur.

But though this was all so tender, Sarah wondered what to do from then. She wondered where the Zoroark lived, if he was fine by himself or if he wanted to be with her more. With that, she asked him where he was staying and if he'd be fine by himself - or if he wanted to go with her.

"I... I'm not certain, My Flower. I've been in the wilds all my life, and I adore the wild. I don't think I'd enjoy life with a trainer."

Sarah frowned upon hearing this but respected his decision. She wasn't about to force him to stay with her if he was just going to suffer. But at the very least, today she was going to spend time with him.

"Well, at the very least, do you want to spend the night with me? My family would love to have you over for dinner, since you did just rescue me from being attacked."

The Zoroark smiled.

"I guess I'd like that, Flower."

And with that, the couple walked away from the alley, happy to be in each other's arms. Upon reaching the exit, they caught sight of a police cruiser at the exit, with the mugger and his pokémon having been taken into custody. The police stopped the two of them to give testimony on the crime, as well as asking Sarah if she was okay. The lass just assured the officers that she was well, and that she was now on her way home. With justice served, the two went on their way to Sarah's house. The walk was blissful and innocent, with people giving the couple no mind. Some folks even smiled at seeing how happy Sarah looked while in the arms of the Zoroark.

It then dawned upon Sarah that she didn't know the Zoroark's name. When she asked it, he said that he didn't have one.

"I've never had a name before," said the Zoroark. "But if you want, you can give me one."

Sarah thought about it for a good while, wondering what kind of name would suit her new friend. It was then that right one hit her.

"How about... Virgil?"

The Zoroark nodded his head. "I like it," he agreed. "From now on, my name is Virgil."

Virgil and Sarah continued walking down the sidewalk towards her family's house. The two were inseparable, holding each other's hands while Sarah leaned on him. Sarah liked the serendipity of the moment. She saved a little fox from starvation, and then that fox came to save her in return. She wondered how things would've turned out if she had a cruel heart and ignored Virgil. She probably would've been left at the mercy of the mugger. And now that she was rescued, she had to find a way to repay this pokémon for everything he did. He may have given her a few sleepless nights while he stalked her, but she was willing to forgive all of it.

She also remembered the tender moment they had upon her rescue. She, like the good majority of Poképhiles, gained the ability to speak to and understand pokémon. She could understand what they were saying whenever she saw trainers and their partners. Does this mean that she was now a Poképhile? She wondered what this would mean for her. What would other people think if they had seen her kiss Virgil. Perhaps some folks would pay no heed, while more conservative folks would berate her. Nevertheless, she was happy to have a new love interest in Virgil. If love like this was dangerous, then she was willing to brave the dangers of this love and express her gratitude.

The two of them stepped up to Sarah's house, though Virgil looked rather unsure. Sarah beckoned him forwards, assuring him there was nothing wrong. The two stepped onto the front porch, Sarah taking out her keys to open the front door. It was then that the door swung open, the Handy Helpers opening the door for her. They were surprised to see that Sarah was not alone, though they didn't show any suspicion when she replied that he was a special guest. Mother Mary came out of the side, a worried look on her face.

"Oh, Sarah, are you okay? We heard what happened to you in downtown. Your uncle is still on the phone with the police. Oh, you poor thing," she said as she looked at her niece with worry.

"It's okay, Auntie. I had my stalker here to save me from the mugger."

Pastor Solis came up to the living room as well, his phone call with the police still ongoing. When he finished the call, Sarah told them everything that happened. She also revealed that Virgil was the pokémon who was stalking her all this time, and that he was the Zorua whom she saved over a week ago at the lakeside meadow. The family were happy to hear all of this, with the Pastor especially being jovial over this wonderful exchange.

"Well, all's well that ends well," said the Pastor. "I take it that this pokémon is going to be living with you, Sarah? I mean, it saved your life, and I really don't mind having this fellow live with us so long as he follows the rules of the house."

Sarah and Virgil looked at each other for a bit.

"Well, we're not sure if Virgil will want to stay with me, Uncle. We'll cross that bridge when we get there. For now, I just want to give Virgil a place to stay just this night."

"So be it, then. Well, your aunt is still cooking dinner and it won't be done until the evening, so you have plenty of time to yourself. Let's just hope there isn't another mugger in your closet, Hehe."

Virgil looked sheepishly at the family. He didn't expect such a warm welcome for what he did for their niece. He followed her up the stairs and to her room. It was all exactly how Sarah left it: clean and tidy with a nice fragrance filling the air. It was all a neat and well-organized space, with a comfortable bed, a desk with a laptop, paper and writing utensils, a TV with a Nintendo Switch console in front of it, and a whole variety of knickknacks and bobbles on shelves and to the side. Sarah closed the door behind her and locked it so that nobody could come in unexpectedly. She then laid down on her bed, beckoning Virgil to lay down with her. The Zoroark looked on rather nervous, wondering if this would be a good thing to do. But he gave into her urge. She latched onto him as soon as he was near her, pulling herself close to him and his warm, sweet-smelling fur.

"You know, I should really thank you, Virgil. You saved me from that mugger, and... well... I might not be here if it wasn't for you."

"Well, I wouldn't be here either if it weren't for you, My Flower," recalled Virgil. He let out a chuckle at the irony between them. "Heh, I guess we owe each other a debt of gratitude, then."

Sarah pressed herself harder onto her new partner. She remembered the tender kiss that he gave her when they met. It was because of that kiss that she could now understand him. But she knew that mostly happened when there's a romantic or sexual connection between a human and pokémon. She looked deep in reflection, wondering where her heart lay. All of it could be traced back to her love of romance novels and sexual novellas. In hindsight, the sleepless nights she's been having these past few days were more due to stress from work than the stress of being stalked. She had even fantasized with meeting her stalker, maybe even with being abducted.

One day, as she daydreamed about her then unknown stalker, Sarah imagined herself being kidnaped by the unknown Virgil and taken to his den. She imagined him tearing into her clothes, revealing her supple breasts, and perhaps playing or suckling them. She imagined his canine cock becoming erect, her desire fueled by the erection of his manhood. She would beg her kidnapper for mercy, to leave her be and set her free. But in reality, she'd want him to continue on and force himself upon her. She wanted him to force her down on her knees, get her to suckle his cock and take in the aroma of his sperm. She would then be forced to blow him, to suckle his cock like a lollipop as he would then face fuck her.

There were many more fantasies that Sarah had, and they were all vivid. But in the end, she was happy to meet her stalker in person and that things worked out peacefully. Whether or not she'd get to carry out her fantasies would all depend on how comfortable Virgil was with all this.

Suddenly, the scent of pheromones could be smelled in the air. Sarah recognized the smell immediately as that of a certain genetic fluid. She looked up at Virgil's bashful face, who knew why she looked at him. It seemed that there were some thing he needed to control better.

"I... I apologize, Sarah. I... I just barely evolved, and your scent is so lovely. I couldn't control myself, and- "

Sarah shushed the fox pokémon. A wry smile was on her face, which made him slightly nervous. She looked down to see a canine cock becoming erect. Seeing this, she knew what she had to do.

"No need to be ashamed, Virgil. You're a boy, and you have needs. Here, let me help you out a bit with calming down these urges."

Virgil wondered what she meant - that was until he felt something stroke his erect phallus. He let out a low moan as he felt himself being squeezed, his lover being straight to the point. She then stroked him, hoping to excite just a little bit more. To add even more salt on the wound, she leaned forward to French kiss him, all while she was stroking his length back and forth. She stuck her tongue into his mouth, being ever so bold with setting herself upon him. All the while, she continued to stroke his cock even as her lips smacking against his own. The tides have turned greatly and was far from the fantasy that Sarah had envisioned. She had envisioned herself being the one on the receiving end of sexual advances. But she immediately replaced that fantasy with one in which she could teach her new, less experienced lover some things about love making.

Virgil kissed back his partner, getting more into the kiss as he danced his tongue around her own, the exchange of saliva not bothering him at all despite his own being slightly thicker than hers. He wondered where it was that Sarah had learned to please a male so well like this. He almost felt ashamed to not be as well prepared for sexual activities as his new partner. Then again, it was barely more than a week ago that he evolved into a Zoroark. He still had a whole lot of urges and desires that were still new to him. But he was willing to try things out and experiment. He was thankful to have someone like Sarah to teach him the ins and outs of intercourse activities.

Sarah eventually stopped stroking her partner, seeing the tension on his face and his quickening pants. She knew he wasn't going to last much longer with this. Instead, she climbed off of bed to prepare for the next part of their session. She slowly took off her clothes, teasing her partner with the revealing of her slightly tan skin and her supple breasts, still held back by a sports bra. The sight of Sarah's half naked body was sure to make the Zoroark get even harder. And with that, she pulled up her bra, revealing her bouncy breasts to her partner. Now completely naked, Sarah looked on at her partner and his expectant face. She couldn't wait to carry on with the next phase of this session. She saw his penis ready to penetrate, his canine like cock with a knot at the base a good size, and ready to ravish.

Sarah climbed up onto the bed again, crawling up next to him. Though she thought of doing a cowgirl position, she wanted to give her lover the reigns. She laid herself on the bed and beckoned Virgil to crawl on top of her. Virgil climbed on top of her, still not yet penetrating her but getting used to being the one in charge. She wanted to at least live out her fantasy of being ravished.

Virgil was a lightweight pokémon, so him being on top of her wasn't too much weight. In fact, he seemed to take rather quickly to being on top. The Zoroark put a clawed hand to Sarah's face, cupping her cheek and smiling gingerly at her. He never thought that he'd get the chance to take such a beautiful woman as her. He felt blessed to be in this moment, and he was going to take advantage of it. He dipped his head down on her again and sealed lips with her, seemingly never getting tired of making out and the saliva exchange. With mind set to start this session in earnest, he aligned himself with her entrance, slowly pushing in just the tip before anything else.

Sarah awaited for her lover to penetrate her. And the feeling of his tip right at he entrance was just so enticing. She didn't want to wait for it any longer. She wanted to feel him deep inside, for him to squirt his seed as deep into her as he could go. She felt him reach the roadblock, her hymen. He looked at her, realizing that this would be a first for her as it was for him. But with a nod of assurance, Virgil pushed on and applied pressure on her virgin membrane. The pain was a bit sharp for her, the wait rather tense as she felt her womanhood being broken for the first time in her life.

A single sharp spasm shot up her spine upon her womanhood being breeched. Sarah sighed as she looked on at her partner with a face of joy. She was now a woman. She now felt the first touch of a male inside her. And she relished the feeling of Virgil pushing past her broken virginity, feeling his manhood inch deeper and deeper into her. A little bit of blood began to drip from her, with Virgil looking on nervously, thinking that he may have hurt her. But Sarah swayed his fears and urge him to keep pushing ahead. She wanted to feel him even deeper in her. By no means did she want him to stop halfway.

And so, the Illusion fox continued pushing forwards. He pushed further and further into her tight and warm womanhood, feeling his member being squeeze pretty hard by the tight yet soft feeling of her insides. His length was long enough to reach pretty deep into her, though the second roadblock against their intercourse came from his own anatomy. The knot at the base of his cock prevented him from going much further into her, and not wanting to hurt her even more, he decided against stretching her out and causing her even more pain. When he saw that he could no longer push ahead even more, he began to pull out until only his tip remained in her. With that, he then pushed back into her, though this time at a quicker pace. The rhythm was set with a slow push in and a slow pull out, the Zoroark getting a feel for the insides of his lover. He loved how her vaginal walls felt, how warm they were and how they gripped his cock, with the occasionally pulse squeezing him a bit.

Soon, Virgil's mind was filling with the singular though of wanting to make love to his partner. Desire filled his heart as he continued the rhythm. He looked at Sarah's expressions of pleasure, her eyes closed and her breathing quick as she was in the moment of pleasure. He loved seeing her expression of joy, her reverie and enticement.

"Are you happy, My Flower?" he asked her without pausing his thrusts. "Do you like this."

"Oh, Virgil... I love this. Please... don't stop."

Virgil wasn't about to stop though.

"Good. I'm glad you love this." He looked at her in earnest, wondering something that he wanted to ask. He stopped for a minute to ask her a serious question. "Do you want to be my mate?"

Sarah opened her eyes, looking at him with pleasure hidden behind her eyes.

"I'd love to be your mate, Virgil. You saved my life, and now you made me a woman. I love you so much like you couldn't believe. I want to feel you cum deep inside me, and I want you to stay with me, at least this night if you don't want to be my pokémon."

This was everything that Virgil wanted to hear. Now that her heart was confirmed, there was one thing he wanted to do to her to make thing official.

"Very good. In that case, I want to mark you in a very special way. I hope you won't be too hurt by what I am about to do next."

Sarah wondered what he meant by that, to which she found out really quick. Virgil bared his teeth at her, his canines appearing before her as he opened his jaw wide. He then lunged right for her neck, biting into her with frightening force, causing her to yelp in shock and pain. He didn't bite her with enough pressure to sink deep into her neck, but just enough to mark her and draw the tiniest amounts of blood. He then suckled on her, taking licks of her neck, and savoring her flesh. All the while, Sarah closed her eyes as her lover chewed her neck and suckled on her. She felt like a prey pokémon that had just been caught, with Virgil ravaging her neck and applying a good amount of pressure. She loved the feeling of being bitten. She could feel him chew on her well, and she loved every moment of it.

"Oh, Virgil... don't stop! Bite me more!" she cried out in reverie.

And the Zoroark was more than willing to oblige her...

In the heat of the biting session, Virgil resumed his slow thrusts into her. He resumed at a rather moderate pace and with extra force. The combination of the neck biting and the vaginal thrusts sent Sarah's mind into sensory overload. She couldn't believe what was happening to her and how much she enjoyed it. And with this, Virgil's passion continued to grow as he chewed on her neck and thrust into her even harder. His speed and power increased with every moment that passed and hoping that he could stay in this moment with Sarah for as long as he could.

He soon began to feel something behind his cock, a growing pressure from ecstasy. It was the same feeling as he felt before, and he knew that he wasn't going to last much longer. He was now thrusting at such a rapid rate, causing the bed to wobble a bit. Sarah knew that he was reaching the end, and so was she. She wanted to enjoy this final moment of passion with him. She wanted to feel her first orgasm with this loveable fox.

"Virgil..." she moaned as her mind was being overcome. She didn't have much else to say to him other than these last words: "I... love you..."

Virgil, in his remaining clarity, versed his own adoration. "I love you too, My Flower."

At the moment of release, Virgil at last pushed his entire cock into her, pushing his knot into her as well. As soon as he stuck it in, the knot expanded and stretched her entrance out. His pointed tip pushed a bit past the cervix, and it was here where his cock erupted with jet after jet of warm cum pouring directly into her womb. And with this, her vaginal walls contracted hard, milking the cock out of all the sperm it could give her. Her mind was shot to the sky as she felt the sticky and warm fluid pour deep inside her, all while her lover bit even harder onto her as his mind too was overwhelmed by a torrent of sensation. The two of them remained still at the exchange of body fluids, with Virgil's mouth releasing pressure as he was overrun with the sensation of the moment.

Sarah opened her eyes as Virgil released her neck. He looked right at her; her face alight with joy. She loved every minute of this session and looking at the smile of her partner as he looked back at her made her see the bond that the two now shared.

"Would you like to stay with me now, Virgil?" she asked rather cheekily. "We might do this more often if you stay here."

"I think I might stay here for a while longer," said Virgil. "No promises about being a permanent resident, but I think I might enjoy living with you."

"Well, so long as you're happy." She then placed her hand on her neck, feeling it wet with something. She put it in front of her eyes and was shocked to see blood soak her hand. "I think you might have gone overboard with the bite, though."

"Well, that was meant to bind you to me, My Flower. Now other males will know that you are already marked, and so will stay clear of you."

"Even human males?"

"Well, maybe human males won't understand it, but my teeth sinking into their legs certainly will." With that he bared his teeth, showing his point.

Sarah giggled at her pokémon's jealous threat. She might have to wear a scarf of a turtleneck shirt when they go to dinner so that her family won't see the twin gouges in her neck from the excessive force of his bite. She lifted up her head to look at her sheets, hoping that they weren't stained. Coincidentally her sheets were the same color of her blood, so even if she did spill some on them they'd be rather difficult to spot. But nonetheless, she was so happy to have shared this moment with him. She hoped that Virgil would stay with her longer. She would love to have a partner in him.

With this, Sarah began to reflect on how all of this started. She saved a small pokémon from dying of starvation, and in turn that pokémon saved her from being assaulted and potentially murdered after having evolved. She loved the serendipitous irony within this all. And with this serendipity, she gained a new partner and lover. She never though that she would end up becoming a Poképhile. She didn't have attractions to pokémon previously nor did she consider having one as a partner. But now, in a beneficial twist of fate, she had one. Once Virgil's knot shrank down he pulled out of her, with a gush of sperm flowing out of her and onto her bed. She'd have a bit of cleaning to do before she'd head out, lest her family get a whiff of cum in the air when someone enter her room.

For now, Sarah enjoyed cuddling with her partner in this moment of love. She hoped that Virgil would stay with her for a while longer, maybe till her cousin's birthday party the following day. There would be tons of food for him to enjoy, and Justin's friends and their pokémon would be coming over as well. She wondered if Saria and the rest of the gang would be showing up tomorrow as well. She'd love to introduce Razor, Camilla, Lance, and the others to Virgil, and for sure the Zoroark would be happy to make new friends. But for now, there was the task of cleaning themselves up and erase any evidence of having made love. It was best that other members of the family not find out what the two did - though she did wonder if Justin would be okay to tell this secret to.

All the while, Virgil wondered what kind of life he could have with this young woman. He hoped to have many more experiences with her, and not just sexual ones. He hoped to take care of her, to protect her from any who wished her harm. He knew of the upheaval around Lakeshire Town, the attacks on those couples between human and pokémon. He wanted to keep Sarah safe in front of all of that. He would defend her till the bitter end, for she now meant everything to him.

Sarah was now fully clothed, a turtleneck shirt covering her neck bite. Maybe next time she'd have to tell Virgil to ease off of biting her too hard. But for now, there was the task of eating dinner. The couple, now cleaned up and ready to have supper, heard the knock on the door. The handy helpers called them out to eat. It was time for Virgil to meet the quirks and get acquainted with the rest of Sarah's family...
