Jessica the Vampire slayer: Chapter 1: The prophecy not so true
This is one of my latest story ideas. tell me what you think? plz no flames...just tell me what you think of what i have going. this is more or less a beta story atm i will continue it if people like it.
JESSICA THE VAMPIRE SLAYER
CHAPTER 1:
THE PROPHECY IS NOT SO TRUE
TO ONE GENERATION A SLAYER IS BORN, SHE ALONE WILL STAND AGAINST THE VAMPIRES,DEMONS, AND CREATURES OF EVIL
"Ain't we all heard that line before?" Said a young mouse girl looking at her friends who laughed along with her.
Jessica was a young 16-year-old mouse female who was thin as a toothpick give or take a few pounds. She usually wore a pair of blue jeans and a blue blouse.
"Tell me about it...as if vampires and all that shit really exist." Replied Jacob a male collie. Jacob was your average athletic male who had a decent six-pack and was very into football and other sports.
"you've been watching too much buffy the vampire slayer." said Julie a female otter.
"I can't help it...i love that show!" Replied Jessica with a smirk.
"Ya well. As Much as I love the marathon we got going here I need to head home." Jacob said which got frowns from both females.
"Don't worry. I'll be back first thing in the morning." Jacob replied and left Jessica's room,said goodbye to their mother and left the house.
Jacob made a turn around the corner of the block to his home when a hot female fox walked up to him."Hey, baby...wanna hang out?" The fox said in a seductive manner.
"Sure...want to gran a bite to eat?" Jacob replied completely forgetting what time it was as the sun had already set.
"Sure....why not." The female fox replied with a smile.
Meanwhile back in Jessica's room....
"No way!" Jessica replied in a girlish tone as Julie told her about how Jacob was all over her.
"I swear, that male would attack anything with boobs." Julie replied with a grin.
"That's gonna get him in some deep trouble one of these days." Jessica replied.
"All right girls time for bed!" Jessica's mom said from downstairs. The female's protested at first but eventually gave in going to bed that night.
The next morning both female's woke up bright and early and got ready for school."Ready for another day of cramming?" Julie asked with a smirk.
Julie was the adopted daughter of Jessica's mother. Julie's parents had died under mysterious circumstances which caused Julie to go through years of therapy to overcome the nightmares.
Both females went downstairs to eat breakfast with the smell of fresh beacon in the air."Sleep well girls?" Their mother replied to which both female's nodded and began to dig into their meals.
"I hope Jacob got home okay." Julie replied with a slightly worried expression on her face as they left the house.
"I'm sure he did. I mean what could happen?" Jessica replied however a blood curdling scream shattered their chatting as they ran to an alley close to their house to see a horrifying sight.
"Th-That's Jacob!" Jessica said looking at the pale corpse on the ground.
"H-His...neck....no.....not again!" Julie said in a hysterical tone and ran away from the scene however Jessica was unable to move as if frozen in time.
Moments later the sounds of police sirens could be heard and shortly after car doors opening and closing followed by hurried footsteps of policemen and paramedics."Not another one..." The paramedic said in a low tone.
"This makes the sixth victim this week...all with not a single drop of blood left in their bodies." Jessica heard the police officer said quietly next to her until he put a paw on her shoulder."Miss. I think you should go. We'll contact you later for questioning." The police officer said in a kind tone snapping Jessica out of her frozen state.
Jessica walked away to see a very shaken Julie sitting on the corner of the block."Two holes in the neck...not one drop of blood left in their bodies....it can't be vampires...they don't exist...do they?" Jessica said thinking aloud.
"That's the same way I found my mother and father....only....it was still sucking on my mom's neck when I walked in..." Julie said finally after a moment.
Jessica never knew about what exactly happened to Julie's real mother and father. She didn't talk about them much."I'm sure it's just some psycho killer on the loose...they'll catch him or her." Jessica said in a reassuring tone to her friend.
Later that week....
"Are you sure you want to visit his grave? Maybe it's too soon." Jessica said to Julie.
"I'm sure..." Julie said as she put a cross in her purse.
"Why are you taking that thing along?" Jessica asked skeptically.
"In case...he rises again..." Julie said in a quite tone which caused Jessica to burst out laughing.
"You honestly think he was turned into a vampire?! And you said i've been watching too much buffy!" Jessica said still laughing however Julie's face turned to anger in mere seconds.
"YOU DIDN'T SEE WHAT THOSE THINGS CAN DO! I HAVE!" Julie shouted in a near hysterical tone.
"Okay,okay...no need to go ballistic on me." Jessica replied keeping her laughter to a minimum.
Both female's then walked out the door and to the graveyard which was a few blocks away."So...have any ideas on how we are going to pass our math test since we are skipping our cramming to go see if Jacob rose from his grave?" Jessica joked.
"We can study after we visit it. And would you cut it out! I know I sounded a bit crazy back there. I guess it was just the trauma of my parents deaths that made me think that those things could really exist. I just want to go see his grave really. I miss him." Julie replied as they rounded the block to the graveyard.
"Well I don't think he'll be too chatty but i'll stick around with ya." Jessica replied with a smile as the sun began to set behind them.
It took nearly thirty minuets to find Jacobs grave as it was getting dark out and the their ability to ready gravestones was hindered by the waning light.
Julie knelt in front of Jacobs grave and placed the cross she put in her purse earlier on top of it."Jacob...you were my best friend...i'll miss you." Julie said in a saddened tone.
After about ten minuets Jessica put a paw on her friend's shoulder"We should be getting home the sun's already set and it's not safe after dark these days." Jessica said to which Julie stood up and nodded.
"Damn right it's not....do you two female's have any idea what time it is?" A female fox said as she approached the females.
"Visiting a relatives grave I assume." Jessica said apprehensively."
"Actually...i'm just waiting on my friend wake up." The Fox said with a grin.
"Is he supposed to be meeting you here?" Jessica asked looking around.
"You could say that." The Fox said eying Jacob's gravestone.
"Well...umm...we'll..just...be...going then." Jessica said in a scared tone to the fox as she eyed them both.
"Awww...and here I was hoping you would join me and Jacob here for a bite to eat." The female Fox said with a malicious grin.
"J-Jacob? What do you mean?" Julie asked however a paw erupting suddenly out of Jacob's grave answered her question earning a frighten squeak out of Jessica and a muffled shriek from Julie.
"Th-That's impossible! You're dead!" Jessica choked out as Jacob clawed his way out of his grave.
"In a matter of speaking....yes I am." Jacob said and looked at both females. His face looked completely different from before. It looked demonic and horrifying.
"Mmm...I'm hungry...aren't you Jacob?" The Fox said with her face looking just as demonic now.
"Starving..." Jacob replied as he began to walk towards the females.
"Where's a wooden stake when you need one?" Jessica said in a half-joking half terrified tone.
Without warning Jacob moved with immense speed and tackled Julie to the ground with fierce growling sound coming from him as he tackled her.
"Hey, fangface!" Jessica said yanking Jacob off Julie and throwing him to the ground."Next time you try to dine make sure your meal can't fight back!" Jessica said as the kicked him square in the face as he tried to stand up.
"witty banter...who do you think you are? The slayer? Heh...you watch too many tv shows ya little rat. There is no such thing as a slayer." The fox said, dashed forward, pinned Jessica to a tree and tilted her neck to the side."I on the other paw....am VERY REAL...." The fox said and attempted to bite into Jessica's neck only to jolt back in pain with the burned engraving of a cross on her chest.
Jessica quickly looked down realizing she had put on her holy cross necklace in preparation to visit Jacob's grave."Well if that works..." Jessica thought and snapped a thick twig off a branch."then what about this?!" Jessica said and lunged at the Fox only to backhanded to the ground by her and the branch knocked out of her paw.
"You honestly thought you could slay me?! Don't make me laugh! There hasn't been a slayer in over one thousand years...i should know...i was the slayer." The fox said with a malicious grin barreling down on her.
"Hey, bitch!" Julie's voice came from behind followed by a wooden cross to the head knocking the fox to the side."Showed her..." Julie said with a smirk only to be grabbed from behind by Jacob.
"Forget about me baby?" Jacob said tilting Julie's neck to the side preparing to take a bite.
Jessica picked up the wooden twig, stood up, and lunged at Jacob and Julie knocking Julie to the side with Jessica on top. As If by instinct she shoved the wooded twig right into Jacob's heart.
"Aww....fuck." Jacob said in a pained tone and turned to dust from under Jessica.
"One down...." Jessica said aloud turning to see The fox charging for her and quickly dodged to the side causing the fox to miss her by inches and turned around to charge at her again.
Jessica then picked up the wooden cross and chucked it at the fox hitting her square in the heart."How could a mere teenager...." The fox trailed off turning to dust as she fell backward to the ground.
"I may not be a slayer...but I think I did a pretty good job." Jessica said in a confident tone turning to Julie who looked positively horrified.
"They're...real..which means....my parents were....killed....by.....vampires...." Julie said as her paws shook uncontrollably.
"Don't worry...we'll fine them...we may not some prophesied slayers but we'll find you're killers and make them pay." Jessica said in a sincere tone.
Thus the rumors began to spread amongst the vampires of Greenvile of a new slayer in town....little did Jessica and Julie know that their little fight was only the beginning....
