A Furry World - Part 5 Families Old and New
"Mom! What are you doing here?!"
"Is that how you greet your own mother John?" she asked as she got up and gave me a hug.
"I'm sorry I just didn't expect to see you again so soon" I said returning the hug. It was then that a small fox walked in, shi was dressed in baggy jeans and a light purple top, hir red hair tied in a pony tail. She gave a screech and ran to me holding my arm so tight it actually hurt.
"Don't go with her sister I don't want to be alone" shi said her eyes already brimming with tears "she said she is taking you home with her"
I looked at my mother "Is this true?"
"Well I won't be taking you home yet but I'm here to make you reconsider becoming part of the research to turn you back into a human" she said in a voice that expected to be obeyed.
"I told you before I'm happy as I am now I never want to go back to being human and I guess you told Kristy and Candy this didn't you?" I said now understanding why Kristy was in such a mood when I saw her.
"I did and I'm telling you you will, no son of mine will be some two sexed freak" she said the anger rising in her voice "I also heard your making people call you that furry name".
"Of course I am. I'm Lupus now and a herm and happy" I said trying to keep my own anger under control but my tail fur bristled.
"Well I just came to tell you I'm in town I will be staying here" she said thrusting a card into my hand "come and talk to me when you come to your senses". She stalked out and I listened to walk down the stairs across the shop and slam the door.
"Finally she's gone. Uhm Candy can you let go of my arm please its staring to hurt" I said giving a little wince as shi let go only to grab me around my waist and started to cry.
"Please sister don't leave me alone" she said between the sob.
Smiling softly I picked hir up and carried hir to my room which shi was now sharing with me.
By the time shi had calmed down there was a soft knock then Laika walked in still wearing her work uniform. I got up to greet her, candy on my back holding on as if afraid I would just disappear if shi lets go. After giving Laika a hug and a deep kiss the three of us settled down on the bed and I told her all about my mother's visit.
That night at the dinner table I shared the story with the others.
"That's horrible can't she tell you to do that cant she see how happy you are" exclaimed Cornè as I reached the part about the research but he was quickly shushed and I continued. Afterwards there was a long and tiring discussion and explanation about how my mother loved to control others lives and soon I raised my hands and pleaded that I needed sleep for work tomorrow.
As I lay in bed Candy cuddled up close to me I tried to fall asleep my mind racing. "And she couldn't have chosen a worse time" I thought making sure a small metal case was within my reach.
Laika and I were kissing passionately my tail wrapped around hers our hands caressing each other soft fur.
"O Laika why didn't you tell me earlier you are a herm" I purred as she moved behind me helping me get into position just then my head hit something and Laika vanished.
My dream was interrupted by me banging my head against the small bed next to my bed. Just as I opened my eyes another wave of lust hit me and I started to grope for the metal case quickly opening it and taking out the epee pen, finding the vein on my neck I inject myself and minutes later my body starts to calm down.
"Why did I have to go into heat now" I groaned getting up and went to the bathroom to taking a cold shower.
For the next two days I made sure I had my medication with me and kept dousing myself in perfume.
The next few months my mother kept visiting and trying to convince me I would be happier as a male human again and it kept ending in a shouting match and her storming off.
Half way through December I left for a few days and when I returned a few days later I saw the shop had had a proper Christmas make over and you could feel the Christmas spirit in the air around the shop.
I woke up on Christmas day snow pilling against the window. Even with my thick fur I was happy for the blanket over the three of us.
Yes the three of us.
A day after I came back I was on my way to bed when Laika pulled me into her room her ears as red as glowing coals
"Lupus do you mind if I sleep with you and Candy tonight" she asked in a whisper. I was dumb struck all kinds if thoughts chasing around in my head when it hit me. She's a foxtaur! They dislike sleeping alone, how could I be so narrow minded, I had done a lot to help with all my own new needs I hadn't thought about my girlfriends needs.
Pulling her to my room I said "of course you can my dear vixen and I'm sorry" not looking her in the eyes.
Half way through the door she pulled my head up and gave me a deep loving kiss "don't be sorry but yeah you should have noticed earlier"
And since then she kinda moved into my room, Candy didn't seem to mind being cuddled between the two of us each night.
After shaking the two awake I went to get something from my desk and handed a piece of paper to Candy on it stood:

"Merry Christmas little sister" I said a huge smile on my face.
Hugging me tightly I could feel here tears flowing down my fur "I love you sister" she said looking up at me her tear soaked face showing the first true happiness since the first day she ran into my life.
