One gloomy day in the Koopa Kingdom, Bowser was sitting on his golden throne, bored as ever.

"Ugh," Bowser grunted, resting his head on his hand. "Magikoopa has yet to come up with a scheme to stop Mario during the Festival of Plumbers." Just then, a Goomba and a Green Koopa appeared in front of Bowser's throne.

"Bowser, we have been near the Green Greens and saw the Festival of Plumbers starting to be set up," said the Goomba. "Shall we raid the grounds?"

Bowser sighed and said, "No, Goomba. We have done that before, and it did not go well."

Koopa spoke up, "Maybe we can fly in from an airship and use Bob-ombs to storm in!"

Bowser was becoming frustrated. "No! That will not work either!" he growled. Suddenly, there was a loud rumble. It was coming from within the throne room. Could Mario have foiled Bowser's plans to ruin the festival? Or was it something more sinister? Either way, it scared everyone.

"Oh wow, what is up with my gut?" Bowser questioned. The Koopa and Goomba sighed with relief, knowing that they were not in danger, but their king required satiation. The grumbling from Bowser's stomach continued.

"Sire! You must be so hungry! When was the last time you ate?" the Goomba asked.

Bowser was holding his rumbling belly as it shook.

"Probably yesterday. I have been feeling down since I am back from discussing an alliance with King Boo. He would not budge an inch, so I gave up," Bowser explained somberly.

"Poor king! We should have the chefs prepare the best food for you!" the Koopa exclaimed, jumping for joy. "You deserve something special for your hard work!" Bowser perked up, his abdomen lightly growling for sustenance.

"Yeah, haha! You are right! Bring me a menu so I can order some food!" Bowser demanded. The Goomba and Koopa nodded and rushed down the hall to the kitchen.

Not long after they had left, a Shy Guy came out with a paper menu that he handed to Bowser. He wore a waiter's outfit instead of his usual red hood.

"Good evening, sire! I hear this feast is a special occasion, so we made a new menu item just for you!" the Shy guy said gleefully, spinning around and clapping. Bowser nodded happily.

"Wonderful!" he shouted. He then gazed at the menu, but looked puzzled. He saw that there was only one item, and it read, " Meal of the Year; it will fill you up."

He growled at the Shy Guy and asked, "Is there more to this meal on your menu?"

Shy Guy blinked and said dubiously, "There is much more to this meal than you think. I will make sure the chefs know you want only the best out of it." Bowser huffed, and then his stomach roared at him.

He then shouted, "Make it quick! I am starving!"

Shy Guy hurried along to the kitchen, yelling out, "Yes, my king!" A few minutes went by, and the Shy Guy returned with two plates of food. On one plate, there was ham with steamed peas and mashed potatoes with gravy, and on the other plate was a whole fried chicken with a side of french fries. He saw the plates of food and was happy that he was going to be given two plates of some of his favorite foods. The smell from the fresh food reached Bowser's nose, and it made him feel very famished.

"Finally! I am starving!" Bowser shouted out. He was ready to chomp down on his plates of food when suddenly, the Shy Guy stopped before he could hand over the food.

"One second, my liege," Shy Guy said, stepping back as a troop of Red Koopas brought in a large, round wooden table. Bowser looked confused.

"This table is too much for just this much food! What happened to the other tables?" he asked. The Shy Guy set the food down on the table and came to Bowser's side.

He then whispered, "No, we needed this table for the meal."

Suddenly, several Shy Guy waiters came out carrying more plates of food, comprising eggs and bacon, pancakes, loaded baked potatoes, steaks and asparagus, calzones, pizzas, hot dogs, cheeseburgers, pot pies, and desserts like cream puffs, cakes, cookies, donuts, and many more different foods than Bowser, or anyone could have imagined eating in one sitting. Bowser thought they wasted their resources in making all of this food since he knew he could not eat all of it. He then thought that they wanted to have a feast together. However, he was not keen on having a meal with his minions.

"Hey, I did not ask for all of you to eat with me!" he shouted throughout the hall.

The Shy Guy waiter that was next to him patted his head and said, "No, you will eat all of this! "No, you will eat all of this! Koopa! Goomba! Tie him down now!" The Green Koopa and the Goomba from earlier nodded and tied Bowser down to his throne with chains. They tried to open Bowser's jaw, but they were too weak.

"Wait just a moment!" someone shouted. It was Magikoopa, who was riding on his broom down the hall to Bowser's throne.

"Oh, Magikoopa! Thank goodness! Are you here to stop this crazy madness?" Bowser asked. Magikoopa cackled and raised his wand in the air, thrusting a purple magic beam at his king. Bowser, still held by his minions, could not dodge the beam. Although the minions initially gasped at Bowser getting hit, they soon realized he was not hurt. There was a swirl of purple color in his eyes, meaning he was under hypnosis. He lay limp, with his mouth wide open.

Magikoopa cackled again and shouted, "Now, feed him everything!" All the minions agreed in unison and cheered. The Shy Guy that was next to Bowser commanded everyone to get in line with a plate of food. Magikoopa raised his wand again, which made the mind-controlled Bowser sit at attention. Each minion gave Bowser a plate of food, which he took and shoved into his maw and threw the plate to the side. He chewed and swallowed like it was his job. First, they fed him some of the breakfast-type foods, like eggs, bacon, waffles, and pancakes. After having a large sum of food, his gut was no longer rumbling. However, the food kept coming. The fried, slobbery, greasy food had accumulated in Bowser's mouth, and some of it fell onto his chest.

"Ah ah!" Magikoopa said, waving his wand in the air, which brought forth a bib that fell onto Bowser's chest. "You need a bib to catch all the food, and you will need to eat off of it when a piece of food falls onto it. Understood?" Bowser, still hypnotized, nodded. He then fell back onto his throne and opened his mouth wide. Bowser had grown at least fifteen pounds bigger from all the food he shoveled into him. He pointed to his open maw, notifying the minions that he wanted them to feed him.

"Good, good! Keep feeding him!" Magikoopa commanded, chuckling. When Bowser dropped some ketchup on his bib, he licked it up. Then, some of the Goombas rolled up one of the large pizzas and stuffed it into Bowser's mouth. Bowser chewed it, with all the different toppings sloshing around. Magikoopa then ordered the Koopas to give Bowser some cheeseburgers and hot dogs. Bowser soundly chugged them down as if he was in an eating competition. They passed more food up to the throne, with steaming pot pies engorging Bowser's maw. His gut expanded more, with the tip of it going past his cushion on his chair. A Shy Guy waiter got overly excited, sprinted up to Bowser's mouth, and dunked a pepperoni calzone into it. Bowser chewed gratefully, still under hypnosis. However, some sauce dropped past his bib and onto his belly, which was expanding even more.

"Every single calorie needs to be in your mouth and digested, my liege," said Magikoopa, pointing to Bowser's belly. Bowser, still under hypnosis, nodded and used his flabby paw to reach the sauce. However, he could not reach it as his arms were growing bigger. Seeing this, Magikoopa used his magic to pick up the sauce and slide it into Bowser's maw.

"How can all the food get into his mouth without it falling?" Magikoopa asked himself.

Bowser was still eating a ton of food passed to him, but a lot of it rolled off of him and fell to the floor. Magikoopa grew frustrated, and almost stopped operations. Then, he suddenly had an epiphany.

"Everyone, stop at once! Remember the buckets we used at the Whispering Waterfalls?"

Magikoopa asked the crowd of minions. Some of them shrugged, not having a clue what Magikoopa was going on about, but most of the Goombas nodded, being the front lines of the battle between the Yoshis and the Goomba Army.

"Fill the buckets with food, and bring it to Bowser!" ordered Magikoopa. Everyone hurried right away to the storage room, which is where the buckets were located. Then, they hurried back to the throne room so they could continue their work. A Shy Guy brought up a bucket that was filled to the brim with french fries and dipping sauces. However, Bowser could grab nothing, as his gut was in the way. Magikoopa found this amusing, but he wanted Bowser to be even bigger than before. He used his magic to lift the bucket and angle it to Bowser's open mouth, where all the food landed safely. The chewing and consumption continued on, with Bowser's ever-growing belly reaching a capacity that was almost 200 pounds more than he originally weighed. The golden throne could no longer handle the weight, and Bowser fell onto the floor while the throne split into several pieces. His whole body jiggled as he landed on his back. The minions gasped and asked if Bowser was alright. They saw he was no longer in hypnosis, and saw him come to, looking around in a panic.

"Wha-what happened?" Bowser asked. He could not see, as his enormous belly was in the way. Magikoopa cackled, despite this setback.

"You still have not finished your dessert yet, Bowser!" Magikoopa shouted, waving his wand. Bowser was once again hypnotized after being struck by the purple beam from Magikoopa's wand. The minions cheered and kept going, shoving cake and ice cream in several buckets. As Bowser lay on the floor, he opened his mouth, and let the desserts slide into him. Using buckets was easier for the minions since they could drop a lot of food into Bowser and it would not make a mess.

"He should have been laying down in the first place!" one Koopa chuckled. There were several dozen cream-filled donuts waiting for Bowser to consume, as well as cream puffs and cookies. The minions fit large quantities into the buckets and made sure they left no crumbs uneaten. Bowser's belly grew to a point where his belly was covering some of his face, and he could not open his mouth much longer. Luckily, there was no food left, so the minions looked at Magikoopa for what to do next.

"Bowser has devoured his meal. I bid you all adieu, as you have done well, my subordinates," Magikoopa said. Everyone nodded and took all the plates, buckets, and table away, leaving Bowser to be left on the floor, overfilled with nourishment.
