Ethna's Expanding Problem

"You cut that out right now!"

The words rumbled through the street and rattled windows in all the nearby buildings as if amplified through a megaphone. Despite their volume the tone of voice had a clearly feminine tilt to it. The soft and higher-pitched voice was expected of someone like the petite roo-bat standing at the end of the street. The sheer volume of the voice was also expected considering that roo-bat stood around ten stories tall. She was large enough to cover a car with a single foot or easily swallow a full-grown person whole! Not that she would do such a thing. But her unwillingness to do such things didn't make her capability of doing them any less intimidating to everyone nearby. That was, everyone except Zorkaiju.

While not intimidated, the voice was loud enough to get Zor's attention. He looked up towards the sound of the unexpectedly loud voice; a bus already half-bitten through still dangling from his lips. All around the giant monster piles of debris and clouds of dust rose up from the wrecked ruins of the dozen nearby different buildings he had already torn apart. The voice had registered to Zorkaiju as a challenge and even as he looked in her direction his toes clenched involuntarily. Considering his prodigious size the power of his toes alone was so great that even that simple movement crushed the concrete of the street beneath him into gravel as if it were little more than dried mud. The bus in his lips was soon dropped and forgotten as he turned to walk towards the newfound challenger. Each footstep the massive monster took sent a small quake through the ground and rattled the nearby buildings nearby as much as Ethna's voice had only moments ago.

If Ethna size was what made her terrifying then Zorkaiju's appearance did the same for him. Unlike Zorkaiju, Ethna's cream colored furry body looked no different from any other petite woman walking down the street save for the fact that she was nearly a dozen stories tall. Zor on the other hand would never have been able to pass for normal even if he had been the size of any other regular person. Regardless of his height, Zorkaiju's appearance was unmistakable as anything other than the living, breathing incarnation of a classic kaiju. Jagged, Ivory colored bone jutted out from his shoulders, hips, down the length of his spine and tail. A pair of massive, curving ram horns curled out from the back of his head until their points had twisted all the way around and pointed in front of him. His deep red pelt of fur was interrupted across his torso by a set of bony armored plates covering him from collarbone to groin save for the purple crystal-like growth sticking out from the top of his chest.

"You got a problem?" Zorkaiju challenged as he approached Ethna. "I'm just having a little fun. What's wrong with that?"

The kaiju didn't need to look around know the devastation he had already caused to the city. The unapologetic grin spread across his monstrous muzzle made it abundantly clear that he knew exactly what he had done to his surroundings. It also showed that he had neither remorse for his actions nor intention of stopping his fun anytime soon. Especially not because she said so. Normally Zorkaiju would be a little more wary around another giant. Even a giant that looked as cute and, more importantly, harmless as Ethna. But when he stopped his approach directly in front of her all he could do was grin smugly down at his challenger. It was abundantly clear for anyone still stupid enough to be nearby to see the two side by side why the giant monster was concerned neither by Ethna's presence nor challenge. He had no reason to be! Not when Ethna, despite her prodigious size, wasn't even tall enough to come up to his waist.

Being a bit over a hundred foot tall like Ethna was impressive to almost about anyone. But, with Zorkaiju being over three hundred feet tall to her one, she was exactly the visage of intimidating power than normal people would see her as. The arrogant smirk that he directed down at the comparatively puny roo-bat was almost pitying. It was almost as if he felt a little bit bad about how hilariously outmatched the cute little girl was. But his sympathy didn't extend far enough to accommodate her 'demand'. Nor did it extend far enough that he would let himself miss this opportunity for some more fun.

"So, you just going to keep smashing things all willy-nilly?" Ethna challenged even as she had to crane her head back to continue looking him in the eyes.

"I mean unless you intend to try and stop me. And I cannot fathom how you imagined to try to accomplish that. Yes. Yes I am. In fact... I think I just found what I want to smash next."

Zorkaiju lips split into a Cheshire's grin full of terrifyingly-sharp teeth as he raised a foot over the hybrid girl. The look of righteous indignation on Ethna's face faltered in that moment as if it was only now occurring to her that the person she was yelling at was more than three times her size. She had barely registered the sudden danger she was in before Zor slammed his foot down on top of her! Thankfully Ethna was quick to leap to the side just in time to avoid the massive foot! However, the impact shook the ground hard enough to make her stumble mid-dodge and instead of gracefully rolling to her feet she went sprawling to the ground. Still grinning, Zorkaiju lifted his other foot over the now-prone roo-bat and lowered it down onto the smaller giant's prone form; pinning her in place!

She was lucky that he had simply intended to cover her with his foot rather than stomping down on her again. Zor couldn't help but laugh when he felt her hands press against the bottom of his foot in a desperate attempt to hold it at bay even as he pressed down on her. The size difference between the two giants was significant enough that there was no contest when it came to physical capability. But it wasn't so great that she couldn't put up a little bit of a fight at the very least. The larger kaiju was almost surprised to feel the resistance as he pressed down on her. In a moment he was forced to shift more of his weight onto that leg to overpower her. Unfortunately for Ethna that was all it took. Her arms buckled and she let out a gasping grunt as Zorkaiju firmly pressed his foot down on top of her! The sheer weight of his foot and the attached leg was enough to compress her chest and force the air out of her lungs in the process!

"I'm not sure what your plan was, little girl. Oh, you're big for sure. I'll give you that. At least on one of these normal little plaything's scale. But you're still a runt around a real monster like me" Zor taunted. As he spoke, his eyes slid closed and he leaned his head back as he savored the feeling of having someone so big yet still so small and helpless pinned under foot. "Didn't anyone ever tell you pick on someone your own size?"

His laughter trailed off into confusion when he felt his foot shifting. Slowly, but surely, it was being lifted up by the roo-bat girl underneath it. He hadn't relaxed the pressure he was pushing down on her but somehow she was managing to slowly overpower him. It was almost like her ability to push back against him was increasing with each passing second. Frowning in irritation, Zor opened his eyes again to look down at her only for his eyes to go wide in shock.

Zor caught sight of the tail end of a rapidly fading, multicolored Aura of light which had briefly covered Ethna from head to toe. But it wasn't the appearance of an unexpected light that shocked Zor. What shocked him was that the little giantess was growing! The growth was slow; slow enough Zorkaiju didn't feel immediately threatened. But with every second she gained a couple more feet of size. And with each little bit of additional size came an equivalent increase in strength. Strength enough for her to push back with increasing force against Zor's foot. She didn't even seem to realize what was happening at first. She was too distracted with her struggle to care whys he was making progress. All that mattered to her in the moment was that she was doing so! When she did finally open her eyes to look up at her assailant again the sight left her dumbstruck for a moment as her brain tried to make sense of why her perspective seemed wrong. When it finally registered why Zorkaiju and everything else around her looked smaller than it had just a minute before her lips twisted into a triumphant grin.

The still-larger kaiju snarled in defiance of the unexpected challenge and shifted his weight again. Rather than casually pressing down on her now he forced his combined his weight and the strength down on top of her with full force! Despite her increasing size the sheer difference in mass was too much for a few dozen feet to easily overcome and she was shoved flat to the ground again! But Zorkaiju's success was short lived. Even as he held her down he could still feel her slowly expanding underneath his foot and it only took a few seconds for Ethna to grow large enough that his foot was being pushed back once again.

"How are you-" Zor demanded in frustrated disbelief only to cut off with a yelp of surprise mid-sentence!

Ethna grit her teeth and pushed abruptly with all of her might against Zor's foot! She still wasn't nearly as big as the Kaiju was but now she was big enough that she could at least overpower one of his legs. So when she pushed Zor, not expecting so much counterforce, was throw off balance! The larger kaiju stumbled and hopped backwards two steps before he was able to catch his balance, just barely able to avoid falling back on his ass. The building partially demolished by his lashing tail and the new set of footprint craters in the street went unignored by the destructive unbalanced dance to regain his footing. Now more irritated than confused, Zorkaiju turned his attention back to Ethna only to find her rising to her feet: now being almost as tall as his chest. In the span of a couple of minutes the formerly puny, at least in comparison, roo-bat had doubled in size! Worse still for Zorkaiju was that he could see she was still growing.

This time it was Ethna turn to take the initiative. The literal rising threat of a roo-bat charged at the larger giant and rammed her shoulder into his chest! Even with all of her combined strength and mass she still couldn't generate enough force to knock him off his feet. But, where at her previous size he wouldn't have even budged, now Ethna was large enough the he was at least able to send him stumbling back! To Zorkaiju's misfortune the act sent him stumbling backwards right into a nearby building! His massive tail smashed through the bottom levels just as the back of his heel caught on the extended storefront. With a snarling yelp of surprise Zorkaiju was sent toppling backwards as he tripped over the building even as his sheer enormity demolished it! Even as a cloud of debris rose up around them the ground shook from the impact of hundreds if not thousands of tons of giant monster falling back onto their ass!

An angry, incoherent snarl of rage came from the within the cloud of debris a split second before Zorkaiju forced himself back to his feet. The giant monster was fully intending on leaping onto Ethna to pin the smaller giant beneath his superior bulk! Just as his legs were tensing Zorkaiju froze when he found himself her once again. Or, more accurately, found himself almost facing her for the first time! The oversized girl that had barely been taller than his knee was now eye level with his collarbone! He barely was a head taller than her now. Zor's only solace was that she didn't seem to be growing anymore. Although just because she was no longer growing didn't mean that having such a drastic difference in size closed in a matter of minutes didn't unsettle the monstrous giant. He was so distracted by her unexpected size that he didn't react when she stepped to his side until it was too late.

In an instant Zorkaiju found one of his wrists held tightly in one of her hands while her other hand gripped his forearm. Before he could jerk his arm away she twisted it around roughly and forced his arm behind his back! The roo-bat had barely gotten him into the armlock before she rammed one of her knees into the back of Zorkaiju's own. The sudden impact to such a tender area caused the monster's legs to buckle and both giants went crashing to the ground! Ethna, however, kept a firm grip on his arm to ensure when they both landed that he was face down in the street with her kneeling on top of him.

Zorkaiju's concern over the unexpected situation was once again burned away by outrage at the humiliation she was inflicting upon him. He was fully focused on putting her in her place, growth spurt or not. Ethna didn't seem willing to give him the opportunity, unfortunately. When he did more than lift his head out of the parking lot it had crushed, Ethna twisted his arm painfully enough that his body spasmed and he was forced back flat to the ground. The roo-bat may still have been smaller and weaker than the more monstrous giant but she was big enough now that she could hold with the right leverage.

"Give up yet?" Ethna asked. Despite her increase in power and her superior hold it was still a struggle to hold the much more powerful Kaiju in place. She did her best not to let the strain of that effort leak into her voice and undermine her confident words with mixed success. "I can keep twisting your arm like this all night long. Either your ego snaps first and you behave, or your arms snaps first if you keep struggling. I don't think they make slings in your size, big guy."

In response to her threat, Zorkaiju reached behind him with his free arm in a futile attempt to grab at her. The problem was that, in his position, his free arm couldn't reach back far enough to get a proper hold on her. Once or twice his fingers brushed against part of her arm or side but the angle was so awkward he couldn't even scrape at her with his claws much less get a real grip on her. As humiliating and infuriating as it was this formerly scrawny little roo-bat, at least for the moment, had him beaten. Then something unexpected happened. It was the last thing Zorkaiju could have possibly wanted or expected to help him escape. Ethna started growing again.

This time her growth was neither slow nor gradual. A brief aura of multicolored light, bright enough for even Zorkaiju to see out of the corner of his eyes, radiated from the roo-bat heralding the coming growth spurt. Then, barely a second after the light faded, Ethna suddenly surged larger dozens of times faster than her first growth spurt! The pressure on top of Zorkaiju rapidly transitioned from uncomfortable to nearly painful as Ethna's weight doubled, then doubled again in a matter of seconds. All while she was still kneeling on top of the more monstrous giant's back! His 'lucky' break came when her abrupt growth and the change of position it forced on her caused her to lose her grip on Zorkaiju's arm. Without that hold to offset her shifting center of gravity the growing roo-bat fell backwards onto her ass with an earth shaking THOOM of impact! During her fall her continued growth forced her so large so quickly that she fell past Zorkaiju's lower body and into the intersection just beyond; freeing him in the process.

Not understanding what was going on, Zorkaiju seized the opportunity to scramble to his feet. The moment he did he turned to face the smaller giant only to realize she didn't look quite so small anymore. By the time Zor was upright and turned around her rapid enlargement had, thankfully, come to a stop. But it was little solace for him. Despite her still sitting on the street she was noticeably taller than his waist even with him standing upright. So, when Ethna stumbled back to her feet as well, Zorkaiju was shocked to find it was now he that was a bit below eye level with her collarbone; a complete reversal from only a couple of minutes before.

The two giants stared each other down for a moment of stunned silence. Ethna looked almost as shocked at her abrupt increase in size as Zorkaiju did! It took several seconds for Ethna, now the larger of the two giants, to process her change in perspective. When it finally clicked Zorkaiju's expression stayed one of shock and concern while Ethna's lips slowly twisted into a smile.

The roo-bat suddenly leapt forward, arm snapping out to grab the now smaller kaiju's arm! Thankfully Zorkaiju was quick enough, if only just, to hop backwards out of the way in time. Any lingering arrogance and aggression Zorkaiju might have had left quickly melted into concern for his own self-preservation. Zor was smart enough to know when discretion was the better part of valor. The monstrous giant, not feeling so giant anymore, turned tail and ran! Ethna, still stumbling from her missed grab attempt, had to catch herself on the side of a building to maintain her balance. Unfortunately, the enlarged roo-bat was a lot heavier now than she was used to and the edge of the building crumbled under her grip almost immediately! The unexpected loss of support sent her falling face first to the ground much like Zorkaiju had only moments before. By the time she had climbed back to her feet her monstrous opponent was already several streets away.

But Zorkaiju's Head start didn't help him for long. His body was built larger and heavier than Ethna's was. He was built to take punishment and dish it back out, not dance around and compete with feats of agility and speed. Even without a height advantage Ethna probably could have kept up with Zorkaiju even if she had been half his size. So it was little surprise when he felt a set of thundering footsteps that weren't his own shaking the ground that a quick glance over his shoulder showed the giant roo-bat girl gaining on him fast!

Despite her lack of intent to cause damage Ethna's current size left her little choice in the matter. Every footstep smashed a crater into the ground below and sent cracks spider webbing along buildings to either side of the street. More than once, a car vanished under her foot and little but a flattened metal pancake was left in her wake! It didn't help that the roo-bat was so distracted watching Zorkaiju in case he tried anything that she barely noticed half of the things she was breaking during her chase. More than once her tail or wings grazed against one of the buildings to either side of her and tore a small gouge out of it; leaving clouds of debris in her wake. Seeing her thundering down the street with abandon was just as terrifying to any of the normal sized people down below as the more monstrous Zorkaiju actively trying to destroy things.

"Get back here!" Ethna shouted after him. "You're only making this worse for yourself!"

"No!" Zorkaiju shouted back succinctly.

Unfortunately, his defiance was ultimately moot. Even as he was proclaiming his refusal he could feel her footsteps approaching dangerously close behind him. A glance over his shoulder confirmed his fears and showed her almost within arm's reach! Even as he tried to squeeze out a little more speed to his run, he watched as if in slow motion as she reached out a hand to grab at him. But fate, or whatever else was screwing with things around them both, chose to intervene once again. A split second before Ethna could get her hands on Zorkaiju he was saved by the worst type of intervention he could have hoped for

Ethna fingers were mere inches away from grabbing one of Zorkaiju's arms when the now-familiar glow enveloped her once again. As soon as it faded the roo-bat's body abruptly began swelling larger yet again! The arm reaching towards Zorkaiju was jerked to the side as Ethna's expanding width caused her shoulder to smack against one of the buildings she was running next to. The unexpected impact did little damage to her but almost entirely collapsed most of the upper stories of the building! The impact also caused her to lose her balance and stumble in the opposite direction; only to slam against a building on the opposite side of the street just as her growth wedged her between the two buildings!

Within moments she had added another two hundred feet to her already concerning height! Ethna's increasingly massive body was now wider than the street and sidewalk between the buildings! As she tried to turn to the side to free herself without further destroying the nearby buildings all she succeeded in was collapsing more of them in the process. She was, at least for the moment, trapped. Which meant Zorkaiju was saved from capture! At least for the moment. But, considering the roo-bat that had once been barely knee-high to him was now twice as big as he was, the now-smaller Kaiju wasn't sure how happy he should be about it. His only saving grace was Ethna's reluctant to cause. If she hadn't cared about collateral damage the roo-bat could have torn out of those buildings and caught up with him within moments! As much as he was tempted to rub her failure to catch him in her face he had no desire to tempt her restraint. So he simply kept running; making his way deeper into the city where some of the buildings were still taller than him. Where there were still places for someone of his size to hide.

Ethna, meanwhile, eventually got frustrated enough that she simply tore her arms through the buildings her to free herself! By this point they were ready to collapse anyway. As she stood back to her feet she was surprised to find she was now head and shoulders taller than any of the buildings lining the street! While it was an impressive viewpoint she wasn't used to, it did force her to hold her arms almost at shoulder height to be able to walk through the street. Even her waistline by itself was barely narrow enough to fit between the buildings. If she shifted in the wrong direction even a little bit her hip would scrape against one of the office buildings and cause significant damage. All of which only made Ethna that much more frustrated. Despite her being the one actually causing the damage, and having no idea what was causing these random growth spurts, she somehow rationalized that this was all Zorkaiju's fault. If he had just behaved and stopped acting like a mindless monster none of this would have happened!

It was then that it dawned on her. She no longer knew where the destructive giant was. A quick glance around showed no easily visible sign of him. Even the cratering footprints that he left behind had vanished. After a point. She could only assume that he had started intentionally softening his footsteps in order to not leave a trail. All of which only served to further annoy her as she stomped her way towards the downtown area: the only place left in town with buildings big enough that Zorkaiju could hide.

The situation would have been almost comical to Zorkaiju if he hadn't been on the wrong side of it. He was supposed to be the big, destructive giant having his way with a city full of people and easily breakable things! Yet somehow he found himself the one running and hiding; trying to avoid the notice of someone significantly larger than him. The now-smaller kaiju didn't dare look around the corner of the building he was behind to check her location. He didn't need to. Ethna was now so big he easily felt the tremors of her footsteps as soon as she started to get close. Last Zorkaiju had seen the hybrid girl had been almost twice his size and even his impressive weight paled in comparison to hers now. He still had no idea why the roo-bat was inexplicably growing like this. His only solace was she seemed just as confused as he was. That she didn't seem to in control of her growth was little solace when she was already big enough to easily overpower him. And he already had earned her ire.

"Stop hiding and get out here!" Ethna's voice boomed across the city. "Or so help me when I get my hands on you..."

Zorkaiju winced as a massive set of fingers gripped the top of the building he was hiding behind. He could see her enormous form rising up over the top of the building and watched her swing her head back and forth looking for him. It was only by sheer dumb luck that he had wound up directly underneath her when she was focused looking out across the city. Zorkaiju held his breath in an attempt to keep himself silent lest he broadcast his location to her. All he could hope was that she would head off in the wrong direction looking for him. Yet fate seemed intent on screwing with him and Zorkaiju's eyes went wide as a familiar glow enveloped Ethna once again.

The smaller kaiju watched with wide, increasingly terrified eyes as the roo-bat's already-huge fingers expanded and swelled across the roof of the building. The concrete exterior cracked and crumbled as her casual gripping strength increased exponentially along with her size. He heard the entire building groaning ominously at the increasing amount of weight her growing hand and arm was pushing down on it. With each passing second the already massive woman grew into the sky until she blocked out the sun overhead and her shadow stretched across most of downtown.

A crashing sound nearly made Zorkaiju yelp in surprise when the building she was leaning on began to collapse! It wasn't even the weight of her arm that was causing it to collapse. Instead her increasingly enormous foot growing on the other side expanded with the rest of her and and bulldozed through the opposite side of the building! Zorkaiju was barely able to leap to the side in time to avoid having most of the collapsing building fall down directly on top of him! It was a good thing he did, too. As the move was the only thing that saved him from having one of the gigantic roo-bat's hands crashing down on top him!

When Ethna's foot smashed through the building it caused it to collapse right out from under her hand! The still-growing giantess crashed down onto her hands and knees with a thunderous CRASH even as she crested a thousand feet in height and still continued to grow! The roo-bat had her eyes clenched shut as she tried to will herself to stop growing even as she felt buildings all around her collapsing as her growing bulk bulldozed into them. Then she felt one of her hands bump up against something that didn't immediately crumble like the buildings. When she turned to look she found a scared and now rather small-looking red kaiju flat on his ass being pushed aside by her expanding fingers! It took the giant roo-bat a moment to register what, who, she was looking at before it finally dawned on her. Zorkaiju looked so SMALL now she hadn't even recognized him! But when she did her expression twisted into an angry scowl.

"There you are!" she growled accusingly even as she continued to grow. Zorkaiju could actually hear her voice getting deeper and louder with each word she spoke! "No more running, squirt! You've caused far too much damage!"

She expected her growth spurt to end any second. When it did, she intended to snatch up the little troublemaker and teach him a lesson for causing all this chaos. Some of it might not have been his fault. Hell, most of the destruction at this point was probably caused accidentally by her as had been him on purpose! But, considering her enormous height advantage, Zorkaiju didn't seem eager to argue the point. But as Ethna continued to stare down at the little red kaiju for second after second he continued to get smaller in her eyes. Even when he had halved in size again in her perspective she still continued to grow. It wasn't stopping!

Zorkaiju had no idea what to do anymore. Even if he got up and ran the idea of him being able to escape her at that size was laughable. There was no way he could hide, either. Even if there were still buildings tall enough for him to hide behind all she would have to do was stand up and she'd be able to look down at the entire city! He couldn't even hope to use the buildings as obstacles for her anymore. By now the roo-bat was so large that buildings wouldn't slow her down anymore. She could just step over them! If anything, they would be more of a hindrance to him since he would still have to navigate through the streets. What came next left Zorkaiju convinced that luck or fate or whatever was screwing with everything today had it out for him in particular.

The comparatively tiny kaiju heard a sharp, ominous cracking sound that was loud enough that even he winced from the volume. When he looked towards its source he saw the giant roo-bat's hand, now big enough to scoop him up like a toy, sinking deeper into the ground. Rather than simply cratering the street under its weight, however, the road itself was starting to crack apart! Zorkaiju remembered the city's robust underground subway system a split second before her hand broke through into it.

The fall wasn't long, at least not for Ethna. But her hand unexpectedly fell down when the ground gave out underneath her the movement sent her falling forward onto her front even as she continued to grow! Zorkaiju had no time to run. All he could do was let out a strangled cry before an enormous wall of giant, cream colored fur and flesh crashed down on top of him! It was only then when Zorkaiju, along with a couple of city blocks, found themselves buried beneath the incalculable tonnage of Ethna's ample bosom that the giantess finally stopped growing.

Almost immediately Ethna scrambled to her feet out of concern for what, or who, might have been crushed under her. Then her brain caught up with her reflexes and she remembered who had been below her few moments before. The look of concern that had bloomed on her face twisted into a playful, if slightly embarrassed, smile. Instead of standing up, the giantess adjusted her position to lay more comfortably on her front. The massive roo-bat propped one arm up on her elbow and rested her cheek in its palm as she looked down into her cleavage. Granted she couldn't actually see him in there. The little bit of squirming the now half mile tall roo-bat felt was closer to the middle of her left breast rather than between them. Which is why she chose to casually lean a bit more of her weight onto her left side to suppress his squirming.

"Finally got you. You're not gonna get away from me this time! I think I'll keep you and time out under there for a little while until you've learned your lesson. It's wrong to destroy cities!" Ethna lectured to the tiny monster buried beneath her bosom. Then, realizing what she had said, Ethna blushed in embarrassment and turned to glance back over her shoulder at the increasingly large path of devastation her chase through the city had caused. So, she quickly amended her statement. "It's wrong to destroy cities on purpose."

Ethna still had no idea why she had been growing. Now that she had Zorkaiju in hand, sort of, it was probably time to figure that out. For all she knew another growth spurt could start any moment. If she did, she might wind up smothering the entire city the same way she was smothering the still-squirming little kaiju buried underneath her! Reluctantly the enormous roo-bat raised herself up enough to free Zorkaiju from the breast-shaped crater he had been trapped in. But he didn't get a chance to stand up on his own. Ethna wasn't taking any chances letting him get away again. So, before he could make a move, she grabbed his tail between two gigantic fingers and lifted him up into the air. By the time Zorkaiju had recovered from the sudden vertigo he found himself being dangled upside down in front of an enormous, feminine muzzle big enough to swallow even someone of his prodigious size like a snack!

But the gods couldn't leave well enough alone. As if they, personally, had chosen to taunt Zorkaiju, his worst nightmare came true right before his eyes. Ethna started glowing again. The already unreasonably large giantess barely had time to widen her eyes in surprise before a fresh wave of growth had her spreading across more and more of the city. Soft fur-covered flesh spread across the landscape like a living tidal wave of flesh! Ethna's growing body was rapidly bulldozing everything around her out of its path as it greedily devoured more and more space for itself! Even Zorkaiju wasn't left unaffected being dangled high above the ground. With each second that passed he felt the already huge fingers holding his tail swelling larger as the face in front of him expanded to terrifying proportions. Not to mention the ground below rapidly receding as her growth raised him higher into the air along with the rest of her.

Thankfully the latest growth spurt ended quickly. But that was little solace when it had wound up being the most drastic increase in size yet! Zorkaiju found that he wasn't so much dangling in front of Ethna's face anymore as he was in front of a single one of her eyes! The lone orb stared down at him and left him feeling terrifyingly similar to a bug under a magnifying glass. When the giantess looked down at the landscape around her newly enlarged body, all three miles of it, she blanched at what she saw. The overwhelming majority of the city was now either beneath her or had been pushed aside by her growth. Her cheeks burned in embarrassment at the realization of what her growth had done to the surroundings. Zorkaiju probably would have said something sarcastic about how she had done more damage than he ever did but overwhelmed monster was smart enough not to mouth off to someone big enough to swallow him like a tic tac.

"Now that's big, right guys?" spoke an unfamiliar voice.

Giants both big and small turned towards the sound of the voice. Namely to one of Ethna's shoulders where a fluffy vulpine pokemorph had suddenly appeared. She smiled brightly at both of them; particularly at the gigantic, sky-filling face of Ethna staring down at her. The pokemorph seemed almost giddy as she looked the enormous giantess up and down. Or at least, looked what she could see of her from this vantage point.

"Ooooh, you turned out even bigger than I expected!" she gushed in an excited tone of voice. "Look at you! You're the size of a whole city!"

Suddenly everything made sense. Ethna had no innate ability to make herself larger. At least none that she knew of! But the timing of each of her growth spurts had been far too convenient, even if not always for the same person, to be coincidence. But having someone else purposely making her larger at the right times made a lot more sense. Or at least it explained what happened. Why someone would do it? That was another question entirely.

Zorkaiju recovered from their shock first and immediately began yelling in the direction of the newcomer at the top of his voice. He ranted and roared about interference and the unfairness of putting him in this situation. He was just starting to demand that if newcomer was going to make Ethna bigger than she should do the same for him. But he was cut off by the pokemorph shushing him. Normally the monster wouldn't have stopped for such a thing but he cut off mid-sentence when he saw that familiar glow appearing around Ethna again.

"Shhhh." Vivian dismissed with a wave. Zorkaiju was about to complain again and even Ethna had started to ask a question when both giants had the color drain from their face as the pokemorph continued. "Hush now, I'm debating how much bigger to make her"

"Wait, what?!" Ethna practically shouted. But by then it was too late.

Following a wave of Vivian's hand, the aura of light flared around the hybrid roo-bat girl brighter than any of the previous instances to this point. When the light faded this time the growth that followed was on a whole different scale from anything the roo-bat had experienced up to that point.

In an instant Ethna had grown beyond the limits of the city. Anything that had been left intact was smothered beneath her hips, legs, or torso as she swelled across the landscape. The ground itself cratered underneath her exponentially increasing weight. Even Zorkaiju wasn't spared the effects of her growth! Previously being dangled by his tail, the fingers that held him rapidly swelled from being a little bit bigger around than he was to becoming buildings in their own right even to his scale! The digits thickened and spread to cover more and more of Zorkaiju's tail, then lower body, before he was entirely engulfed between her finger pads and vanished from sight! He was only saved from being completely smothered by the explosively growing woman when she tried to stand and, without thinking, relaxed her grip on him.

The massive, towering monster that not an hour ago had been gleefully tearing through a city with abandoned now found himself helplessly falling through the sky from thousands of feet up in the air! Even to him the distance to the ground was terrifyingly long and for that brief time, with nothing else nearby to compare himself to, he suddenly felt no bigger than any other person. Luckily, he was caught before he fell too far. Not by Ethna's hands or even consciously by her at all. In fact, he was pretty sure she had forgotten about him entirely. No, maybe caught wasn't the right word to describe him tumbling down into an increasingly canyon-like cleavage between her breasts. The enormous, building sized monster found himself less than a tic tac in comparison has he vanished into the fluffy abyss below. And even as he fell deeper and deeper into the feminine chest-chasm, Ethna continued to grow.

By the time the roo-bat got to her feet she easily had grown beyond ten miles in height. Her feet alone would have covered all of downtown! That is if the city hadn't been transformed into a fledging lake bed in the shape of her prone body. She was even more shocked to find that by the time she stood up not only were there a few clouds floating around her head but the majority of them were actually closer to her stomach and waistline! At least, for the couple of seconds that she was still within that size range. But it only took moments before those clouds that had floated around her waist were soon around her knees... then her calves.

"Oh gosh... !" Ethna mumbled worriedly as she watched the landscape around her dwindle in size. Well, a mumble to her. To everyone else it was a booming roll of thunder that could be heard dozens of miles away! "This is a bit much...!"

Already the countryside was barely big enough to register as the vaguely colored jigsaw of ground that one normally saw when looking out of an airplane window. Ethna didn't even notice the sheer force of her voice blasting away any of the clouds still high enough in the sky to be near her head. Nor did she see the tiny airplane flying miles away from her, around mid-thigh level, nearly fall out of the sky from the violent turbulence that was her sonic boom of a voice. Even with its source being miles and miles away the sonic shockwave just speaking caused was a physical force to anyone who's height wasn't measured in miles.

The titaness of a roo-bat didn't dare move for fear of stepping on something that wasn't already buried beneath her still-growing paws. Out of desperation she turned to look back at her shoulder in hopes of finding Vivian and asking her to stop. Unfortunately, Ethna was so large now that even if Vivian was still on her shoulder she had no hope of seeing someone as small as her. It was only then that Ethna remembered her captive! Immediately she realized that he was no longer between her fingers. She frantically glanced around for a moment before realizing that he, too, was probably so small she wouldn't even be able to see him anymore. Not as she was approaching the three-digit mile height range. And she was only continuing to get bigger.

Soon the roo-bat had grown to the size of a small state all on her own. A hundred miles wide at the hips and several hundred miles tall; she was now the largest thing on the planet by several orders of magnitude! She could have laid down on the entire Midwest of the United States and stretched herself across multiple state lines. And after waiting only a few more moments she was soon too big to even fit within the Midwest. Five hundred miles turned to six hundred, then eight hundred. Barely a minute after her latest growth spurt had started and Ethna was over a thousand miles tall! Barely seconds later she had almost doubled that. Now she was so big that she could have laid down and had her head resting in Canada while her feet were propped up on Mexico! And yet she was still getting bigger.

She soon was so large that even standing in place, trying not to move, the ground itself was breaking apart underneath her. The tectonic plate itself was starting to fracture underneath the still increasing weight of the impossibly enormous giantess. She didn't dare even take a step for fear of breaking something that couldn't be repaired. Like the earth's crust. So, before she caused any serious damage to the planet itself, she did the only thing she could think of.

She jumped.

By the time her feet left the ground the roo-bat had grown so large that even the planet itself could no longer restrain her. When she jumped gravity no longer was strong enough to keep its hold on her and she never came back down. Instead she simply left the atmosphere entirely! For several brief, silent moments the planet went still. The giant roo-bat that had been growing terrifyingly fast was no longer among the rest of the planet's inhabitants and the collective population thought, hoped, that it was finally over. And then they looked up.

Above airplanes, above the cloud line, above the atmosphere itself a single titanic eye looked down upon the world itself. Even the moon, visible in the late evening sky, floated in front of the eye like a little dot compared to what loomed as its background. It was so massive, and so far away, that the atmosphere itself partially obscured everyone's view of it enough that many people at first had thought they were seeing things. Then the eye blinked.

Ethna's growth had finally stopped, thank goodness. But not before one last violent surge of size had forced itself upon her. The little roo-bat hybrid that not an hour before had not even been quite ten stories tall was now floating outside of the atmosphere looking down at a planet. Looking down at the entire planet in which she had once lived on like it were little more than a baseball.

If the people down on the planet surface had a little bit broader view and could see more than that single eye looking down at them they might have seen the embarrassed, flustered look on the girl-turned-goddess's face. Or at least everyone on the northern hemisphere would have. The people on the southern hemisphere would have had their sky blocked out by an endless wall of fur and flesh as the entire planet found itself being gently nestled into the top of Ethna's cleavage. Cleavage made up of two breasts that each were more than a dozen times larger than the planet itself! Each one was far more than a planet in their own right. Something that a long forgotten tiny little speck of a giant monster was learning first hand as Zorkaiju found himself lost between his two new home planets.

After a few moments of silent concern Ethna was convinced that her growth had, finally, stopped. The roo-bat wasn't sure if she could have handled getting any bigger than this. Or, if the planet could have handled her getting bigger than this for that matter. She was kind of afraid to even touch it for fear of it simply crumbling apart like trying to pick up a dirt clod. It was incredibly embarrassing to have literally billions of people nestled within her bosom but she also figured it was probably the safest place for the planet at the moment.

In hindsight maybe Ethna had been a little tunnel visioned about trying to stop Zorkaiju. She should have been trying to stop Vivian from growing her to increasingly large sizes and causing her to wind up more of a threat than that monster ever had been. But she wasn't even sure where Vivian was now. Ethna had no way of knowing that the minuscule little microscopic, at least by comparison, Vulpix was all but squealing in excitement and jumping up and down on top of the continent that was Ethna's left shoulder. The pokemorph was beyond pleased with her handiwork and was more than willing to sit back and enjoy the view for a while. Ethna, on the other hand, desperately wanted to get back to a more reasonable size. Something about being so big that she was literally the sky for billions of people was making her feel shy and anxious on a level she never would have imagined before.

"Hey, uh... if you can hear me down there, wherever you are, could you maybe shrink me back down a little bit? I think you went kind of... overboard" Ethna pleaded aloud in hopes that the Vulpix was somewhere they could still hear her. Then, the gigantic planet sized roo-bat blushed more violently and added "And, um ... could you help me find the other guy? I kind of... lost him."

Ethna had no way of knowing if Vivian actually heard her. Or if they could even understand her impossibly deep and loud voice now. But, luckily for her, the pokemorph heard her loud and clear. But she wasn't quite ready to shrink Ethna back down yet. She wanted to enjoy her handiwork a little bit longer. It was probably a good thing that Vivian was too small for Ethna to hear. If Ethna had heard the thought Vivian spoke out loud to herself, the massively oversized roo-bat might have panicked.

"Hm... I wonder if I could make her even bigger..."
