Legio Patra Nostra #4 teaser
As I have been busy with university work I've decided to post this small section of this story to alleiviate any fears you guys may have that I've been lax in my posting I welcome any comments positive or negative as they help with the story making thanks to dasher cheetah for his helpful insights.
I walked through the double doors that led in to the Council chambers. I steeled myself to what I would be facing on the other side. The door closed behind me with a wooden clunk. Inside got a glimpse of the Council of Elders. They were sat at a large round wooden table about 8 feet across. There five persons sat behind the table. One was a Brown Bear in the middle of the table, to his right was a femalewhite rabbit with blue eyes her ears twitching. Next to her sat a male leopard with eerie green eyes that seemed to glow like phosphorescent lights.
To the bear's immediate left was a pudgy raccoon his muddy brown eyes, which were almost hidden behind his black furry mask that looked as if it was stretched to breaking point on his round face, next to him was another female this one was a grey wolf, her ears were twitching as she regarded my with a small smile on her muzzle. There seemed to be no set hierarchy from what I could make out. Their clothes were the same colour a deep maroon almost the same colour of red wine. The only difference was that the men wore trousers and the ladies wore skirts. The bear rose slowly from his seat. I stood, still having my FAMAS slung on my shoulder. But I was ready for their questions.
