#7 of A Voluptuous Lizard's Adventures in Skyrim

Keema has to face a dragon with Irileth, will she have what it takes to rise victorious? And is she more than just an argonian to get fucked and oggled at by everyone? Find out

No sex scene here, but please stick around to at least hear my story out, I made some changes to the story and rewards that Balgruuf made based on some mods like that one mod where you are given a thane ring and the thane weapons reborn, let me know what you think cause no self respecting jarl or thane would ever have the vanilla skyrim rewards and what not.

I also have some plot summaries to share at the end so please tell me what you think in the comments

Keema, Irileth and the whiterun guards arrived at the western watchtower, and everything was absolutely devastating to see.

The tower itself was intact but the defensive walls and stairways it had were wrecked, some of the guards had been charred alive while kneeling on the ground as if praying to the divines for safety... Keema could only watch in horror at the sight before her eyes.

"No signs of a dragon right now, but it sure looks like he's been here" Irileth said, before turning towards Keema and the guards.

"No kidding, maybe it had already left?" Keema asked her.

The guards were hoping she was right, but knowing Irileth, they still won't be leaving here just yet.

"I know it looks bad, but we've got to find out what happened, and if that dragon is still skulking around somewhere. Spread out, and look for survivors, we need to know what we're dealing with" Irileth unsheathed her sword and started running towards the tower.

Keema reluctantly followed her and the guards, and as they came near the watchtower's entrance, a guard from inside had come out, crouched and wary of any signs of the dragon.

"Stay back! It's still here somewhere! Hroki and Tor just got grabbed when they tried to make a run for it" The guard said as he looked scared and out of his wits, bow in his hand shaking.

Keema felt the blood in her body run cold... Well, colder than it already was considering she was an argonian.

"Guardsman! Where is this dragon? Quickly now!" Irileth said with urgency in her voice.

"I don't know!" The guard said, before looking up as the sound of a distant roar rang out through the sky.

Keema, Irileth, and every guardsmen present in the vicinity heard the roar, and it was from something they never heard from before, except for the surviving guard in the watchtower.

"Kynareth save us! Here he comes again!" The guard yelled as he readied his bow, much braver but still scared now that Irileth and reinforcements arrived.

"Here he comes, take cover, and make every arrow count!" Irileth told everyone.

Keema brought her shock enchanted bow out, and started dabbing the arrows she had with as much poison as possible.

The dragon flew down and breathed fire on any guardsman that dared stay out in the open, burning one of them alive before the rest took cover, taking care not to stand in the open area.

Irileth started hitting it with a barrage of lightning spells, missing as the dragon flew and circled back towards them.

Keema tried to shoot it but couldn't get a good shot from her point of view and the disadvantage she had, along with the dragon sometimes being hidden from her sight as it flew behind the watchtowers and picking off another guard.

Keema knew they weren't going to be able to pick the dragon off, so she called Irileth to listen to her.

"Irileth! We can't hit him effectively down here!" Keema tried to tell her.

"I can see that Keema, now go focus on taking it down!" Irileth fired another bolt of lightning at the dragon, managing to hit it on it's wings, making it flinch in it's flight but the damage was rather minimal.

"Well what if we climb up the tower and attack at the same time? Surely the dragon can't defend itself when it has to concentrate on a single point right? One of our arrows at least has to land on it if more than one of us attacks at the same time than blindly firing at it in the sky?" Keema suggested.

Irileth wasn't stupid, while she knew what Keema meant, it would be risky if the dragon burned them all alive at the top of the tower, then again if they stayed here, they'll be picked off all at once... But it was a risk she was willing to make if it meant the safety of whiterun was at stake.

"Alright then, I'll trust your judgement, but remember, you're putting everyone's lives at stake here at once" Irileth warned her.

"It's a better strategy than what we're doing now... But I'll take responsibility" Keema said.

Irileth started to command the other guardsmen to get in the tower.

"Everyone, drop what you're doing and get inside the tower!" Irileth said as she went inside.

The guards followed her and Keema inside, and listened to Irileth's plan.

"Since we can't exactly hit the dragon willy nilly out in the open, we'll have better luck shooting at it at the top where we have a much better view without any obstructions. When I give the signal, we all shoot at the same time" Irileth said.

The guards didn't feel too confident about the plan though.

"But housecarl, the dragon could easily breathe fire on us all while we're at the top, and it'll be the end for us" One of them said, scared out of his wits.

"Well, would you rather be picked off one by one or take a chance to take it down and rain arrows upon it?" Irileth asked them.

The guards looked at each other, and felt they had no choice in the matter.

"We'll put our lives in your plan housecarl, just tell us when to shoot" The guard said as beat his fist on his chest.

"It's not my plan, our scaly friend here thought of it. Whether you should praise or curse it, it all falls on her, now if there are no more objections, join us and we can finally end this dragon threat and bring glory upon whiterun, and why we are not to be messed with, be it a bandit, Ulfric's men, or the dragon!" Irileth said, rallying the guards.

Keema felt a bit afraid since the plan was hers after all, but now that they were here, it should work, it has to

The guards screamed in mixed courage and fear, following Irileth and Keema as they got to the top.

The dragon outside was waiting them out, flying low and waiting for a single guard to come out.

"Joor! Come out and face your fate! You will not escape my flames, and your deaths will be a stepping stone to Alduin's rule!" The dragon said as he taunted whoever was inside the tower.

"Fire" A voice came from above the tower.

A volley of arrows rained upon the dragon, making the dragon roar in pain as he flew away, before circling back and charging at the top of the tower.

"Joor! Resorting to cowardly tricks! I'll burn you all in your pathetic tower!" The dragon seethed with rage as flames blew out of the side of his mouth, ready to burn them all.

"Hold steady now! Another volley of arrows should do it, his wings are limping in pain! Ready yourselves!" Irileth urged all the guards.

Keema readied one of the poisoned arrows she had again, and this time used a paralysis poison on them.

"Steady... Here he comes... Fire!" Irileth said as she fired a lightning bolt, the guards fired her arrows along with Keema's poisoned arrow.

The dragon felt pain, but most of all, lack of movement in his wings as Keema's arrow managed to hit one of them, missing his heart but hitting the wings to render it useless, and feeling lightning course through him thanks to her enchanted bow.

The dragon hit the tower mid flight and fell on the ground, flapping it's other wing uselessly as it rolled on the grass down on the ground.

"Quickly! Kill it before it recovers! You, you, and you, continue shooting your arrows while we take the fight to him!" Irileth said as she left three guards to distract the dragon while Keema, Irileth, and the rest went down to finish the dragon off.

The dragon had recovered when they got down there, and was back to breathing fire upon the guardsmen at the top, who quickly ducked for cover.

"I had forgotten what fine sport you mortals can provide! Your defeat brings me honor!" The dragon said as he saw Irileth come out of the watchtower.

The dragon didn't hesitate to breathe fire upon her and the others as they took cover.

"Damn, no way to surprise it now" Irileth muttered.

"What should we do housecarl? The dragon, it seems like it can't be killed! If there was only a way to be fireproof..." A guard muttered.

"Fireproof... Of course... Keema! Your armor! Remember, it's enchanted with fire resistance by Farengar! Charge ahead of the dragon! You'll be perfectly fine!" Irileth reminded her.

"W-What? But... But I can't do that, I might die!" Keema said, feeling even more fear than before.

"Don't worry, Farengar's enchantments never failed anyone before, just trust us, and we'll provide support along the way" Irileth encouraged her.

Keema closed her eyes, everyone was counting on her now and she couldn't let them down.

"Alright, I'll try my best" Keema said, before unsheathing her sword and charging the dragon, her hide shield raised to block the dragon's fire, however useless it may seem.

The dragon breathed fire upon her, who continued to charge regardless of the fear she felt, barely even feeling the flames licking her scales.

"Here's our chance everyone! Fire your arrows and bring out your blades!" Irileth left her cover and charged and followed Keema with her steel sword, while every one of the guards shot arrows at the dragon once more.

Irileth joined Keema, slashing the dragon's head with her sword as they combined forces to take it down.

The dragon growled and smacked Irileth with his tail, knocking her away onto one of the ruined structures, and injuring her.

Keema took this chance and held onto the dragon by it's horns.

"Pah! Let go of my horns with your filthy hands! I... No this can't be... You... You're...!" The dragon said as he felt a presence of a dragon nearby... Coming directly just above his head.

Keema ignored it as she held on and stabbed it's head directly, feeling the dragon roar in pain... Then silence as it crumbled lifelessly onto the ground.

She had done it, she had killed a dragon.

Irileth recovered from the pain she felt but was still injured in the shoulder.

"Good job boys, but let's make sure that the thing is dead right now, and claim part of it's body as proof of it's death... Wait, something's happening!" Irileth said as realized the dragon's body was burning up and turning into pure bone and ran back away from it, thinking it would blow up.

But it didn't, as Irileth and the guards looked at Keema who backed away as well, the soul of the dragon got absorbed as Keema felt some kind of power running into her, glowing with energy she or everyone around her didn't understand.

The bright light died down as she felt something in her mind, the words that she got from the stone wall in bleakfalls barrow had held more... understanding to her.

One of the guards approached her.

"Fus...!" She was surprised by what had just happened after uttering those words, a force similar to the one the redguard had done to her had just come out of her mouth upon simply saying the word she learned in bleakfalls barrow.

"By the gods... I can't believe it, you're dragonborn!" The guard said, marvelling upon their new dragonborn.

"Tch... Another one? This... I don't know how to feel about it" Irileth said.

"Come now housecarl, surely she can't be as bad as those other two" The guard said.

"Enough! I advise you all to entrust in the strength of your sword arm over tales and legends" Irileth reprimanded the guards.

"I'm sorry, but... What's a dragonborn?" Keema asked the guard.

"In the very oldest tales, the dragonborn would use the power of the voice to defeat the enemies of skyrim, you must be one!" Said another guard.

"I never heard of Tiber Septim killing any dragons" Said another guard who was confused.

"There wasn't any dragons then idiot, they're just coming out now in forever" Said the guard.

Irileth was getting tired of this.

"Look, I know this legend is important to you all, but we can't trust everyone who turns out to be a dragonborn. Especially the last two who turned out to be enemies of skyrim rather than defeating them" Irileth scolded them all.

"But housecarl, I have a good feeling about this one. She saved us, and provided a strategy to defeat the dragon, surely she can't be that sinister" Another guard said.

"Those two are no thing of legend, they're just glorified bandits if anything. We should put out bounties in orsinium and hammerfell at this point" Irileth suggested to them.

"... Do these two happen to be an orc and a redguard?" Keema asked them.

"Yes, in fact, they've been more trouble than whiterun bargained for, I've also been hearing rumors about what they've done in other holds. Why do you ask? You've seen them?" Irileth asked her.

"... yes, in bleakfalls barrow" Keema told her.

"...! By the gods why didn't you tell anyone! What were they doing there!?" Irileth asked her, clearly she didn't like the two bandits that Keema had encountered.

"I don't know... But they... They took advantage of me" Keema admitted reluctantly.

Irileth realized that Keema was a victim just a little while ago when she got the dragonstone from Farengar, and clenched her fist in anger.

"Guards... When you report back to whiterun, raise the bounty on those bastards up 5000 more gold" Irileth seethed.

"Yes housecarl, on our way" Some of the guards left to go back to whiterun.

"The rest of you, stay put and guard the watchtower, we can't let bandits claim this watchtower for themselves" Irileth ordered the rest of the guards.

"Yes housecarl, you can count on us" The guards immediately went to the watchtower and scanned the area of any potential threat.

Irileth turned toward Keema.

"I'm sorry if I lumped you with those scum earlier, but they've done heroic things the same as you, and turned out to betray their loyalty. You though, I think I can trust you. Tell us next time you see them again, and the whiterun guard and I will deal with those two when we can" Irileth told her.

"It's not your fault, you couldn't have known, plus you had whiterun to worry about" Keema assured her.

"Well... I guess you're right. Now head back to dragonsreach and tell the jarl about what happened, I need to get the full story and try to find out if there's any reason why the dragon attack on this tower happened in the first place" Irileth said before entering the watchtower as well to speak to one of the guards.

Keema followed her orders and started to head over to whiterun, and as she was about to go through the gates, a loud booming voice rushed over from the sky, shaking the very earth that made Keema and the other guards stumble.

DO VAH KIIN!

Keema didn't know what to make of it, but the whiterun guards knew what it meant.

"By the gods, another dragonborn?" A guard said.

"Everybody is becoming the dragonborn these days... By the gods, do you think I could be one?" The whiterun guard asked the other.

"Don't make me laugh, the only thing you'll be shouting is for another wench in the tavern" Said the guard.

Keema shook her head and continued onwards, ignoring the commotion with the redguards and headed straight to dragonsreach.

As Keema approached, Proventus approached her.

"Good, you're finally here, we were waiting for you" Proventus told her and stepped aside for Balgruuf to talk to her.

"So what happened at the watchtower, did you kill the dragon?" Balgruuf asked her.

"Yes, we managed to defeat it" Keema replied.

Balgruuf was overjoyed.

"I knew I could count on Irileth! But there must be something more to it" Balgruuf said, as if he knew what had happened.

"I... I don't know exactly what happened but I absorbed some kind of power from the dragon as it disintegrated into nothing but bones" Keema tried to explain to him as best he can.

"So it's true then... You must be dragonborn!" Balgruuf said as he realized she must be the legends have foretold.

"Jarl Balgruuf, I understand your belief in the prophecy, but what if she's just like them?" Proventus asked him.

"No... It's not possible for her to be like them. After all, the dragonborn is tasked with eliminating the enemies of skyrim and slaying the dragons... And what better timing than now is it for the dragonborn to appear?" Balgruuf asked Proventus.

"You heard my brother, if she's the dragonborn, she is the dragonborn. Unlike those two other false dragonborns, she risked her life to save the whole city, what did those thankless bastards do? Betray whiterun, steal from the royal armory, and killed some guards. Besides, such a beautiful woman couldn't possibly be a false dragonborn could she not?" The nord said, clearly feeling disrespected by Proventus' accusation.

"Hrongar, don't be so hard on Avenicci" Balgruuf said, trying to calm his brother down.

"I meant no disrespect of course, but what do these greybeards want with her? And why not call her sooner if she was the dragonborn?" Proventus asked Balgruuf.

"That's the greybeard's business, not ours" Balgruuf said and then turned to her.

"Whatever you did at the watchtower, the greybeards must have sensed your potential, and shouted to the skies and proclaimed you as dragonborn... I don't know what three dragonborns on the same timeline have to do with each other, but I know you'll be the one to fulfill the dragonborn prophecy and save us all. No matter my beliefs however, Ivarstead of your own volition, and know what the greybeards want with you" Balgruuf said to her.

"And where is this Ivarstead?" Keema asked him.

"East of Helgen, up the mountains, then head north once you come out of the snowy terrain, and into a much warmer climate. But first, you must get stronger, I know you took down a dragon, but you'll have much to learn before you should go there, the enemies of skyrim are plentiful, and you'll face much more than just bandits on your way to becoming a hero. Plus, whiterun needs a savior, and I know that savior is you Keema. Whiterun is your home now, and by the gods, I'll imprison anyone who says otherwise" Balgruuf said.

Keema felt grateful, but also felt that everything was moving too fast. Her? A hero? Last thing she expected was to be called a hero, the most she was expecting was being found out as a prisoner of Helgen, but a hero... She never dreamed of it.

"You've done a service for me dragonborn, and I won't forget it. I name you as thane of whiterun, it's the greatest honor I could bestow within my power. Take this ring as proof of your new title, and whenever someone or any of the guards in this hold dares look down on you, show them this ring and they'll quickly change their tune" Balgruuf clapped his hand and Proventus took out a ring that had the emblem of whiterun engraved upon it, and gave it to Keema.

"M-My jarl, I can't possibly take this reward..." Keema tried to deny the reward, she never even intended to become thane.

"Let me sweeten the deal then... I hereby grant you ownership of breezehome as well, take this key, and I will be honored to have you as a resident of whiterun" Balgruuf continued.

"No wait, I... This is overwhelming" Keema tried to say.

"Listen Keema, you're the hero this world needs right now, and I have a feeling you will save not only whiterun but all of skyrim as well. As a firm believer of the prophecy, I can't overlook giving the one true dragonborn their just rewards, and to help you as much as you can in becoming stronger to thwart the enemies of skyrim" Balgruuf seemed to be firm in his way to reward her.

"... Alright, but I will accept no further gifts" Keema insisted.

"These aren't gifts, my brother only wishes to aid the dragonborn in their journey to become the hero it needs right now Keema. Don't you see? Two dragonborns before you let their pride get the better of them, while you stayed true to helping whiterun. Unless you want to give it to them, I see no reason for you not to accept these privileges" Hrongar said convincingly.

Keema's blood boiled, rage within her mind at being reminded of the two, and knowing that these privileges would only help her, she accepted them.

"Alright my jarl, I will accept them... But within reason" Keema said, trying to be modest as possible.

"Good, now as for your weapon, I had a weapon made just for you by Eorlund Graymane, enchanted to help you resist fire and deal even more damage to dragons specifically, it's a fitting reward for a dragonslayer like you" Balgruuf added.

A guard went up to her, and gave her a sword.

She took it out of the handle, and it had an exceptionally shiny blade, the pommel's design was shaped into the emblem of whiterun, while the chappe of the sword resembled heads of two dragons, fitting for a blade that she got from dragonsreach.

"Thank you my lord, I will use this blade well on my journey to becoming stronger.

"Good, and one last gift from me, Keema. I assign you your own housecarl, Lydia. May she serve you well" Balgruuf nodded to someone behind her.

An ebony haired strong looking nord woman in steel armor came up behind her and put a hand on her shoulder.

"The jarl has told me to serve you as his housecarl, it's an honor to serve you" Lydia said to her with a smile.

"One last thing Keema, be wary of the two-" Balgruuf was about to warn her.

"I know, the two false dragonborns that Irileth mentioned?" Keema asked him.

"Yes... Those two... Keep Lydia close at all times, and she'll defend you to her last breath. Those two are much more trouble than you think they are, I've known since I barely was able to protect myself while they robbed dragonsreach... I had several guards killed protecting me, and by ysmir I'm not letting anyone else die in my place. So protect yourself Keema, the last thing we want is a dead dragonborn with an unfulfilled destiny" Balgruuf advised her.

Keema thought the prophecy was a bunch of hearsay, but her power to shout was all real enough to convince her that it was her destiny... For what? Maybe she could ask Lydia in breezehome, whichever house that was at least.

"Thank you Jarl Balgruuf, I'll keep everything you said in mind" Keema said.

"Good, you're dismissed, until we meet again, hopefully with another good deed fulfilled eh?" Balgruuf laughed a hearty laugh.

Keema turned to Lydia.

"So um... You're like... My bodyguard now right?" Keema asked her.

"I am your sword and your shield, point me at any sexual harassers and I'll gladly defend your honor with all my strength" Lydia encouragingly said.

Keema sweatdropped, but she appreciated the sentiment.

And that's it for this chapter. I just want to address a few plot points first

I know some questlines and sidequests are gonna take long if I do all of them so I'm gonna combine some of them. Basically the plot is going to be like this in the next chapters:

-Keema spends some time doing bounties and got stronger for some time before she joins the companions. The companions shun having a housecarl since they deem it weak and only shield brothers and sisters may help a fellow companion so Keema dismisses Lydia to watch over Breezehome while she trains with them. After training, him and Vilkas have some pseudo romance going on and they have sex while bathing after Vilkas trains her in some two handed weapon handling.

-Keema helps Amren after he begs her to not tell anyone from the companions since they may rat him out to his wife about his sword that a bandit chief called Hajvarr Ironhand has taken the sword. She agrees and doesn't tell anyone including Lydia, she manages to defeat every bandit but when it came to Hajvarr and his ironhand gauntlets, she was no match and gets fucked (idk if I should make it a few hours or a whole day tied up on his bed, after agreeing to be his plaything in exchange for the sword and having sex with him.

-Keema eventually does the werewolf questline, (not sure if I'll have her decline being a werewolf) and do a time skip to the part about proving honor cause that's pretty boring and just say that she's part of the circle after proving herself to them. Although I wouldn't know how a sex scene happens in this chapter, like, with Krev the skinner? The silverhand? Please give me advice here

Tell me what you all think about this, I want to plan ahead
