Hey guys! Just thought i'd write a story or few about some characters I thought up. It's a pretty cool idea for a story, but i'm not planning no yiffing for this one, just pure literature I think. (Though i'm not keeping any promises to myself.) Though you can feel free to do fan art or whatever your dirty minds cook up... Anyway, enough talk. THE SHOW MUST GO ON!

It was almost any ordinary day. Vince walked home from his night job, and took the local footpath through the wood, like always. It was a chilly winter's night, frost covered the concrete floor like a blanket of ice, and Vince huddled himself, wrapped in his thick winter coat. He got a short way into the small woodland, and a sharp warm breeze hit his leg... He stopped walking to look around... Nothing, probably just his imagination... He continued walking for some time before being disturbed again, this time, by the sound of rustling tree leaves that was far too loud for an ordinary bird to make. He shivered at the cold, 'just nothing' he thought, though his pace showed otherwise... His heart beat out of his chest as he felt something tug at his pocket, he sharply turned to notice a small, hunched figure trying to take his phone out of his pocket.

"Argh! Get the fuck away you freak!" Vince screamed in horror, he fell back as the shadowy figure let go of him and he lost balance on the slippery pavement. The figure came closer, it's face now lit by the frosty moonlight sky. Vince had never seen anything like it before! It looked just like a wolf, only human! "Could it be?..." Vince muttered as the figure came closer. "No! Get back!" He screamed, scrambling to his feet and running down the icy path, nearly losing his balance. He managed to run fast, but not fast enough. The creature caught up to him and pounced, missing him by inches as he escaped the woods, still running, he made his way for his house.

It took a couple of minutes to reach his house, but Vince was now safe. He slammed the door behind him and put his back to it. "Thank god for that." He sighed. He pulled himself up and paced into the kitchen, his skin had gone pale due to the shock, goosebumps covered his arms and his dark brown hair had been messed up by the wind. He poured some water into an electric kettle, and flicked the on switch. There was a scratching at his back door. He froze. He stopped and reassured himself he was safe, and that it was probably just a twig blown by the wind that scraped the door. The noise came again, but this time, there was an added whimper. This time Vince was concerned, what if it was a stray dog? He grabbed his back door keys and unlocked the door. He pulled down the handle only for it to be burst open by a small, furry figure, that sniffed around the floor a second before noticing that Vince had been knocked away by the door. Vince rubbed his head. "Ow." He muttered. He looked up at the slobbering mass above him. It was canine, that was for sure. but after Vince looked down at the canine's....You know.... area, to tell if it was a boy or girl. He came to an initial shock to see the small animal was wearing a pair of khaki denim shorts. He looked back at the face and realised the horror of the situation. Vince pushed the figure off of himself and ran out the back door, slamming it shut, just in time for his strange attacker to be locked in. More whimpers came from inside. Vince frisked himself for his phone. Only to notice it must have dropped out when he fell over. He buried his head in his hands "Shit.".

He had been locked outside with no phone for almost an hour, and he couldn't enter his house of fear of being mauled to death by a crazy dog man. He looked through his back window only to notice he had hit a stroke of luck, the creature, (which he now thought was a werewolf) had fallen asleep curled up under a radiator. He slowly opened the back door, being careful not to wake it, ran in, snagged his mobile, closed the back door and ran into his front room, making sure to barricade the door. He took a breath of relief. He now had his mobile and was now in his house. He pushed a button on his phone. No battery. He froze. What would he do? He thought for a minute, thinking of a possible way... He un-barricaded the door and tip-toed through. Where he continued to make the hot chocolate he had not had the time to finish earlier, the creature was obviously a heavy sleeper, so for the time being, he left it be. He walked into the front room, feeling a little more confident around the beast.

He sat down with his hot chocolate, turned on the TV and flicked through the channels. He had only got half way down his mug of chocolate before he needed to use the bathroom. He rushed upstairs to the bathroom, locked the door, and unzipped his fly. Sweet relief. He 'Shook off', washed his hands and headed back downstairs, only to stop at the bottom because of a mysterious lapping noise. He peeked into the room to see the creature muzzle-deep into his mug, lapping at his chocolate. Maybe it wasn't so viscious as he thought. He snook into the room and closed the door. The creature took it's head out of the mug and looked at Vince, then dashed off in fear, only to be stopped by the back door.

At least Vince knew the creature wasn't dangerous. He walked up to it, offering out a hand. The creature sat cross legged and sniffed at the hand. It got up still hunched and walked toward vince. It straightened it's back for a second to it was at Vince's level. Vince lowered down for the creature. "Best save that back of yours." He chuckled. The creature barked in agreement, and licked Vince's face, which made him fall back from his crouched stance. He laughed for a second and looked at the wolf. "What are you?" He asked. Suddenly, the creature laid on his front, and put his paws over his ears, like some domestic dogs do when they scratch thier ears. "Don't like to talk about it eh?" Vince said. "How about I make you some of that chocolate?" Vince got up and looked at the kettle, still had enough in... He poured out another drink, this time, into a bowl, and took it into the room, the creature following.

He laid it infront of his heater and let the wolf-like creature take a drink, sitting beside it. It lapped up the drink like it was so thirsty it could drink a river dry. "Thirsty fella huh?" Vince asked. The creature stopped lapping for a second to turn it's head and nod. Vince smiled. "Was it you in the woods? Was it you who tried to take my phone?" He felt a little silly asking, but it was possible, right. The wolf stopped lapping and hesitated, it looked sad, like when you tell off a little puppy and it gives you the eyes. "I have an idea. I'll give it you, and you use it to write your name." Vince added. The wolf tilted his head not understanding. "Of course, you uhh... don't have one...silly me." He said akwardly rubbing the back of his head, the creature now back at lapping the bowl clean. "Why don't we choose one!? A name!? C'mon, it'll be fun!" Vince picked up his voice, and the wolf creature pulled his muzzle out of the bowl, which was now caked in hot chocolate. Vince laughed, and grabbed a tissue from the table in the centre of the room, then used it to wipe the wolf's muzzle clean. C'mon, we can search a name for you on the computer. Vince got up and the wolf followed. They headed upstairs to the bedroom where the computer was. He turned it on and it wasn't long before they had the internet up.

"Ok i'll just type in name ideas here and.....Presto!" Vince exclaimed. The wolf creature sat cross legged and obedient on the floor, wagging his tail. "You a boy?" Vince asked. The creature slid his paws down his hips to the Khaki shorts, pulling them down a little to reveal a sheath. "Ok....boy...." Vince blushed , clicking something on the screen. The wolf's tail movement picked up from this moment. Was this creature really hitting on him? Vince focused once again at the task at hand... "Aaron, Ace, adam...." Vince started calling out names. The creature lept up and put a paw loosely on the mouse. "huh?" Vince blurted, taking his hand from the mouse. He pointed his cursor at letters on the screen. "Ok....L...u...p...u...s.......Lupus?" Vince read out loud. "You want the name Lupus?" Vince asked. The creature nodded. "Cliche." Vince said. "Latin word for wolf." He added. Vince paused. "Wait....How the heck do you know latin?" He turned to see 'Lupus' had taken off his shorts and had made himself comfortable in Vince's bed. "Are you trying to get me to fuck you or something, because I don't think bi covers wolf men.". Lupus winked at Vince. Vince turned off the computer. "I suppose I am quite tired though" He yawned, stripping to his boxer shorts. Lupus panted suggestively. "Great, I now live with a gay wolf man who likes hot chocolate." Vince said jokingly. Lupus barked in agreement. Vince turned off the light and got into bed. "Haha, Goodnight Lupus." He said. Lupus barked goodnight back and shuffled closer to Vince. Vince knew it was wierd, but Lupus was like a pet and a friend, rolled into one... That made him feel warm inside... to know he'd made a new friend, but more important, he was totally different... Vince smiled, Lupus' arms wrapped around him, before finally closing his eyes and dropping off...

I thought that was sooooooo cuteeeeee.

Just to clear up anatomy questions, Lupus has Human legs and chest, but everything else is either pure lupine, or slightly human. I'll probably have to start writing character bios or something for my more complex characters.

(By the way, Lupus is not a werewolf.)

Inspired by an old fighting game I came across when looking on youtube. It's amazing where my inspiration comes from...
