*Authors Note: This is written in an alternate reality which splits from our own shortly before the end of WWII. Here is a quick back-story: DNA is discovered in the mid '40's instead of the late '50's, and a joint Russo-American program is started to find the potential of this new substance which controls so much, which promotes quite good US-Soviet relations, completely averting the Cold War (and thereby the Chernobyl Disaster). Eventually (1996-ish) the first Human-Lupine Hybrid is created; and in that same year, a Russian telescope discovers the first habitable planet. As an experiment, around 7,000 Chimera's, as they're called, are created and loaded into a freighter equipped with stasis pods and are dropped off on this planet, with large amounts of supplies and military and manufacturing equipment, as well as a Generator, and no memories of how they got there. However, both the US and Russia lose intrest in the project, Chimera's are integrated into th fabric of Earth society, and Trebjenka is lost to history. 200 years later, the Trebjankans have built a fairly advanced civilization, used scrounged materials and studied several crashed freighters, and have begun to manufacture their own space faring ships. Within several years, a probe equipped with a light-drive crash lands on Trebjenka, and the light-dribe is copied and put onto a retro-fitted Trebjenkan fleet, though smaller than the Earth fleet, is still formidable in it's own right. And eventually, in 2297, the Trebjenkan second Battle Group happens to stumble across Earth on a random light jump during an exploration mission. And that is where whis starts, obviously.

The six-foot two Grey Wolf looked out of the porthole of the Cruiser, and down at the Blue, White, and Brown orb below him. The Cruiser was part of a bigger battlegroup that had originally started out from Dasimov's home planet of Trebjenka. He honestly had no clue where they were, that was the Navy files' jobs, but the thermal readings and Sat-Scans showed that there appeared to be at least two species of sentient life on the surface, around 9 Billion in total population, and horribly overcrowded. The small device on his belt beeped quite audibly, and walked away from the porthole, and towards a lift where several other Marine's, dressed in simple Olive Drab fatigues like himself shuffled into the lift, and the doors closed. The lift descended to the bottom deck of the ship in an awkward silence.

He stepped out of the lift into a cramped room, and the airlock door sealed behind him. This was the drop room. He walked over to the rack sitting next to his pod, A large oval-ish cylinder with fins at the top, and retro-rockets at the bottom for decceleration, and he began to don his equipment. He put on the rubberized suit, with a locking metal collar for the helmet, and he placed his ballistic armor over it. He locked the heavy shin guards into place after he had finished strapping on the black combat boots. He twisted his head to the left, a necessity for the sleek black helmet to line up properly with the vacuum-tight locking lugs. And finally, he picked up his rifle. The clunky bullpup had been around for nearly sixty years, but it had served the Trebjenkan military well. He looked at the back of a bullet in the magazine. '5.56x45mm NATO, WINCHESTER'. Dasimov had no clue what 'NATO', or 'Winchester' were, but the bullet shot, the bullet hurt, and it killed, and that was what mattered in the end.

He opened the door to the pod, and another door after that, and closed the free swinging doors behind him as he strapped himself tightly into the drop pod, and layed his hands on the controls, which allowed the pod to maneuvere up to a mile around the drop site on it's way down. The doors clicked shut, and then panged as if a bullet had been fired from inside the pod as the doors locked fully and became Vacuum-tight as the seal of his Helmet.

Dasimov waited as the atmosphere was sucked out of the room, and the silent vibrations from the drop rooms floor as the holes slid open, and the pods were dropped over the site, an area of what the Indigenous people called Ukraine, and more specifically, a Nuclear Power Plant called Chernobyl. Eventually, the drop hole beneath Dasimov's pod opened up, and his pod shot downward, toward the planet, and he felt nothing. Well, at least until the pod hit the upper atmosphere. Suddenly everything inside the pod began to feel as if it were boiling, and even the insulation between the skins on the drop pod could block out all the heat. But inan instant, it was gone, and the electronic altimeter kept ticking. After several uneventful, unnerving seconds of drop, the Retro-Rockets fired, and the Pod began to slow as Dasimot was crushed into his seat in an uncomfortable manner by the Gee's that pounded his body as he braked. As the Retro-Rockets began to sputter and burn out, and finally died, the pod impacted some sort of hard structure, cement, maybe. As Dasimov was about to pop the hatch, the Altimeter went back to Fifty.

"Oh, Blow me, motherfucker." he muttered to himself as the pod tilted inward and fell for another Fifty feet as the assumed concrete beneath gave way, and the pod tumbled inward into the assumed void. The pod itself rolled about a bit after it hit the floor, and eventually sat door up. Dasimov hit the 'Door Eject' button, and the pod's door exploded outward, flying up through the hole created when the pod landed. He grabbed his rifle that he'd stowed, and sprung up his rifle at the ready, and he was quite surprised at what he saw, 'Shocked and Awed', if you will.

There before him, stood a combination of Lupine Trebjenkans, and Tannish-white skinned creatured with hair only on the face, most of which were wearing Lab Coats, the rest of which were wearing some sort of lightweight armor with servo's at the joints. And, as he looked past the shocked people, he noticed line upon line of Trebjenkans in stasis, at various stages of development. These new Trebjenkans, and the Freakish creatures were Growing other Trebjenkans. And, within that instant, Dasimov felt the unmistakeable tap of a supressor against the small of his neck where his Ballistic Vest didn't cover.

"Welcome to Earth, E.T." a throaty voice said, most definitely not Lupine. Dasimov closed his eyes and prayed to his Gods for deliverance.
