Chapter 5
Me and sable couldn't sleep that night I was constantly worrying if Moon Wolf was ok and Sable couldn't sleep because I wasn't sleeping. When morning came we started to make our way to the centre of the island but Sable paws were hurting and his tail was between his legs as he whimpered.
"Why do wees haf to goes to da centre?" Sable cried.
"I don't knows but we pwomised moon wowf we wud" I answered him while being to cry myself as my paws were starting to hurt.
"but dere must be something dere don't u fink candy?"
"yes"
Later something didn't seem right we couldn't here birds or anything, it was too quiet.
"SAWBE!!!" I began to scream and cry as I was picked up and taken by a large tiger. Then Sable was picked up as what looked to be another tiger. I heard Sable crying, he was behind me but I couldn't see him or reach him. I was so scared, I didn't know what to do.
After the tiders had finished running we were on what appeared to be a mountain.
"where ises wees?" I asked one of the tigers as tears run from my terrified eyes.
" This is mountain dragon!" the main tiger yelled at me in a mean and evil voice, I couldn't help but the shiver in fear.
"where ises my bwofa?"
The mian tiger pushed me to the floor and I screamed.
"what is woos goings to doos to me?" I asked in fear.
"don't you know what is going on? You are clearly from the mainland, I am here because I heard the evacuees were being sent here and I will not let my army down and we will take your land by force which is probably why you are here." He gives an evil smile and strokes a knife blade my ears flatten and my tail goes between my legs. "the attempt to keep there population going they evacuated the land and sent all the babies here and I'm going to kill every last one of them, and no one is going to stand in my way!!!"
He began to sharpen is knife.
"if woos is goings to kiww me can me be wiff my bwofa one wast time?" I asked sweetly trying to win.
"NO!"
"don'ts woo has chiwdwen?" I asked
He paused then looked at me "yes I do, I have two little cubs both females"
"hows would you feew if day were in my situation?" I asked trying to reason with him but this made him worse.
"DON'T YOU DARE DO ANYTHING TO MY LITTLE GIRLS, THAT IS IT I AM FEEDING YOU AND YOUR BROTHER TO THE DRAGON!!!" he yelled. I started to cry.
"no pwease, no pwease"
I was tied back to back with Sable and left near the top of the mountain. We were both crying and then a large dragon flew and sit down in front of me a Sable and we both started to cry.
"pwease don't eat us mister dwagon" I begged him
"I'm not going to eat you don't worry" the dragon said sweetly. " I hate these tigers they try to leave lots of babyfurs here for me to eat but I take them far away from here and put them near the centre but I can't go too close ok, I will save you two don't worry" he smiled at us both and untied us and swept us onto his back. "hold on tight little ones"
"fank woo mister dwagon" sable giggled as we were flying in the newly night sky.
