***** Brightmoon Ch2: Kindled Desires*****

Since that moment of weakness, Siranor vowed to himself he'd never fall prey to the same perverted lust until he either found a partner, or the whole mating season came to an end.

The following night, when he was safely secluded atop the forest's canopy in his nest made of branches cushioned with leaves, he woke up from the most serene sleep he enjoyed since the lust to breed faded from his mind. The azure brilliance of Talon's eye, one of the youngest of the three moons, filled the eternal black sky of his realm. Mother told him many tales of the other worlds, many of them blessed with a blazing star that chased the darkness away with every passing day. Day. What a strange term. Just as foreign and distant as the dragoness he chased after.

Not anymore. With his burning seed recently spent, Siranor delighted in the small pleasures of his simple life. He soared over his domain for as long as he wished, climbed upon the jagged mountain peaks to survey the land from above like the crested eagles he liked to race from time to time, and took what nutrients he needed from the flesh of an unlucky spike ridged boar.

Life felt good without the pestering urge to mate...

At least until he woke up next time, with the dancing light of the aurora reflecting off his midnight fur. Siranor glanced at the sapphire moon. He slept more than he intended. Talon's eye was already above the mountain peaks.

But that was the least of his concerns. After a quick look under an upraised hind leg, Siranor knew what his tingling senses had been whispering to him all along. That his duty as a male was merely postponed, and not by any means completely satisfied.

"Graaarrrhhh." He pawed at the dripping strands of clumped fur in anger, soaked with abundant moisture spilled from the depths of his twitching vent. The touch of his pads upon naked flesh was cold at first, then hot; hot enough to make him shudder all over again. A surge of panic washed over him. No. It couldn't happen again!

The dragon jumped on his feet and shook off his messy paw. The stubborn fluid refused to come off. In fact, his whole nest reeked of his desperate need to find a partner. Snarling at the spiteful stench of his own wetness, Siranor glided over to the whispering river to cleanse himself of the harbinger of unwanted desires. The cool water managed to quell the flames of his passions for a time...

But he knew that, without distraction, it was only be a matter of time before the urge to spill would chain him to the base desire of a common beast.

The forest offered a reprieve from the monotony of his thoughts. Dancing fireflies kept the dragon strolling through the underbrush where electric squirrels buried their foloreyn nuts. The little pests smacked at his wings and paws with their charged tails. Mere stings for a dragon like him, unworthy of retribution. Siranor reserved his vengeance for the trees, scratching his thoughts and dreams into their bark up until a whimper that could not belong to any squirrel he knew perked his ears.

Slow as a feline, the dragon stalked through the verdant passage in search of the mysterious yowler. The source of the noise couldn't be anything larger than an ebonfang wolf. He sniffed at the ground in search of tracks, only to find the bed of the forest infested with his own scent. The air fared no better. To make matters weirder, the still winds offered no change from this monotony. He had only his ears to rely on, twitching at the sharper alteration in his guest's whimpers.

The dragon pushed his head through a bush. There, in a familiar alcove in which Siranor recently used to relax, a snowtail fox paced around. The animal was obviously restless, but Siranor found no reason as to why until the fox started to lick at the ground and whimper all over again. A single breath was enough for the dragon to understand what brought the fox down from the mountains.

It was his scent. More precisely, the patch of dampness he left when he relaxed in the very same place not too long ago. The fox seemed enraptured by it. After a few more hungry licks, the fox arched his spine and began to thrust his leaking erection into bare air, whining with increased need with every pump of his fluffy hips. His engorged member throbbed all the harder for it. Splatters of the fox's own lust trickled on the ground from his pent-up erection, painting over Siranor's scent with the same desperate need to breed.

While this was happening, Siranor had no idea what to do. Should he come out and apologize for inflicting the same burning lust upon the poor, innocent fox? Or would his imposing form scare the little animal away? Something in the back of his mind urged him to take responsibility for his own actions, yet the involuntary shift of his tail created enough noise to put the fox on edge.

"Wait. Don't run." Siranor called out.

The fox already bolted behind the nearest tree. That was ok though. Siranor expected that sort of reaction from a trespasser, especially a mundane animal barely reaching past his ankle in height.

"I'm not on a hunt. See?" Siranor pushed his entire neck through the thick underbrush to show the fox he had no intention of lingering in the shadows like a predator. "Whatever notion you have of dragons fiercely defending their territory, I'm not one of them. At least, not one that would inflict harm upon someone barely taller than a hatchling."

The thought almost put a smile on his face. He and his mate, sitting in a nest filled with eggs. If only fate could work in his favor at least for once and bring a dragoness instead of a fox, least of all a male one.

Shaking his head off the pestering thought, the dragon crawled further into the alcove where the fox found refuge, keeping his wings tight against his body to avoid making himself bigger than he already was. The fox peeked his head out a couple of times, most likely to check out on things, but he still did not seem brave enough to face a fully grown dragon.

"What wind brought you into my forest, little fox?" Siranor continued to speak while he found himself a neat spot to sit in. "Come out. I promise I won't lay a paw on you unless you ask. The softness of my pads rivals even the silkiest of feathers."

"Mine are rough, like the earth thirsting for rain." The fox popped his head out of the cover of leaves that was supposed to be a barrier between him and the dragon. "And it isn't fear that keeps me away from properly introducing myself to one of the sky's daughters."

Daughters? What did he mean by that? Siranor's knowledge of terrestrial animals was not at its peak, yet even he knew that a fox's sense of smell was just as evolved as any dragon's. Before he had the chance to voice out his confusion, his guest stepped out into the open.

"Truly, I meant to sneak in for a mouse to feed my crave for soft meat, but then I lost my way, and...you've already seen me." The fox hung his head in shame. "After all, what reason have I to cower behind a tree when my vile scent has already soaked into the earth? Impregnated your clearing? I have done something no fox should do. Marked your lands with my-"

"Your paw prints?" Siranor cocked his head. "I smell no scent other than mine."

The fox saw past his deception when he looked at the red tip of his malehood not with curiosity or joy, but spite.

"You are being too polite. You should..." the fox dropped on the ground and rolled onto his back, as if surrendering before the mightier predator. "Do with me as you see fit. I submit myself to whatever punishment you desire."

"What I desire?" the dragon rumbled silently, tail shifting with excitement behind his tucked wings. "Well...how about we greet each other first? I make no exception about who I welcome in my territory." Siranor crawled towards the whimpering creature and offered the fox an encouraging nudge with the tip of his snout. "I'm Sira-"

The fox's wet tongue lashed at his snout with blinding speed, stealing the words right from his very mouth. Siranor all but froze when the wet thing brushed against his much bigger tongue. With his mouth agape, the fox had the necessary time to swipe his canine tongue over the dragon's impressive fangs to get an even deeper taste of this strange, beautiful creature.

A deep, pleasant rumble flared within Siranor's chest. This sort of touch was reserved for close friends. Even mates. It reminded him of his family, but most of all, made him yearn for the company of his own kind.

By the time he closed his maw, Siranor's snout already carried the fox's wet saliva upon it, and the feverous canine showed no signs of slowing down. He wrapped his two sleek forepaws around the snout and continued to lay siege to the dragon, going over his lips two more times. Siranor drew his head back for a breath, but the fox denied even that when he poked that curious, slobbery tongue inside his nostril.

Easy, he wanted to tell the overexcited little thing. Take it slow. I'm not flying anywhere.

Problem was, Siranor could not speak without scaring the fox away or worse, fill him with even more guilt. So he just stood there and allowed this little fluffy creature to greet, lick, or touch him in whatever ways he deemed fit. More often than not, his tiny tongue slithered inside his maw to come out even wetter than before thanks to the ample amounts of Siranor's own saliva. The greeting habits of canines were something that always stirred the dragon's heart, and Siranor quickly found his own tongue retaliate with a lick of its own.

The fox closed his eyes over the blanket of flesh that washed over his head, leaving nothing but sleek, damp fur in its wake. Siranor pulled back to lubricate his tongue again, then lashed the fox with a longer lick, bathing the fox from nose to tail with barely any effort.

"How is that for a greeting?" He smiled at the playful kicks the fox launched against one of his fluffy ears.

"Warm, like the tears of the stars."

"Stars can't cry."

"And yet they shine and burn with the same ferocious intensity you bear, dragon. Truly, I have never looked upon such striking sights. Your fur is like the night's veil, your wings, the stars that guide lesser males like me to this glorious moment."

Siranor took a moment to let that warm praise settle beneath his fur. "Word weaving seems to come naturally to you. Are the rest of your kin as good with them?"

"No, I..." the fox looked away, perhaps embarrassed to have gone so way out of his way to praise a dragon. "Talking keeps my mind away from your scent. You've seen what happens when I give in to my instincts."

"Little one..." Siranor growled warmly as he nuzzled into the fox's luxurious fur. "instincts are part of us. This struggle you speak of is something I know all too well."

"You...you do? But you're female. We come chasing after you, not the other way around."

Siranor had no intention to dispel whatever fantasy the fox seemed to have about him. Not just yet. He dipped his head in understanding, to show him he was not alone in his struggle, and ran his tongue over the fox's fluffy belly, coaxing strange yelps and whimpers out of the little ball of fur. The fox started kicking back at his head just like he throbbed down there near his underbelly, hard and passionately. Siranor knew all too well the nature of the fire that consumed him, so he placed his paw down upon the fox's chest and held him in place under the broad pads of his forepaw while he licked the male over and over again with the same enthusiasm, even if that meant swiping the tip of his tongue over the tense pole of vein beribboned flesh that soured his tongue with the salty taste of fresh fox ejaculate.

"Stop. Please stop." The fox nipped at the dragon's claws, helplessly trying to dislodge the giant paw off his fragile body.

"You released..." Siranor flicked his tongue inside his mouth. That strange fluid...could it really be seed? So quick? It was thin and watery. Very different from his own viscous essence.

"I tried to hold back...to resist the tug of my instincts. But your scent is softer than any rabbit I've eaten, more alluring than even the females of my pack. You shouldn't have licked me like that. Your tongue...it made me feel like..."

"Like you mated..." Siranor sheepishly realized. He freed the fox and licked his lips one last time off the faint metallic taste of what undoubtedly was the fox's watery semen.

"Stars...you must think me one of those weak kits that wet their den during slumber." The fox covered his eyes with a paw. "Can we forget this happened? My first encounter with a dragoness, and I can barely hold my excitement in check for longer than a moment."

"It's alright. It happens. My first few days were hardly perfect." Siranor settled next to the fox, covering the small bundle of white fur under his broad, feathered wing. "I could share what I have learned from my own experiences, but first, I desire to learn more about the mystery that is you. What is a snowy fox doing so far away from the frozen mountains?"

"Well, stumbling upon a dragoness was certainly not part of any of my plans... I'm after the same thing you seek. The life of a fox can be hard when you are born in the heart of the mountains. Wolf pups are born in the comfort of their pack, while my mother brought me into the world inside a cavern more fit for a dragon. Fate works in strange ways."

"It does." Siranor looked to the stars. "What of your brothers? Your sisters?"

"Five of them, all living amidst the snow and frost they knew all their life." The fox took his example and looked up through the breaches in the canopy of the forest where stars twinkled behind the aurora's fiery curtain of ethereal flames. "I chose a different path, but now it seems I might be doomed to live my life in pursuit of something I might never have." His gaze drooped at that. "I hate being alone. I'm the only white fox in a pack where everyone is bigger, stronger, more capable at everything. I owe much to the wolves that take care of us smaller predator, yet I never could find my place in it, especially after the females started going into heat. They might not be foxes, but the alluring scent of their heat made it difficult to be around them. Males of my pack have a certain way to-"

"To what?" Siranor pressed after the fox took a brief pause.

"Nothing." The little thing looked the other way. "It's a male thing, better kept for a different time. You're too...beautiful to descend to the level of a leaking fox. By the stars...how can I ever impress my future mate when a dragoness claws through my willpower as easily as she snatches her prey? No sane female would choose to spend her life with such a weak-willed, lust-stricken..."

"Stop." Siranor gave his little companion a quick nudge. "You had plenty of courage to sneak below a dragon's wing. There aren't many who had the honor."

"I...I know. But what I'm saying is also part of the truth. I should be powerful, but instead, I find myself unraveling under your scent."

"I'm quite sure the same goes for me, if you were the female. I might be a dragon, but beneath all these feathers and fur, I am just a hunter of this land. Same as you." Siranor rolled onto his side, then eased himself on his back, spreading his wings over the ground.

"What are you doing?" The fox sniffed at the air. He obviously tried to hide his arousal from the way he curled around himself.

"Offering you the chance to uncover the secrets of a dragon." Siranor pointed over his form with a forepaw and slowly closed his eyes. "Go on, my little fox. See for yourself we're not so different."

The fox took that as some sort of playful challenge. Siranor watched him go from one end of his body to the other with a pensive look in his eyes that spoke the obvious. Where should I start from?

"Paws." Siranor suggested with a gentle shove, only to have the fox slink away from his gentle kick and leap upon his neck, where that little tongue took him right in the nose.

"You're one sneaky little thing." He told the fox. The animal continued to smother his twitching nostrils with a thin film of saliva. Canines surely loved to lick each other's muzzles, but Siranor found himself touched on a deeper level once the fox mumbled his heartfelt gratitude for this unique opportunity. To have a dragon at the tips of his paws, all for himself, was more than a ground dweller ever hoped for.

"Well then, you should get moving before that excitement starts to wear off." Siranor said to the embarrassed fox who was undoubtedly aware of how much the said excitement showed. He leaped back on the ground to shake whatever drops of clear fluid gathered upon his peeking member, then sniffed his way around the dragon's head like an insufferable bloodhound up until his little teeth found an ear tuft to pull onto.

"Is this the nipping sort of inspection?"

"Of course. I already made you acquaintance with my tongue. Sit still. I promise this won't feel that bad."

"Pest!" Siranor slapped his wings down, too afraid to engage into any violent shakes that could harm the fox. His fur might have been soft, but with a horn that matched the fox's body in length, he wanted to take as little chances as possible.

"What's the matter, oh, queen of the skies?" The fox released his ear only to find his dark blue mane an equally good replacement. "Is a rabbit hunter too much for you to handle?"

"Ghhraaarrr, one strike is all I need to roll you into the dirt."

"Only if you land it." the fox taunted with a playful yip and jumped on Siranor's chest to even the playing field. The dragon tried to swat him aside, but the small fox was much too agile to fall for such an easy trick. After many failed attempts to push the fox off, he tried to grab the fox between his meaty pads, or even hug him against his fluffy chest. None of those attacks worked, for none of them matched the agility of the sleek, mischievous fox.

"I give up," Siranor huffed with just a little bit of annoyance at the fox's impressive display of agility. "Those rabbits of yours must have the fleetest feet in the land to give birth to such a little monster."

"Monster now, am I?" The fox moved over to the dragon's hind side, where he seductively rubbed around one of his legs. "I might lack the means to explore the starry sky or the magic to shape the land, but you will soon discover even the smallest of things can make a big difference in the right place..."

It was hard not to take a hint when the fox's scent entered Siranor's nostrils with every breath the dragon took. The recent exertion heated the young hunter's blood even further. Almost half of his member lay bare, out into the open, jerking against the fox's wet belly fur with every frenzied beat of his heart. Siranor curled his toes at the thought of the fox's little red member hardening within the receptive walls of his vent. Mating must've been at the forefront of this male's mind from the beginning. But what if he meant something else? In that case, bringing up the topic would be thrice more embarrassing.

So the dragon said nothing. He waited, blood warming up in his veins, nethers tingling with the faint promise of arousal...

The fox slowly walked towards the nearest paw and draped his canine tongue all over the dragon's soft pink pads. He seemed to know what to do, treading between the crevice of his toes every time his touch would get too ticklish. And it felt good. Almost...too good, for Siranor could not help but wonder...how would that same, careful tongue feel on another part of his body?

"Mrrawhh!" he shuddered hard. Dry fur replaced the enthralling feel of flesh, not abrasive and uncomfortable, but soft and pleasant.

"Was I too rough?" The fox cocked his little head. "I apologize if that's the case. It's just...they're the softest thing I felt besides my own fur...so soft they could easily balm the absence of a mate." The fox nuzzled along the paw with the sides of his muzzle in such a way that his whiskers barely tickled.

"I-I never..."

"Never mated? Or never appreciated your paws the same way I do?"

"Both." Siranor hissed. "Our paws are not meant for that sort of thing."

"I disagree. Such exquisite softness at the very tip of your paws, and not even once has temptation guided your mind towards the many possibilities of unleashing your inner fire."

"No." Siranor gave a swift shake of his head. "But if you find my paws to be the equivalent of a mate, then by all means, mate." Siranor playfully pushed his paw into the fox's nethers, only to have the small male jump away with a yelp. "What's the matter, little one? Have my paws grown teeth?"

The fox licked himself down there a couple of times to make sure everything was in order, then looked back at the imposing dragon. "It's not proper, to turn the focus on me when I have barely took in the sights of your luxurious fur or the marvelous colors of your feathers...Let me explore you in your entirety, my dear dragoness, and maybe afterwards we can talk about our...options."

Siranor found nothing wrong with that argument. He spread his wings over the ground and even allowed the fox's paws to tread over his proud flight feathers so he could get closer towards that singular exciting moment.

"I think I like your hinds better." The little bandit noted after a brief exploration of the dragon's other set of legs.

"There's no difference..." Siranor hissed.

"Not one obvious to the eye, but I know..." the fox descended along the dragon's leg. He traced his way across Siranor's lower belly, going from one leg to the other, hovering so close to the dragon's hot, seeping vent. When his licks resumed, Siranor's thoughts began to swim with lewd suggestions. He could do so much more than have his paws cleaned, and that muzzle, so sleek and small, would be a perfect fit for his needy vent.

The dragon's nethers tightened, forcing his flesh to push out dribbles of translucent lubrication on his already matted underbelly.

"Graawwhhh! Sss-stop. You're...it's too much." With a soft growl burning within his throat, Siranor pulled his forepaw back from the avalanche of slobbery licks, only to have the fox push his muzzle through two of his fingers.

"The sylvan queen seems to have a weakness to tickles."

"That's...a bold assumption to make...after only a brief taste of my pads."

"Yet brief was enough to make your wings flutter. What other reason have you for quickening your breaths? Admit it. I found a weakness to exploit."

"Delude yourself all you want, fox. I admit to no such weakness."

Even though he meant to be stern, Siranor did nothing to prevent the fox unrestricted access to all of his paws. The fox's muzzle disappeared behind the black veil of the dragon's toes, then resumed the tender licks on his other paw; long, flowing strokes that covered the entirety of the dragon's broad, central pad. He slowly climbed up, further than he ever went to latch his jaws around a snow-white claw and nibble upon it with those little excited jaws and that cute, drippy tongue.

"En...enough." Siranor took a deep breath of fresh, cool air. "My tail is all that's left to complete this journey. Catch it." He even waved his fluffy tip around to stimulate the fox's hunting instincts.

Only...his snowy friend had his eyes set on a different type of prey. He advanced upon the dragon's constantly twitching vent, his weight so light that the dragon barely paid him any attention.

Then, it happened. Something too long and thin to be the fox's muzzle sunk between his two, hungry lips, the friction of dry upon wet so beautifully intense that Siranor all but growled with feral abandon at the skies above him. The thing reached all the way to his sleeping cock, touching it for the briefest of moments before it retreated...

Only to invade his squelching depths a second time.

Growling and shivering with want, Siranor picked up his heavy, pleasure-dazed head to look upon his perverted fox friend, now haunch-deep inside his moist, puffy vent.

"Sssstop." A desperate hiss left his clenched jaws. "What are...what do you think you're doing?"

"Shearing off the edge of an urge you kept contained for far too long." The fox's words disappeared into the wet sounds of sloppy muscles clamping around his entire leg. "The softness of your paws, your loneliness...I can't bear to sit idly when I can help you deal with the very source of your troubles."

With that said, the fox continued to press his paw down into the dragon's vent, effectively masturbating Siranor in the most wonderful, unexpected of ways. It wasn't the sight of the fox's gender kissing his own tender lips when he went too deep. Or even the up and down kicking motions he employed to satisfy his dragoness.

What kept Siranor on the edge of precipice were the fox's pads slipping over the soft barbs of his soft member; a beast that yearned for release ever since the mating season started. A monster that could be set off as easily as flapping a wing.

"There's something hard in there." The fox spread his toes around the dragon's tip, then applied his full weight on the toes that started to knead along the soft barbs of the dragon's tip.

"That's...my clit." Siranor scrambled for a reply in the dizzying wave of pleasure that washed over him. "It's a female thing. Very sensitive. Out."

"It feels...strange. Like there are protrusions on the surface."

"Out. Grraawwwrr out. Out!"

The snapping of jaws inches away from his head forced the fox back with a yelp.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"

"But you did, and that was enough to earn my ire. You're not a dragon, to understand what I have to go through. You're not..." The dragon rolled on his side to cover his twitching, dripping wetness. "You're not a female."

"Oh, stars. I made a huge mistake, haven't I? Allow me to clean you up at the very least. Please. It's the least I could do to wash away my mistakes."

Siranor covered himself under a feathery wing. "No. You've done enough already. Let me catch my breath, and if you truly wish to do something good, tend to your own needs. You've only been seeping ever since we met." Siranor hissed at the fox.

If only the wee bastard was one to listen to simple advice. Instead of settling down to relax from the mating frenzy that fettered his instincts, the fox crawled under the dragon's wing, and, for some reason, Siranor found himself powerless to do anything about it. As soon as the familiar touch of the fox's tongue fell upon his puffy, soaked gates, he shivered with bliss, exposing his wetness by raising his leg, allowing the fox to take everything he desired.

The assault on his heat-stricken rift all started slow enough, with gentle licks meant to clean up the excess fluid, yet the taste of a young dragon at the peak of fertility was not something one could stray away from, or resist for more than a few licks. With his jaws clattering from the potency of the pheromones he just swallowed, the fox pushed his muzzle inwards, towards the source of the scent, each of those jagged, hungry shoves serving to amplify the pleasure coursing through the dragon's stiffening body.

"Mrrawwrrrhhh!" a long, suave, animalistic moan churned within the dragon's throat, replacing the words he desperately wanted to say. The deception went on long enough, and every lap of tongue, every spasm of his heated vent brought Siranor too close to the same shameful moment he swore to avoid.

The dragon tried to take control of his rebellious body before it was too late. He kicked at the air, flapped his wings, growled various warnings that did nothing but prove a deep, dark, embarrassing truth. The fox enjoyed his taste far too much to part with his vent. So much that he thrust his head fully inside the fleshy cavern to drink his juices like an enraged beast, all while in the meanwhile he shoved his naked little cock at the air to launch squirts of cum upon ground and fur alike.

And when he didn't thrust, he drank, his whole sneaky muzzle dripping with the same copious strands of fluid that spurted from his cock.

"So good...it...tastes so good..." the fox whimpered. He went for another dive. And, just like he shoved his head inside the dragon's drippy vent, so did his hips push his cock forth. Drops of clear, canine fluids splattered upon Siranor's soaked fur to mix with his own juices in a spectacle of lustful abandon that aroused Siranor far more than he was willing to admit. He often dreamed of his beloved dragoness treating him in similar fashion.

But to see another male eat him out with so much pleasure that he spilled his own, precious essence over the taste of his pre-seed was something out of this world. The pleasure spiked. His slit suddenly tightened, heaving with a squelch that painted the fox's snow-white muzzle with a thin, milkier substance. The fox blinked a few times, analyzed the strange substance, then pushed his muzzle deeper than ever, devouring every trace of it until he started feasting on the very source of the dragon's troubles.

Siranor unleashed another one of his broken growls. Stiff with rising bliss, he curled around himself to resist the waves of pleasure that radiated from the depths of his vent, growling and clawing gashes into the dirt. The fox licked hard and often against his urethra to scoop as much precum as he could into his mouth. When the stream ran dry, he rolled around the soft barbed head to provoke further stimulation by teasing the dragon right where it counted.

And for Siranor, to have his member licked when his slit was in sexual turmoil proved far too challenging. The dragon desperately attempted to distract himself from the shudders of heat that tempted him to reveal his secret, but he could hardly stop the storm set in motion by the naughty fox. Blood and seed alike rushed through his flaccid cock, and he spat, plastering the excess of his own pent-up lust all over the fox's face. With a short, trembling snarl, Siranor rolled onto his feet. He rushed into the depths of the forest on four awkward legs, leaving a trail of whiteness behind him.
