Lake was dropped to the ground, making a small huff as his feet made contact with the soft blades of grass underneath. As comfortable as it was, the squirrel was confused as to why he was now in a forest. He was certain Tiberius told him that he was going to Fangar. Maybe his king's distracted mind made the launch a bit off the intended point?

Whatever the reason was, Lake was where he was. As he took his first steps as the king's champion, he hoped that the town was nearby. Though he hadn't really done anything yet, the squirrel was a bit tired from the back-to-back rut with the king.

Maybe saving the lands can wait after a little nap?

Lake shook off those thoughts and urged himself to continue. He hated to admit it, but a little rodent like himself wasn't keen on spending the night in the woods alone. The king's blessing only reached as far as his loins. The rest of his body was that of an ordinary squirrel, a smaller and weaker species of beast.

He was never the kind to feel bad about himself for being what he was. No, Lake was proud of being a squirrel and he didn't let his small size stop him from asserting himself and pounding guys twice his size. As the king had a thing for males smaller than himself, Lake always had a thing for males that towered over him. Rutting them made him feel empowered. Sure, he may be small, but he was big where it counted: in his heart and dick.

Just thinking about it was making the squirrel a little horned up. He simply sighed to himself, wishing he had a bed to lie in, preferably with a sexy guy who had a meal at the ready. Perhaps he should have asked his king for a little recuperation before he was sent out...

He continued through the forest, surrounded by the green of trees, grass, and bushes. They comforted him, they were still strong and full of life, a sign that the region was indeed very stable. The regions to the north and west weren't so lucky. They were already in a state of decay, prompting rapid change across the lands, change that was spreading...

Just thinking about it bothered Lake, but he was also assured in the fact that he could do something to change that. He charged ahead, suddenly pumped with energy, and jumped over a low shrub, clearing it with no trouble.

"Yeah! That's what I'm talking about!"

"Hey!!"

The squirrel's tail bristled and he turned around to see a bear barreling towards him with an angry expression. Lake's first instinct was to run but he told himself that he was the champion now. This would be his first trial. A little unexpected, but a trail nonetheless...

The bear came rushing at him, reaching out with a large, clawed paw. Lake was quick to get out of the way, but he could feel the power behind the large arm.

"Whoa! Hey, what the heck are you doing?!" Lake said, ducking from another reach at him.

The bear huffed, already frustrated that he had to come all the way out here. "Taking you in, thief!"

"Their? But I just got here!" Lake jumped back and stomped his foot. "See, I don't have anything on me." He stood up straight and opened his paws, letting the bear look him over.

The bear did get close and looked Lake over, his expression turned from hostility to remorse in an instant.

"Oh. Oh... I am so sorry...."

"Lake."

"Yes, Lake. I mistook you for someone else." The bear scratched the back of his neck awkwardly and averted his gaze.

Lake titled his head and thought for a moment. He didn't expect this from the large ursine. Just a moment ago he seemed so tough and strong. But now he was apologizing and squirming in his very fur. He still wasn't exactly sure, but he had a feeling that this was the bear's true nature.

"Don't worry about it," Lake said, waving his paw dismissively. He was interested in what spurred the bear to anger in the first place. "So, who are you looking for?"

The bear's face fell a bit and a groan left him. "Some bandits. Two of them apparently. It seems Fangar's the new target of looters."

"Fangar?" Lake repeated, his ears flicking. "I'm supposed to go there! I-is it close by?"

The bear nodded. "Very close."

He still left bad for trying to capture the smaller male. "I can take you there if that's where you need to be."

"Thanks, uh..."

"Atlas."

Lake nodded and outstretched his paw. "Well, thanks, Atlas."

Atlas smiled and shook paws with his new acquaintance. As he made contact, a feeling ran through the bear. It was like a shock of static that struck his being all at once. Just as fast as it came, it was gone as Lake pulled his paw back, leaving Atlas to wonder if it was just his imagination.

"We'd better get going then." The bear led the way and backtracked through the forest. He simply went back the way he came, knowing the Forest of Fangar like the back of his own paw.

Lake followed close behind, both to ensure he would get lost, and so he could admire the equally toned and plump behind that was stuffed in the bear's pants. More than that, Atlas had thick thighs and legs to hold it up. His entire body was built thick, his arms, chest, shoulders, everything. Yeah, he was a big bear alright.

"Hey, I uh... Noticed all you did back there was grab at me. But you look really, really strong. So...yeah, what's up with that?" Lake asked.

Atlas continued walking but he was struck by the question. "Oh... Yes. I am...not much of a fighter. But someone has to defend the town."

Lake liked the sound of that, it seemed that he stumbled upon a hero like himself.

"So you, like, stepped up and took on the task to protect the town?"

"Well..." Atlas said, pausing to awkwardly suck on his teeth. "Everyone in Fangar held a vote and they chose me."

"Hmmm..." Lake said.

Perhaps not.

The bear and squirrel continued through the forest, making light conversation until the both saw the entrance of the town just ahead.

"Here we are. Fangar." Atlas continued to lead the way and Lake walked alongside them. Together they stepped inside of the town and were treated to the sight of many other beasts going about their own lives.

"Hey! Atlas!"

Lake looked ahead to see a large, gray wolf running up to him and Atlas. He came to a stop in front of them before crossing his arms.

"Did you find them?" the wolf asked in a gruff tone.

"Sorry, Whisker. T-they got away..." Atlas hung his head a bit.

"I got a business to run. And I can't do that with bandits making off with my wares. I need you to find them, Atlas."

"And I will," the bear said, but he didn't sound so sure.

Whisker huffed and turned his tail on the bear before stomping away, muttering to himself.

Lake saw how troubled the bear was, so he bumped his elbow to the bigger male's side. "Hey, Atlas. If you need some help. We can track those bandits down together."

The bear looked surprised to hear those words coming from the small rodent, even more so to see the look of determination on the Lake's face. The look of someone as serious as death itself. The bear could feel a smile spreading over his own muzzle.

He wasn't exactly sure why, but he felt he could trust in Lake. It was just a feeling that told him there was more to this little guy than what lied on the surface. He was sure that they could do it, but only together.

"Alright," Atlas nodded. "Let's go find them. They couldn't have gotten far."

Atlas was yet again leading the way through Fangar's forest. The bear wasn't exactly sure of where the bandits had gone when they gave chase but he knew the forest well enough. It was easy to get lost and he was hoping that was the case for the pair of thieves.

He urged Lake to stay close and the squirrel was all too eager to do so. All the while, he couldn't keep himself from admiring the bigger male's features. He was entranced by the large rump that shook back and forth with each step. Reminding himself that there was a mission at hand, Lake took a deep breath and steeled himself.

This was his first quest, stopping bandits that looted a rather grumpy shopkeeper. And it was up to him and Atlas to stop them and return the stuff they stole. That sounded like a fitting beginning to what was sure to be a list of many grander ventures.

"Take a look at this." Lake looked around to the bear to see that he was pointing out a clump of bushes with a gap in it. It was clear to see that they were carelessly rushed through. It was a sign that they were on the path to catching them.

"Can you tell where they are headed?"

"I think I have an idea. Ahead, there is a bridge that crosses a wide stream. It goes even deeper into the forest. And past all of that is Clawden. That is where most of the thieves come from."

Lake nodded, understanding. It seemed the two they were looking for were aiming to get back home, but they were having trouble with finding their way.

With the squirrel's encouragement, Atlas continued to lead the way through the forest. The two of them raced ahead, hoping that they were not too far behind. They both had a stake in catching them, Atlas wanted to protect his home, and Lake wanted to prove to himself that he was capable.

Around tree trunks, over shrubs, and trampling over grasses, the bear and squirrel continued to run as they heard voices ahead. Looking at each other and nodding, they both barreled towards the sound, hoping that their culprits were closer than anticipated.

But as they drew closer, the voices could be heard clearer. They weren't the laughs of criminals getting away but rather they were cries of despair and shouts for help.

Lake and Atlas arrived at the source, a pair of otters that were pressed close to each other, wearing looks of woe.

"What's wrong?" Lake asked.

"We were robbed!" one of the otters cried out.

"They took our new toy!" the other chimed in, his voice thick with panic. "Before we could even take it out of the box!"

"What did they look like?" Atlas quickly asked.

"T-they were a black cat and a...dog...a beagle..." the first otter recounted, trembling slightly.

"Don't worry. Just stay here and we'll get your stuff back from them," Lake assured with a look and stance of confidence.

"We'll have to be quick. The bridge is up ahead. If they crossed it then that means they're close to Clawden."

"Let's not lose them then!" Lake smirked. He nodded to the two otters and ran off alongside the bear.

***

"We got a whole stash of them! And they're gonna make us rich!" the black cat guffawed as he held a sack over his shoulder.

"Plus one more," the beagle added, referring to what they took from the otters.

"You can't get stuff like this in Clawden. That means we get to charge as much as we want. They can't go anywhere else."

As the two thieves were laughing and talking to each other on the end of the bridge, Lake and Atlas were on the other side, watching them from afar. They couldn't hear what they were saying, the bandits were too far away and the stream under the bridge was gurgling too loud.

But there was no mistaking it, they fit the description and the comically large sack the feline carried was a dead giveaway.

As soon as the two bandits turned around and continued onward, Lake and Atlas rushed onto the bridge, giving chase to them.

The sun was setting as the bear and squirrel were crossing over the bridge, determined to stop the duo up ahead. After surveying them from a fair distance, Atlas surmised that the cat and dog weren't much of a threat. A good scare should set them straight. So, with a quickly made plan, Lake and Atlas rushed across the bridge.

They were expecting to corner the pair of thieves, but upon making it on the other side of the sizable bridge, the squirrel and bear were met with a situation they couldn't have planned for.

The dog and cat were just ahead, within the deeper parts of the forest. But they were held up by two even bigger mammals. A dark furred wolf and a red stallion, both built and tall, were looming over the thieves.

Lake and Atlas were grateful to the wolf and horse for stopping the bandits. It made their own mission all the easier.

"Give up the loot!" the wolf snarled, brandishing the sharp claws that decorated his paws. The tall, built lupine was shirtless, wearing ripped black pants, and bands on his upper arms.

"Don't make this harder than it has to be," the horse taunted, brandishing a blade. His fur was deep red, accented by white. His left ear was cropped and a scar ran over his left eye as well.

The cat and dog shivered under the gazes of the even bigger, stronger bandits. The cat was about to hand over the bag, hoping that it was all they wanted from them.

"Hey!" Lake called as he ran up to the brewing conflict. Right beside him was Atlas, charging towards them all.

"We should-"

"Yeah..." the equine huffed and pointed the blade at the cowering canine. "Consider yourselves lucky..."

As Atlas drew closer, growling and stomping the entire way, the wolf and stallion glanced at each other and nodded before turning tail. They made themselves scarce, running off into the growth, leaving the cat and dog behind.

"He's not gonna be happy with us..." the horse huffed as he and the wolf slowed their pace.

"I'll take the heat. We're too close to Clawden and all the noise would draw too much attention. And besides, fighting a bear isn't on today's schedule. It was supposed to be an easy swipe."

"Rafe, you're as big and thick as he is. You couldn't have taken him," the horse pouted, flipping the blade down, leaving it as a harmless block.

"Yeah, but I don't feel like it. I wanna go lie down. Hmm, maybe get sucked off before then," Rafe shrugged. "Think you can help me out with that, Chase?"

With the other thieves gone, the dog and cat were left alone with the bear and squirrel. Atlas eased the threatening body language as the wolf and stallion ran off. He looked down at the smaller mammals and gave them a soft look.

"Are you two okay?"

"Atlas! These guys are thieves, remember?"

"W-we're sorry!" the cat said.

"We didn't mean any harm," the beagle added.

Atlas took the sack from the apologizing males rather easily and they didn't resist.

"Why are you two robbing shops anyways?" Lake asked. "Are you two in trouble?"

"No..." the cat said. His ears lowered and a look of shame formed on him and the canine's face. "We just wanted more money..."

"Something quick and easy..." the beagle added in.

"Well, that wolf you stole from has a business to run. Unlike you two, Whisker actually needs these things," Atlas said with a bit of sternness in his voice.

"What are you gonna do to us?" the cat asked.

"Hmm... Well, are you sorry?" Lake thought aloud.

"Yes!"

"Very sorry!"

"We won't do this again!"

"And with that little scare earlier, I'd say you two learned your lesson," Atlas said, with a small smile.

The cat and dog breathed a sigh of relief. With the tension eased, they introduced themselves as Rumble and Lenny. The sun was all but set and the two of them offered Lake and Atlas to join them at a camp they set up just ahead.

Leading the way, the cat and beagle ventured deep into the woods, just past a grove of trees. Ahead was a small clearing that indeed contained a large tent that was already set up, perfectly secluded by the trees and bushes.

"We were planning to make a little rest stop for the night," Rumble admitted, now feeling a bit embarrassed.

"Again, we're sorry," Lenny added. "Hopefully giving you a place for the night can make up for the trouble we caused."

Lenny and Rumble offered the merciful heroes a place for the night, swearing off thievery. They only stole for greedy purposes rather than out of any sort of need. They very much preferred answering to the squirrel and bear than whatever the wolf and horse had planned for them.

They made a small fire and roasted small foodstuffs to eat, talking as they did so. Lake was glad to finally have something to eat, surprising the others by how eagerly he dug into his meal.

"I didn't realize how much I was starving..." Lake sighed. He lied on the soft grass and basked in the satisfaction of having a full belly.

Atlas couldn't help but chuckle a bit, amused by the black rodent's plucky attitude. He got his fill as well, feeling rather satisfied as well. Beside him, he kept the sack just in case the cat and dog were having any second thoughts.

Lake eased up and took notice of the sack. He got up and approached Atlas, taking a peak for himself in the sack.

"Huh? Is this what you two stole?" Lake asked, shocked to find that the sack was full of sex toys. In many colors and sizes, there were a lot of them but the rodent was still surprised that this was what all the trouble was about.

"Yeah..." Rumble said, feeling a pang of regret.

"Those belong to Whisker. These are his products." Atlas wasn't shocked, knowing very well what made the wolf's shop profitable.

"Hmm, I guess I get it." Lake wasn't a stranger to sex toys, but most of them were dildos. He wasn't very interested in playing with those, so he closed the sack and stood tall to stretch.

Naturally, seeing the toys drifted the squirrel's thoughts to rather naughty things, making his cock rise. As he continued to stretch, his pants were pulled tight, showing off the prominent tent. Standing regularly, Lake looked Rumble over. With his lust now flowing into his body, he admired the feline's lit body and soft looking fur.

Rumble looked over and his eyes widened as he saw the tent in the rodent's pants. His eyes kept onto it and his mouth was starting to water. Beasts like himself were always ready to rut, but there was something special about the rodent that he just couldn't place. But his own cock was twitching against his pants.

The cat stood and approached the squirrel. "Uh, it looks like you need some help with that."

Lake smirked, liking that the feline was rather straightforward. "You can help if you want to."

Rumble smirked and eased onto his knees, gripping the other male's pants. "I'm a changed cat now. I'll show you..."

The feline boldly tugged on Lake's pants, gasping as his cock bounced into view. Though Lake was small, he had always had something bigger than average down below. He enjoyed the sight of it in front of the feline's face.

A rough tongue brushed over his tip, making the squirrel shudder. In that moment, Lake could feel something more than just the average pleasure. It was something surrounding him, something that he could not see but he could feel. And it felt similar to the sensations that came about when the king was near him.

As another lick was given to him, that feeling flared up again. And alongside that, he could feel a sort of energy rising from the cat.

"Lake..."

The squirrel's ears flicked at the call of his name. He looked over at Atlas, but the bear said nothing, simply watching the display next to him.

"Lake. It's me."

Tiberius?

"Yes. I see you are in the middle of something. I forgot to explain something to you."

Uh, can you make it quick?

"Certainly? As it is with myself, your lust has magical properties. You can feel the force of lust itself, within yourself and those nearby when focusing. If you can rouse those nearby you can draw on their desires. I'm sure we can all agree that it better to fuck than fight. Hehe. That is all for now. Have fun, my champion."

Hmm. Is it me or is Tiberius a bit goofy?

As the voice faded, Lake drew his focus on the licking feline. He took the advice of the king and attempted to test it out for himself. Indeed, an aura of lust surrounded himself, already flaring.

But as for Rumble, it was like a flame that had just been lit, starting out as a weak glow. Every lick made the aura flare and it filled out a bit more. If Rumble's lust was a flame then every action was like kindling, giving that flame something new to take hold of, allowing it to burn hotter and spread out even more.

Starting to understand, Lake eased his paw on Rumble's head, itching between his ears. He pressed on the feline's head and eased him down onto his cock. Rumble made a soft moan as the tip slipped past his lips. And Lake could feel the lust within the cat indeed getting stronger.

He got used to the feeling faster than he expected. It was bonded to him and eased as he wished, simply allowing Lake to just feel the cat suckling on his tip.

"Oooh... T-tongue's a bit rough..." Lake said, wincing a bit as his cocktip was lightly scraped. Rumble eased back, feeling a bit disappointed. But the squirrel snapped his finger, already having an idea.

"Guess we'll just have to get straight to the good stuff."

The smile on the feline widened and he was quick to turn around and ease himself on his hands and knees. Lake was presented with the thin cat's rather plush and full ass. The squirrel planted his paw down on it and squeezed one of the cheeks, getting a moan out of the feline.

Atlas and Lenny watched as Lake was soon on top of Rumble, rocking his body back and forth. Their moans filled the area, Rumble's more than Lake's. The cat's face was pressed against his paws and his body was moved by the topping male.

"Wow. You feel real good," Lake complimented. "Yeah, real tight..."

Rumble just barely managed to make 'thumbs up.' The pleasure scorching through his body was unlike anything he had ever felt in his life. He didn't know anything about the blessings bestowed on the squirrel's loins. Even without it, Lake was plenty experienced with males of varying sizes, knowing just how to stroke just right and hit the most sensitive spots.

His mind was too muddled to form words, he wanted Lake to go even faster. The squirrel did that, able to sense what was wanted by his current partner. Such a power certainly came in handy, and Lake was more than happy to pick up the pace, making the feline squirm underneath him.

While watching, Atlas and Lenny were content to stroke their own cocks, pleasuring themselves separately at the sight of the squirrel rutting the cat good and deep.

Lake continued to compliment Rumble as he pounded into his ass even harder and faster. He could feel himself getting close to his limit so he gripped the cat's black tail and thrust his hips with a series of quick humps.

Raising his own voice, the hero finished inside of the former bandit. He sighed as he pulled back, watching his seed ooze out of the spent hole. At about the same time, Lenny and Atlas came one after the other.

"Hey, are you alright?" Lake asked, noticing that the black cat was no longer moaning nor moving. He looked around the feline to see that he was already fast asleep.
