"You have to! This is your duty as a royal agent of the kingdom! This is your destiny and your life! You will be a hero, you will go down in history!" You are getting angry at the failure of your agent. "I...I...I don't know how to thank you..." "Thank me after you have completed the mission." You turn away from him and fly back to the blimp, taking a nap as you await Koriza's return. You awake when she snuggles up to you. Asking what plan you are up to anyway. > You say "Return to Khunbish, attack the EGS, kill Khunbish with dark Siphon in the heat of the battle to turn the body to dust, install a fake body double Khunbish I trained as leader." Koriza cocks her head to the side a bit. She then says "That is a pretty involved plan." "Well, I am pretty involved with this mission." She kisses you on the cheek and joking calls you a black overlord, because of how manipulative your scheme is. It will save the most lives and thus is the most ethical, though. No need to use relay teleport and use your energy. Best to just nap in the blimp as you return to Galdu to bring Khunbish, the real one, the news. When you arrive, you see the army of Ruby dragons, and the larger force of Orcs. The real Khunbish sees you and says "Ah, we expected you to have common sense. We are ready to invade. Let us go." Khunbish is too bulky to take flight, but she probably could for smaller distances. Koriza looks at you, worried. Khunbish might be overconfident as she is using her entire fighting force for this invasion! You and Koriza spend days traveling with the army, alongside Khunbish. The Ruby dragons and orcs working for them are bloody fanatics! You hate these people and their violence first kind of talk, but you manage to bear this. Soon you arrive at the foot of the mountain, on the mountain range Krijgshamer lies. It is clear Khunbish has no plan, just full frontal rush.

The Ruby dragons are with far more and better equipped. It should be an easy battle as Khunbish is counting on you and Koriza. > You say "Khunbish? Will you spearhead the attack? Koriza and I will sneak in to open the heavy fort gates for you." "I will lead the attack, yes. You and your mate can help us by getting the gates open. Should take about an hour. We will be in position to charge in as soon as we see you come back out." "Perfect." You say. You and Koriza scout ahead and find a place where you can see the fort without being seen. You watch the battle unfold. > You find Khunbish in the unfolding chaos and use dark Siphon on her to turn her to lifeless dust. You fly down to the fort and find Khunbish fighting like a madwoman. You use dark Siphon on her, you commit to your hatred and turn her to dust. The Ruby dragons charge forward, only to find that their leader is gone. Before they can figure it out, you relay teleport to Krijgshamer town square! > You quickly try to find Cyrussion, the black dragon that needs to take Khunbish's place as impostor. You find a large black dragon sitting in one of the buildings. You walk up to him, and yell "Hey!" The dragon turns to you and greets you. You are both quite in a panic due the current situation. "Cyrussion, the plan unfolds NOW! Use that spell and get in that Khunbish disguise! Pretend to be captured and call off the invasion while posing as her! Only one thing is vile enough to make Khunbish order her troops to stop the invasion. Becoming undead... Cyrussion the scholar puts up a perfect act as Khunbish and he works the threat of becoming undead in his plea to break off the attack. It is actually working! Fake Khunbish, or Cyrussion, is "freed" in the bargain. He will be released when the troops are back at Galdu. Khunbish was a dragoness of her word, so this should work. You are called forward as the one who found the real Khunbish. You are given a large sum of gems and you are asked to never speak of this to anyone. You agree, and go back home. You leave this mess to it's devices as you are in the blimp, playing with your treasure as you and Koriza talk. > You say "That big dumb muscle mountain tasted great as I stole her life force. I got enough power now to get us back to Yanawa by teleport, blimp and all!" You say "I think it's time to go back home." Koriza says "Fine by me, I've had enough of this adventure." You sigh. "Both of us, I wish we could've kept Khunbish alive. Feels bad I back-stabbed someone trusting us" Koriza comforts you. "You've saved 2 cities, don't beat yourself up over it. Khunbish was thorn in the side of my parents for decades. That old battleaxe was too far gone" > You say "I suppose... war doesn't determine who is right, only who is left." Koriza laughs. "A good one, I'll have to remember that!" You are ready and so is she. You channel your teleport spell. The entire vehicle blinks into Yanawa. Right on the courtyard of the palace as you envisioned. You are getting good at this! > You say "Euuuuuugh! I'm going to sleep for a century now! You joining me, Kor? " Koriza smiles, and goes in for a kiss. "Of course I am, you big silly." The two of you share a passionate moment. The vehicle is left alone. You take her inside the palace, to your chambers, to sleep as your are too tired to copulate, and so is she. Almost instantly you are off to dreamland. You wake up in the afternoon, Koriza still sleeping near you. You are in the mood to do something sweet for your red dragon lover. You go to the royal kitchens to get a snack. You grab a bunch of your favorite fruits, and some wine. You rush back to her. You open the door, and she's awake! (She must've had a restorative potion or something) She smiles as you come in with your arms piled high with food. "Oh my, what's all this?" "This is for you, my sweet." You wake up in the afternoon, Koriza still sleeping near you. You are in the mood to do something sweet for your red dragon lover. > You sneak out to collect some lei-chi fruit, and give them to Koriza. You place them on the floor by her head. She wakes up immediately and turns to see what the noise is. She notices you and smiles. "Hey there, love." > You say "Got ya something, we really slept for long after that adventure." Koriza laughs. "You shouldn't have! But I suppose I should reward you for your kindness." She kisses you on the cheek, and then notices the fruit next to you. "Lei-chi fruits? I love these things!" She grabs one from the bunch and bites into it. She holds another one to you. You take it and do the same as her. They taste delicious, sweet and fresh. > You put your claw on her chest and ask if she is in the mood for some royal courting. As she agrees, you got the rare opportunity to top her. NSFW stuff happens. Afterwards you stroll around the palace and palace gardens. Redsamuru, Zalisi and Disarria should be around or arrive soon. After a while the 5 of you are reunited. You share stories of what you did. Zalisi, Disarria and Redsamuru stayed here and helped the city out using the gems you acquired. Disarria speaks up about the whole Khunbish thing "your methods really are that of Malediction. Well, it worked but you and Koriza have to live with the fact you've altered history with a massive lie. Personally I think that's okay as Khunbish sounds like a massive cunt, but, can you two come to terms with your fraud?" You can, you ain't too sure about Zalisi and Koriza accepting what happened. Koriza shrugs "It's done now. We just need to make sure the lie remains intact. I think we should all stick together in case we need to help the Ruby dragons" Zalisi nods in agreement. You think that you will be able to rule them better than they could themselves, even with your changes made. > You say "Undoubtedly someone saw me as I flown in and turned Khunbish to ash. I hope Yuhroon and Cyrussion can keep them silent." Disarria looks at you "How do you think the rest of the dragons will react when they discover the truth? They will be furious, especially the Ruby clan." Koriza corrects her. "Then we need to occupy Galdu. The rest of Korizan finds the rubies to be a thorn in our path to restoring the nation anyway." Koriza is the expert on Korizan, obviously. > You say "Before that whole mess on Purperdraak and later Ietros, we would go to Volecia. Remember guys?" Zalisi nods. "Yes. My homeland... before Malediction... you know." She was kidnapped in her younger days just like you, Disarria and Koriza. You were supposed to go there way earlier to learn ice magic, ally the blue dragons and get the Sapphire to amplify your water and ice magic. You already know ice magic, it is fire you need. Here in Korizan you can learn fire magic. "Yes, before all that unpleasantness." Disarria says. "We need to go there soon." Koriza says. "But we need to ally the blue dragons and get the sapphire to broaden our magical capabilities." You nod in agreement. > You say "Redsamuru? Prepare the submarine. I want you to venture to Purperdraak. Take Zalisi and Disarria with you and wait for me and Koriza there. I got the idea that you 3 can help out the island after that whole undead invasion and city razing business. Koriza and I will focus on my fire magic capabilities here in Korizan. " Redsamuru nods and leaves. "What do you think?" You ask Koriza. "I think that is a good idea." She says. "With the fire Ruby at our disposal I know a place we can train. The Koryn Magma Cone" > You say "That massive volcano?" "That massive volcano." Koriza confirms. "Should we really be going that close to an active volcano?" You say. "Probably not." She says with a chuckle. "But I know of a temple, right on the volcano where we can train. It is quite safe in there, and we can easily teleport out if danger presents itself." She touches your shoulder. "We will be fine, Enty. We have survived this long, what is one more challenge?" She has a point. Besides, the cone has been really docile for decades now. > You say "So we leaving for the magma come tomorrow then?" "Sure, its going to be intense. You need all the rest you can get as I will not spare you" you nod. You will use the Zippy-blimp to go there. You trust Koriza's expertise to train you properly. > You say "So, Kor, something else entirely... how long is it tradition to leave the room of the dead untouched?" "A year or two." Koriza says, "why?" > You say "Regarding your parents... the Singularity may have removed the adverse effects of the trauma but.... what is it like being here in an empty palace? "

She says, as she jumps into bed, rolling over to be the small spoon. You chuckle, and get into bed as well. You put your arm around her. "I love you, you know that?" You say. "I love you too." Koriza replies. cuddling each other, you can feel her relaxing in your grip. > You say "You've really changed Koriza, when we met in Bloedholte you were so strict and uptight. Your diligence is a good trait but it's beautiful how you can be the real you again. Emotional, loving... still a bit rebellious but that's hot! " Koriza chuckles. "I guess I was pretty uptight. I'm glad you and your friend helped me out there. It's nice to be more... well, me again, and have a real relationship with someone that isn't just lust or politics." You smile as you realize you're in bed with a lovely dragoness and you both fall asleep. The next day, you wake up to find Koriza gone. You look at the clock and see it's almost evening. > You look for Koriza as it's time to leave. You get out of bed and look for Koriza. You find her sitting on the bed with a sword in her hands. It's a strange blade, made of a purple metal you've never seen before, with an eerie black sheen to it. The blade is curved and serrated, almost like a scimitar from the old world, but much bigger and with a thicker blade. "What's that?" you ask. "It's my father's." > You say "Can I take a look? I never saw anything like this..." Koriza nods and hands you the blade. It's almost weightless, but you manage to get a good feel for it. "I've never seen a metal like this, what is it?" "Ah... it's Xenite." "Xenite?" Koriza nods. "Let's get to the blimp. Koryn is still a few hours away. We'll talk onboard." Once onboard, you are flying towards the volcano. Koriza took the Xenite blade with her. "So... what is Xenite?" You ask. "Xenite is a metal from outer space. It is not slowed down by air or gravity. The handle will make it drop to the floor. It is a Violet dragon relic, or so dad told me" Koriza explains. > You say "That there is something up there is all but confirmed. Violet dragon items must be exceedingly rare if there are so few tales of them coming down from the planetary rings?" "Violet dragon items are extremely rare, and most of them are in the hands of the royals of the remaining kingdoms. We should be able to trade this for quite a bit." > You say "Maybe we could give it to Redsamuru? He is the most mechanically savvy one we know and he could make something interesting out of it?" "Redsamuru? Hah! Maybe he could make a toaster from it, but I guarantee it wouldn't work." Koriza and you laugh, and continue your journey. You arrive at the volcano a few hours later. It's a large mountain in the distance surrounded by a flat grassy field. You can see a small village made up of huts on the edge of the volcano's caldera. > You say "Sulfur mine? This place reeks! That can't be a permanent settlement. " "No, it isn't. The Sulfur miners come here for a few months, mine as much Sulfur as they can, then leave. They stay in the village over there." The air is hard to breathe. Koriza and you find a spot out of the wind in the caldera. Very slow lava flows are present. One of them goes inside a partly sunk building. The temple Koriza talked about. Inside it still reeks, but at least the air is fresher. Probably magic. The temple can't be that old as Koryn erupts every 60 years or so.
