You want to see the work of a professional video game writer?

You find AI's interesting?

This story of mine has all of that! Syngeneia Kathairein puts you in the shoes of Entropion, a purple dragon tasked to ''make the world right again''. (although he is a jackass in this prequel intro!) The view is set in first person view from Entropion's POV. This story is inspired by warcraft, forgotten realms, spyro the dragon and dragon age, among other things. AIdungeon's makeup is a bit messy, but > arrows denote saying or doing something. Part of the story is AI generated, please keep that in mind.

You and Koriza follow Khunbish to her throne room. This place is full of dueling orcs and Ruby dragons. You can practically smell their corruption. This is a place of evil. You and Koriza have worked so hard to stamp out evil, but this is misguided evil, or so you get the impression. "so purple dragon, how do you like my city?" she asks as you enter her throne room. The throne is made from the skull of some giant monster, with the horns still attached and going through the dragons eyes. Her guards stand by her, holding their weapons. They look menacing and muscular with dark red scales. > You say "Very... primal. Now if I recall correctly, you want our approval on destroying the Ebony claw Syndicate?" "Yes, yes. We want to destroy the Ebony Claw Syndicate. They are a dark stain on this world. They commit horrible crimes against nature and must be stopped." "Nature?" you ask, raising an eyebrow. "They enslave races, they kill, they corrupt, they do not reproduce, they do not ascend, they break the cycle of life and death that keeps this world going." This is a very... Interesting way of looking at things. "Hold on..." Koriza interjects. "Khunbish, we've met before and you are on the rash side. Do you think the Syndicate is nefarious? They aided us against the despotate!" Koriza obviously dealt with this dragoness before, she knows just how bold she can be. "I don't care. They are still an abomination of life and still need to be destroyed." "Why? Because you say so?" Khunbish makes a hissing sound and her guards surround Koriza, who makes a very intimidating growl. You stand in between them. "Okay, let's not kill each other. We all have the same goal here." Khunbish sits down on her throne and looks at the two of you. > You say "Why do you think a sadist puppeteer like Apocalion attacked a strong nation such as Korizan and not a struggling one like Ietros, or heck, even Kakaida?" "Because Apocalion is a fool who has no idea what he's doing, and the Syndicate is a bunch of fools who have no idea what he's doing." "They're doing what they want.

They're not being controlled. It's very different." Khunbish is surprised by your interjection. "Explain." > You say "Apocalion is a sadist god, yes? He wants a war as violent he can orchestrate. Attacking a crippled nation will not cause maximum suffering, attacking a strong military will yield longer lasting and more bloodshed! The war is out of Korizan, Khunbish, now the war needs to get out of you." Khunbish is speechless. She looks down at her lap and thinks about what you said. "You need to move on, Khunbish. Let the past be the past." Khunbish looks up at you and seems annoyed by your words. "Let the past be the past?" she says with a chuckle. "APOCALION NARRATIVE IS BULLSHIT" Khunbish roars, startling you, Koriza and the guards. "It's EFPL garbage to create a false division between good black dragons and bad black dragons!" Koriza facepalms, as if she is used to this. Khunbish rants on and gets even redder than normal. "IT'S ALL MALEDICTAN CONSPIRACY SHIT TO CREATE COMPLIANCE AMONGST THE DRAGONS. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT BULLSHIT, FINE." Khunbish looks at you with a fiery passion in her eyes. > You say "Suuuuure. That makes sense! We will investigate and give you our approval accordingly, but you make a good point so you can expect it." Khunbish looks at you and smiles. "I knew you were a smart one, Entropion. I'm glad to see you're reasonable." She says. Koriza gets up and walks out of the room. You hear her muttering something about " this was a waste of time." under her breath. You give goodbyes to Khunbish and return to your blimp. Once coursing for the Ebony claw town of Strijdhamer, you and Koriza speak. > You say "Well that went terrible. Korizan was really desperate if they employed these lunatics in the war." "I'm surprised they survived as long as they did." Koriza says. "Did you know she was that delusional?" you ask. "I knew she had some very...interesting theories but I didn't know she thought the entire world was under a conspiracy with black dragons at the center We'll have to be careful around her, she's still a very dangerous warrior." You and Koriza continue speaking about various things on your way to the Ebony Claw. > You say "Well, if they didn't survive we wouldn't have this problem. " "I guess that's true, but I don't think they were wrong for believing in their cause. There are dark forces at work in the world and they really helped to kick out the despotate. They are not evil but.... Apocalion really has his claws in them" that makes sense. A manipulator likes them as aggressive and blind as Khunbish. > You say "I bet Khunbish was actually less unstable in the war? She had a clear purpose then." "I think that's the case. She strikes me as someone who doesn't bother with the details. Something happened to her to make her like that though. She does like killing a tad too much, another is how corruption sets in. The fact she is born as Ruby dragon doesn't help" Koriza sighs. > You say "Born fundamentally broken. I do feel bad for them... even if such borderline psychopath wont give us this consideration. Is it weird I empathize with them?" "I don't think so. I've known you for years and I fell for how you are. It's just you can't make an omelet without crushing a few eggs. (Koriza smiles) Let's get some rest, we have to visit the Ebony Claw tomorrow." > You say "I love you, my queen." "I love you too, my king." You and Koriza fall asleep in each others arms. Her body firmly tugged on yours. The next morning you wake up and head to the Ebony Claw town. The air is a tad thinner. It is obvious you are heading to a high altitude. > You say "This city, krijgshamer... how high is this place? I can feel we are high on the mountain already a d breathing isn't pleasant. " "Oh no, it's not that high. It is just high enough that it has a nice view and the cold is bearable. It is quite the scenic view, I'm sure you'll like it" It's quite the tour but you reach the Ebony Claw town. It definitely has a more eastern feel to it. The people are dressed in traditional Chinese clothes. A guard stops you before entering the town. You park the blimp and the pair of you approach the guard. > You say "King Entropion and Queen Koriza go here. Is the town on high alert due this blood Ruby feud?" "We are always on alert, but no higher than usual. But yes, word of our king and queen visiting has reached us.

We have made preparations for you." The guard takes the pair of you to the town. The townspeople look at you in awe, as if they are seeing gods. You and Koriza wave at them. They must be fans of yours, or at least fans of dragons. > You say "It is a truly bizarre town. Krijgshamer started as Korizan monastery, then was used as black dragon fort and now as a refugee city. The place is almost exclusively inhabited by black dragons and sentient undead that just want to live in peace." You are led to the black dragon fort and let to the hall, a former barracks. It has Rhodium dragon styled interior, which means it is like black dragon interior sans the demonic vibe. A bit west Europe like. > You say "You obviously were here before Kor. Did much change?" "I came here once, about ten years ago. It wasn't anything special. Just a run of the mill black dragon fort, but with more undead and less ferocity. It was a very dull place. Let's see if there's anything new." The pair of you look around the fort. It has been refurbished in a noble estate quite well. You wait for the leader to arrive. A scrawny, nerdy man who walks with a slight hunch wearing black robes and a plain crown greets you with his nasal voice "hello. I am Yuhroon, leader of krijgshamer" you hardly believe this guy leads this town, but he seems way more agreeable than Khunbish. "You have a very nice fort." You say, trying to butter him up. He smiles and nods. "Thank you. I'm sure your trip was long and tiring, let's go to my office to talk about the future of Korizan." "Sounds good." You follow him through the halls a bit, before you are led into his office. You sit down in comfortable chairs, across from each other. Koriza sits next to you and addresses the elephant in the room. "So how did somebody like you get to control a town?" She asks him. "I was the only necromancer willing to work with black dragons AND very harsh weather! I'm more of a idea guy doing the technical stuff" Koriza rolls her eyes. "Yeah I noticed..." Yuhroon mistakes this as compliment. "Thank you for the kind words. Now, I will need your help with the coming Ruby Dragons. It will be massive, but I can assure you that it will be more than enough to conquer the rest of the area." "That's not what we're here for." Koriza says. "We're here to stop a war, not start one." "Oh really?" Yuhroon says. > You say "Yes, as you know, our continent of Korizan just got out of a war. We don't want the blood Ruby house and the Ebony claw Syndicate to undo that." "Oh, I see. Well that's unfortunate." Yuhroon says. "However, I believe that we can come to a compromise." "What kind of compromise?" You ask. "I got no idea. You will need to find the Ohrium Monastery on top our mountain." Koriza thinks for a bit and respond. "Yuhroon, is there a monastery on this mountain range?" Yuhroon confirms this. You wondered why he didn't go there to ask for help but Koriza tells you that she'll explain on the way as she drags you out the office in eagerness to stop the looming conflict. You are suddenly in an entirely different area of the castle. You realize that you are now outside the castle and on the mountain range. You are above the clouds and can see for miles and miles. The view is incredible. "Now what?" You ask. "Find this Ohrium dragon monastery. They are very... Oracle-y" you understands this means they normally don't mingle in worldly affairs. > You say "So we legit have to climb to the summit? I don't want to fly with air so thin and windy." "We have to climb, and it's a long way up." She says. You realize that even though she has shorter legs than you, she is used to the thin air and is actually much faster. Soon, you are out of breath and you stop to take a break. "You alright?" Koriza asks. "Yeah, just need a breather." You pant. "I should've trained with you more" after a while you continue. > You say "Hey, noticed how Krijgshamer doesn't smell at all? Sentient undead do well in cold environments. Maybe that is why the despotate formerly used it as base? To store undead troops without having them rot?" "Huh, I never thought about that." She says. "Seems likely. I'll have to think of a way to apply that to our troops." "You're the brains, I'm the brawn, together we'll take over the world!" You joke.

She laughs and responds "Maybe one day, but not today." You continue to climb the mountain for what seems like forever. > You say "At least there is a rudimentary trail to follow... you think we are close to the monastery?" "I sure hope so." Koriza says, "I don't want to be left in the middle of a mountain and have to climb down as well." You continue to follow the trail. It's difficult not to get distracted by the beautiful views, but you manage it. You pass several rock formations that seem unnatural. They almost look like buildings but are in fact just part of the mountain range. "Didn't Yuhroon say the monastery was on an actual plateau?" > You say "Not that I know, you grew up in this culture and got military expertise. Find the damn monastery for us!" "Don't worry, I will!" Koriza says. You continue to climb the mountain for what seems like forever. "Are we there yet?" You ask sarcastically. "Almost!" Koriza replies cheerfully. After a few more hours of climbing, you finally reach the top of the mountain range. Before you is a large plateau, with several buildings made from large stones and what looks like gold. The monastery is visible from here. > You say "Fucking finally! How do these places manage? Self sufficient and pilgrim gifts?" "Mostly self sufficient, we have large farms to feed all the monks and such. We also mine for metals in some of the less accessible areas." You approach the plateau and see a gathering of monks. They stare at you and then among themselves. > You approach an Ohrium dragon and introduce yourself. "I am Entropion, leader of the dragon kingdom. I was sent here by Yuhr-Ohriuos, who I presume is one of you. I seek to find answers about my heritage and the nature of this world." The monks stare at you blankly, as if contemplating what to do with you. None of them speak, not the humanoids, nor the Ohrium dragons. Koriza nudges you. "Seems this is one of the oath of silence monasteries. Great..." you have an idea though. > You say "I see. I wonder if that oath extends to telepathy? Let me try to telepathically reach put to that Ohrium dragon." "Sure thing!" You close your eyes and reach out with your mind towards the dragon. You begin to feel a presence in your mind. "I am the Zuzon." You hear in your head. "I am one of the wisest creatures you shall ever meet, child. Tell me why you have come here." You reply "I seek knowledge of the Ruby dragons." "I see..." You hear. > You say "So what must we do to stop Khunbish's her plan?" "If you wish to help, you must find a say to remove the Apocalion influence from our continent. That is your highest priority for now. After that we would appreciate your return for other tasks. We anticipated you and the queen for years now" you nod, this is all in a day's work. you relay the information to Koriza. > You say "Well then, any idea what "removing Apocalion's influence" may mean? " Koriza thinks about it. "I don't know... We could always try to convince some of the monks here to stop this plan..." "While that would be ideal, I don't think they will listen. We will have to figure out something else." The monks begin to move, and the dragon Zuzon begins speaking again. "Go now, child. You have more work to do. I trust you will succeed." You nod. > You and Koriza leave the monastery and head for the long way down the mountain. > You say "Hey, flying up this mountain may be hard, but gliding down should be easy... want to try and glide down to Krijgshamer town?" Koriza says "If we glide down from this mountain peak, we can reach the town in no time!" "Sounds good to me." Koriza says. So it is done, you two are back in your tiny but fast blimp. > You say "Koriza? I have an idea to solve the bloody Ruby house and Ebony claw Syndicate problem! I need to prepare some things, can you do some... diplomatic yipyap meanwhile? Some intel on Yuhroon would be nice. " Koriza nods, you can tell she's really happy to work with you. "Sure thing, let's do it" "Alright, I'm gonna go get some rest and dream up a plan." You fall asleep instantly. You dream of a world made out of music. You are composing a symphony... It sounds beautiful, although you have no idea what the fuck you are doing. Suddenly, you get reminded you can bestow powers on others, despite the large amount power it takes and your somewhat limited spell arsenal. > You explore Krijgshamer city, looking for a magical institute or something similar.

A necromancy using town must have one. You exit the blimp and find a big city. You ask a guard where the nearest magical institute is. He points you to a tower. You enter it and find yourself in a large library. After looking around, you realize this isn't just any library, it's a grimoire of spells. You look around and spot an old black dragon with a younger one. After some observation you approach them as it's obvious they are arch-mage and another high ranking member. > You say "Greetings. It is, I, Entropion. The new king of Korizan and as you can see, a purple dragon!" The arch-mage laughs and pats you on the back. "Well met, young one. What brings you here?" You explain your situation and ask if he has anything to help you with it. He explains that he has just the thing, a book called the necromantic arts. It's a book of necromantic spells which would be perfect for you as a death master and leader of the undead horde. He pulls out a book and gives it to you. > You say "Actually, my wife, Queen Koriza, wants to AVOID a war. We just got out of the despotate invasions. How much do you 2 know about your enemy, Khunbish? " The two high ranking mages tell you about their enemy. War is coming soon. They even know things about Khunbish you rather did not know. You are convinced about their expertise. the older black dragon has tasks here but you think the younger one works for your plan. > You say "You? Yes you, I, the king, am in need of your service. Which name do you go by?" "Cyrussion, sir" you and Cyrussion leave, saying goodbye to the old dragon. You lead Cyrussion to the middle of a field for discretion. > You say "Now, what I am telling you is all top secret. Don't you dare telling anyone. Affirmative?" "I won't say a word, sir." "Good. So, what do you know about white dragon bestow and dark Siphon?" You ask, tilting your head. Your chosen agent only confirmed the existence of bestow. It turns out you bestowing abilities is a rare type of magical handiwork! > You say "Okay, so here is the plan. I will give you the middle level spell of disguise, which as you know, is normally unavailable to black dragons. You will impersonate Khunbish. Affirmative?" "You want me to impersonate the enemy leader?" "Yes, at least for a bit. We can fake your death when you reformed the Ruby dragons using your position." Cyrussion nods slowly, he is obviously anxious.
