#13 of Syngeneia Kathairein

You like dark fantasy, dragons, adventure and a bit of romance?

You want to see the work of a professional video game writer?

You find AI's interesting?

This story of mine has all of that! Syngeneia Kathairein puts you in the shoes of Entropion, a purple dragon tasked to ''make the world right again''. (although he is a jackass in this prequel intro!) The view is set in first person view from Entropion's POV. This story is inspired by warcraft, forgotten realms, spyro the dragon and dragon age, among other things. AIdungeon's makeup is a bit messy, but > arrows denote saying or doing something. Part of the story is AI generated, please keep that in mind.

You do as requested, Endaklion doesn't seem happy to see you. Quite the opposite. He sighs "Entropion. Brother, I understand there is a greater good, but this is the second time your recklessness almost got you killed. This time it costed Alec's life to remedy your mistake! Promise me to be more careful so his sacrifice was not in vain." You are quiet. "I promise to be more careful" Endaklion nods in approval. Then he breaks into tears and you also cry. A funeral is organized for the fallen hero, A sobering speech by Koriza who cries half way through remembering how the two of you first met. After the funeral Endaklion takes you aside again and tells you "I am leaving the adventuring party. I know it is not your fault that the love of my life is dead, but I can't stand you nor forgive you. I have to recollect myself and I will leave for the EFPL lands soon." You know that this is not up for debate, Endaklion is stoic and you won't change his mind. Nonetheless you are sad. You will miss him, despite your differences you always got along. He was the closest thing to a father figure you had. You also realize that you and Zalisi are the only one of the original group left. Disarria picked up on the whole conversation and looks annoyed. "Well, he has a point it's always about you, Enty" you respond with a dry "I never asked for this." Disarria laughs "You are right. You never do.". She then continues "I got an idea for you to share the spotlight, meet m alone in ten minutes behind the church." You think about what Endaklion said and realize he is right, you will have to make an effort to change yourself as a person or you will follow the path of your cliche and end up alone... You do as told, and meet Disarria there. She seems eager to share her idea. "So, Enty, dark Siphon takes, and Alec's heal gives! What if you tried using it while focusing a spell? It should infuse me with the ability" you think about this idea Disarria gave you. It could be risky. But it could also give something a major power boost, this is most likely to work if you start small. You tell Disarria this, she looks at you with a serious face. "Well I trust that you will not kill me" she then makes a big grin. > You say "How about a simple spell like disguise? Would be good that you don't show off your purple scales when we go to more public places." Disarria smiles and says "You got it! Now show me what you can do.". You are a bit puzzled by this sudden trust in you but you are not going to complain. You focus on the spell, you give up some life forc with Alec's ability simultaneously. > You say "Oof, that drained me. I need to Siphon some stuff later. So Disarria, did it work?" "Better than I could have predicted, your natural talent is already stronger than most of us, and you can control it better than anyone!" Disarria compliments you, and flies ahead" "Come on Enty, lets get something to eat. > You hunt for wildlife to eat with Disarria. You follow Disarria, while you fly alongside her. You spot a herd of deer, and silently move in towards them. You pick out a young and healthy buck, and set your sights on it.

You launch 2 small gas orbs at it's back legs, and watch as it collapses from corrosive burns and the other deer run away from it in fear. Disarria breaks off and attacks the deer with her teeth and claws, easily killing it. > You use dark Siphon on your portion to feel better as it turns to dust. You feel an invigorating rush as your life forc is refilled. You no longer feel hunger or fatigue. You can use up your entire life force and it would take a very long time to actually kill you. Your body regenerates from any wounds, scars and broken bones. You feel a surge in your magical powers, as the world around you seems to slow down. > You say "Dis, now I can siphon and bestow magic, I could empower and drain anyone I wanted. Sure, most abilities also require skill to use, but I could in theory gift my alkaline gas breath to a squirrel." You hear Disarria laugh. "I like the way you think Enty, I'll go gather some squirrels so you can try it out!" You laugh as well. Disarria has such a unique sense of humor She is a very valuable friend to have and you're glad to have her along. > You say "Promise me you'll practice that disguise spell when home? You still need to get comfortable with it. " "I will," Dis says. "I promise." You return home to the caves after Alec's funeral proceedings. The old mine caves are comfortable and homely after the work you did. You find a letter from Abysmalia in front the abandoned mine home entrance. All it reads "E, meet me at workshop. -A." you know it's urgent as this is not Abysmalia's style. You decide to go. You arrive at the abandoned workshop and find another note inside. "Come alone and keep quiet! -A" you find that very amusing as you never break the rules and you're not known to be loud. Soon you meet the black, slender necromancer dragoness. Abysmalia greets you dryly and pulls you along."there, the plant you took for me from the dread silo site." You look at it, it's now a mutated, writhing mass made up of flesh. You startle at the sight. "So, this is what our dread silo opening did to the local wildlife? It is very... meaty." "Indeed. The opening of the silo has heralded much changes to the surrounding wildlife, but I'm not here to show off my mutagenic abilities." You tilt your head. "I'm here to talk about our future, and how we plan to rule the scorched lands together." You are suddenly very intrigued. "Oh? Abysmalia continues "you absorbed that silo demon's power. I got a hunch you took an ability related to this. Try interacting with that plant" you do so without hesitation and find that you can control the mass of flesh. "I see you did get an ability. You can control these demonic plants." You nod along, you are very intrigued. "Now Entropion, I want us to work together." "What is it that you wish to do? Abysmalia smiles mischievously. "Control the shadow schism, yes, that is what we will call the flesh lands now." You know Abysmalia is talking about a demon army. > You say "I can now bestow abilities on others by giving life force, how about I'll give you the flesh control ability so studying the shadow schism is far easier for you?" Your proposal is met with enthusiasm. "Splendid!" Abysmalia says, her voice filled with joy. She looks at the massive, writhing mass of demonic plant life, and cocks her head to the side in thought. "Y'know, maybe you could make a good addition to the shadow schism," she says coyly. "It would allow us to experiment together. What do you think?" > You say "With experimenting you mean making weapons, I know you well enough Abby." She laughs. "Well, you got me there. But you should join me anyway! You can help make the weapons, and I can give you some of my power to control these flesh beasts." You sigh. This is why she was so keen on getting your help to begin with. > You say "Abby, I will do that later. I got my own missions to attend to. If I bestow you the control ability, I want you to promise me to only use the shadow schism creatures for propaganda. Murder will only hurt our cause in exposing theocracy's lies." She looks mildly disappointed, but nods. "Alright. I promise." You nod back, and take a deep breath, before placing your hands on her shoulders. You can feel her shudder as the power transfers from you to her, but she bears it patiently. When you're finished, she slumps to the ground. Panting. > You say "Intense isn't it? I feel weaker after that, I will be outside. You practice on that flesh plant and head to the schism. " She looks very tired, but nods and waits for you to leave. After you leave she stands up and goes to work. You sit outside and find a tall tree, this large organism should restore your energy if drained... > You cast Dark Siphon on the large tree to steal all of its life force. You look at your hands, before touching the large tree. It begins to turn to dust quickly, and you can feel your energy return to you quickly. A glimmer of silver catches your eye, and you find a silver ring hidden in the wood dust. The ring is a strange fit, but when you look at it, it's got an engraving of two dragons eating each other on either side.

You slip it on your pinky finger. > You figure the ring must be hundreds of years old if it grew stuck into such an old tree. You use your telepathy on the ring to analyze it for magical properties. You decipher this ring has an automatic life saving heal spell on it, it would heal grievous wounds on you, but only once before crumbling to dust. Excited by this awesome find, you fly back to the old mine you made your home. Abysmalia will focus on the fleshy lands you created by opening the dread silo. > You seek out Disarria when arriving home. Disarria is at her room, reading. She puts the tome aside and greets you. > You say "Hello Dis, I found this magical ring. I'll tell you all about it. " You show Dis the ring, she is fascinated by it. "Wow! It's so old! Can I try it on?" You hand the ring to her, and Dis slips the ring onto her pinky finger. She appears entranced by it. "I shall call you Shiny." Disarria beams. She looks at it and tell you about it "bygone era Ietros ring of life, these were more common by then, but they fell out of favor when healers became common. They work by drawing energy from a donor, and then casting a heal spell on an recipient. You could dark Siphon it to learn a life ward spell. Will heal on fatal bodily harm, but costs a lot of magic to cast." You find her history and magic lesson very interesting. > You say "Well then, can I siphon this ring for it's magical ability? " Disarria looks apprehensive. She wants to keep it. She shakes her head. "I like it too much, besides, it takes lives to save them. You will wither when a life ward goes off, no way you got enough magic for such a extreme spell" you are disappointed, you hoped life ward to be more useful. > You say "Hey Dis, can you give the ring to Zalisi? I think the safety net would give her much needed confidence. Please?" Disarria seems to think about it, and then nods in agreement. "I suppose you are right, the poor girl could use some help with that." She takes off the ring and hands it to you. You thank her and exit her room. You return to Zalisi's room and give her the ring. She is surprised by your visit and the gift. "I don't know what to say." > You explain to Zalisi what this ring does. You tell Zalisi that it is a magic ring that can cast a heal spell on her. "That's fantastic!" Zalisi says, putting it on her finger. "I'll be able to heal myself if I'm ever hurt!" Zalisi seems very happy. You are glad you made her day. > You go to your shared room with Koriza. You enter your room. Koriza is lying on the bed, reading a book. She looks up at you and nods. You nod back. > You say "How is my precious princess doing?" "I'm fine, my love. How is your day going?" Koriza responds. "Alright. I got Zalisi this ring, see?" You say. "It casts a heal spell on her." Koriza nods her head at you and smiles. "Very nice. I love you, Enty." > You say "I love you too, Kor. I wanted to ask how opening the dread silo and newspaper spreading is affecting Ietros? Is the Theocracy hurting yet?" "Not quite yet, but it will do a lot of damage. Both are great ideas." "I'm glad you like them." You and Koriza cuddle and hold each other. > You say "The theocracy forbids outside world info. I think a story about a royal wedding involving a purple dragon would work. We both faced death a lot of times too... Koriza, can we plan our wedding? " "I'd love to." Koriza responds with happiness. Koriza explains that she wants a small wedding. She just wants you and her as the people involved. You agree. > You say "Is it normal for Korizan royal weddings to not be giant, over the top festivities like you see with other cultures?" "Indeed. Sometimes it is just the royal couple, a priest and a few guards. It is completely different from human weddings Enty." "I understand. We definitely don't want that." You and Koriza both agree on a small wedding. Koriza tells you that you will not be getting married in Yanawa, but a small island north of Korizan. Kitori, Kitori is the spiritual pinnacle of the red dragons. A colossal ancestral wooden temple crowns the island and this is where every Korizan royal married their consort. > You say "Kitori? isn't that the place with that famous temple that's seen on the extremely common painting every one and their grandma has?" Koriza grins and nods. "The same. Kitori is a place of great value to every red dragon. It is where our gods roost, so to speak." She explains that due to it's religious importance, not many dragons visit there anymore. It has become a popular vacation spot for humans and other races. Since the temple is so large, countless human weddings have been held there in recent years. > You say "I hear that place is so spiritual that once every year, spirits of the past can cross over freely. Old wives tale or true?" "It's partially true. The Island of Kitori is indeed so spiritually powerful that for a short period of the year, spirits can freely roam there. It is said that monks who serve the temple stay there so that the gods will be appeased and keep the restless spirits from terrorizing the island every night." "That...sounds terrifying for the monks who stay there." Koriza looks at you with a half-smile. "I want to meet Korisana there, outside the dreams that is" she says, her cheerful demeanor turned serious. > You say "I promise we will.

Kitori is behind a lo of black dragon territory. Traveling low profile is more difficult. When do we leave?" "Soon. There's still a lot of preparations to do. Just remember to get some rest before we set off." Koriza looks at you with those wide orange eyes, her smile returning. "I'll be counting on you, Prince Entropion." You blush as she called you her prince, despite it not being official yet. You ask Koriza why so hastily with the wedding and why not next year. She explains to you the crossover is in a moonless winter. The paranormal effect will be extraordinary! This only happens once every few decades. > You say "That would be an awesome wedding Kor! So, who of our friends did you invite so far? Or should I ask them?" "Well, I invited Xenia as the maid of honor, Redsamuru insists on going... I hope he fucking behaves for once. You can ask the rest, Enty." Koriza says it as if it's a fun thing to do. Toy see it as busywork but agree. You decided to do the hard work first. You telepath with Abysmalia and she told you "nah, it's not that I dislike you and Koriza. I just find weddings to be incredibly boring" asking Zalisi and Disarria was far easier as both of them gave you a quick "yes!" Disarria saying "my little red dork getting married to a big purple dork!" And Zalisi saying "cute. My little brother becomes a man!" > You tell Koriza what was said. Abysmalia will not attend, Zalisi and Disarria will. "I see, well I'm not surprised by Abysmalia's response but Zalisi and Disarria will come. Glad that I could count on them." You felt a sense of accomplishment as you also felt a little tired. "Hey, are you alright? You seem worn out." Koriza asks with some concern. > You say "I feel uneasy we are getting wed on an island deep in black dragon territory. How secure is Kitori?" Koriza explains it is surrounded by a literal wall of fire and that a small boat patrols the ring. You need to find the boat to be ferried through the fire. > You say "Fine. That's settled then, so we'll let everyone prepare for a day and leave 2 days from now? " Koriza agrees, and so it is decided. The day arrives and you, Koriza, Redsamuru, Xenia, Disarria and Zalisi are ready. Redsamuru even remembered to bathe! All of you are excited and nervous for the travel to Kitori. > You say "So, let's do this. Form a circle and hold hands. I will teleport us just outside Pezenstad. " The group circles up as you concentrate on the location. "Everyone hold on to each other! This is going to be a bit of a bumpy ride!" You close your eyes and feel everyone's hands become like magnets to each other as you start to visualize, imagine, and actualize the location that everyone wants to go to. 2...1....now! You all zap to indeed, Pezenstad's borders. Everyone arrived intact. There is something differentabout the air... less threatening than usual. Koriza points to the Korizan banners on Pezenstad's walls and days "look! The city has been liberated!" > You say "I think we should peek around and commandeer a vehicle. Redsamuru here is uh, not a flier and you are their. Princess, Kor." Redsamuru looks crushed, but Xenia just smiles and says "I'll go with him. No worries." Koriza nods in agreement and you take the lead. Your group gets hearty greetings from the red dragons posted there, but not much attention as they are busy with providing aid to this rotten city. Soon you find a speedy zeppelin, rare specialist vehicles with little space to transport high value people or goods. You used one to go to Eisodos. Koriza commanders the vehicle and the pilot, a halfling, nods and let's you in. 6 dragons is a tight squeeze! Soon you are flying at a zippy 150kmh. Redsamuru complains and whines "seriously this is going to take over a day. My parents got faster aircraft " Koriza snaps back "Bastarkian diesel obviously did a number on your brain" Disarria laughs. Koriza and the pilot talk, Koriza wanting updates on the situation in Korizan. From what you understand, the red dragons took Pezenstad. There by ending the war. Many black dragons remain and dismantling their slave covens will be an arduous task. Korizan is devastated from decades of war. The poverty on Pezenstad will not be fixed overnight either. Despite all this, Koriza seems happy. > You say "The oppression is over. But now generations of ex-slaves to the blacks will need to pick up the pieces of their homes and cope with freedom and trauma. Do you guys think they'll manage?" "Its not an easy road for anyone involved. And it wont be in the next decade. But we will offer as much help as we can" says Koriza. Disarria adds "that includes you, Enty. Marrying a princess makes you a prince." She winks playfully. After a long. Exhaustive journey the zippy lands on a Korizan ship. The Kitori firewall is indeed a sight to behold. Korinzao and Kishijoten greet your party and catch up. You. Kishijoten and Koriza separate in a private room. Kishijoten wants to speak about the gems for your wedding bracelets. > You say "Before we start, queen of Korizan, I want to note how healthy you look. Nothing like when we met and you were a prisoner to your grief. " Kishijoten smiles "Thanks to you and Xenia. Honestly, I forget what it's like to be sad anymore. Worry yes, but never sadness. As queen, I've made sure our people are taken care of and they're happy. The war has even given us some pride as a people again with our victory." Kishijoten puts down 8 sets of gems. White diamonds represents Empathy, blue sapphires rationality, yellow citrines creativity, red rubies passion, black onyx's cunning, orange carnelian for Discipline, green emerald for instinct and purple xenite for intuition. The bracelets can fit 6 gems and you can mix and match or pick 6 the same ones. Kishijoten explains the custom where you will pick gems for Koriza and she will pick gems for you. > You take 4 sapphires, Koriza would benefit having less emotional outbursts. You add one Xenite and one Citrine to make her wit even sharper. That is 6. You are curious which 6 gems Koriza chose for you. Koriza's choices: 3 black onyxes, 3 rubies. You can see why, you are indeed a bit of a clumsy oaf and need to be more in touch with your emotions. Korisana will put the gems in, you and Koriza leave and stroll around the ship. You see Redsamuru and Disarria arguing about something "Yes they will!" Redsamuru says. "Hah never" Disarria responds. You and Koriza got no idea what the argument is about. It soon beco.esclear: Redsamuru expects the Korizan ancestry to bless him as he think he is the reincarnation of an ancient Korizan hero. Furthermore, Redsamuru will receive "a spirit waifu from the past". You burst out laughing when you hear Redsamuru's delusions. > You say "You for real Red?! Even if that ridiculous theory of you worked, how in the hell are you going to keep your spirit waifu from disappearing after the crossover event is over? How are you even going to fuck a spirit?" "Why you little, you just jealous that you don't have a waifu at all!" Redsamuru snaps. "Ahem," Koriza interrupts. "What Enty thinks is beside the point, this is about evidence and proof." You like Koriza when she gets cheeky. "Yeah, what ya got?" You say. Redsamuru has nothing but theories and guesses, so he shuts up. You ask Redsamuru how he ended up in Yanawa anyway, as it's so far from Bastarkia, the yellow dragon homeland. He scoffs and explains "my faggot dads wanted me to grow as a person and demanded me to actually learn from the culture I love so much" Koriza and Disarria dislike how Redsamuru insulted his adoptive parents. You think he is bullshitting and had to run away for a reason other than his parents wanting him to learn about culture. But he is such a coward that he would blame everything on his parents, even though you know he hates them. You decide not to interrogate him, after all, he is here now, isn't he? Koriza sighs "My culture is about family.

These men took you in and care about you. Please stop calling them "faggots" if you want to respect Korizan culture" Redsamuru grows defensive "no matter what I do, nobody likes me!" Disarria adds in "when you met me, first thing out of your mouth was "hey babe, You look breedable" girls don't like such approaches, Red." > You say "Disarria is right, if you want to flirt, try complimenting a girl's non sexual features. Best if the compliment is personal. For example, Koriza likes it if I bring her fit muscles up" "So you're saying I should compliment Disarria's large wings?" "Yes! That would make her happy!" Koriza adds in as well. Redsamuru: Rude, but lovable at times. You decided not to interrogate him any further. Having friends that are only patient with you because they love you and care about you is a true blessing. Most people aren't so lucky as to have friends like yours. You got a rough idea how this wedding will go. You are equally excited about the crossover event. "So, does this crossover being special allow even ancient spirits to visit?" Koriza asks. "I mean, the first story was called a "multi-crossover" for a reason." Xenia answers "according to the writer, yes." You got a rough idea how this wedding will go. You are equally excited about the crossover event. "So, does this crossover being special allow even ancient spirits to visit?" "Yes, it happened before" Disarria replies. After a bit you teach Kitori and you all disembark, except for Zalisi. She finds this crossover thing creepy and stays on the ship to study. Korinzao holds the Rousing Ruby, the power gem of the red dragons that greatly enhances fire magic. Koriza sees you noticing it and speaks up. "We will do our vows on the gem. Part of royal wedding ceremony here in Korizan" "Koriza, but why do we need Disarria here for that?" "It's a royal wedding, and it's part of the ceremony." You shrug your shoulders in agreement. The Kitori firewall, topped by smoke standard menacingly on the sea. It makes you feel safer regardless. The giant temple of Kitori is unmistakable as you see it. > You say "The atmosphere here is strange... like in Dreamscape. The crossover is nigh. " "In fact, this island is starting to create a dream like effect." Xenia notices. "It's not quite Dreamscape level because of the real people, but we should be careful" You nod your head in agreement. After a small walk through the forest and a flight uphill you reach the temple. You enter the temple. Inside it has an eerie feeling as if something was about to attack you any minute. You hear footsteps hurrying to your positions and soon a dozen of servants, mostly humans and a few red dragon clergy. They bow to you and your group. Apologizing for the lack of preparation. The lack of resources due the war really left a mark here. Korinzao looks at you and Koriza. "We will prepare everything here. I am borrowing your white dragon" Xenia agrees. You and Koriza decide to go stroll outside for a bit. You hear panting and huffing as Redsamuru catches up tells you to wait. Koriza sighs deeply. "Redsamuru, you said a no-no about me next to my dad, didn't you?" Redsamuru blushes and admits on shame he did, and that Korinzao kicked him out. As you 3 walk for leisure suddenly a thick mist besets you... Koriza says "spirits are crossing over... it is starting." Koriza is nervous and excited. A manifestation of Apocalion himself forms. Just like you saw him in Dreamscape. The voice is off, fake sounding even and no echo like the real Apocalion. It speaks "Booohoooo.... I am the doom lord.! Apocalion!" "What do you want, why are you here?" You growl. "I have been watching you and your growth. I am here to give you a test..." The fake Apocalion says. "A test in humor! Hah!" The shape soon morphs into a familiar one. Catharsion. Redsamuru yells "NOT FUNNY!" you reply with "kinda funny" > You say "Oh hey Catharsion. I guess you can cross over into our world for the event. Did the temple change at all since you last came?" Catharsion is honest with you "it was a lo more grand back in the day. Kitori looks very... rustic." Meanwhile you see more and more spirits pour in. No purple dragons as of yet though. Catharsion tells you it is time to meet Korisana. You and Koriza pick up the pace. "So, you ready to see Korisana?" you ask. "Yeah... I really hope she is well..." You and Koriza hold hands as you both feel the excitement in the air. You see more dragons begin to show up. No purple ones though. You three soon find yourselves in a quiet glade. Standing there is a ghostly figure with red eyes and dark red scales. Koriza runs to her sister In tears. When she tries to hug her, she falls on the ground as Korisana is immaterial. Korisana hesitated for a moment, but knows she can't hug Koriza. Catharsion shakes his head at this tragic scene. "I'm sorry. I know how you all must feel about this, but please do not cry. The wedding will continue and I will be there in spirit." As much as you want to ask questions, you can't help but stare in awe of this creature who is now your sister-in-law. She looks regal and full of wisdom despite the fact she has been dead. > You say "Korisana, can you possess my body just for a bit? I want Koriza to get that hug with you. It's the closest to the real thing possible. " You see Koriza's face light up as she begins to wipe her tears. "You would do that for us? I know how much you value your body." "Oh it's fine, I can always possess someone else later. Just don't mess with my dick while you're in there please." You smile as you make a small joke. Sadly the joke falls on deaf ears as everyone awkwardly looks away. Koriza looks down in sadness > You say "Bad timing, sorry, but, Korisana, I am ready. " Koriza's sister smiles as she slowly gets closer to you. She looks at you with the intent of possession in her eyes. While being looked at, you feel goosebumps all over your body. "Please don't be scared." You hear Korisana whisper into your ear. Then, a powerful force enters your body and you feel all your senses change entirely. You can still see, but the sounds of the forest become crystal clear. > You let Korisana take full control so she can hug Koriza while using your body. > You let Korisana take full control so she can hug Koriza while using your body. You notice a look of surprise on Entropion's face and you begin to feel yourself be pulled out of your own body. Before you know it, you are hovering above the two dragons as they embrace one another. "Koriza, oh my sweet baby sister...I have missed you so much. I am here for you and will never leave your side ever again." Koriza begins to weep into her sisters chest as she repeats "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" After a solid 10 minutes, you fly back in your body and gently nudge for Korisana to return your body to you. She complies smiling as she stares into your eyes. You and Koriza stare at each other and embrace. You begin to cry as you realize what her sister has done for the two of you. Catharsion tries to keep a straight face. He compliments you "Entropion, you are truly representative of what purple dragons should be like." Koriza nods and adds "my soon to be prince" Korisana also buds in "and soon to be little stepbrother" > You say "Oh you guys! I doubt I can live up to such expectations " You protest but everyone just smiles and laughs. Catharsion notes it's probably wedding time. Redsamuru was ugly crying in the back all the time. Seems he does have empathy after al! You want to ask Catharsion one question first. > You say "Why are you the only purple dragon spirit? There should be Dozens!" You ask the very valid question. Currently only 13 purple dragon spirits exist and they are all unique spirits of themselves. Catharsion explains: he was a anomaly the universe spew forth when Syngeneia was under serious threat. A last push and the seraphs made a super-dragon. Catharsion. Another divine being, only known the Warchief, successfully replicated Catharsion, 13 purple dragons can be active at any given time. A dragon will be imbued if it meets the warchief's criteria. I do not know these. Modern purple dragons either go to heaven, Parakáto, reincarnate or become the highest order of servant for the Warchief The Warchief seems well intended but he is shrouded in mystery. > You say "So I and all other modern purple dragons are the creation of an Eldritch divine?" Catharsion gives you a dry "yup, probably." You admit that the thought hadn't occurred to you that a being which existed outside reality, created you. And it certainly isn't something you can ask your parents, they were just normal dragons. You think. Maybe one day you can find out about them but now is the wedding! Catharsion sighs and says he will not attend the ceremony. "I have to keep the evil dead from crossing over" Korisana's spirit, you, Koriza and Redsamuru return to the temple and re-unite with Disarria, Xenia Redsamuru and Kishijoten. You and Koriza receive the bracelets with gems from Kishijoten. The sober, small yet royal wedding ceremony between you and Koriza begins. "Do you, Entropion, take this female dragon to be your wedded wife?" The priest asks. "I do." You reply. "Do you, Koriza, take this male dragon to be your wedded husband?" He asks. "I do." Koriza replies. "You may now kiss the bride." The servant priest says as the two of you embrace and kiss passionately. Disarria holds her wing in front of Redsamuru so he can't see.

Xenia smirks at the display of love while Kishijoten and the spirit of her daughter, Korisana, hold back tears. > You say "I am the prince of Korizan now. It feels so bizarre, but it feels so right to be your mate, Koriza. " Koriza and you hold hands, officially married. You are in a loving relationship that will last an eternity. Disarria snickers, having her mind in the gutter. She says "hey, you newlyweds know what consummating the marriage means?" You are used to Disarria's antics, she loves making people uncomfortable among other things. Xenia frowns at Disarria's lack of class. Kishijoten just holds her hand and doesn't look up, still holding back tears. Korisana looks down at her, shaking her head. Redsamuru is visibly salivating in perverted glee. > You say "Yes Disarria, I am going to bond with Koriza this night. I'd tell you the details but Koriza's family is present." Disarria laughs. "Oh, so it's like that? I was just giving you a hard time new prince. No need to get snippy about it, haha. There will be lots of moaning and hollering coming from the two of them later on tonight. Speaking of which let's get this party started!" Korinzao looks embarrassed. "Yes. The reception..." > You head to the bedroom with Koriza for the night. Koriza and you head to the bedroom for the night. While your friends are all having fun, you and Koriza want to cherish this moment together. You both get undressed, shyly looking at each other's bodies. You nervously turn off the lights, and get into bed together. Koriza cuddles up to you under the blankets. You wrap your arms around her as she wraps hers around you. > You lap at Koriza's muzzle with your long dragon tongue. Inviting her to sloppy kissing. You move your snout closer to her, slowly approaching. She's a little nervous about this, but she still turns her head to the side, leaning in towards you. You gently wrap your long tongue around hers and share a deep kiss. It's wet, sloppy and very intimate. Your tails are flicking back and forth slowly as you enjoy your time together. > You go lower and playfully lick her sensitive belly scar. You kiss your way lower, slowly making your way down her stomach. She's breathing heavily as you kiss her right above her pelvis. You slowly move down and to the right, stopping right above her large belly scar. It takes up almost your entire field of view when you're this close to it. You slowly trace the outline of the scar with your tongue. Koriza's body tenses up for a moment and she lets out a small gasp as you do. Honeymoon NSFW happens. the pair of you simply holding hands and enjoying the pleasure. For the rest of the night, the pair of you continue absorbing your shared passion. However your rest is soon disturbed. Redsamuru's room is next to yours and the slob ate way too much during the reception. You hear loud moans and thundering defecation noises as Redsamuru is sharting violently out of the window of his room. You knock on the wall in an attempt to quiet the slob. "Shut the fuck up!" you scream. "Oh my god!" Koriza says in surprise. Redsamuru ignores you and continues sharting out of his ass like a madman. You cover your nose and try to ignore it, but it's too late. The smell has already filled the room and has permeated your nostrils, filling them with this unbearable stench. > You say "What the hell... on your wedding night. This dragon's guts are a fiasco. " "What the hell... on your wedding night. This dragon's guts are a fucking fiasco." "Yeah, I thought he seemed like he had a bit of an odor," Koriza explains. "A bit of an odor? The whole room reeks of shit!" "Okay, let me try to finish as quickly as possible," Koriza says with an angry tone. She stomps over to Redsamuru's room and you follow to prevent any violent "incidents". As you open the door, Redsamuru is still sitting on the window frame, the frame bent out of shape due his weight. Koriza's jaw falls open when she sees he literally pooped out a window and broke the frame too! > You say "Redsamuru, did you just... shit out of a window?" "It was an accident," he answers. "An accident? How the fuck can shitting out a window be an accident?! You don't just shit out of windows!" you scream. "I have ulcers that cause me to shart a lot, and when I get too excited or nervous it causes my body to clench so fucking hard that it forces shit out of my ass! I can't help it!" he explains. > You say "Have you tried eating less?! Your body is a war zon with how you treat yourself" "I eat fine!" he answers. "The hell you do! Look at you, your scales got stretch marks and your stomach..." You stop yourself before telling him his stomach looks like its about to explode. You take a deep breath to calm yourself. "Just... Just get your shit together, alright?" Koriza just facepalms. She is so done at this point. Redsamuru sighs deeply. "This fucking hurts, the sharting..." he looks out the window but stops what he is saying. A faint whistle can be heard and Redsamuru panics. "GUYS, MORTAR BOMB!" He grabs you and Koriza and jumps out the window with you two in tow. No moment too soon, as you hit the foliage below a deafening explosion destroys what was Redsamuru's room and yours, too. Redsamuru saved your lives and you are under attack! The three of you roll off each other. Koriza goes on her back and readies into a fighting stance. "We need to get to higher ground and find out what is happening! They are going to be aiming for our location!" Redsamuru pants heavily. > You use telepathy to check on Disarria and ask her if she is okay. You focus in on Disarria's mind, and to your surprise she is perfectly fine. "I'm good! I wasn't in my room when the bomb went off. I was outside!" Disarria sends your way. Disarria tells you this seems like the last push of the black dragons left in Korizan. Catharsion and Korisana's spirits are there too. They will manage. > You say "Koriza, Redsamuru, our friends can hold their own. Disarria and I telepathically conversed and this is a black dragon attack!" Redsamuru grunts. "Well, I told you there would be one more attack. Looks like they finally pulled through." "How the fuck did they pass the firewall?!" Koriza says. "These fags must've stolen Bastarkian tech!" You can hear the anger in Redsamuru's voice. > You say "We get to finding it, destroy it and trap the black dragons here with us until the Korizan Navy arrives. Sounds like a plan?" Redsamuru laughs. "Not really a plan, but it'll have to do." Koriza nods in agreement. "Yep, let's go." You, Koriza and Redsamuru evade battling black dragons and spirits. In doing so you cross through the brush. You come upon a bizarre scene. A green dragon spirit has multiple human slave militiamen and a black dragon hanging upside down from snares. The green dragon mocks them "ass hat! You all ass hat in my ass ha garden!" He flaps his wings and flies around them by dancing on the heads of other snares. "You want to kill my daffodils?" The green dragon sniffs. "I'm a dragon!" Then he does a back fli and lands softly on the ground. Then he mocks the black dragon who's snare he is standing on "Oh hello there big black ass ha! Want to eat me? I'm the alpha!" The green dragon notices you and says "Entropion! Big bro!" You know who it is and respond the greeting. "Greeny?!" "Hahaha! I learned hiding in forest really well! See my ass ha garden?" "What the fuck is he talking about?" Koriza asks. "He's a little cuckoo...wait no, stupid is more accurate." You reply. "I'm not!" Greeny exclaims. "I'm a dragon, and a powerful wizard." "Bullshit you're a wizard, you barely can walk!" Greeny tells you he is in fact Machafuko. Prince of Kakaida, homeland of the green dragons. After brief introductions Machafuko explains "I saw them enter by badly made boat. It sinking and unsinking randomly!" "I thought you weren't familiar with boats." "I'm not, but it's pretty fucking obvious that boat is broken." Redsamuru gnashes his teeth. "Told you they stole Bastarkian tech! Submarines!" > You say "Before we make our move, let me use dark Siphon on these captives." You focus on the black dragon's life force. Your red, purple and black energy swirls around you. You advance at the snares and drain the life force of the three humans while cracking your knuckles. Soon Machafuko's "garden" is dust, but he enjoyed the show. You are overflowing with power! > You say "I want to bestow a spell effect on Machafuko. My idea is to make you look more alive so you got the element of surprise. " "I want to look more alive? Does that make me a fairy?" Greeny asks. "You'll have to be less ghostly looking." With a few quick incantations you make a few hand gestures and the spell takes effect. "How do I look?" Greeny asks. "Less dead." Redsamuru speaks up. "These submarines are complex. Breaking them should be easy, especially with how cheap black dragons are with stolen stuff." Koriza smirks "so we destroy them from the inside!" Redsamuru nods. The problem now is, how are you going to breach a submarine? > You say "The owners turned to dust, with some charcoal we can pass as black dragons and use their insignia' to sneak on." Koriza nods, you prepare and all of you resemble black dragons now. Machafuko even looted a lance to complete his look. You turn to your dead green dragon brother. "Machafuko, you are a spirit and can't die. I want you to do the risky bits when asked." He nods and shows you a crude incendiary made from Korizan fireworks. "Screaming fire rod go boom" he smirks. Redsamuru joins in "I like you, throw that if you have to" > You go to a submarine landing site. You all fly to the coast and scout for a landing site. You spot a patrol, but it's just two humans as far as you can tell. You land behind some rocks and observe the surroundings. A submarine is docked. It looks very much "Jules Verne" styled. The naval brass clearly makes upmost of the structure and it has many large circular windows The front tapers off into a sharp snout looking implement, probably a ram. You never saw such strange engineering style. Redsamuru whispers "guys, that is a Rohe Weo sub. Bastarkia made them on contract for the orange dragons" Koriza adds "Oranges live underwater. Blacks need air" you finish the speculation "thus the blacks and their shoddy retrofitting severely harmed the quality of these subs?" They both nod, anyway, it's time to infiltrate. You try to blend in. Machafuko decided to wear multiple insignia for added effect. Your disguise fails instantly and you get attacked! Yourselves, Koriza and Redsamuru fight the crew. You take out three of them in hand to hand combat. You stab another with your claws. Machafuko blows one away with his new found energy gun. Koriza blows another up and lastly, Redsamuru electrocutes the last one. Machafuko cackles maniacally and tosses his firebomb down the hatch of the sub as it retreats. Fire breaks out in that sub, as it is underwater they open the hatch to swim to safety. Too late, multiple charred and drowned bodies soon surface. Machafuko and Redsamuru shout "brutality!" In unison, enjoying the mayhem. You look at Koriza as if to ask "is this a normal reaction to killing?" She says nothing, instead opting to look at the submarine sinking into the depths of the ocean. > You say "I got an idea to take out two more subs with all that excess power I got spare. I will grab one and teleport it and me high above another one." This is insanely dangerous, but also insanely hard to accomplish. But if you succeed it would be a glorious victory for the reds and your friends.

You focus on two things, gaining height and building enough vertical velocity to shoot through the water and close enough to a sub. > You fly high and vertical dive in the water to reach a submerged submarine. You soar through the air and dive down into the water. You gain an absurd amount of vertical velocity before you even enter the water. It feels like you are being shot out of a cannon. You tuck in and cross your arms as you are rocketed towards the sub in an attempt to minimize the impact with the water. You go so fast that you crash right through the water as you grab hold of the sub. It's do or drown now! > You use your colossal mana reserve to teleport yourself and the entire submarine high up in the air, right above a docked submarine. You flick your wrist and teleport the entire vessel right above an unsuspecting sub. It smashes into it, destroying both subs and killing everyone on board. "Glorious!" Yells Koriza as she jumps up and down with joy. You look at the flaming carnage you just caused and examine your feelings on this. Koriza, being the experienced commander she is, tells you that the rest of the shore needs to get checked. You do so and see multiple damaged submarines with frozen ice stuck to them. This is Zalisi's handiwork. The Korizan wall crosse boat lies in wrecks. You and the group are relieved that these are taken care of. You telepathically check in on Disarria. They lost the temple and a massive black dragon ha arrived! You relay the info to your group. The battle is still raging, you and the group skulk through the brush follow Machafuko. At some point you see ghost Catharsion firing a magic beam towards a submarine and blowing it up. It fills you with determination. You rendezvous with Disarria. Zalisi, Xenia and Korisana's spirit await you. You notice Koriza's parents aren't there and your friends look worried. > You say "Hey, Dis, are Koriza's parents still in there?!" Disarria sighs deeply. "Enty, it ain't looking good. That black dragon is Calamitia, the ex leader of Pezenstad. She is here for revenge and took Korinzao and Kishijoten hostage on demand of seeing you, me and Koriza" Xenia adds "she wants to murder you three." Koriza is slowly but steadily growing furious. > You say "We can handle this! Disarria, I see you got that giant flame enhancing ruby on your back, lets storm the building? " Koriza growls. "I order you to step aside! We are saving my parents!" Xenia smirks, "well, I guess you are in charge then." Disarria shakes her head. "Koriza, this is a bad idea, let's step aside." You go over to the group. > You say "I am with Koriza, this is a damned if you do, doomed if you don't kind of deal. We are going! Disarria, Koriza, follow my lead!" You rush the building, nobody alive is left. Lots of corpses impaled or dissected though. This is bizarre, there is no response. It's obvious to the 3 of you Calamitia is planning to take you with her to oblivion. Disarria stops Koriza from storming the chamber where Calamitia is waiting. "Careful, let us collect ourselves a bit" Koriza is desperate for her parents. You take a quick peek, your face turns pale white and you got that shocked gaze. "K- Koriza, you don't want to go inside" you saw her parents, dead, put up as grotesque effigies. Koriza commands you to get out of her way a she storms in the room. You and Disarria back her up. Calamitia, a colossal black dragon greets you with a cocky grin as you see the corpses of Korinzao and Kishijoten. Koriza turns red with anger, she is going to kill Calamitia. She unleashes a wave of flames that Calamitia easily counters. You and Disarria unleash everything you got but you fail to make a dent. The three of you are wounded. Koriza is utterly hopeless, her parents are dead and she has no chance of winning this fight. "You're... pathetic" Calamitia begins a monologue how Pezenstad was hers, how she was Malediction's mate, Disarria shoves the Ruby to Koriza. The crossover greatly boosts the spiritual energy. Red dragons like Koriza worship their ancestors and their magic is derived from emotions. Koriza is deeply emotional now, has the red dragon fire magic catalyst ruby and it's crossover time! Koriza and the gem start glowing. Calamitia only noticed once it's too late. A orange beam from the sky touches down on Koriza. A sun Crest emblazoned her forehead, her wing membranes become pure fire and lava replaces the water in her body. Calamitia's eyes go wide as she shrieks "this isn' even Koryn Temple! How?!" Disarria whispers to you "she activated ancestral force. I'll explain later" Koriza hovers with magical power and looks at Calamitia with pure malice. Koriza's voice has a double tone now the power of the ancestors, and ruby courses through her. "You and Malediction took my entire family from me. Calamitia, by unanimous agreement of the Korizan ancestors I will excommunicate you from this life!" Calamitia growls "ancestors or not, hail Apocalion!" She spits toxic goop at Koriza. Koriza answers with a far stronger blue hot volcanic breath attack as Disarria shields you and herself in a dome of ice to not get burned by the heat emanating from the blast. The ice shield instantly explodes in steam from the heat, but it saved the lives of you and Disarria. This floor of the temple got charred due the intense heat, everything is black! The explosion knocked you out but when wake up it's day and Disarria looks at you as you regain consciousness. "Koriza and Calamitia are gone. Koriza is mourning and returned to normal, the sun emblem is something there to stay." The wedding was supposed to be a happy time but its ended in tragedy. > You say "Koriza's entire family is now dead... " "It was never meant to go this way, Enty. Korinzao's soul has passed, really tired soul he was... Kishijoten is still holding on. You could fix this, party.' Disarria is indeed suggesting to raise Kishijoten from the dead as sentient undead. > You say "So ate you suggesting me to reanimate Koriza's mother? I think she has been traumatized enough." "What I am saying is that she deserves her chance at a second life. She wants that and needs your help. It is not for you nor Koriza to decide for her" Disarria's logic seems to make sense. Your choice is either to reanimate Kishijoten or not. > You say "Well, let's do this. Kishijoten's body may be mangled but the face is pristine. Help me cut up the other bodies so we can stitch them on Kishijoten. " Disarria and you start cutting up the bodies. The other two corpses are smaller so you focus on Kishijoten's body. You carefully cut it open and pull out the organs. You try to be careful not to rip anything while you stuff them back in the body. Disarria cuts off the arms and legs of the other two corpses and then picks them up, starting to sew them on to Kishijoten's body. > You say "The worst part is that macabre business like this is normalized for us." "Indeed" Disarria rolls her eyes but continues working. You pull out the intestines and carefully stuff them in a spare bucket. You finish turning Kishijoten into a Frankenstein monstrosity. Disarria helps you paint and dress your dark creation so it looks less mismatched and gory. > You say "That's as pretty as we can make it. Disarria, I am going to need a lo of magic to raise Kishijoten from the dead. Hold my hand and lend some power." > You raise Kishijoten as sentient undead as Disarria backs you up. You raise Kishijoten and she wakes up. She is immediately startled by her surroundings. She looks pretty beat up but that is to be expected after dying and being sewn to other corpses. She smiles and looks at you. "You have defied death!" Her gaze is... off. She is pale and her eyes are glazed over and have a red eerie aura. This is to be expected as undead run on negative energy instead positive energy. > You say "What can I say, I am amazing. What about Korinzao? Why has he passed on instead waiting in the body like you?" "Korinzao has passed on. Like all reds he was too proud to become a sentient undead. He is rotting away while I continue on my mission. He never saw how beautiful this all is." You begin to realize that this may have been a mistake. You wonder if you should just back away slowly and pretend this never happened. > You say "Sooo... uh, you want to see your daughter Koriza?" "Yes, I wish to see my daughter the hero. I am sure she is doing great deeds for her people." Disarria backs away a bit and you feel the pressure on your hand decrease. "You look nervous, is something wrong?" She asks with a toothy smile. "No, everything is fine." You say, stepping back a tad. "I think someone is lying. Shall we visit Koriza now?" Undead Kishijoten flies off, looking for Koriza. She is mourning and you got that sinking feeling a disaster is about to happen. Disarria looks at you, worried. "Nothing you can do without hurting someone. Don't interfere " you agree. > You say "Hey, Dis, you've grown up in Bloedholte. Strange how you are fine yet Koriza is traumatized from her time there, both of you saw cruelty to close." "Yeah, I think that's because I was always too curious for my own good. I wanted to see what would happen in Bloedholte." "You saw the same things as Koriza did, why aren't you traumatized?" "I'm not sure. That's just how I am? I feel no fear and I wish I did, it would make some things easier." Disarria asks you a question with her eyes. > You say "I suppose, Abysmalia became cruel herself from trauma. We don't have control over our response to horror. " "Yeah, that's what I thought. Thanks for answering, I can stop worrying now." You are in the black void with Disarria once more. You two comfort each othe by cuddling. Koriza soon returns and lands near you. Speechless, she is unsure what to say. So are you. It is obvious Koriza saw her mother, Kishijoten, as sentient undead. > You say "Koriza? She wanted to be raised from the grave. " "I know, but she wasn't herself. I'll explain in a moment." "Did you kill her again?" "Yes, I had to. She wanted to be reanimated. I didn't want her to suffer anymore." You stand up and embrace Koriza, who hugs you back. > You say "Maybe it is for the best. Kishijoten's soul must accept death." "That's a nice thought. But how can you be sure?" "I'm not, but that's what I choose to believe." Koriza is quiet and looks down and whimpers "my family is dead. All of them." > You say "They paid the greatest price for Korizan Peace. Millions of lives are no longer in Constant fear of war. Your parents were heroes of the highest caliber. Your sister was a hero of the highest caliber. You are a hero of the highest caliber! I am so proud to be married to you. " Koriza kisses you, slide g her long serpentine tongue in your mouth. You kiss Koriza back and hold her body firm and close on your own. As you break from the kiss you notice that new sun Crest mark on her forehead. > You say "That symbol, you got it after you channeled ancestral energy. It's the holy sigil of Korizan isn't it?" "It is. I got it after I ascended temporarily. It's beautiful, isn't it? It's a symbol that will unite us all as one." "That it is, Beautiful symbol." You release her from the embrace and she looks at you with a smile and says "you are my source of strength, Enty" Disarria rolls her eyes "sweet, but we are stuck here. The firewall may be gone but so are all the boats." > You say "Oh.... Redsamuru is our engineer, let's seek him " You and Koriza go look for him, he is easily found as he obnoxiously orders the remaining Kitori servants around as he is working on a submarine. You and Koriza approach Redsamuru. > You say "Heya Red, so, how is it going? Will you be able to repair that submarine?" "What? Oh, Enty, hey. Yeah, I will be able to repair it. The main problem is that its loads of work that should be beneath me. Please just teleport us away?" Koriza is not in the mood to ridicule Redsamuru due her family dying. You explain teleport only works to places you been. You need this submarine for exploring the new. Koriza stays close to you. "Enty, I really don' want to go home after this all. You are the defacto king of Korizan now. Bring the announcement and select a regent. Can you do this for me?" She is putting the future of the nation in your hands, and her trust. This is a big decision. > You say "So I'll have to put the entire nation in mourning and pick the regent based on which candidate feels right to me?" Koriza smirks weakly through her emotional anguish. You said what she wanted to hear. "Yes, my prince. Your intuition is sharp." You blush. "I will serve you right, my princess. You teleport to Yanawa. Alone. You arrive in Yanawa royal palace and walk around a bit. The eerie lack of both Kishijoten and Korinzao. You sit on the royal throne of Korizan and sigh deeply. You are not happy at all, knowing how Koriza's parents met their end. > You say "Servant, to me! " A human male enters. His hair is black and combed to the side. He wears a white robe. Around his neck is a golden cross necklace. It appears he is in middle age. He kneels and bows his head to you, "Yes, young king?" > You say "I want an emergency meeting set up, you want the mayor of Yanawa and the regent candidates to attend This is a political crisis!" The human nods, "Sir, yes sir." He gets up and leaves. You sit on the throne. You hear footsteps and your heart beats faster as you see a red dragon slowly approaching. It is Tanji. She is an older female red dragon. Her scales are a dark red, almost looking black in some lighting.

Her eyes are a piercing yellow. Her talons are sharp, like knives. Her fangs are large and could easily rip through steel. > You say "Greetings. I am Entropion, consort of Koriza. " "I know who you are. I am Tanji, matriarch of the Red Dragon tribe." "Ah, yes. I have heard much about you." "Then you must also know that we dragons do not need kings and queens. We lead by power and strength. Offend me and I will destroy you." "I would expect nothing less." "Good." You sigh, this dragon is a little too aggressive for you. > You say "Why do you want to be the regent of Korizan and what are your goals if you are chosen to lead this country?" "I will lead your armies to retake the land that was stolen from us by the black dragons. The red dragons were on the rise before the black dragons betrayed us. When this war is over, we will be the most powerful nation in this world." You are a little worried about her goals, she wants to start a war. Korizan has been at peace for not even a year. > You say "Very well. You are dismissed, the royal family has been very clear that Korizan and it's people want peace." "We will have peace when we finally kill the last black dragon." This dragon seems very hostile to you, you don't want her anywhere near Korizan. "I don't think that will be possible, this is a time of peace and rebuilding. I'm afraid I must ask you to leave, do not return." The dragon growls a bit but says nothing else. She leaves. You know you made the right choice. > You say "Servant, let the next candidate in, please." The servant nods his head and goes outside. You hear talking outside but can't make out any words. Then the door opens and your heart sinks. It's a black dragon, one of their warriors. He walks in smiling at you. You don't like this. "So, I am here to be judged, yes?" he asks. You nod nervously. > You say "I'm sorry, Korizan is progressive but not that progressive. A black dragon regent will not sit well with the people after the war. Dismissed." The dragon roars and you quiver in fear. "You are not dismissing me! I fought in the war, I had friends die in battle! You owe me this!" he yells. Oh dear. "Dismissed." you say again. The dragon roars and sends a small fireball at you. You roll out of the way and run for the door. The dragon attempts to fly through the doorway but smashes into the top of it, instead. > You say "Guards, escort this cretin to the dungeons. Ugh..." The guards look at the dragon in the doorway, then back to you. You nod. In a rush, they grab the dragon by it's legs and arms and drag it out of the room. You walk over to the doorway and watch as they toss the dragon down the stairs. He crashes into them and rolls off into the distance. "Make sure he doesn't leave." you say as you close the doors. You sigh and sit down on your throne. > You say "Servant, next candidate please." The servant nods and goes outside. You wait patiently as the minutes pass. Eventually, the servant returns, with two soldiers flanking another dragon. This dragon looks older than the last, a red one with long whiskers. He wears tattered, ripped robes and a pointed wizard's hat. His eyes are wild and his face has several scars on it. This is obviously a very crazy person. You have reservations about this one already... > You say "Greetings. Why do you want to rule this nation and what will you do once you do?" "Ruling the nation? Hah! I'm here to prove they still let madmen into this place!" he says, pointing at the soldiers. "Why are you here?" you ask. "I heard you guys took in a few lunatics. I figured I'd see if I could get in here. They said I couldn't and now they're laughing at me!" he says, pointing at the soldiers again. > You say "Dismissed. Guards, take this one to the mental hospital. " The soldiers nod and approach him. He backs up, clearly afraid. "Please, I'm not even really a madman! Just a normal bloke!" he begs. You stand up and point at the door. The soldiers grab his arms and begin dragging him away. He screams wildly as they take him off to the dungeons. The servant silently leaves, and you sit alone in the dimly lit room. You rest your head on your hands and sigh deeply. > You say "SERVANT! To me! How many do I have left to interview?!" The servant appears and says "Four, my lord. The next is here, the others are still traveling" At this point you stand up and go to the doors. You open them and look at the servant. "Well? Don't just stand there, show them in!" You walk over to the throne and stand behind it, trying to look as regal as possible. After a few minutes, the servant arrives with the next dragon. It's a red one, with dark red hair and darker scales. She has a regal look about her, like a queen looking down upon all those lesser than her. "Hello. You are?" you ask. "I am Zuzulla, daughter of Vurok." she replies, looking down at you. You nod and turn your head slightly, prompting her to continue. "And I am here to ask you a few questions." she says. "Oh? And what makes you more worthy of a throne than me?" you ask. "I'm older, for one. I was born before the war, while you weren't even thought of. Second, I'm a female. A new era requires a new gender to take charge, not that which brought about the destruction in the first place." she says. > You say "I am not going to entertain your sexist malarkey. Dismissed. " You stand up and point at the door. Zuzulla looks to the servant, who nods reluctantly. The dragoness walks out of the room with an angry look on her face. She doesn't say anything, but you can feel the anger in the room rising. Your next guest arrives. He's a burly white dragon with scars over his body. He has several golden necklaces wrapping around his muscular chest. You recognize him as Kyros, a legendary warrior. "Hello Kyros, I am King Entropion." you say. Kyros nods slowly. He leans forward and looks you directly in the eye. His stare is intense and unnerving. "I have but one question." he growls, his voice like gravel. "Are you a man?" > You say "I had to make some tough calls and do some dark things to keep everything running. When it comes down to it, I know what to do. My wife Princess Koriza thinks I am a man." You watch as Kyros slowly nods. He leans back in his chair and seems to be thinking deeply about something. "I see. You are a man." he says. You sit up and smile, feeling glad that you've proven yourself to the warrior. You don't feel worried at all, although you should. Kyros stands up, turns away from you and swings his arm backwards. His elbow smashes into your face as you feel your nose break. You hear a sickening crunch as your nose caves inward and blood spurts out. You fall from your chair and hit the floor. "I thought you were a man." Kyros says. Kyros drops a heavy knee into your chest, knocking the wind out of you. Use dark Siphon on Kyros to end him and heal yourself. You focus, channeling dark power. A purple, glowing essence flows out, pouring over Kyros. Your bones begin to heal, your flesh regenerates and your nose re-grows. Kyros roars as his skin blackens and peels off. His muscles rot, turning into a mushy, bloody mess. He howls in pain as his eyes melt and become a sticky goo. Eventually there is nothing left but dust. Next a deer humanoid with a small purple in tow dragon comes in. you tilt your head as you never saw a faun. "Are you a goat?" She snaps back with "I am a faun, you dork!"The purple dragon is a young child, 12 in dragon years. His name is Spyrion. He has a cocky go getter attitude. Spyrio speaks up "I want to flame black dragon butt!" You raise an eyebrow. "Are you the purple dragon from Purperdraak island?" "You bet! I set fire to the undead hordes! Purperdraak is boring, I want a life full of adventure!" The 12 year old exclaims. > You say "Come here, to the throne. I want to "drop the jam" as you youngsters call it now." Spyrion laughs and says "Oh? Well I never!" You look at him, already grinning. You float off the throne, and begin to head towards the door. "Come on. We need to drop the jam." Spyrion laughs, a cute sound. He follows you outside your massive castle in the center of the kingdom. You are met by a road with endless fields on either side. > You say "You reserved a spot for a job application just to see me. Clever! The things is, Spyrion, when you was your age you was still in training, like you. The thing is, things will get very hard very quickly! I saw darkness you can not yet imagine, I hate friends die on me. I had to make painful choices. You can't skip steps, Spyrion. Do you understand?" Spyrion nods. "I'm ready for anything." You sigh. The faun seems to be ignoring you. "You just don't get it. I'm not even sure if you'll survive this. This isn't an adventure, a place for heroes or happy endings. You just want to skip to the fun part." Spyrion looks back at you. His eyes are filled with determination, and perhaps a little anger. > You say "Okay, how about allowing you to stay in Yanawa, in the palace? I will find someone to train you. I can't let a tween enter conflicts with enemies so vile they don't care whom they kill. My offer is as far as I am willing to go. Sounds good?" Spyrion thinks for a minute. "Can I think about it for a bit?" He asks. You nod. "Sure." You say. Spyrion walks back inside the palace, leaving you standing in the courtyard. The Faun smirks and congratulates you "that little rebel is like putty in your hands!" You nod and head back to the throne room. > You say "Servant, let the final regent applicant in." The servant nods and opens the doors. A man walks in. He walks with a limp, no doubt from an injury he got while fighting alongside you. He's missing an eye, but he sees fine with the two that remain. His skin is practically gray from lack of sun, and his face has several scars across it. His armor is patchwork, made of different metals and all different styles. It's obvious he has been through hell and back many times over."Mazkil, my final applicant." You say. Mazkil limps forward and gives a bow. "Lord Mazkil Drakko, at your service." He says. "So, I heard you lost your eye in a fight with a dragon, and your leg to a Minotaur?" You ask. Mazkil nods. > You say "How old are you currently? I have to ask as you humans tend to expire." "I'll be 32 in a few months, my liege." Mazkil responds. "Hm. You're lucky you're not dead then, most don't make it that far." You say, giving Mazkil the same stare you've given everyone else today. "This is your final chance to turn back Mazkil. I don't think you're ready for this heavy of a responsibility." Mazkil stands up straight and salutes. After he left, you turn to your servant and groan "why were none of them even remotely fitting for the role?!" Your servant shrugs and says "I don't make the rules, I just carry out what you say, master." You nod and stand up. "I suppose I'll have to break the news to her about this." > You say "So, when is the mayor coming? We have business to discuss. " Your servant nods. You bring the heavy news of the deaths to the mayor. He informs you that Korizan can maintain the status quo for a while. The mayor will inform the population of the events. You teleport back to Kitori, to your friends. You head to Koriza, to find her sitting on a rock overlooking the ocean, depressed about her parents. You sit next to her. "Koriza. My love. I carried out the task"She nods solemnly. She's still upset about the news. "I see." You explain you couldn't choose anyone due glaring incompetence. Koriza keeps staring forward. "Koriza, come here. I want to make you feel safe." You hug her. Koriza nods. "I want to be in your arms, Enty." You hold her tight, and kiss her on the cheek. > You say "My queen.... your beauty is only enhanced by the sun sigil." Koriza stares at you, before turning her head. "You really think that?" You nod. "The sun sigil only makes you look more radiant." Koriza hugs you, and then looks at you in the eyes. She leans in and kisses you, on the lips. You're stunned at first, but soon enough, you kiss back. After a few minutes of passionate kissing, you break the kiss for air, and hold Koriza tight. > You say "I can't take your pain away, I can only make you forget it for just a few moments. " Koriza nods. "I know." You take her hand in yours, and fly to the island in the middle of the ocean. You lay down on the grass, and stare at the stars. "Koriza, I want you to look at the sky. Tell me what you think." She looks up. "It's beautiful." She says. "Yeah. It really is." You say. You lean in and kiss her again. > You say "Has Redsamuru managed to get one of these submarines working? " Koriza nods. "But they haven't been tested, and only one of them works." > You say "Let's talk to him. I'm curious when we can see what is under the sea surface. " Koriza nods, and flies over to him. You follow. "Redsamuru, have you managed to fix one of these things?" Redsamuru nods. "I think so." "Good. When can we try it?" "I am the only one with a vague idea how to use it, these Kitori servants are so dumb!" > You say "...right. so, what fuel do submarines use? Fire Crystals?" "Yeah." "We have those?" Redsamuru nods "duh. Call the group, we can depart" You, Disarria, Xenia, Redsamuru, Koriza and Zalisi board the submarine. This is a new experience for everyone but Redsamuru. You drop the fire crystals into the fuel tank, and begin the journey underwater. Disarria gives a sarcastic remark "great. A coffin for our watery grave." This worries Zalisi, but Xenia reaffirms her that she senses no danger. Koriza refuses to leave your side and you two look out of a window. "Wow... the ocean sure is pretty." You say, and Koriza nods in agreement. The submarines moves at incredible speed, and within a few minutes, you can already see the sunlight shining on the water. An hour later, you're in the middle of what seems like an endless ocean. "Is this thing working? I can't tell if we're moving or not." "The controls aren't moving." Disarria says. "I think we need more fire crystals."Redsamuru shakes his head "nah. Piece of shit jammed. Let me kick whatever is lodged loose" after a while Redsamuru returns and everything is fine again. Redsamuru grumbles "some idiot put the Korizan fire Ruby in there." > You say "Redsamuru, set course for Ietros, the Shadow Schism!" You refer to the infested area around the dread silo you opened. Abysmalia hopefully made progress with her research into the taint and controlling the flesh of the landscape. " "Oooh sure, No problem." Redsamuru sets the course. The journey takes about 1 month. The sea is relatively calm and your supplies hold out. At some point Xenia begins teaching you all to defend against psychic powers. It is a difficult art but eventually you all master it to some extent. When half way through the journey, Koriza spots a purple island near by. "Hey look, there's an island over there!" > You say "Purperdraak Eiland. Do you guys want to check it out? I doubt I am welcome after destroying Purperkust town to stop the undead plague" Xenia Pats you on your shoulder. "You have to face what your actions caused, even if it was a dark but necessary thing." Koriza sighs deeply "so much darkness in this world..." Disarria agrees with a grunt. "Yeah, we gotta put out our own fires before rushing to others."
