The Fake Idol

The axolotl Luuk' has started his journey to become the future chief of his tribe. Believing him too young to be a leader, the Elders shall put a serie of tasks to see if he's ready. His bodyguard and childhood friend, Oochel, shall follow you to ensure his safety. Unfortunately, that might not be enough.

A first part commission for Slimeylionmint on Twitter.

"Luuk', as your Rite of Passage approaches, it is important that you understand the meaning and properties that herbs have in our tribe. While you won't be the one gathering such herbs in the future, for this occasion we consider it might be educational to assist in said task."

The Elders were fully conscious that Luuk' took his respective studies in herbology when he was younger--much for his disgrace--and assigned him said task as some kind of punishment for his rebellious attitude in the previous months. Of course he was conscious that his Rite of Passage was approaching, an elegant way to say he was getting more responsibilities in his path to become the leader of the tribe. Less time for himself, and more pressure from all his superiors. How did the Elders expect him to react to that?

It was a boring task that not even most of the herbalists enjoyed. "You know they have assistants because of this, right?" he said to Oochel.

"And said assistants become the next herbalists. It has been like this since the beginning," Oochel replied, carefully looking at their surroundings.

"Doesn't change we're dealing with a hassle."

"... of course it's a hassle," his bodyguard muttered. "We wouldn't be here if you took things seriously."

"It's not my fault they put so much pressure in me. I'm doing my best, you know that."

"Your best isn't enough for them," Oochel rebuked.

Luuk' wanted to reply, but he knew how stubborn the older axolotl was in terms of responsibility. But he was right, the best wasn't enough if he wanted to become the future leader of the tribe. If only he could prove his worthiness on his own terms.

"They could at least send us to gather a rare herb," Luuk' sighed, hoping for something more interesting to happen.

Both axolotls were at the swamp's neutral zone. Flora and fauna were different there, unaltered by the magic barrier the Elders set in their domains. Luuk' noticed it even in the consistency of the mud and the shapes of the huge trees. It was a dangerous place to be even for an experienced warrior.

"That IS a rare herb."

"It's only rare because it's at the top of a tree."

"Which you can reach easily," Oochel mocked him, and stopped before him without warming. Luuk' collided with him and almost fell to the muddy water if it wasn't by the pillar of mud he raised to hold him. Oochel turned to face him. "Your powers are a blessing for you and our people, and you shall learn to use them to protect us in the future. This might seem a meaningless task, but it represents what we expect from you."

"I know. A muddy beacon of hope. The Elders put special emphasis on that."

Oochel noticed the frustation in Luuk's voice. The bodyguard came closer to him, enough for Luuk' to notice his scent. Among all the tribe warriors, Oochel stood out thanks to his skill with sword and spear, but also for his ferocity in hand-to-hand combat. Luuk' loved to feel the firmness of his muscles, and to follow the trace of his battle scars whenever he had the chance--like in that precise moment.

"Why can't it be just the two of us?" the younger axolotl asked, placing his hands over the bare chest of the warrior.

"We have a responsibility with the-"

"Oochel..." Luuk' interrupted.

His bodyguard sighed. "What else would I give for a life like that. But our time shall come," he leaned forward and kissed Luuk', holding him firmly against his chest.

The young axolotl trembled. His love for Oochel was forbidden, as the Elders expected Luuk' to have offspring and be an example of rectitude for his people. But love was the only thing Luuk' refused to give away, and even if it was a secret, he wanted to express his feelings to his dearly bodyguard, who had been by his side since forever.

Both hands moved down Oochel's abs, and he moaned as soon as he felt his excitement under the loincloth.

"This isn't right," Oochel said, stopping Luuk' from moving forward.

"We never have time for ourselves in the tribe," his lover protested.

"And we are not in the safest place to let our guard down," he took a step backwards and put all his focus into killing the visible excitement he experienced. "I'll find a moment for us, I promise."

Luuk' tried to continue, but Oochel was already walking away, putting an end to his conversation. He stepped angrily on the mud and followed him. After the incident with Abac, Luuk' expected to finally have an opportunity to enjoy his sexuality in the arms of Oochel, just like many other axolotls of his age, but the bodyguard was reluctant to cross that line yet, always putting their responsibilities at first, promising a first time that never arrived.

Without uttering a word, Oochel stopped him and led him behind a huge tree. Luuk' saw the crocodiles approaching. An enemy tribe, always on the hunt of those who dared to invade their domains.

"What are they doing? This is not his territory," Luuk' mutered.

"There is no neutral zone for them. I'll distract them. You go and find a place to hide."

"Are you insane? There are too many. I can take them out easily."

"They are heavy and strong, but lack the skill to fight in the swamp. And you're not ready to use your magic in combat."

"If the Elders want me to show I can take care of my-"

"This is out of discussion, Luuk'," Oochel bursted. He looked at the young axolotl with concern in his eyes. "I can take care of them, but not if you become the focus of their attacks. I can't allow myself to lose you at the hands of those brutes."

Luuk' couldn't find the words to reply. If there were moments where he had to absolutely trust Oochel, that was one of those moments. A single tear rolled down his cheek.

"I won't forgive you if anything happens to you."

"I promise to be back at you," he gave him a quick, passionate kiss. "Now go and stay low. I look for you as soon as I finish with them."

Luuk' regretted leaving him, but he put his trust over the best warrior his tribe had met. Using his magic, he swiftly moved under the muddy waters, away from where the crocodiles were hunting. And when he was no longer in sight, Luuk' left his cover and ran between the thick flora, into unexplored territory.

All he could hear was the chirp of birds and frogs croaking. Getting lost in the swamp wasn't a problem for him, as he could easily use the mud to reach above the trees and find his way back home. So even when he was still worried about Oochel, a chance to explore without any kind of supervision was exciting.

He raised pillars of clay, jumped and slided like when he was a child learning all the uses of his magic. He created spheres of mud, and from the clay, rough figures shaped like his kind came to life at his command. So much fun uses the Elders forbidden, as if having a little fun would deviate him from his path.

"They don't understand. All they see is this, a piece of clay they want to shape in their own way," Luuk' stood before one of the clay mannequins, his image changing into the Elder he hated the most. "Just another Elder to maintain their stupid way of thinking and to rule the tribe from the shadows. They don't care about what I want as a leader. They don't care about what I want as a living being. Damn them all!"

Luuk' destroyed the figure with his right hand, and with it, all of his creations succumbed and went back to the swamp. Full of anger, he fell to his knees and pierced the muddy water with his fist, causing a small shockwave around him.

"That is an astonish show of power," said a high-pitched voice.

Luuk' tracked the voice to a tree at his left. For a moment, he thought it was a python crawling down the tree due to his size, but the long eyes of the slug came out of his skin and fixated over the axolotl. White skin with blue dots all over him, and horns behind his eyes. There wasn't in his memory a species that fitted with that description--although, the neutral zone was full of things he still ignored.

"The ability to manipulate clay and mud... I never imagined to witness such a thing again," the creature talked again, but no visible mouth uttered the words.

"What... who are you?", while at first sight the creature wasn't a threat, Luuk' prepared to throw the first attack if needed, visualizing a spear under the swamp.

"I do not have a name nor I see the use of one. But those walking on two legs like yourself refer to me as Slug."

"You're not talking..." Luuk' noticed a small hole in what he assumed was his face, but it didn't move when the slug talked.

"I do not communicate through the conventional way. Telepathy usually provokes vivid hallucinations in the common beings, but those versed in the use of magic can listen to me."

In the words of the Elders, telepathy was a dangerous ability due to its nature and the difficulty of creating mind barriers. Through the mental connection, Luuk' not only listened to the slug words, but also experienced part of its feelings, like the burning curiosity towards the axolotl. With his anger towards the Elders taking the best of him, Luuk' considered himself capable to maintain the slug at bay.

"There is so much anger within you. And I understand why."

"I don't expect a slug to understand," still on guard, Luuk' slowly approached the tree.

"But I do, for even feral animals tend to care about their own kind. It is a heavy burden the one you carry over your shoulders. You shall be the leader of a pack but have no liberty to guide them in the way you want. It is a shame for someone with your powers to have no voice."

Its words hurt, as the slug spoke nothing but the truth. Luuk' let down his guard for a moment, sitting over a trunk, facing the slug.

"They don't believe my ideas are worth listening to."

"If your voice is not loud enough, let your magic speak for you", the slug fell from the tree onto the water. Only the eyes were over the surface. The slug swiftly covered the distance between it and Luuk', wrapping around the axolotl's paws. "You do not lack the imagination to use your magic. But there are invisible barriers that limit the reach of your potential," even under the water, the skin of the slug felt sticky and gross, but for some reason Luuk' didn't stop it. Its head poked out, looking directly at him. "I feel fear, anger and shame. And something else. Something more intimate."

It slowly crawled upwards. Luuk' started to breathe heavily the more he felt the sticky touch of the slug. Whenever the slug touched him, a warm sensation followed and his muscles relaxed, almost going limp.

"Heat. You are in heat. Is there where the shame comes from? Yes, yes it is. You do not have the opportunity to satiate your heat with another of your kind. Your lust is immoral at the eyes of those that control you. You repress it. That is not right."

More and more, Luuk' felt the slug's strong embrace closing around him, until his long eyes were right in front of his. Two big, white-glowing eyes. He couldn't control his feelings at that point. A burning lust took over any rational thought, and the more he looked into the slug's glowing eyes, the more he wanted to please himself. Filthy images invades his mind, memories from when he spied on other couples having sex, wishing to be part of it.

"You do not need another being to please you. You have all the tools at your disposal. Allow me to show you all you can do with your magic."

It wasn't Luuk' who stood up from the log. He felt the movement of his body, but it wasn't his wish to get up. Neither were the clay tentacles rising from the swamp, even when his hands were doing the enchantment. Without noticing when it happened, he became a mere spectator as his body acted on its own--no, he knew the slug had something to do with it, but his lust was too strong to do something about it.

The tentacles wrapped his legs and crawled upwards. They wrapped around his hips, then his chest, and finally around his shoulders, picking Luuk' up and holding him in the air as if he was on a throne. The slug fell from one side and disappeared into the mud. Luuk' sighed at the tender touch of the tentacles.

Another tentacle rose from the surface. It wasn't from clay, but from crystalline water. It wasn't into Luuk's mine to do such a thing, but he knew he had the ability to do it.

"You control the clay and mud, and hence, the elements that compose them. Even the water. This is nothing but a small portion of what you can really do," the water tentacle pressed against his entrance, slowly making its way in without finding any resistance from his body. Luuk' gave a long moan, feeling the liquid going deeper inside him. "There are things that not even you Elders can teach you. Only you set the limits of your power."

The tentacle widened. The sudden change made Luuk' squirm in the air. His cock dripped some pre, wiggling as the water tentacle continued fucking his virgin entrance. Images of Oochel appeared in his mind, his body naked and dripping water over him, a burning lust he had never seen in his eyes.

"Is this the male that you desire?" said the slug in his head.

Luuk' opened his eyes and saw Oochel rising from the water. Even when their traditional armor were nothing but leather strips that barely offered some protection, seeing him completely naked and erect was a different experience. The older axolotl stood between Luuk's legs, pressing his nose against one of his paws.

"My love," said Oochel, "I've been waiting for this moment for so long."

Oochel slowly licked his paw and closed his lips around each digit, sucking them with the same passion he kissed him before. It tickled, but at the same time was an exciting sensation. Luuk' clenched his fist and tried to hold his moans from getting louder after the water tentacle took a faster speed. He felt the water within it pressing his prostate and going deeper into his body.

Oochel moved to his other paw, while his hands fondled his legs and thighs. He never touched him like that before, with that type of desire. A rough and careless touch guided by a primitive instinct, an almost selfish attitude that looked for nothing but his own satisfaction. And that lack of interest was what made a much more enjoyable experience.

"Does this please you, my love?" Oochel smiled at him, his mouth drooling. The young axolotl nodded, lost in the white-glowing eyes of his lover.

He was already at the edge, his body still not used to the pleasure, but the tentacle wasn't enough for him to reach his climax. Luuk' wanted something else. Something real. Something warm.

Oochel left his paws, and his mouth slowly made his way to his crotch, kissing his leg as he approached the throbbing cock. The memories of what Abac did to him came back to his mind, but rather than the disturbing experience that Oochel insisted it was, Luuk' resembled it as a delightful moment.

"Look into my eyes, my love. Look at me as I show you my gratitude," Oochel asked, keeping his sight fixated in the young axolotl.

Luuk' didn't feel his breath when he opened his mouth to take on his hard shaft, but the pressure was beyond his deepest fantasies. As soon as Oochel closed his lips around his cock, he pressed firmly and started sucking with a desperate thirst. His moans were loud and long, and he couldn't keep his sight into the glowing eyes of his lover. Not that it mattered, the pleasure was enough to keep him in trance.

Blinded by the light, Luuk' couldn't see that Oochel was nothing but a clay figure made by himself; or rather by the slug influence, hidden inside the fake Oochel. If there was one thing real was the weird mouth sucking his cock, from where the slug was intended to feed on.

The simple touch of the slug was enough to arouse anyone, but his saliva had a stronger effect, capable of induce the victim into a constant--and sometimes mortal--climax.

It didn't took Luuk' a lot of time to cum inside the slug's mouth, a hefty load result of several days without jerking off. His entire body jolted in the air with every shoot of his warm seed, the pleasure too intense for him to grasp it. The water tentacle continued pressing his prostate to milk him.

"Yes, feed me! Feed me more!" Oochel said in his head.

And as soon as he finished, Luuk' felt his arousal coming back. The thirsty look on Oochel's glowing eyes sent a shiver through his spine. And the pleasure quickly took control over him again. He pressed harder around his cock and shove it all the way into his throat. And Luuk' couldn't hold himself for too long, cumming a second time with the same intensity. The tentacles held him firmly after he tried to break free from them.

"More! Give me more!" Oochel demanded. Among all the things the slug could feed on, the seed of a male provided it with the most nutrients. But while one load would usually be enough to satiate its hunger, Luuk's cum proved to be a stronger source of power. Whether it was the royal blood or his magic powers, the slug decided to take as much as he could from him.

Another orgasm, another load from the slug. Luuk' started to lose his strength as the burning lust took over his mind. His tribe, his family, even his own name were covered under a thick fog, with the voice of the slug being the only thing he listened to. Not even the fake Oochel was visible through the incandescent white glow coming from his eyes.

"Take me..." he managed to say. "Make me yours..."

The never-ending orgasm slowly broke all his defenses. All he wanted was to stay in that state forever, seeing the glowing light that provoked him so much pleasure. He felt the joy of the slug in his mind after he willingly offered himself. Just one more push and that was it...

A fist broke through the light, and Luuk' felt to the muddy water. The clay figure broke into pieces, revealing the agonizing slug. A furious Oochel held the creature in the air, disgusted by its touch and appearance. To think a monster like that took advantage of his Luuk'... knowing that did nothing but make his rage bigger. He closed both hands around the meandering creature and squeezed with all his force, killing the slug before it could put its spell over him.

Oochel threw it away and quickly attended to Luuk', who was out of breath and trying to understand what just happened. Without uttering a word, Oochel held him in his arms. A single tear rolled down his cheek. Not only was rage what possessed him, but shame; shame for doing nothing. Even since the incident with Abac, the bodyguard had his dreams invaded by the virginal body of his closest friend, begging him to do whatever he desired. Now, he found him being abused by a fake version of him, and Oochel did nothing but watch, victim of his own desire.

Luuk', slowly realizing what the slug did to him, embraced Oochel and started crying. Shame and rage, not for what the slug did, but for his own weakness, after falling so easily under the influence of a simple creature.

"I'm sorry," he said to Oochel, "I can't do nothing without you!"

"Oh, Luuk'... please don't say that," it broke his heart to hear his cry. He made him look at his eyes. "The one that shall apologize it's me, for not taking care of you."

"But what type of leader would I be if I can't take care of myself?"

"You will be my leader. And I'll take care of you for the rest of my life, so you could take care of our people."

There was no white glow in Oochel's eyes this time. But the way he looked at him reminded him of the safety he irradiated. He had been by his side for years, and he trusted him with his life.

And that's why he loved him.

Oochel pressed his lips against Luuk's. Maybe it was the slug's toxins, but he couldn't stop at that moment. All he wanted was to show Luuk' how much he loved him back.

Even if it was for a moment, there wouldn't be no one else but him and Luuk'.
