Kinal the lion sighed as he gently placed his cooked fish into a large palm tree leaf and placed the last piece on. His shoulders sagged as memories came back to him: He once had a beautiful wife and baby daughter, when the fire god Yújín and the water god Hai came to their village and began to battle. Fires roared through the camps as Kinal's family was swept away in the floods. The last thing he had of them was a pendant to Yújín, which was dangling from around his neck.

He snaps out of his trance and yelps as his fish catches flame suddenly. He grabs his bucket of water and splashes it on the burning food. "Damn it all... I soaked the flames out.." The lion threw down his bucket and sat in his tent. He was the last of his people, and had been living on the island for nearly two moons. He stared out at the sea, which had been illuminated by the moon.

Kinal got on his knees and stared up at the heavens. "Gods, if you are hearing this... Heed my plea. May my coming days be bountiful and wonderful. Please fulfill my needs..." He reached to his crotch and gave it a gentle rub, causing the measly sheath to throb. "...However fleeting they may be." The lion cleaned up his mess and went to sleep as a single star in the sky descended to the island, slowly turning into a running, leaping man made of fire.

Kinal woke up and got up, taking some of the few items of clothes he'd found days prior while searching for anyone else and walked towards the center of the island. He grabbed the first item he saw and began to wash it, using some of the aloe vera from the local plants. After a few minutes, he laid the shirt out to dry and reached for something else... and noticed an odd sight before him.

On the water in front of him, a single flame danced on the water's surface.

Kinal scooped up a bit of the water and threw it at the flam, but it dodged the water and went back to its original spot. Kinal flung some water at the flame and once again, the flame dodged it before it leaped out of the water and landed in front of Kinal. The lion froze as he stared. The flame leapt at him, and Kinal tried to pat it out, but the flame engulfed him. Kinal let out a scream, expecting the searing hot feeling as he was burned, but no such thing came.

He gasped as he watched the flames seem to shape themselves into a form, and Kinal watched in astonishment as Yújín materialized in front of him, appearing in nothing but a simple loincloth. Kinal immediately dropped to his hands and knees, bowing in front of the god. "Please, stand, dear mortal." The lion nervously stood up in front of the horse. Yújín circled him, looking him over as if he was the predator and Kinal was the prey. "Rejoice, mortal. You have been chosen to bear a great gift of the gods... a child." Yújín stared at Kinal, smiling brightly as his faces turned to confusion. "Wait.. a child? But that's not possible. I doubt even the gods would do that." The lion went to turn away, but was stopped when Yújín materialized in front of him. "I tell the truth, mortal. We gods have gathered and decided that we should grant you, Kinal of the Sunspotters clan, should bare the gift of the man-born child."

Kinal stared for a moment before shaking his head. "So, I do this and... I bring new life to this world?" The god nodded, and Kinal stood there for a moment thinking. After a few moments of silence, Kinal turned and nodded to Yújìn. "Excellent. Come forward, Kinal, and accept the god's gift." Kinal walked forward a few feet and watched as Yújìn took his loincloth off and tossed it away to reveal his hardening cock, which was a deep red color similar to his coat. Kinal got to his knees and took the tip into his mouth and began to suck. The lion moaned as he felt the horse God's cock slide deeper into his mouth as it filled with blood. He reached up and fondled Yújìn's balls as they churned and warmed up. Within no time, Kinal had properly lubed up Yújìn's cock. The lion stood up, his own boner tenting his loincloth as he turned and bent over in front of the horse. Both males moaned as the flared horse tip pressed into the lion's hole, spreading it out and causing sharp pain to shoot down Kinal's spine. Inch by inch, Yújìn sank deeper into the mortal, gripping Kinal's hips.

"Mmf... You are tight, Kinal... T-the god's gift will fall on you soon..." The horse said before pulling out to the tip before slamming in, whinnying as he filled the lion with seed, causing his belly to distend. Kinal came as well, splattering the ground with his own seed. As the warmth of the afterglow washed over him, Yújìn pulled out of the lion with a grunt. "The gift has been bestowed upon the chosen. And.." Yújìn swiped his hand across the sky, and suddenly the island was covered in fruit and supplies and even a small cabin. "You will be prepared for the gift." Kinal didn't say anything as he passed out on the beach.

8 years later...

Kinal hummed as he carried a basket of clothes outside and began to hang them on the clothesline. "Papa, Papa! Look what I found, Papa!" A young voice cried out. Kinal turned and smiled, scooping up his son Jin, who held a bundle of bright red lilies. "Ooh, those are pretty! Why don't you go put them in the house while I finish hanging the laundry?" Jin nodded and jumped out of his father's arms. Kinal looked at the nearby fire which would cook their dinner tonight and sworn he had seen the face of a horse, smiling from within the flames.
