Sonic the Hedgehog: NIght Visitors part 2: Uncomfortable mission
Here's part 2. No sex in this one. I thought if I was going to try writing something smutty that it should have an actual story around it. So this part is mainly just advancing the plot. There is a hint of the next pairing though.

Amy walked into the palace and found the rest of the group gathered in the war room. Sonic, Tails, Bunnie and Sally were standing by the large screen mounted on the wall. The screen showed a computer generated diagram of the forest and a red blip a short distance away from the city.
"What's going on guys?" Amy asked walking up to join the others.
"We don't know." Tails answered. "Eggman's forces are gathered in the forest and something is draining the energy from the shield around Knothole. But that's probably a glitch. Eggman doesn't have anything that can do that."
Just then there was a sudden green flash and Nicole appeared to the group in her mobian lynx form.
"It's not a glitch." She said. "Whatever they have out there is draining power from the cities energy shield." The lynx closed her eyes as she did a quick data search. A second later she opened her eyes again. "According to my search there was a break in at a GUN warehouse last week and an energy syphon was among the items listed stolen."
"Why weren't we advised of this break-in?" Sally asked surprised.
"According to GUN's records there were no weapons or dangerous tech stolen so the break-in was deemed low priority." Nicole replied.
"Send a message to GUN." Sally told Nicole. "Tell them what we suspect Eggman has and that we want to know why we weren't informed of the robbery."
"Of course." Nicole nodded. Then her eyes glowed green as she transmitted the communication. "Done. We should get a reply within a few minutes."
"We don't have time to wait for GUN. This thing is a threat to us now." Sonic declared "And we need to get out there fast and take out whatever eggbrain is using before they can get into the city."
"We can't just take it out Sonic." Sally replied. "GUN will want the device back."
"You can take me out Sonic." Amy batted her eyelashes at the blue hedgehog, the strange night nearly forgotten.
"Not the time Amy." Sonic sighed. "And Sally, we don't even have confirmation yet that Eggman's energy siphon is GUN equipment."
Before Sally could answer she was interrupted by an alarm from the computer.
"Incoming transmission." Nicole reported.
"Let's see who it is." Sally told her.
Nicole nodded and the screen changed to show a human in a blue GUN uniform. The medals he was wearing showed him to be a General.
"Thank you for notifying us Princess." The General said.
"You're welcome General." Sally replied. "What did you find out about the device?"
"You were right." The General said. "The energy siphon is GUN technology."
"How do we want to handle this?" Sally asked. "I assume you want the device back in one piece."
"We do." The General said. "To that end I'm sending an operative to assist in the fight."
"Who?" Sally asked.
"Me" Rouge said stepping into frame.
The second Rouge appeared the events of the night before came flooding back and Amy blushed and tried to hide herself from the bat girl's view. It seemed to work as Rouge didn't acknowledge her.
"Rouge." Sally said coolly. "You're not just going to steal the siphon to sell it are you?"
"I'm hurt princess." Rouge replied. "I'll be there in official GUN capacity. I don't do the thieving thing anymore."
"I'll believe that when I see it." Sally grinned. "I will expect you within the hour."
As Rouge departed from the monitor Sally turned her attention back to the General.
"What about Shadow?" she asked. "Some of our team is out at Angel Island so we could use the extra help."
"Unfortunately, Shadow is occupied right now," The General replied. "He's searching for survivors of a mine collapse yesterday. But if it helps, I can send some more soldiers. They'll be there within the hour and with orders to report directly to you"
"That would be great General," Sally said relieved.
"There's more princess." The General spoke up. "The siphon requires chaos energy to function."
"Chaos energy?" Sonic piped up. "But all the emeralds are in the GUN vault, right?"
"They are." The General replied. "We just verified it before we called."
"Then he's using something else." Sonic frowned. "Nicole, can you home in on the power source and identify it?"
"I'll try." She answered. She disappeared for a few seconds and then reappeared. "The source is not chaos energy but it is similar enough to power the device."
"He has a Sol emerald." Sonic realized. "Do we still have contact with Blaze's Zone?"
"I'll send a message right away." Nicole replied.
"Is there anything else general?" Sally asked.
"That's all Princess." The General answered. "Good luck."
"Thank you." Sally answered.
The screen went black and Sally turned to the group.
"We'll head out as soon as Rouge gets here." She said. Then she noticed Amy had shrunk to the back of the group. "Amy?" She asked. "Is something wrong?"
"No. I'm good." Amy replied trying to sound normal. Sally turned back to the others and began going over battle plans with the group. Amy tuned out the conversation and found herself worrying about seeing Rouge again after the night before. 'Maybe I can just try to keep my distance from her' she thought to herself. 'That way I won't have to worry'.
"Amy, are you listening?" Sally asked.
Amy snapped back to the present realizing that Sally had asked her something.
"What was the question?" she asked.
"I want you take the left flank with Rouge." Sally replied. "It's important to me to have someone I trust keep an eye on her."
"Uh...sure. I can do that." Amy replied. 'Great' she sighed to herself. 'so much for keeping my distance'.
"Where is everyone else?" Amy asked.
"Antoine and Rotor left for Angel Island an hour ago." Sally replied. "Knuckles said something was going on there and he needed help. He didn't want any girls going for some reason and Sonic was needed here so I sent them."
"So we're it then." Amy realized. "That's fine. I can watch Rouge."
"Good." Sally smiled.
"Tails and I will take the right." Sonic spoke up.
"And Sally and I will go straight up the middle sugah hog." Bunnie added.
"Right then." Sonic grinned. "Let's do it to it!"
Less than thirty minutes later the Freedom Fighters were making their way through the forest with Sally in the lead. She had her palm computer with which Nicole was providing directions to Eggman's base. Sally stopped walking and turned to the group.
"We should stop here for now." She told the group. "We need to meet up with Rouge and Blaze."
"I'm already here." A voice came from above. As all eyes looked up Rouge swooped down and landed. She was wearing her purple GUN armor and an ear piece to contact her base.
"Hi guys." She grinned. "Should we head out?"
"Not yet." Sally replied. "We're waiting for one more arrival."
"I'm picking up an incoming Zone portal." Nicole spoke from Sally's palm computer.
"Right on time." Sally grinned.
The group turned to see a white portal burst open and Blaze the Cat stepped through. She was wearing her usual purple coat and white pants. As soon as Blaze was through the portal it vanished.
"Thank you for contacting me Sonic." She said "I can sense from here that it is indeed a sol emerald."
"No prob." Sonic smiled. "And thanks for coming. As you can see we're a little shorthanded right now."
"We should probably stop standing around and go stop Eggman." Rouge spoke up impatiently.
"She's right." Sally said. "We don't have much time until the shield around Knothole drops so we need to move out."
At her word the group paired off, as was planned, and Amy found herself alone with Rouge. They were both silent as they moved through the trees to their goal but finally Rouge broke the silence.
"We can get there faster if I fly us." Rouge said. "Do you mind being carried?"
"No." Amy sighed. "Just get it over with."
"Ok." Rouge replied. She stepped up behind Amy and wrapped her arms around the hedgehog's chest. "Ready?" She asked. "Here we go."
They lifted off and Amy found herself in the air, but she was also acutely aware of how close she was to Rouge's boobs which were pressing into her back. When they landed Amy wasted no time in pushing away from Rouge. Rouge frowned as she noticed how frantic the pink hedgehog was to put distance between them.
"Are you alright Amy?" Rouge asked. "The flight wasn't that bad was it?"
"It's not that." Amy groaned. "I guess I'm just a little uncomfortable after last night."
"What happened last night?" Rouge asked.
"You know exactly what happened last night." Amy glared at her. "You were there."
"I don't know what you're talking about." Rouge frowned. "This is the first time I've been anywhere near you in a month."
"You bitch!" Amy yelled. "You're going to stand there and deny it happened even though you acted like it was no big deal last night?"
"I'm telling you," Rouge sighed. "I don't have any idea what you're talking about."
Amy was beet red and looked like she was ready to kill someone. She started to say something else but was interrupted by an explosion from down the hill.
"all right," Rouge said. "We have more important things to do then argue with each other so let's go smash some swat bots and after that we're gonna have a talk."
"I'll look forward to it." Amy replied still glaring. She readied her hammer and the two of them dashed down the hill into the battle.
