Slayer or Layer 49

For Lorvianne

By Draconicon

Diala was one of many kobold slaves that were kept by the bandits in the depths of the forest. He had been part of the 'management', as some of the bandits called the longer-lasting slaves that conveyed the commands from the mammals to the scalies working for them, for nearly two years. He'd been a slave for ten. For all that time, he had never, ever felt the Tinglies that he felt that day.

He didn't know what else to call them. It was...weird, mostly, very weird, a feeling of tickles and rushing tingles, like something was falling asleep and waking up but in a good way instead of a painful, pull-your-leg-off kind of way. He'd felt it once or twice before, usually when one of the Great Ones were flying overhead, but they were always gone before they could do more than make him aware of their presence.

This was different. This was stronger.

And closer.

Diala kept up his chip-chip-chipping with his pick-axe, knowing that the mammals were watching. Dogs walked by, their eyes glancing over him and the other kobolds for a moment before going back to their patrol. He waited, watching for them to go out of earshot, before he leaned over to the other slaves.

"Run?" he asked.

"Why?" one asked. "They watching."

"It better. Great One."

"You feel?"

"You don't?"

They shook their heads. He was surprised. Then again, he had always been more sensitive to it. He was one of the few kobolds in the camp that used to live with a Great One, that understood the feeling of the Tinglies and what it meant. Or, well, as close as a kobold could come to knowing what it meant.

But he knew that there was a Great One close by, and that meant that they had a chance to get the hell out of there. He looked down the tunnel that the dogs had gone down. No sound, no footsteps.

It was time. He brough the pick-axe down, and with two good swings, severed the chains that kept him locked to his iron ball. He was free.

The other two, though shocked, did the same. Kobolds stood united, and he was 'management', someone worth following.

As they hurried through the tunnel, the other two went to tell the other kobolds to follow, while Diala hurried forward. The Tinglies were getting stronger, which should have been a good thing. Yet, it was, and wasn't. The feeling was like needles on his scales, something dragging and pulling in a really no-fun way. This Great One had something wrong with it, or it was hurting. Something. Something bad.

He moved faster.

By the time that they reached the exit to the mines, there were a hundred of them. There were probably half that number in mammals on the other side, all of them armed, but maybe sleeping. It was hard to tell time, and in the mine-dark, the tunnel exit always looked bright. Maybe it was night, maybe day, but it -

Diala hissed, hugging himself. The Tinglies had just spiked, getting worse, jabbing at the gaps between his scales. It was like something had gone very, very wrong. The air shivered, echoing with the sound of a distant roar, and this time, all the other kobolds felt it too. They jumped, staring up and around.

"Great One."

"Pain!"

"Bad!"

"Where?"

"Come," Diala hissed, pulling them along with a wave of his hand. They couldn't afford to linger. If this was their chance to run, then they had to run.

As soon as they left the mines, however, two things became immediately, painfully obvious.

The first was that the mammals were affected by the Tinglies, too. They gripped at their arms, their heads, pulling at their clothes in a desperate attempt to get down to skin with something that they didn't understand. They were trying to do something, looking like they were ripping stuff off their bodies, throwing them to the ground, even as they writhed in shock and near-insanity.

The second was that the mine had been protecting them...and now, it wasn't.

Diala was the first one to scream, arching his back as he fell to his knees. His body felt like it was being stabbed with the tiny metal of the Tinglies, something pushing between his scales, running through his body and into his bones. They felt like they were stretching in his limbs, pushing him forward, down, onto all fours. Other kobolds around him stumbled, grabbing hold of barrels, or boxes, or something to keep from falling over. Even as they struggled to stay standing, however, they changed, warping, growing, arms or legs or tail pushing out in rapid succession.

He was on all fours, his eyes rolled back as he felt his tail pushing out. A little stump turned into something as long as the dogs that had held him down, and then longer still. It pushed out, turning slithery, sharp and scaly, with a point at the tip that would be able to punch through trees.

Diala struggled to get upright again, but the Tinglies were hitting him, rushing through him in a way that no kobold should ever feel. They were too close, too deep, and he...he was growing...throbbing...shaking...

He fell over onto his side, then rolled onto his back. His legs stretched, pulling out from their sockets for a moment before popping back in. He screamed, his eyes rolling back for a moment as every scale, every joint, every thing in his lower limbs that could pop as they grew did. The cacophony echoed across the mining camp, echoed by all the other kobolds around, each of them going through the same sort of transformation, the same sort of agony that had ripped through them.

Yet, despite the pain at first, the Tinglies did give him something. No deep agony, just the knowledge that something, something powerful was happening to them, and it was changing them forever. He felt...he felt something else inside.

He felt his own Tinglies, he realized.

Why...what...

As his legs popped again, painlessly this time, he could feel just how long they were. They were heavy for a moment, then not, as if he had grown stronger to go with all that had been done to him. He felt his waist expanding, his chest stretching, his arms feeling puny and small for a few seconds before the rest of the transformation caught up with them and helped them expand with the rest of his body.

More, more, more changes poured through him, forcing him back on his side. He felt something cracking at the middle of his spine, felt the rope that held his loincloth to his waist falling off as it snapped from his growth. The other kobolds had all grown, not dissimilar from him.

But it was Diala that had the first roar.

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

It burst from him just as his wings burst from his back, expanding and spreading over his shoulders, sending showers of scales all over the campsite. He panted for breath, shaking from head to toe as the Tinglies from outside finally faded, but the stuff inside...the stuff inside was getting stronger. And so was he. He managed to go from all fours to kneeling, panting for breath as he looked around and watched other kobolds get their wings, their height, their size, their power.

And the mammals...

They were still squirming, falling all over the ground, gasping and growling, mewling and whimpering as they realized that they were losing their fur. They were becoming something else, something not themselves.

The Tinglies had given the kobolds revenge. The slave masters had become kobolds themselves.

It was almost perfect, and Diala wondered if it had been intentional. He wondered, more, where the Great One was, so that they could thank him. Or her. Or whatever. This was something beyond the mere flight of the Great Ones as they went by. This was a rescue, intentional or not.

We have to take advantage of it. We have to -

His eyes went wide as he felt another wave. Just like he had felt the Tinglies when they were still weak, he felt the rise of a whole new wave of them coming. If the first had been enough to transform them, then this would be something far more drastic.

"Inside!"

He pointed at the mine, but the other, former kobolds were too lost to their new bodies, too focused on what they had become to realize what was on the way. Diala grunted, forcing himself to his feet, feeling the strength rushing through him.

Save...help...

He ran for the nearest one, the same kobold - now a dragon like him - that had questioned whether they should run or not. He grabbed him around the waist, throwing him with all the strength of a dragon towards the entrance of the mine. Diala did the same with another, and a third before the wave of Tinglies finally came crashing down.

"NNNNNGH!"

He roared with all the others still caught on the surface, and the kobolds followed suit. Any thought, any instinct of running away, was crushed under the wave of powerful Tinglies that surged through him. His own power, too meager to mount any sort of defense, was repurposed by the sheer strength of whatever dragon had done this. It rushed through him, setting his breath to fire, setting his mind to rut, and taking his and pulling it up, as if in the grip of a strong, needy female.

"Nnnngh..."

"Rrrrrgh..."

"Rrrrl...."

The sounds coming from their throats were as deep and dark as they were bestial and needy. One by one, the new dragons felt their cocks rising, giving in to the lust that burned through them. The Tinglies from afar had focused them on one specific thing, and they needed it, now.

There were two targets: other dragons...or kobolds. And the kobolds were fewer.

Diala, along with one other, seized a kobold that had come running to them. The little lizard was little more than a gibbering thing at this point, spewing pre-cum all over the place. The fact that he wasn't a female didn't matter to the two dragons. They had gotten used to the pleasures of being with other males down in the mines. For them, a hole was a hole, and all that mattered was getting -

"This one wet," the other dragon said.

"What?"

"Wet. Got new hole."

Diala looked down. He had just enough understanding of the Tinglies to know that the dragon had to have done this for a reason, but that was not worth investigating further right then. They had other things to do. Other things to enjoy. Other needs to quench.

So, they lifted the kobold up, holding it between them. The frantic little thing was squirming all over the place, lost to its own urges. The dragons situated their cocks, Diala rubbing his against the kobold's pussy, the other dragon against her asshole. A hole was a hole, after all.

They pulled together, sheathing their cocks in her, and the kobold stiffened, gasping, shivering. Her cock dripped as she was filled to the brim, but there wasn't so much as a hint of complaint. Even as she was left breathless, even as the pair of dragons bounced her up and down on their dicks, all she did was stare straight up, as much at the mercy of her new urges as they were.

In, out, in, out, driven by the lust of the Tinglies that had taken hold of them, blessed them, changed them, saved them. In, out, in, out, their cocks feeling so sensitive, so hard. He could feel every inch of his shaft as it went, could feel her clenching hole, the wetness, the warmth. He could feel the heat of his brother dragon on the other side, their shafts all but touching one another as they fucked so close together.

It was intimate. It was primal. It was pleasure. They growled together, losing themselves in the lust and the heat of the moment, and the kobold joined them with screams of need and want herself. She threw herself forward and back, all but unintelligible as she begged for more again and again. The dragons gave it to her, and Diala found himself no longer caring about revenge. In that moment, he cared about very little, as a matter of fact. What mattered was draining this urge, this need, this desperate thing from himself.

In, out, in, out, focusing on that feeling, that rutting pleasure that came from being so deep in a wet hole. He moaned, leaning forward, occasionally butting heads with the other dragon. His cock felt so hard, his balls so heavy. He was so close...

But one...one wasn't going to be enough. He already knew that, and he knew that he would need so much more.

In, out, in, out. Even as he felt that first orgasm coming, he growled under his breath, holding her tighter and closer. He was going to fill her to the brim...and then do it again...and again...and again. No matter how many times he had to do it, he would keep rutting until the Tinglies stopped.

For he was a dragon, but he was not a Great One, and he would do what the Great One demanded of him.

The End
