A clash of metal rang out as a large ripple waved against a nearby river before an explosion lit up the surrounding area leveling the entire battle field as two warroirs skidded across the river staying upon the surface as the black cat on the farthest side sighed heavily and lifted his spear in a steady stance. Blood dripped from his arm chest and left eye as it was hollow from a sword tip to it but didnt close the lid not really needing his eyes to see really. his opponent was an arrogent little bitch of a tiger or thats how the black cat saw it as the big cat rush the black one weilding his sword in a quick skillful way but every attack was dodged and or parried with the length of the spear before the black cat spun around beside the tiger and then jumped back to the shore of the river casting his spear away as it dissolves into a glitter of light.

"Damn you Shade!!!!!!!!!!' was all the tiger was able to say before his armor busted into peices and his body ripped out from the clean cuts Shade stabbed him with. the tiger's body instantly was swallowed by the river as blue became red. though Shade's mission wasnt over as he ran towards his main objective. his body was slender when gave him the speed advantage though his power wasnt very good but he was able to get away with that. later during the middle of the day as Shade leaned against a tree panting hard his wounds were all healed even his eye had reformed back into its socket as he decides to rest sitting down letting his black baggy jeans ruffle a bit at the rushing air as he plopped down. reaching behind him he searched an over arm bag and found a sandwhich but before he could even take a bit a dagger flew from the bushes and sliced the meal out of his paws and onto the ground. the assailent jumped out and was about to speak before his head rolled off his shoulders just as he landed. the dagger she had thrown was stuck in a nearby tree as Shade had thrown when she tried her theatrical entrance and lost focus of the blade. Shade sighed heavily and got up to continue his mission as that was his last bit of food til the next town.

The village he appraoched later that night was a calm one near the mouth of the river as everyone seemed kinda festive asking a woman walking by with her stomach bulged and her back almost caved in as Shade suspected new life within her family. the woman said to him that indeed it was around the Autumn Equinox.

"Wow that time of the year again huh?" Shade said blushing a bit as his stomach spoke for him after his words.

"Thats right and by the sound of things you could use a could home cooked meal and i wont take no for an answer. Please follow me to my house and ill cook you a meal and give you a place to rest" she said with a warm smile and he waddled her way down the street. Shade only chuckled at her hospitality and follwed offering to carry some food she bought along the way before reaching the outmost house in the village. it wasnt very big but the view was enormous really. it had a good view of Giant's lake and the several rivers that flew into it though i guess the name is a bit self explanitory really cuz you cant really see the other side. the evening wnet rather pleasant as the woman and her two kids worked hard preparing a feast for the time of celebration. Shade helped when he could but overall he merely rested having run almost a full continent in one day. Morning had arrive as Shade left a note and some money before leaving jumping out through the window before landing on the lake itself before dashing off to the other side his mission was there with the giants themselves though reasoning with them was a pain in the ass cuz they cant hear a single word you say unless you stand in the ear and even then theres the fear of being trapped within the earwax never to stop smelling like it again if you manage to get yourself out. it was about mid day when shade was again hungry groaning a bit as he didnt like fish but stilll had no choice in the matter as he sat down and pulling out a small stick with a fishing line on it and sat there for food.
