"Never thought I'd be coming here..."

Taranth looked around as he put his car into park at the head of the trail. He took another look at the message as he walked along the path, taking it in once again.

"Well, I think I'm getting close." From the mansion, Shade peeked out through the window, spotting Taranth in the distance as he drew closer to her, a smile crossing over her beak. He chuckled, somehow unsurprised that she was quick on the draw to greet him. She'd probably known he was there long before he'd even gotten to her door. Taranth stepped inside, taking a look at the decor and liking what he saw. "I'm sure it'll be an experience like no other~" She cawed, taking his hand as she led him outside. "And I'm always happy to help humans with matters in regard to transcending beyond humanity, whether that be close friends or random strangers!" She closed the door behind her, leading Taranth to the clearing.

The clearing was a fair bit bigger than he was expecting it would be, but what surprise he had soon faded when he figured that it adjusted itself depending on the size of whomever Shade was transforming. Or maybe it was always that size and he was letting his imagination run wild. Taranth had to crane his neck down to keep an eye out for Shade, though he was sure she knew to stay away while he was changing.

He let loose a low, reverberating snarl as he did so, a pair of massive, leathery wings sprang free from his back, spreading wide as they grew, casting a great shadow over the area as they blotted out the moonlight. Whilst they formed and stretched, a series of deep-red markings appeared over his back, running up and down his body in an almost tiger-esque fashion.

"Hrrff... maybe you can join me..." An amused growl escaped his mouth as his neck began to elongate, covered in the red and black scales that covered the majority of his immense body. He could easily be classed as a kaiju by this point, the hair on his head falling out as the scales began to encase it. Ivory-white spikes grew out of his cheeks, before a pair of horns slid out of his skull, gleaming in the moonlight.
