Ch.6 YAY...SHOPPIN.

Kyo slowly opened his eyes, as he sat up in bed but his smile faded when he saw his master wasn't lying beside him. The human looked out the window and saw that the sun was high in the sky. He slipped out of bed and stretched his arms high above his head, grabbing his pants on the floor so he could slip them on and started to head out of the room. Kyo reached the door but paused when he heard talking on the other side, he knew better than to ease drop but the door was opened slightly and Kyo looked somewhat worried at what he saw.

Icewaver was sitting beside Shine on the couch, his wolf's arm was wrapped around the human as his paw was on the slave's thigh. Icewaver looked somewhat stressed as he was talking to the human, the words could clearly be heard as Kyo watched the two.

"What about me..." the slaves said, his eyes were full of tears. "He just comes along and I'm going to be booted out like that?"

Icewaver shook his head. "No, it's not like that."

"Then what is it then?" The human pleaded.

"Look what pup and I had, has been good, but what me and you have now is special." Kyo felt as if he had been stabbed in his heart, by the wolf's words. Icewaver hugged Shine close, "I'll take him to Tags later today and have him do something with the kid, ok?"

A tear started to fall down Kyo's cheek as he saw Shine smile while nodding and resting his head on the wolf's chest. Kyo watched in horror as Icewaver moved his paw to the human's chin and lifted it upwards. The two looked into each other's eyes, the wolf smiled at the slave as he moved closer.

"I love you." Icewaver said. These are words that Kyo couldn't remember the wolf ever saying to him, but to this slave, they came out natural. Kyo's heart raced as the wolf placed his lips onto the human's.

"No..." Kyo yelled as he tried to bust threw the door, but to see that he instead sat up in bed, his cheeks were soaked with his tears of sadness. He covered his face with his hands and started to cry even more.

"Pup what's wrong." Kyo heard from the other side of the bed, Kyo looked down an saw Icewaver sit up next to him. The wolf tried to wrap his arm around his troubled human but Kyo just moved away, "Pup? What's going on?"

Kyo took a few moments to look around and saw that it was in fact still dark out with the moon still high in the sky. The wolf started to let out a whimper as he saw his human look in pain but Kyo wouldn't let Icewaver help him, "Pup?" Icewaver said quietly.

Kyo looked up at the wolf and shook his head. "No, it was just a bad dream." The human said as he lay back down and face away from the Icewaver, he was so troubled by the dream that he didn't want his wolf to look at him for the time being.

Icewaver was still perched up onto his elbow. "You want to tell me, what the dream was about?" the wolf asked as he placed his paw onto the human's shoulder and motioned Kyo to look at him.

Kyo rolled onto his back as he looked up at the ceiling, "Icewaver, You said that you loved Shine more than me," Kyo said, he closed his eyes tightly as a tear started to slowly form. "Then you...said you were going to get rid of me...a...and then you two kissed." Managed to say in between sobs.

He felt something warm but wet touch his cheek, Kyo looked over to his side just in time to see Icewaver's tongue go back into his mouth. The wolf was looking sternly at the human.

"First off, I will never love anyone more that I love you." He wrapped an arm around Kyo and pulled him close, "second is that no matter what can happen I would never, ever get rid of you. You're not a slave or a pet that I can just get rid of like that Pup, you're more than that. You're my lover, my mate." Icewaver bent down and started to nuzzle Kyo's neck in a way that the human couldn't help but smile and giggle. "Last thing is I love you for the way you are but I swear if you or your mind ever think of me being with someone else again I will personally give you lashes till you think otherwise."

Kyo's smile vanished in an instant. "You would actually hit me?" he asked worriedly.

Icewaver shrugged. "You can say that, you know I think you deserve some lashing right now." Kyo started to look more worried till Icewaver quickly moved close and gave Kyo a big lick across the face.

"One." The wolf said with a giggle before he moved in for another lick. "Two." He continued, Kyo was now laughing and trying to pull away from the wolf. Icewaver had a good grip on the human as he continued his tong punishment, after about twenty five licks he stopped and looked down at his now smiling human mate. "Do you deny my love for you?"

Kyo shook his head, "No master I don't."

"Good, then let's get back to sleep." The wolf said as he lay down next to Kyo. "Pup..." Icewaver said in a whisper as the human rolled over and looked at the wolf, eye to eye. "I love you." Icewaver said as he kissed Kyo on the lips.

Kyo closed his eyes as he kissed the wolf back, when he pulled back he looked at his wolf with a small sleepy smile. "I love you too master." The human said as he laid his head against the wolf's chest and they both closed their eyes to fall back asleep.

Icewaver woke up with a knocking at the door, he sat up a bit in the bed. "Yes." He yelled.

The door slowly opened and Shine poked his head threw it. "My lord, it's time to get up. The guards are waiting for you."

Icewaver sighed as he looked down at his sleeping human. "Okay, give me a few minutes." The slave bowed and closed the door. The wolf kissed Kyo on the forehead before slipping out of the bed quietly; he then made his way to the closet to get a pair of shorts. Once ready he took one last glance at his human before he walked out into the common room. He saw the slave busy dusting the furniture, Icewaver was about to leave till he looked back at Shine.

"Shine." Icewaver said.

The slave instantly stopped what he was doing and looked up at the wolf. "Yes my lord."

Icewaver looked one last time to the door to his bed room. "Let Pup sleep for a bit longer but I want him to be outside at the gate before I return."

Shine nodded. "Yes my lord."

With that Icewaver walked out of the room and closed the door quietly. He made his way through the palace with a big grin on his face, ever since his pup had come back into his life the wolf had been in a much better mood. Icewaver stepped out into the sun to see a sum of his wolves standing in ranks waiting patiently for him. The wolf walked up still tying the strings on his shorts.

"Morning." He said cheerfully.

"Morning Sir." Was the response the Icewaver got from the guards standing in rank.

Icewaver pointed to a random wolf, "Start us out in some stretches."

Without hesitation the wolf moved to the front and was facing everyone without wasting time the guard started to have the group stretch out various parts of their bodies. Icewaver followed what the wolf did, once completed Icewaver told the guard to lead them on their run to an outside post.

Halfway to the post a guard ran up beside Icewaver and smiled. "Someone is in a good mood today." The wolf stated.

Icewaver didn't say anything but smiled and shook his head.

"Must be because he got his human back." One wolf from the back shouted, the whole group started to giggle or laugh.

"Hey," Icewaver shouted back but still had a smile, "so what if I did get my human back."

"Nothing sir," the wolf shrugged. "As long as you get to fuck that nice piece of ass and get laid who cares." The comment just led to more laughing from the wolves.

"He isn't just something to be fucked every night." Icewaver said with a sterner look.

"We know that sir, I'm just saying that we are all glade to have the caring, puppy like wolf that we are used to back." A lot of the wolves agreed and shook their heads.

Icewaver couldn't help but smile at the thought of what the wolf had said, and he was right. A part of Icewaver was missing and now it's back, he's back, the normal wolf that everyone knew is now back. They reached the post after a three mile run, all panting heavily but Icewaver who was breathing a little difficult.

Icewaver let his men rest for a bit before he got them all ready for their return back. "Sir." one of the wolves called out.

"Yes." Icewaver answered.

"Can we have a race back to the palace?" The wolf asked.

Icewaver thought about it. "What's in for me?"

"How about duty?" One wolf suggested.

Icewaver pondered on it for a bit. "Okay, here's the deal. If one of you can beat me back to town then you will stand only one hour of guard duty," the wolves all cheered and agreed. "But if I win though, all of you will have a surprise for your duty instead of standing watch."With the odds against Icewaver they all agreed. "Fine then, get ready." They all lined up and were ready to take on the challenge. "Go." Icewaver yelled and they all started in a mad dash back to the palace.

Kyo felt someone shaking him on his shoulder, his eyes slowly opened as he saw Shine shaking him. "Time to get up umm...." The human thought for a sec.

Kyo sat up but when he seen the slave's face he got the same pain feeling when he had the dream. "It's Kyo." He said harshly to the slave.

Shine looked down at the floor, somewhat looked hurt. "Umm...Kyo listen, I've been thinking about how I've been acting and I'm sorry. I can see now that you're not here to replace me, I was just scared you know." Shine said while standing and still unable to look up at Kyo. "I've only been here for about a season but I worked hard to get to this spot. You don't know what it's like to be nothing and then given an opportunity like this." The human said.

Kyo nodded. "You're right I don't know what it's like." Shine looked at Kyo. "I came as Icewaver's pet the moment I came here."

Shine was shocked. "Did you come from another slave owner?" He asked.

Kyo shook his head. "Nope, right from the auction house."

"That's insane." Shane shook his head in disbelief. "I've never heard of a slave becoming a pet that quickly."

Kyo gave a small smiled as he sat up in the bed, somewhat more at ease with the slave, he looked around but didn't see his master anywhere. "Umm, where is master anyways?"

Shine cursed at himself. "Damn it, I got side tracked. Lord Icewaver wanted you to wait outside by the gate before he returned."

"Okay but can you umm..." Kyo started before his cheeks started to turn red and he tightens up the last bit of the blanket that covered him. "Can you please step out so I can change?"

"Sure." Shine said, the slave turned and walked outside of the room. Once the door was closed Kyo slowly slipped out of the bed, his naked form shivering slightly as the cooler air touched his skin. He walked over to the closet and went to see if there was anything else for him to wear. He looked around to find that the whole opposite side of the closet had the same kind of pants or some with slightly different colors, Kyo figured by the size of the clothing that they were meant to be for him since they were too small for his wolf to wear. Slipping on a light green pair of pants, He headed out of the palace, constantly being stopped by wolves about not bowing to them or not having a collar on,until they realize who he was. Kyo forgot how fast word spreads threw out the wolf clan but eventually Kyo made his way outside and was waiting patiently in front of the gate.

Kyo leaned up against the wall waiting patiently, he look out down the road. A big smile came up across his face as he saw his wolf appear around the corner and was running even fast as he came up to him. The wolf ran up and hugged Kyo tightly, nuzzling the human's cheek. Kyo smiled as he hugged the wolf back, Kyo looked to the side to see more and more of the wolves run up behind him. Everyone was panting heavily as they tried to get their breaths back.

"Damn, how did you get here so fast?" One of the wolves asked.

Icewaver just smiled as he hugged his human tighter. "Oh, I had inspiration."

"You knew we were going to make a deal didn't you sir?" Another asked.

"Well, I know how much you all like to wager something when I get back into a good mood after I was feeling crappy." Icewaver turned Kyo and they both started to head to the palace together. "Oh, I expect everyone back here later this afternoon." They both heard the wolves groan as they went inside.

Icewaver walked into the room and headed into the bedroom, "I'm going to take a quick bath, and then we'll head into town."

"Okay." Kyo said as he headed back into the lounge and plopped onto the couch. He looked over to see that Shine was busy doing the work he knew all too well. He rolled onto his back and waited for his wolf to get done.

Icewaver stepped into the tub; he tossed the warm water onto his fur as he started to scrub the sweat and dirt out of it. He didn't want to take too long since he had planes for him and his pup. He finished up and dried himself off and walked into the lounge with a towel around his waist. He saw that Kyo had his eyes closed and had most likely fallen asleep. Icewaver smiled as he walked up to him from behind and bent down at the side of the couch closest to Kyo's head. The wolf bent down and planted a small kiss on the human's lips.

Kyo gave a small smile while he opened his eyes. The wolf smiled back down at him, "Now's not the time to sleep pup, we have lots to do today."

Kyo nodded as he sat up and placed his feet onto the floor, he glanced off to the side to see his wolf disappear back into the bedroom. Kyo got up and followed, closing the door behind him. Icewaver stood near the closet and took off his towel, he tossed it into a bag nearby for dirty clothing. The wolf turned to get a some pants out but was startled when he saw Kyo standing beside him with a pair of black ones in his hands.

Icewaver smiled and hugged his human tightly and kissed him on the cheek. "Thanks love." The wolf said as he pulled them up, once dressed Icewaver and Kyo walked into the lounge. The wolf walked over to the corner of the room where he seen his sword resting, he took it and strapped it onto his back by the sheath. When he looked behind him Kyo was looking confused at the wolf.

Icewaver just grinned at the human. "Political appearance." He said, Kyo just smiled and shook his head.

The town hadn't changed one bit from what Kyo could see, wolves still walked around the small booths of the market with leashes in their paws that had slaves attached to the end of them. Kyo walked beside his wolf, looking at all the different items, artifacts, and objects that were being sold.

An Archery stand with bows hung from the stands wall caught Kyo attention, he walked over to it and marveled at how the design was far more complex than anything what his village had, and the bows seemed to be looked as if you can pull the draw string back with ease. Something like that made the human wonder how fast an arrow would fly with this kind of bow.

"Hey, what are you doing, slave?" A shout came from Kyo's side the moment he reached up to touch one. A wolf came out of nowhere and snatched him up by his wrist. Kyo looked over to see an older looking grey wolf holding him tightly, the wolf was snarling as he was being examined. A smirk came a crossed his face, "Oh, no collar. Then that means you're a runaway." He said as he pulled out a knife from his belt. "That means instant death."

"I...I'm not a run away." Kyo said as his eyes filled with fear.

"Liar." The wolf shrieked as he brought his arm back to thrust it forward, Kyo was about to say 'no' till the wolf looked behind him. Kyo took a closer look to see that Icewaver had the wolf by the arm, the human let out a small sigh of relief.

"Is there a problem here?" Icewaver growled at merchant.

The wolf nodded. "Yes my lord I caught this runaway about to take one of these bows."

Icewaver tightened his grip on the wolf's arm. "My pup is not a run away." The wolf turned around and looked in horror, he let go of Kyo's wrist. He watched as Kyo made his way beside Icewaver and moved close to the wolf.

"I...I'm sorry my lord, I didn't know." The wolf whined.

Icewaver gripped his sword by the handle and was about to draw it out. "Maybe a small reminder will help." He said as he glared at the wolf.

Kyo looked around and saw a few wolves had stopped to see what was going on. "Master." Kyo said quietly.

Icewaver looked down at his human and saw the worried look on the human's face, the look that washed away all anger and filled him with regret. Giving a long sigh he let go of the wolf's arm, "I expect an appropriate apology from you."

The wolf quickly bowed. "I'm so sorry for this mistake."

Icewaver nodded to the wolf, he wrapped his arm around Kyo's shoulder and walked off. "What were you doing that made you walking off like that?"

Kyo looked down at the ground, "I was looking at the bows, and it's interesting on how different they looked from the ones I'm used to seeing."

Icewaver stopped and looked down at his pup. "Look, I'm not mad at you or anything. I was scared of what could happen to you when I'm not with you."

Kyo gave the wolf a small smile. "I guess walking around without a collar isn't a good idea."

"No, I guess not." The wolf chuckled.

"Umm... do you think you can get me one?" Kyo asked.

The wolf looked at his human confused, "What, you're not a slave. You don't need one."

Kyo nodded. "I know but if it keeps me out of trouble from not having one then I'm willing to wear one."

Icewaver pondered on that thought, for the most part was the human was right. If having a collar kept him from trouble like earlier than they would have no choice. "Fine, let go."

He lead the human to a small shack, when they walked in Kyo saw a female wolf sitting behind a counter doing some sowing work on a new collar. The human saw all sorts of colors and designs from leather to thick cloth, "be with you in a sec dear." the wolf said but she didn't look up.

It didn't take her long to finish her work with a bite of the string, separating the remaining thread from the product. She looked up at the two with a big smile, "How may I help the two of you?"

"Need to get a collar." Icewaver said while he was still looking at some collars still hanging on the wall.

She smiled as she leaned onto the counter, resting in her elbows, "Is it for that cute human or yourself?"

Kyo started to chuckle as Icewaver glanced over his shoulder to her. "For him, miss."

She too chuckled while she came around the counter to get a better look at Kyo's neck. "Would you like leather or cloth?" she asked and examined the human.

"Cloth please." Icewaver walked over to the two. "I know how hard leather can be on the human's neck."

The wolf smiled and nodded. "Oh so he's special to you right?"

Kyo looked down at the floor as his face turned red. Icewaver seen the way his pup was blushing and smiled, he wrapped his arms down around the human's torso, hugging him tightly. "Yes he is." The wolf said happily. Kyo's face was now burning red.

The female wolf let out an 'Aww' before she walked over to the other side of the building. "Over here are the more delicate collars. Soft cloth so it's easy on the skin but thick so it won't fall apart easily."

Icewaver looked at them with Kyo still in his arms, Kyo was also looking at them with his hands on the wolf's forearm. A light blue collar caught Kyo's eyes, he reached out and took it off the wall. It was light and the inside was very soft, the light blue material was carefully sown on another so the edge was black.

Icewaver bent down to whisper in Kyo's ear. "You like?" Kyo looked up at his wolf and nodded, Icewaver looked over at the female wolf. "We'll take this one."

"Splendid." She reached out to take the collar from Kyo and inspected it. "This is one of my best, Its going to be around twenty coins." Icewaver pulled out the coins and handed them to her. "Is that all my lord or did you want a tag on it also?"

"No," Icewaver said with a wave of his paw. "The collar is fine."

She handed it over to the wolf as soon as the coins were placed into her paw. The two thanked her and walked out, the wolf smiled down at Kyo as he turned the human around and placed the collar on. It almost seemed to fit perfectly on the human's neck. Once ready they headed out too see what else there was to get, they decided to go to the Inn that Kyo first went to when he became the wolf's slave. It was a blast from the past as they entered the building and the human saw a wolf sitting at the counter.

Kyo walked over and sat at the cubical while Icewaver took off his sword the wolf sat down and looked at his human with a curious look on his face as Kyo had a huge grin on his face, "Look who is also here." He said with a tilt of his head to the side.

Icewaver glanced past Kyo and a big grin came across his face. "Oh shit."

Icewaver looked all around him for something but had to settle for the biscuits in the basket that was placed on the table. Icewaver took one in his paw and tossed one at the wolf. Kyo and Icewaver quickly looked at each other trying their hardest not to laugh after the bread hit the wolf's back. Icewaver carefully looked over Kyo's shoulder to see the wolf looking around, pissed but after not finding who did it turned around and went back to what he was doing. Kyo looked behind him to see the wolf once again not paying attention anymore; he picked up another roll and tossed it over to the wolf. This time hitting the wolf in the back of his head.

The wolf quickly flew out of his seat with a knife in his hand. "Okay, who the fuck keeps hitting me." The wolf shouted at the top of his lungs

Icewaver and Kyo were trying their hardest not to burst out laughing. The wolf felt embarrassed as wolves and slaves were looking at him with a look of bewilderment. The wolf plopped back into his seat, growling loudly. Icewaver picked up one more and pegged the wolf in the back just as the wolf turned around.

The wolf slammed his fist on the counter and turned to see Icewaver and Kyo waving at him. The wolf was feeling pretty stupid right about now as he made his way over to the two, his ears laid back.

"Good to see you again kid." The wolf said as he sat beside Kyo.

"You're too easy to piss off Tags." Icewaver said with a big grin.

Kyo just smiled at the slave catcher, Tags shook his head and looked back at the human. "How the hell you put up with him is beyond me. When did you get back?" He asked just as a waitress came up to them. "Just the other day." Kyo said while Icewaver was ordering for the whole table.

As they all caught up on lost time, Kyo found out that Tags is going to head west to see if they can find anymore villages, since they raided Kyo's village he mentioned that they tried to keep the killing to a minimum.

The food came and they all thanked the waitress. The meals were steaming hot steaks with some veggies on the side, Kyo looked up to his wolf and thanked him but something caught his eyes. The human stood up and had to do a double take as he glanced out the window.

"Pup what's wrong?" Icewaver asked.

The human slowly sat back down in his chair. "I'm not certain but I thought I just saw your sister Angelis."

I know what you're all thinking, "damn another cliffhanger." But guess what...it's another cliffhanger, muahahahaha.
