The past day had been rough for Dave and his pokemon, an earthquake caused a landslide and he had to go off of the route to make his way to the next town. Letting out a sigh, the wolf was completely lost and not sure where to go. Everyone on his team but his zangoose had fainted and even they weren't in great shape. He knew if he kept heading this way that he'd eventually hit either the road or the river but he started to wonder if he had lost his sense of direction.

Hearing some movement nearby Dave sent out his zangoose who was ready for a fight even if they were beat up a bit. Out walked a sleepy abra and before zangoose could even take a swipe at it they teleported away. Dave was about to thank his zangoose but then he noticed they were still on high alert. Looking in the direction his pokemon was fixated on, Dave saw a seviper sleeping in a tree with one of its long coils dangling from the tree. "Zan no, leave them be," Dave would whisper as he reached for zangoose's pokeball.

He was too slow though as his zangoose leaped up in the air and took a swipe at the coils. While his hit was too weak with the attempt at reaching them to do any real damage, it did wake the large snake pokemon up. His words failed to reach zangoose with the old rivalry between the two pokemon species fueling their rage filled instincts. Attempting to recall his zangoose and run, Dave would run a few yards before the zangoose popped out of their pokeball. It didn't matter what the wolf wanted at this point as the two pokemon were going to fight no matter what.

Zangoose was fiercer on the attack and put seviper on the defensive but failed to land a blow on the snake as they slithered around and evaded the attacks. Dave quickly realized the seviper's body had completely encircled zangoose but before he could get out a word the snake attacked. All he could do was watch as his worn down zangoose was swiftly wrapped up in those coils and squeezed firmly.

Knowing his zangoose wouldn't be able to break free, Dave charged forward with the intention of grabbing those thick coils and breaking the grip. Before he could get in range however that bladed tail tip swung out and stopped just shy of the wolf's neck. The wolf froze in place once he brought himself to a stop, Dave felt the blade against his neck and he dared not move. He tried to breathe slowly to calm himself as the blade gently pushed toward his neck and he got the hint to walk back. Once he started to move, he saw the blade take a swipe at him and was too slow to react. Surprisingly seviper missed or so he thought until he looked at the blade again and saw zangoose's pokeball impaled by it. With a flick of their tail the destroyed pokeball was flung towards the trees never to be seen again.

Dave was not sure what to do now as he watched his zangoose squirm weakly in the massive snake's coils and failed to land an effective blow. Every time they moved the seviper's coils would wrap tighter around them, making it harder for them to move or breathe. He wasn't entirely sure what to do now as he couldn't abandon his first pokemon but the rest of his team was unable to fight and he was powerless. Reaching into his bag, Dave grabbed a pokeball and threw it at the seviper with all his might.

What followed paralyzed Dave with fear as the bladed tail cut the ball in half and the seviper gave him a look that let him know, he fucked up. The coils released his zangoose but now the seviper was charging him down instead. Reacting far too slowly, Dave found himself in the middle of those coils as the powerful muscles squeezed over his body. Feeling a shortness of breath from his chest being squeezed, he started to gasp desperately for air. Zangoose was slowly getting back up now that they were free and Dave shook his head as they started to charge forward. They'd fail to land a hit as the flat side of the blade whacked the zangoose across the face, throwing them against a tree.

Seviper was angry at this point, hissing at both of them before turning back to Dave and opening their jaws wide open. Closing his eyes and looking down, not wanting to see where he was about to end up. Letting out a quiet scream as he didn't have enough air in his lungs to make any noise when those two fangs came in contact with his neck. Unable to squirm free while the fangs went a couple inches deep into his flesh and could feel the cold sting from the venom flowing through his body. His whole body started to go numb as he was being paralyzed and once the fangs pulled free he could feel the warmth of his blood trickling down his back.

With Dave all but down for the count, seviper dropped the wolf from his coils and went after zangoose. The wolf could hardly move at this point as the venom worked its way through his body. Struggling to get his hand to his neck to put pressure on where the snake had bit him. Trying to reach into his bag with his other hand, hoping to grab an antidote or a pokeball in hopes his other pokemon had rested enough. Hearing the two pokemon fighting with each other while he struggled to do the simplest of tasks.

Seviper had noticed what he was trying to do and slashed at the bag's strap then punctured it with their tail before flinging it away. It distracted the seviper enough for zangoose to land a hit on the side of the snake's head, leaving a few scratch marks. Unfortunately for zangoose, they were still in no condition to beat the seviper and quickly found themself wrapped up in the seviper's coils once more. Dave couldn't bear to watch when the seviper bit his pokemon just like they had done so to him. Hearing zangoose cry out before the air was squeezed out of them and then there was silence.

Tears went down his face, there was nothing he could do to help his pokemon and soon he'd be meeting the same fate. It was a struggle to move even an inch now and even though he knew he shouldn't, he turned to see what was happening. Seviper's fangs had retracted partially allowing them to easily consume the zangoose head first. The snake's neck was already bulging with the upper half of zangoose's body by the time Dave had turned to see. He wanted to turn away but the venom had completely set it, unable to feel much of anything now or move. Forced to just watch as seviper lifted his pokemon out of their coils letting those legs dangle in the air. Seeing every tiny detail of the jaws and throat working the zangoose down while those legs disappeared entirely inside of them. The bulge of his pokemon slowly sank deeper into the thick coils, watching the black and yellow hide of the snake expand as they passed through.

With the pokemon out of the way, seviper turned their attention to Dave, moving toward him for a moment before turning once more to the bag. The wolf watched as the snake grabbed one of his pokemon's pokeballs and gulped it down. He wanted to scream but was too weak to open his mouth and all that came out was a muffled groan. The rest of his pokemon would follow and a couple even popping free of their balls, bulging out more of the coils.

Seviper turned once more to Dave, slithering towards him and he was completely helpless. The wolf almost passed out from his fear when that tail blade came toward him. Luckily for him the blade didn't stab him but rather went under his clothes, cutting them to pieces until they'd fall off and left the wolf completely naked. While he wasn't cut, Dave could still feel the tip of the blade graze through his fur even after the seviper was done. His limp body was then lifted by the coils as they slithered around and squeezed his body. Faintly feeling his pokemon wiggle what little they could in those coils while they rubbed along his body. Dave knew what was coming, he tried to accept it at this point since he couldn't fight it and only wished he had been a better trainer, he had failed his team.

Nothing could fully prepare him for what came next as the jaws of the monstrous snake opened wide and descended over his head. He saw the dark depths of the fleshy tunnel ahead of him contracted from their swallowing in preparations of sending him inside. His muzzle being the first to enter that powerful throat, feeling the tight squeeze over him before the rest of his head was pushed in. Seviper's fangs were digging into his back but with his current condition he couldn't tell if they pierced his flesh again or just pressed down on him.

The wolf's body was easy for seviper to swallow with how limp his body was and hardly a challenge for a snake their size. His chest and belly disappeared down into that neck with the next push of their jaws down over the coiled wolf. Just like his zangoose before him, Dave's legs and tail were released from the coils and lifted straight into the air. Allowing seviper to swallow the rest of the wolf down with ease with those jaws and gravity working him down into that greedy gullet.

Dave knew nothing but darkness, the slimy insides and the tight squeeze of those thick coils. He tried to fight falling asleep, not entirely sure why himself as he knew he was going to die in this snake and no one was going to be able to help him. His air was running thin even before he was in the snake but now his lungs felt like they were on fire, desperately gasping for air. The wolf's head bumped up against one of his pokemon, though he wasn't sure who but he did know that they weren't moving as well. It wasn't long before Dave felt himself fading in and out of consciousness, and seconds later he'd pass out never to wake again.
