Chapter 33

Cailus's Rage

Shadewoods Manor

7:00 PM

Cailus paced back and forth in his study, still no closer to any answers on who had raided Runefield Asylum, nor who attacked the late Pete's brothel and abducted Tommy. He could feel his rage steadily build as he paced. He had already hired a private eye team from the Pandemonia Detective Agency, led by a crocodile named Victor Lincel. After scouring across the galactic internet during the past few days, he finally decided on hiring Victor. After all, the Pandemonia Agency had the best reviews he could find, and Cailus wanted concrete answers. No matter how much it would cost. Despite the setbacks from Runefield and the brothel, he knew he would be good for any price Victor charged.

As he waited for Victor to arrive, Cailus heard his phone ring. After a quick growl, he took the phone out of his pocket and answered it on speakerphone.

"Yes?" He asked, irritation in his tone clear.

"Hello, Sir." Cailus instantly recognized the voice on the other end. It was Bishop.

"Bishop Jaren! About damn time you got in touch with me!" Cailus snapped. "Where have you been the last few weeks?! Shopping for variations of your religious books and ritual candles?! You had better have some info on who has taken Tommy, at the very least!"

Bishop's tone changed like the flip of a switch. "First off, I'm only going to say this once: don't make insulting quips about the Aryndo faith! Second: I have not only info on who took Tommy, I have also found the ones responsible. However, I am not going to bring you their heads. In fact, I am not bringing you anything..."

Cailus felt a vein start to pop out on his forehead, his animosity becoming manic. "What do you mean?! Why, you little hokey-religious hippy dragon slut!! Who in the hell do you think you are talking to?!" Cailus opened the app on his phone that controlled the obedience equipment he would have equipped on his slaves, quickly scrolling through the list to Bishop's name. "You watch your tone, show some respect with me, and get to the point! I am not in the mood for jokes or games, Jaren!!"

"This is no game." Bishop replied, tone filled with iced daggers. "The people who have Tommy didn't kidnap him, as you so eloquently put it. They rescued him! Saved him! Freed_him! Not only from Pete's abuse, but from _yours! Not only that, but after I found and met these people, they have shown me the truth, and freed me as well! Cailus Foxmoore, I am no longer going to do your bidding! I am no longer your attack dog you can just sick on people you don't like... I am not your puppet anymore."

Cailus let out a snarl, one hand clenched into a fist for a few seconds before opening. "Free, you say?! You retarded, deluded fool... Have you forgot who your master is? Who has total control of you? Perhaps I should remind you..."

Cailus hit the button on his phone's touchscreen, activating Bishop's obedience equipment as he jacked up the settings to full power! He heard the loud, electric crackle in the background through the phone, but Bishop wasn't crying out in pain like he usually did! In fact, Bishop was completely silent for a few seconds before letting out a chuckle that sent shivers down Cailus' spine. He then heard a few other voices on the other end that he didn't recognize.

"Someone's very angry~!"

"Obviously. Sounds like he really needs a jolly-good laugh..."

"Laugh, huh? I'm leaning more towards full-blown 24-7 therapy, amigo..."

Cailus was floored. After a few seconds of this revelation, he shut off the obedience equipment.

"Obviously, you were not paying attention to what I said." Bishop spoke up again. "I am no longer your puppet, no longer under your control. The strings you have bound me in have been cut, and I have been shown a truth that is undeniable. Despite the darkness you engulfed me and my son in, despite the living version of Phicrihin you forced us through... I have been shown that there is always a twinkle of light shining in the darkness. It just needs to be given a chance to grow and shine to drive the darkness back. Cailus, I have seen something in Tommy for the first time in five, hellish years: Genuine happiness, elated joy... Most importantly, he has now found someone of his own to love. After witnessing this first-hand, and meeting the people who rescued him, as well as me, I am not going to do anything to rob my son of that joy! Your darkness will no longer shroud our lives, and I assure you: I will do everything in my power to make sure you don't shroud anyone else in that darkness either! Consider this your only warning, Cailus Foxmoore: We are coming after you, and when we do meet in battle... We will make sure to end you. That is a promise."

Cailus felt his heart rate skyrocket in his chest like a war drum being beat with a rapid tempo. He started screaming into the phone incoherently, letting out curses and words laced with the most profane insults he could come up with, which were quite a few. After one minute straight of this incoherent, screaming fit, he stopped and caught his breath.

"...Bishop Jaren, you have obviously developed quite a bit of gusto from whatever has happened. But gusto alone doesn't count for much!" Cailus snarled, his voice a low growl. "Just remember the wrath of the pissed-off beast you have brought upon yourself, as there are much worse strings that I can pull... But you will learn that soon enough."

Cailus then hung up the phone and put it back into his pocket. He then slammed his fists onto his desk in rage, the impact jostling the contents on the surface.

After a series of deep breaths, Cailus got his bearings. Despite needing to meet with Victor soon, he started to think of what he could do to show Bishop just how much of a mistake he had made. Then, the lightbulb turned on when he remembered that Bishop and Tommy were not the only ones his hunters caught on Sepharth...

Gareth Jaren, the BlackWarGreymon sat in his isolated cell in the mansion. He was curled up in fetal position, struggling not to break down into tears as he did many a night. He had just been hosed down again a few hours ago, after being forced to pleasure Cailus. Gareth looked at his golden Band of Illumiation on his right wrist, the only thing Cailus allowed him to keep after he was captured. The only thing that he had to remind him of his bonded mate, Bishop. Gareth looked on at the jeweled wristband, feeling dirty, impure, corrupted, unfaithful... The things Cailus had him do for his selfish pleasures were agonizing. Besides Cailus whipping him and the fox using him as his own personal punching bag on occasion, he also would often force Gareth to suck him off, after the fox had injected himself with an absurd amount of aphrodisiac! Due to the aphrodisiac's effects, Gareth would end up with more than a mouthful of the fox's cum, unable to swallow it all. In the end, it would just spew out the sides of his mouth, and Gareth would be coughing profusely once Cailus let his head go trying to catch his breath.

Not only that, but Cailus most often wouldn't be finished with Gareth by then, as he would have Gareth chained up face-down on his bed by his men. Then, Cailus would violently start fucking not only his tailhole, but also violate Gareth by penetrating his vagina underneath his balls, the lips seated on his taint. Gareth couldn't help it that he was a Hermaphrodite. It was just genetics, the way he was made, how he had been born into this universe. But it didn't make Gareth feel any better. The only blessing in that scenario was that Cailus would wear protection and slather his glands in gelatinous spermicide, seeing he didn't want to have Gareth bear any offspring. Cailus even went so far as to have him sterilized, which weighed most heavily on Gareth's heat and soul.

Suddenly, Gareth heard may guards coming down the hall. They stopped in front of his cell, holding cuffs and irons, along with a blindfold. This wasn't what they normally did. Gareth felt fear shoot through him as they unlocked the door and walked in, surrounding him. He then realized that not all of the guards there were guards... There were a few of the hunters there that had captured him as well! The leader of the hunters, a Rhino that only went by the name "Bones" stood there as well, with two other hunters at his sides.

"The boss wants to see you. Now. He said he has something fun planned. For us, anyway..." Bones said. He snapped his fingers, and the rest of the guards closed in, quickly slapping the cuffs and irons around Gareth's wrists and ankles, securing his arms behind his back as they blindfolded him. They then hauled him to his feet and pulled him out of his cell.

Gareth felt even more worry after they stepped through many more doors, eventually ending up outside, dragging him like a bag of vegetables. Gareth could smell various plants from the gardens that surrounded the manor. He was then hauled up a few steps, ending up in some sort of vehicle... Gareth knew it was a helicopter, as he could hear the engine turning the rotors that propelled the craft through the air as they took off. Some of the hunters started murmuring things to each other, talking about "how fun this hunt was going to be." Whatever was going on, Gareth knew he wasn't going to like the outcome at the end.

After about half an hour, Gareth heard the helicopter land. He was hauled out of the seat he was sitting in and dragged out the helicopter. Gareth felt wild vegetation and dirt underneath his feet as he was led away from the helicopter for a way. The group then stopped; Gareth being pulled back roughly onto his feet.

Gareth then heard someone unlocking the cuffs around his wrists and ankles, along with deactivating and removing his obedience equipment. He quickly started feeling anxious, almost like he was ready to throw up from the tension.

Then, his blindfold was removed. Gareth saw he was now out in a rainforest, deep in a jungle. He looked around at the scene filled with trees, greenery, flora, and fauna. He then heard Cailus clear his throat loudly behind him. Gareth, now completely terrified, turned around to see Cailus standing with the entire slave hunter squad, Bones at his side. "M-Master... What's going on, what is-"

"What this is, Gareth, is your termination." Cailus said coldly with an insane grin. "You have exhausted your worth to me if you had any at all. So now you must be disposed of. My men are going to hunt you down, and if they catch you, they will kill you. However, to make this fun for them, you will have a one-day head start. I suggest you start running as fast as your legs can carry, you Gareth... This is the only leniency I am giving you. Your time starts now..."

Gareth went wide-eyed, his heart up in his throat after hearing Cailus say those words. After a few seconds of processing this information, Cailus took out a pistol from inside his jacket and fired it in the air, the weapon letting out a loud crack and boom! Gareth, now started and filled with full-blown fear, turned around and started running deeper into forest as fast as he could!

"Yeah, run! Run, lizard legs! Run as fast as you can!" Bones yelled, he and Cailus laughing like maniacs, the sound echoing throughout the forest.
