Soon the fox tribe was beginning to accuse the wolf tribe for the disappearance of one of their own and began to search through the forest but wouldn't dare go near the wolf tribe's lands for now. The leader of the wolf pack knew that if they caught her living among them, trouble would ensue so they immediately started posting many guards around their own land, ordered to report anything regarding the fox people.

The poor mother-to-be fox turned towards her wolf husband with a worried look as she rubbed her slowly growing belly that carried her future child pup. She looked down to her belly once more as she sat on her chair and said with a worried tone, "I'm so scared... I'm not sure how I'm going to ever protect my pup if I ever get caught."

"Try not to worry too much," said the wolf in a calm voice while placing a hand on her shoulder. "I believe its time I tell you something we never tell anyone else outside our own tribe."

"I'll do anything to protect our love but especially to protect our child, please tell me."

"Then let's start heading for my parent's home. My father can teach you a defense art called JyuKen Martial Arts. Similar to kenpou style except his is has to do with obtaining your own inner abilities within. I don't know if you have this inner ability but there is only one way to find out. Even if you don't, you do learn much on defending yourself greatly just by learning the arts."

He took her hand and took her to his father who is a master in the technique and possibly beyond. The would-be-grandfather was in meditation as his wife was outside doing some gardening work but the moment the couple stepped near the father's home, he immediately felt something he didn't expect. Something he couldn't explain except as being pure light. He opened his eyes as he looked towards the doorway.

The couple appeared through the doorway, though the fox, being somewhat intimidated at first, hid behind her husband. "Father," said the young wolf as he hugged his father. "It's been a few years since I last saw you." His father smiled as he returned the hug as well and peeked over his shoulder to see what he had brought. "Hai... it has been a long while son. Tell me, who is the lovely creature you brought with you?"

"Oh this is my wife... she's a fox," he said as he nervously twitched his tail.

"I-I-It's a pleasure meeting you sir," she said while extending a hand out to him.

"It is an honor to meet someone outside of our own who carries something special," he said as he made a respecting bow to her.

She was confused to this sort of greeting but felt somewhat as if being treated royalty of some sort. At first she was confused to what he said on carrying something 'special' but figured he only meant about her child she would soon bear in the future. Later in the next few months she would learn he would be speaking about her child.

So for the next few months she began to be trained under her husband's father. It was difficult at first because she had no idea what kind of moves she was doing and felt like she was rather dancing instead. She didn't want to call him by his name or just simply father even though she has been already welcomed in the family. She asked her husband's mother if there was a more appropriate name that she can call him, to which she answered, "Oh, you can call him Sensei. It simply means teacher but I'm sure he will be pleased when you mention it to him. He used to be called Sensei all the time back then when he used to teach all the time." The fox smiled and gave a hug in thanks to her, quickly returning back to her training.

When she was finally able to call him by the title, it made him smile knowing full well who must've told her to call him that because it did made him feel more or less special but feeling no greater than any other. She came up to him one day and asked, "Sensei, I was told that JyuKen would supposedly unlock some sort of abilities within me. What does that mean?"

"JyuKen is something that will take much patience in obtaining, yet most are not able to obtain it simply because they do not wish it, only wanting to learn the arts as a form of meditation, or they just simply don't have the ability at all. I honestly do not know if you do harbor any ability at all and the ability varies. Very much like... so," he said as he extend his arm with his hand open towards a rocky hill, his hand glowing as if on fire but didn't seem so, suddenly shooting some sort of energy made up of light towards the mountain causing a huge explosion of some sort.

The fox simply stood there in awe at what she had just seen. Never had she ever seen as such within her kind, but it only fueled her determination to ever learn more of this technique even if it would take her years. Sensei only smiled and nodded, impressed at her determination but when the months passed and the fox would soon bear the child, he would sense a far strong energy building up within her.

It wasn't long until he finally figured it out that it wasn't her Sensei was sensing but rather her child within her. He could feel an immense tense build of pure energy. It was so odd because it felt pleasant and calm, as if staring into the presence of a heavenly light that even his wife could feel it even though she didn't have much training on JyuKen martial arts.

Finally the week came when the fox would soon bear the child, her husband sitting at her side, ever at her side to give his strength to her for that day. His wife looked to him and brushed the side of his muzzle with a smile, which quickly faded as she suddenly felt extreme pain.
