Everyone was all bustling about and Adrien waved to his boyfriend, "Hey Hank!"

Hank smiled when he saw the French model come up to him and kiss the young American. This show of affection did not fail to pass the attention of one Chlo辿 Bourgeois.

Chlo辿 growled at seeing Adrien kiss Hank. "What the hell is this?!"

Hank looked up at Chlo辿. "Oh, hey, Fancy Pants," he said smirking, "Did you want something from my boyfriend?"

"Yes, in fact I want ANSWERS!' Chlo辿 shouted making everyone flinch. "Adrien, why are you dating him, why are you kissing him, and why...the fuck?! Is he your boyfriend?! You're not gay!" She screamed. Adrien narrowed his eyes. "Maybe I am, I'm not. But, I love Hank regardless Chloe."

"Well, what do you have to say to that, Fancy Pants?" asked Hank putting a hand on his waist when the principal came out to glare at Chlo辿 for shouting.

Chloe eeped and then glared, "This isn't over!" Then stomped off. Adrien then noticed one of his classmates trembling. Of course it was the redheaded artist Nathaniel Kurtzberg, formerly Evillustrator. Adrien kneeled to him, "You alright Nathaniel?" He asked. Nathaniel gulped and gently stood up, "I'm okay Adrien, just that Chlo辿 scares me sometimes." He squeaked a bit.

Hank then came over. "I'm sorry," he said kneeling down next to the redhead and Adrien, "I don't believe we've been introduced. I'm Hank. What's your name, friend?"

"Oh, I'm Nathaniel. It's nice to meet you Hank." Nathaniel smiled shyly. Adrien whispered to Hank softly. "Nathaniel's a bit shy."

"Oh, I'm sorry if I scared you," said Hank, "Sure, I can be intimidating to someone who bullies others, but I'm a real nice guy at heart. I even know how to play the flute."

"That's amazing. I'm more of an artist." Nathaniel said, showing some of his drawings to Hank.

"Well, maybe a tune can help with some inspiration," said Hank as he removed his backpack and pulled out a flute case, "May I?"

"Oh that would be nice. Maybe I can also convince my boyfriend Marc to add that to our comics." Nathaniel gasped excitedly. Adrien smiled, "Nathaniel and his boyfriend Marc also create comics based on Ladybug and Chat Noir's adventures."

"Cool," said Hank as he got his flute ready, "I'd love to see them some time. And I hope you don't mind if I do a few fancy steps." When he blew into his flute, there was a jolt of rhythm that over took the entire school courtyard. Then Luka, a base player, heard Hank playing and began to strum with the flute player. "Hey, I know that tune," said Nino as he pulled out some drum sticks and began tapping on some beam columns and Alya was dancing with Juleka, Rose, and a few other girls were singing:

Adrien and Nathaniel watched in amazement and everyone watched as they also danced together

Marinette came in and she was amazed and then joined in the dancing much to Alya's insisting. Nathaniel's boyfriend Marc came out of his art room for he heard the music when he too found himself dancing.

Nathaniel soon happily swayed over to his boyfriend and danced around him while Adrien giggled and danced with Hank.

When Hank came to a finish, the entire school, even the teachers, came out to applaud the wonderful performance. "I hope I helped you, Nathaniel," said Hank smiling.

Nathaniel smiled softly and happily, "I think you did Hank. Thank you so much." Adrien ran over and hugged Hank, "Hank that was absolutely amazing!"

"Thanks," said Hank smiling, "I guess you could call me the 'Pied Piper of High School'." Everyone laughed as they all headed to class.

Meanwhile, Hank's father Robert was called to meet Mayor Andre Bourgeois immediately. "You wanted to see me Mayor Bourgeois?"

"Robert Wilson, I know I had you hired on when you came over from America, but it pains me to tell you that due to the fact that you've been falling asleep on the job, I'm afraid I have to dismiss you," said the mayor, "It's nothing personal but it's all for the best."

"W-What?! B-But sir, I've done all I could to help out and...I can't be fired yet! My son had been so happy to see me back in the force." Robert said in complete shock

"I'm sorry," said the mayor, "But when people ask me for more money than I can give, that's the final line. And that's my final answer. Good day, Mr. Wilson."

Robert sighed and sadly walked out of the hotel texting his son what had happened.

Hank was having lunch with Adrien and his friends when he saw the text on his phone and frowned. "My dad... fired?" he thought as his eyes were welling up in tears and he ran out of the cafeteria, through the school doors and out into the city park. He looked down to see his flute poking out of his bag and he held it close. He had always made people happy with it, but now, it was like he could never play again.

Adrien and everyone else was horrified. "Hank wait!" Adrien called out. Meanwhile, at his lair, Hawkmoth smirked as he felt Hank's sadness. "Well, well, well well, what a sad turn events. A son feeling the heartbreak of his father trying to work so hard at what he had set out to do, only to come so far yet not so close..." He said as one of the butterflies landed in his hands and he darkened it. "Fly away my little Akuma, and evilize this poor soul!"

The butterfly fluttered up to Hank while the boy wasn't looking and it merged into his flute and Hank sat up with the Hawkmoth outline on his face.

"Pied Piper, I am Hawkmoth, all your life you and your father have been looked down by those who are more upper class than you...well now, today will change, I'm giving you the power to let music take control of those who have humiliated you. All I ask in return, are Ladybug and Chat Noir's Miraculous!" Hawkmoth said.

"Consider it done," said Hank as he held up his flute with a smirk, "And now, it's time to pay the piper."

Soon Hank's transformation began. Meanwhile Adrien was looking for his boyfriend. "Hank! Hank! Sweetie? Where are you?"

Suddenly, a hoard of rats swarmed into the park and was giving a lift to someone playing a flute.

Everyone screamed in terror as they ran from the rats. Adrien followed the rats and listened to the music.

But the rats disappeared when the flute music stopped as a bright red and yellow figure stood in front of the mayor's hotel. He smirked as he saw the guards getting ready to fight back, but when the Pied Piper put the flute to his lips, he started playing Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and the guards found themselves dancing to the music.

And so did everyone staying at the hotel as well as Chlo辿 and Andre Bourgeois. The music was infectious and it didn't feel like stopping as Adrien was watching in shock as he realized who it was that the Piper was. "Hank?" He asked in horror.

Piper stopped playing and everyone fell down exhausted. "No," he said, "Pied Piper. They never paid my father what he earned... Now... They'll learn to always pay the Piper." He then started playing another tune called "Shake Your Groove Thing". He started to dance around the mayor and Chloe, as well as the guards. "Please! Stop!" cried the mayor, "I can't control myself!"

"Ahhh! I can't stop dancing!" Chlo辿 shrieked. Adrien narrowed his eyes and hid. "Plagg, it's time to put an end to this musical nightmare and save Hank. Plagg! Claws out!" Adrien called, now Cat Noir.

But when Cat Noir tried to get close to the Piper, the hero found himself dancing with the music too.

"Hey! What the?!" Cat Noir yelped. He then eyed the flute and noticed it had a dial. "Oh...that explains it." He said. "Cat Noir!" Ladybug called. "No! Don't get close my lady! The music controls you!" Cat Noir called his partner. "Huh?"

But it was too late, Pied Piper pranced and danced his way to Ladybug and lured her over to join the others next to Cat Noir forcing her to dance with him along with all the others. Then, heard Hawkmoth's voice in his head.

"Finally! My plans are soon to be put into fruition! Now Pied Piper, take their Miraculous!" Hawkmoth said.

"Better idea," said Piper, "I'll drown them in the river and remove them once they're out of your hair for good so I can remove them from their cold dead bodies." He then kept on playing and dancing making the dancing rich citizens dance their way to the river.

"Even better! I like your style!" Hawkmoth smirked. But, Cat Noir was still struggling. "I-I got to stop dancing!" He gritted his teeth.

But the music was proving to be much stronger than feline hero thought as he was getting tired but Cat Noir's body kept on dancing along with the other citizens.

"Cat Noir, we're running out of room! If we keep dancing, we'll be thrown to the river!" Ladybug said. Then Cat Noir got an idea, "My lady, if you can't beat them, join them!" Cat Noir said as he grabbed Ladybug's hands in his and slowly tangoed.

Pied Piper was grinning as he paused at the edge of the river. "You first, Mr. Mayor, for not paying Mr. Robert Wilson his paychecks just like you promised!" he said as he played his flute and watched as the citizens danced their way to a bridge that was under construction.

"My lady, I hope you got a lucky charm for this!" Cat Noir said worriedly. "I'll try!" Ladybug said, "Lucky Charm!" She said

Luckily, it did work as her yo-yo went spinning up in the air as she danced.

To their surprise it was another yo-yo. "Another yo-yo?" Cat Noir asked. Ladybug used her senses to look around. Then got an idea. "I think I have an idea kitty, you up for it?" Cat Noir winked. "As always my lady." Soon they joined their arms and threw both yo-yo's hitting Pied Piper square in the face and then, soon aimed at the flute, wrapping it up and Cat Noir soon yanked it hard.

Pied Piper grunted as his spell broke and everyone fell down exhausted. He looked around and gasped as he saw Cat Noir about to grab his flute. "NO!" he cried.

Cat Noir soon took it and used his Cataclysm to turn it into a pile of ash and the Akuma was set free. "No more evil doing for you little Akuma. Time to de-evilize!" Ladybug smirked. As she captured the Akuma and soon set the pure butterfly free. "Bye-bye little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!" And soon, everything was back to normal.

Pied Piper lay on the ground as he was transformed back into Hank. "Ugh... W-What happened?" he asked looking around at the people and the heroes. He looked worried. "Did I do something wrong?" he asked nervously.

Cat Noir gently kneeled to Hank's level, "That was your first experience being akumatized. I-I just can't believe it happened to you." Cat Noir said softly.

"And all because my dad got fired... Without so much as a paycheck," said Hank as tears formed in his eyes, "He's a good man... A really good man." He lowered his head as tears finally fell and he felt someone rest a hand on his shoulder.

Cat Noir hugged his lover tightly and held him. "I'm here sweetie."

"Cat... I'm so sorry," sobbed the teen as Chlo辿 scoffed.

"I can't believe this. I had gone through all that work to not give Hank those checks and all for nothing!" Chlo辿 said but then eeped as she realized what she just said.

"What did you say?" asked Hank as everyone turned to look at her and the mayor came up looking stern at his daughter. "So you were the reason why Robert was asking for money," he said, "I owe him an apology and you, young lady, owe him every last pay check you stole."

"But Daddy-!" Chlo辿 squeaked then gave up. "Fine!" She stomped away. Cat Noir and Ladybug smirk at each other. "Pound it!" They did their usual fist bump. Meanwhile Hawkmoth growled at yet another loss. "Ugh! This grates me so hard! Pied Piper nearly had them! But...no matter. Just you heroes wait, soon I'll be changing the worlds tune..." he promised.

After Robert was rehired again, Chloe reluctantly gave him all the paychecks he was promised, including all of Chlo辿's allowance as punishment, which was up to $100,000 in American currency. Hank met up with Adrien and Marinette. He hugged the blonde boy. "How can I ever thank you?" he said as tears of joy ran down his face, "I never dreamed I could be this happy."

"I'm just glad your dad's back on his feet sweetheart. And there was no way I was gonna let you give up, no way." Adrien said. Marinette smiled at seeing her two friends, she never seen Adrien this happy.

"By the way, Marinette, think you can treat us to lunch? I am so hungry," said Hank as all three friend chuckled.

"Of course. You deserve it Hank." Marinette smiled happily. The three joined arms as they all walked together

They arrived at the bakery where Marinette's family worked and lived and Hank took in the sights and took a deep breath to smell all the delicious sweets.

And soon they began to eat with Adrien happily savoring some croissants.

"Mmmm... These cookies are so good," said Hank as he was having dessert after Marinette's parents served them lunch for free.

Marinette giggled, "Glad you enjoy them!"

"You're very lucky to have parents who taught you everything they know," said Hank, "It's a real gift."

"Thanks Hank!" Marinette smiled. Adrien sighed, "I wish my dad had time for me...he's always either in his office or working on designs for clothes."

"Well, you're always welcome at our place," said Hank, "It get a little lonely when my dad has to work late, but I'm sure he'd be glad if I had a friend to keep me company."

Adrien smiled and held Hank's hand. "Thanks sweetheart." He kissed his lovers cheek. Marinette giggled, "You two are so cute together."

"You think so?" asked Hank blushing as he scooted closer to Adrien.

"Yeah, and I think it's good for Adrien to have someone who loves him, besides he deserves it." Marinette explained. "I have to agree I mean...I haven't felt this much love ever since my mom disappeared and my father sheltering me my whole life...but, now that I met you guys, and being here, it's been great and I've never felt so free and happy." Adrien smiled.

"And we'll always be together for life," said Hank smiling as he held his friends close.
