Always There
Morning rose in the amazon village as Elicia greeted Sharon with a back massage and a gentle lick to her neck that made her giggle a bit as she moaned waking up to the sensation.
"Mmm that feels good."
"Morning beautiful *giggles*."
The couple decided to make out for a while before getting dressed to start the day but as they passed by Zengs room they heard violent coughing and the sound of there little one groaning as he curled up in the sheets shivering.
"*COUGH!! COUGH!!!* Mmmmm....."
"Sweetie? *feels forehead* Oh dear! you've got quite a fever."
"Mommy I feel so cold...."
"I'll make you some soup to warm you up okay?"
"Okay *cough!!*"
"I'll stay here with you."
Elicia stroked his head to relax him while Sharon made the soup humming merrily as she added the ingredients until at last the dish was prepared and she went back to the room with a fresh bowl.
"Here you go Zeng."
"*cough!!* mmm...."
Elicia had just placed a cold wet rag on his forehead and changed his sheets as her mate walked in. Sharon agreed to feed him while Elicia went to the village shaman for some medicine to help with the fever. Slowly and carefully Sharon fed her little cub spoon after spoon of warm soup until the bowl was completely empty and he drifted off to sleep.
Sharon quietly left the room cleaning up the dishes as Elicia walked in with a vile of ointment from the shaman, greeting her mate with a peck to the cheek before heading to Zengs room where he was still sound asleep. She carefully removed the rag from Zengs forehead and began to rub the ointment on him from the neck down using up the whole vile before covering him back up, allowing him to rest.
After two whole days of bed rest the couple checked in on their little one after going out on a morning hunt. Zeng laid there in the sheets sound asleep as his mothers smiled laying their spears aside and sat on both sides of his bed waking him up with tired eyes.
"Hey sweetheart. you feeling better?"
"*yawns* yeah."
"That's my boy *kisses forehead* now let's all take a bath and get ready for dinner.
"Okay."
The couple took Zeng straight to the tub completely naked, as he splashed around in the water they took turns scrubbing him while he grabbed a handfull of bubbles and blew them straight in the air with some landing on Elicias head making it look like she had a ridiculous hairdo.
"AAH!! Zeng! *laughs!* you naughty little kitten!"
"Hee!"
They soon left the tub and got dressed to enjoy a family dinner and afterwards Zeng fell asleep on the floor while playing with his toys, making Sharon and Elicia smile as he was picked off the ground and laid in their bed as he curled up with a smile on his face.
"He's so precious."
"It's a shame he's growing up so fast."
"*purrrrr*"
The sound of their cub purring warmed their hearts as they got into bed snuggling together, enjoying their night as a family as Elicia kissed him on his head while Sharon wrapped her tail around him as he grabbed her by the arm in his sleep.
