After catching Jangmo-o and finishing up my journey around the islands of Alola, I returned to Professor Kukui's home, to once again thank the family for allowing me to stay at their home and thank them for their generosity.

Upon arriving at the home, I entered to see only Professor Kukui, "ah, Alola, Thomas!" Kukui greeted with a smile as he performed the Alola gesture. I returned his greetings, "Alola!"

"How was exploring the islands of Alola?" Professor Kukui asked me curiously, I could see excitement in his eyes, I guess he was just inclined to know what sorts of Pokemon I encountered on my journey.

"Alola, is such a beautiful and pleasant region, the sun and ocean are both beautiful and so relaxing, definitely a good relaxation or vacation area." I nodded my head closing my eyes remembering the pleasant feeling off the Alola sun on my skin.

"Oh, lets not forget the multitude of Pokemon I saw throughout the Alola region, I must admit, the Alolan variants, are far different compared to the ones I know off in Kanto."

Professor Kukui nodded his head, his eyes gleaming with excitement, probably feeling off my own excitement as well.

"I also caught two Pokemon while around the Alola region, a Mudbray, which evolved into a Mudsdale, while I was travelling and a Jangmo-o which I caught recently. They're both quite the characters and I'm certain I'll enjoy their company over the many years to come."

Professor Kukui nodded before he sighed, "That means your likely headed back to Kanto right?" Kukui asked curiously, to which I nodded, looking once more out at the vibrant region.

"Yes, Alola, was a wonderful region, though it simply cannot compare to the Kanto region, sorry that's my bias speaking there." I laughed slightly at my brief comment, "besides, Mudsdale and Jangmo-o will want someone to guide them around their new home."

At that Professor Kukui nodded and said a fond farewell to me, "oh and please thank Professor Burnet for also allowing me to stay here over the few days, it was a wonderful thing for you both to do."

Kukui laughed and extended his hand for a handshake farewell. "Goodbye for now, perhaps we'll meet again sometime in the future, after all your a researchers assistant now are you not?"

I nodded and I headed back to the airport on Melemele Island and boarded a plane straight back to the Kanto region.

While on the plane my thoughts began wondering, how had the Pokemon been faring over the days I had been gone from Kanto, how was Infernape fairing especially after he confided in his feelings that he almost believed I would abandon them, to which I hoped he still didn't believe that would be possible.

Speaking off more intimate feelings, I wondered whether Mudsdale and Jangmo-o or rather, it's evolved forms, would be interested in doing something more intimate with their trainer. After all, I had stupidly forgotten the Pokemon translator, but still, it was almost like going back to my roots when I went around Kanto, to Kalos without the translator.

The journey back was surprisngly much faster than the journey to Alola, no idea how that happened and I immediately stepped out off the airport stretching my hands above my head groaning at sitting down for so many hours.

"Come out Pidgeot!" At that moment Pidgeot appeared and smiled excitedly, as he looked around seeing the familiar Kanto region, before flying over to hug me with his wings.

"I missed you too Pidgeot, sorry for not battling with you around Alola." Pidgeot shook his head, seemed he was not offended by my decisions at all.

"Anyways, Pidgeot, could you fly me back to Professor Oak's laboratory please?"

At that Pidgeot lent down and I climbed up and sat on Pidgeot, ensuring I grabbed a hold I spoke to Pidgeot, "alright I'm ready to go!" At that Pidgeot took off and began flying towards Professor Oak's laboratory.

Honestly, I couldn't really remember the last time, I actually flew on Pidgeot, reminding myself, to fly with Pidgeot more, at the scenery was just so serene and peaceful. I could really be at ease up here in the sky, whenever I needed to be alone.

Soon enough, I could see the laboratory in the distance and asked whether Pidgeot could land at my home so I could see my mother first thing. Pidgeot immediately changed course and headed towards my home.

Upon landing, I knocked on the door, and stood with excitement, as I returned Pidgeot to his Pokeball, thanking him for getting me home, much faster than I could have walked.

The door soon opened and I saw my mother, but before I could even say 'hey mum I'm home' my mother immediately grabbed me in a hug welcoming me home, "I missed you as well mum" I spoke to which she spoke the same.

At that we sat down in the living room and my mother asked, "how was Alola? Did you relax and take some time off? I sure hope you did, after all, you've been such a wonderful help to Professor Oak, he would expect and demand you take a break every now and then."

At that I laughed, assuring my mother that I had taken a break, but that I also had been adventuring around the entire Alola region, even taking many photographs and catching two new Pokemon that wished to accompany me back to Kanto.

"I caught two new Pokemon, one is at the Professor's laboratory, however, one is with me, would you like to meet him? I asked my mother curiously, to which she nodded and I spoke once again. "He is quite large, so we should see him outside, don't want the house to get accidentally damaged, now do we!"

At that we both excited the home and I grabbed Mudsdale's Pokeball and brought him out, "come out Mudsdale!" At that the horse like Pokemon appeared, before looking confused at his surroundings, before he recognised me and bounded towards me, almost knocking me over in his excitement to see me again.

"Yes, I missed you as well, it's not been that long though since we last saw one another, perhaps the plane ride was too long for you huh?" I spoke patting his head softly ad he nudged my chest almost making me stumble once more.

I almost forgot that I was supposed to be introducing my mother to Mudsdale and vice versa. "Oh that's right" as I stopped petting Mudsdale who looked disappointed at me, "Mudsdale, I'd like you to meet my mother" I gestured towards my mother who smiled gently, walking over to the now curious Pokemon who watched her movements closely.

However, a pat on the head and Mudsdale immediately was fond of my mother, "well aren't you a cute Pokemon, Thomas sure has great taste in Pokemon, catching someone as strong as you?"

I almost blushed wondering whether somehow, my mother had been made aware of my intimate sessions with many off the Pokemon I owned and Ash owned, however, she just meant that I had good taste in catching Pokemon.

Mudsdale, had looked over at me and seemed curious and concerned as to my reaction to my mothers harmless comments, and I gestured that I would explain to him some other time. He seemed confused but understood that he would find out sometime soon.

"My other Pokemon is a Jangmo-o he's a small little Dragon Type Pokemon, with quite the personality, likes to headbut anything, but I guess that's his way off saying he likes you." My mother laughed in her agreement, before she asked me about the Alola region in general.

"I've only seen bits and pieces of the Alola region on the television, or through books and other media, what's the Alola region like?" Mother asked me curiosity clearly shining in her eyes.

I smiled, all the more eager to explain everything that I had seen in the Alola region.

"Firstly, the sun, in Alola, feels way different to the sun here in Kanto, perhaps that's a small difference that most wouldn't notice, however, the sun just feels wonderful over there. Oh and don't get me started on their beautiful oceans which surround the island, I've never quite seen oceans as clean and warm as the seas of Alola. I'd say if you ever want a vacation head to Alola, you won't be disappointed. Oh, the people are all wonderful as well." As I recalled Kukui and Burnet's kindness in allowing me to stay in their home while I was visiting Alola briefly.

At that I realised that it was getting late and after the long journey and plane ride, I figured I would head to bed early and get some rest before returning to Professor Oak's laboratory early the next morning, to see what had happened over the few days I had been away. At that I said night and headed to bed, before immediately looking down on my bed side cabinet and seeing the Pokemon translator sitting there.

I told myself, I would never again forget such a necessary and helpful device for the future as it allowed me to help Pokemon out here and would continue do so anywhere else.

As soon as I hit the bed, I was out immediately, dreaming over the regions I had visited strengely, remembering all the Pokemon I had seen from Kanto to now Alola. It was almost like a flashback reminding me of everything I had been through over the years and that I enjoyed what I was doing.

Early the next morning I awoke and got ready and grabbed the Pokemon translator and placed it around my ear, so I would never again forget it.

I headed downstairs and had breakfast before immediately saying my goodbyes before heading off towards the laboratory, where I wondered what had happened over the days I had been gone.

Upon opening the door, I saw Professor Oak, seemed as though he had been waiting for me.

"Ah, Thomas, it's wonderful to see you back safe and sound, did you have a good time in the Alola region?" he asked me curiously and I nodded almost immediately.

"Oh Professor, the Alola region was so beautiful and filled with so many different Pokemon, it was almost like revisiting my youth." Professor Oak laughed, "Thomas my boy, your still as young as ever before, you've got a very long way to go before I expect you to referring to your youth"

At that I smiled before remembering the new Pokemon I had caught, "Ah, Professor, I did catch some new Pokemon while I was in Alola, did you receive on of the Pokeballs back here at the lab, to which he nodded

At that he grabbed the Pokeball and gave it to me and I recognised it as Jangmo-o's Pokeball for sure. "Professor would you like to see the new Pokemon I have caught, to which he replied, "you know me far to well Thomas."

After heading outside, I got the two new Pokemon and released them, "come on out, Mudsdale and Jangmo-o." The two Pokemon materialised and looked around at their surroundings, before I introduced them to where they were.

"Mudsdale, Jangmo-o this is Professor Oak and this is his laboratory, where you now get to stay, I hope you'll enjoy staying here with me"

Mudsdale immediately spoke, "of course, I would follow you the ends of the earth." To which Jangmo-o began laughing, in a sort of childish tone, making me wonder if the Pokemon was younger than I has assumed, "but yeah, this looks like a fun place and you look fun as well master, this is gonna be so exciting." Jangmo-o hopped around, his personality seemed so different compared to what I was so used to seeing back in Alola.

"Well it's nice to meet you two" I spoke excitedly at the two before professor Oak nodded in agreement and returned to the laboratory, "oh Professor?" I spoke.

Professor Oak turned around, "yes Thomas?"

I gestured towards the laboratory, is there anything that needs doing?" I asked wondering I had any chores, however his answer surprised me.

"Only one really, go and let the Pokemon you've returned, they've all missed you."

I nodded in understanding but before I did I released every other Pokemon I owned, "come out everyone" at the Venusaur, Pidgeot, Tyranitar, Aggron and Lucario appeared looking at the new Pokemon standing before them.

"Some off you have already met the new team members, but please allow me to introduce you to Mudsdale and Jangmo-o."

Venusaur approached first, "I welcome you humbly to the team, I hope you and Thomas work well together" Venusaur gestured to me and the other Pokemon, to which Mudsdale and Jangmo-o nodded even though they hadn't been with me as long.

Pidgeot seemed more relaxed with his introduction, greeting them warmly, without much care in the world, Tyranitar and Aggron however? "You'll have to test your meddle and make sure your strong enough for certain activities" Aggron spoke sniggering, to which Tyranitar punched his side roughly, "idiot, master Thomas may not have even mentioned what we have done with him." Aggron muttered an apology to me, before glaring towards Tyranitar in annoyance.

Lucario, ever the voice of reason, next to Venusaur, stepped between the two, "ignore them" Lucario spoke to Tyranitar and Aggron, thos two are always competing with one another, sometimes common sense eludes them as well." He smirked at his jab making the two bigger Pokemon glare with steam coming out of their ears before Mudsdale spoke up.

"Well, I'm already sure that this is gonna be a great place, what with all the excitement going on." Jangmo-o couldn't help but agree.

Venusaur had ambled towards me and whispered softly, "have you mentioned to them about the mating?" I coughed and blushed catching the attention off the others before conceding. "Oh Mudsdale, Jangmo-o" I spoke getting their attention, "Sometimes, depending on certain circumstances, some of the Pokemon I interact with may fuck me. Yes, everyone around here has before that question props up."

I blushed as I explained what had happened, even though I shouldn't really feel embarrassed. However, Mudsdale grinned lewdly, "I wouldn't mind a piece of that" as he looked me over like I was a piece of meat, however, Jangmo-o sighed in disappointment, "I can't mate yet, I'd do it when I'm a Kommo-o that's when I'd show you how strong I am."

I kneeled down to Jangmo-o smiling softly, "don't worry, there's no rush and I'm perfectly fine with helping you grow stronger and evolve it that's what you want?" At that Jangmo-o stared me down confidently, "As soon as I'm a Kommo-o, you'll see how good of a mate I can be."

I blushed once again, before the conversation ended as abruptly as it began as a huge stampede was approaching my direction.

"What is going on?" As I looked towards the noise, seeing a huge amount of Ash's Tauros approaching me without any signs of slowing down. I felt a sense of deja vu as the Tauros pinned me down to the ground and spoke to me, before the leader approached, "I don't believe we've met, I'm Ash's main Tauros, I've heard about you from Sceptile and Infernape, both had many good things to say about you."

I looked away but he spoke again, "I know you've just returned but I'd really like a battle against you, what do you say?" His tails whipped him consistently, getting him fired up.

Before I could accept Mudsdale stepped forward, before looking back at me, "Mudsdale, you want to battle?"

"It will be my first way of thanking you for everything" Mudsdale spoke confidently staring me in the eye, before stepping forward to face Tauros, who stared back confidently.

"Okay then, lets battle together and show everyone just how powerful you are!" I cheered loudly as the Pokemon prepared themselves.

Tauros immediately began charging towards Mudsdale, using Take Down, witch such speed and power, that made me stumble slightly.

"Mudsdale, use Iron Defence!" At that Mudsdale glowed brightly, as Tauros connected with him, barely managing to push Mudsdale back with the move. Mudsdale then shoved Tauros back slightly, who stumbled but regained his footing.

I then noticed Mudsdale glowed once again, it was his ability Stamina, increasing his defence every time he was hit by an attack, so thanks to the Iron defence and the Stamina boost his defences were now excellent in my book.

"Mudsdale, use Superpower!" At that Mudsdale charged forward glowing in power as he rampaged towards Tauros, who didn't back down, no, he darted right towards Mudsdale, using Take Down once again. The two Pokemon collided and a cloud of smoke obscured the two Pokemon, before both Pokemon exited the smoke field.

Mudsdale appeared fine, however, Tauros had bruises covering his body and was panting in exhaustion. I hesitated on continuing the battle, however, Tauros continued and attacked once again, using Horn Attack, he charged priming his horns to strike Mudsdale.

However, I smiled lightly, "wait right there Mudsdale" I spoke calmly, confusing Mudsdale, but he obeyed nonetheless. The other Pokemon watching looked confused wondering what my strategy was. As Tauros got closer, I saw he wasn't going to be able to change his direction at all, making this the perfect moment to strike.

"Mudsdale Counter lets go!" At that Mudsdale, smirked confidently, understanding the strategy and glowed brightly. Tauros understood, what was happening, but couldn't stop, so he ultimately decided to attack with everything he had.

However, the damage that Mudsdale ended up taking seemed to be less thanks to Mudsdale's defences. Counter, however, did double the damage causing Tauros to fall to the floor knocked out.

Mudsdale stood proud of winning a battle against such a powerful Pokemon, meanwhile I moved towards the unconscious Pokemon and grabbed a Hyper Potion and gave it to Tauros, who was immediately rejuvenated from such a battle.

Tauros stood up and walked towards Mudsdale with me in tow, wondering what exactly would happen.

"Your quite strong" Tauros spoke to Mudsdale, "we should train together sometime, how about it?"

Mudsdale seemed to agree, "definitely, we share similar fighting styles, not too mention, master Thomas could show you a thing or too."

Tauros, turned to face me as I approached Mudsdale, "he's not wrong, if you want to train together, then I'm all for it." I spoke happily, Tauros smirked, "I guess that's what you did for Sceptile and Infernape right?"

At that I stared in slight embarrassment, "Sceptile and Infernape, thanked me for the training, off that I'm certain." Tauros seemed to laugh at my embarrassment before turning to face Mudsdale, "your trainer, is quite funny not to mention a good one, keep him around though, you don't want to lose him."

Mudsdale laughed and agreed immediately, before I decided that I would head back home as the day was getting late and I would continue training the Pokemon tomorrow and completing any jobs that Professor Oak wanted from me.
