Author's Note: Once again, the following material are supplementary provided for further reading for Descent Fans (and newcomers of course). However, please note that none of it will make any sense and there ARE spoilers if you are new to the series. It is not necessary to read the material.

True Name: Gwendolyn Riker
Governing Aspect: Life
Appearance: L4 appears as a fit, strong human female who rises to about 6 feet 7 inches. Her figure is wrapped completely in a white and red leather-like material that accentuates every curve of her body. A long, gossamer cloth 'cape' billows out from her waist and falls down to her ankles. Only her eyes are hidden by a thick, wrap-around visor attached to a pair of headphones that completely covers her ears. Jet-black hair as long as she is tall is tied back into three separate ponytails.
Ideology:"Existence is empty. Life is what you make of it."
*Home Reality: * Lost - Lost takes the form of a large, flat plane that is constantly covered in thick, white fog. Distant mountains are visible and encircles the plane but it is never possible to reach them. The positioning of the mountains suggest taht Lost is, in actual fact, a large crater. From the fog of Lost, mirrors of all shapes and sizes rise. Each mirror reflect an individual person's life. There is no sun in Lost but the plane is illuminated by each of the mirrors, light streaming out from each of the reflective surfaces until someone steps in front of them. This makes the light almost blinding and navigation in the foggy plane to be terribly difficult.
Signature Weapon: Serenity and Sincerity - Sincerity is an odd invisible weapon that L4 wields with great skill. No one really knows what shape Sincerity is as it seems to constantly change its form as well. One moment, L4 wields it in one hand like a heavy weapon and the next, she has a weapon in each hand acting individually. Serenity, however, is tall staff with three longswords hovering around the staff's head. These swords act of their own accord or with L4's orders.
History: Originally, Gwendolyn Riker was a very devout young woman in a reality ruled solely by a multitude of gods. These gods were, in fact, merely a manifestation of mortal belief. When mortals believed in an entity enough, that entity became real and took the form of a god. Naturally, the conflicting views of the various people in the reality drove many of the gods mad and countless others to the brink of insanity. A reign of terror and tyranny followed which was broken by one Clayton Godslayer (R3's persona upon entering the reality). Clayton shattered the bonds that held Gwendolyn to the gods and together along with the werewolf, Damian Skyfellow, and the elf, Irina Emberflow, they destroyed the gods holding the reality and freed the people from being used as 'belief factories' for the gods. Unfortunately, zealots of the fallen gods killed Gwendolyn after the task was accomplished. R3's retribution was swift and painless. He took Gwendolyn up from death's grasp, valuing her outlook on life itself and her grasp of the laws of reality. He then promoted her to a No One and she became L4 the Liaison of Life.
