Ian - Chapter 1: The beginning

Story by tight lion on SoFurry

I stepped out of the shower water dripped down my fur as I wrapped a towel around my waist. I grabbed the other towel off the sink and used it to wipe the steam off the mirror. I looked at myself in the mirror.

My body was well tone and well built, my six pack and pecs were nicely highlighted by my golden Lion fur. My mane was brown and slicked back in between my ears, it was long and didn't cover my face.

I put my paws on the sink and leaned towards the mirror and sighed. "Well here goes another day." I moved back and dried my fur and got dressed. I opened the bathroom door and started to walk into my room.

"Ian, time to go!" My brother Joey yelled from the other room.

"OK, I'm on my way down!" I grabbed my backpack and slung it over my right shoulder and walked downstairs. Joey was downstairs leaning against the wall.

Joey was only a year older than me, but we were very different from each other. Joey was on the football team at our old school and had a girlfriend there too. He was strong, stronger than me, I would know because we wrestle from time to time.

We got into Joey's car and he drove us to school. I looked out the window dreading today. I never liked school, especially my old school. I was bullied, tormented, basically exiled. I didn't have any friends there, no one liked me. Everyone there thought I was gay or wierd and didn't talk to me. I sat and ate lunch by myself, Joey never had the same lunch as me. I never had anyone to talk to. I'm just glad that I could start new.

The car pulled up to our new school. Joey parked the car and we both stepped out. I looked around as we walked into the central courtyard. This school looked like more of a college then a high school, with multiple buildings surrounding the courtyard. We walked into the main building where the office was. We stepped into a large room where the female secretary was.

"Can I help you?" At first I didn't know that she was an Otter, but once she looked up from her papers it became quite obvious.

"Yes, we're new to this school and we came to get our schedules." Joey never had a problem speaking to others, but me, I never liked public speaking.

"Names?" She spun around in her chair and searched through a file cabinet.

"Ian and Joey, Ross."

"Ross." She fanned through the files and then pulled out two files. She pulled out a paper from each and handed it to the two Lions. "Here you are boys, and welcome to Davis High school."

Both boys grabbed the paper. "Thank you." Joey smiled and they both walked out. "Where are you going?"

"I have math, and first lunch."

"I have science and third lunch." Joey looked at me for a second. He knew how I felt at the old school, and I think it will be the same here.

"Well better get to class." I looked at Joey for a second and then we both parted ways. This was the first day of a new school, the first day of a new school year.

Later that day the bell rang for lunch. The halls filled with students and everyone walked outside and across the courtyard. I put my paws in my pockets as I walked, I wasn't excited for lunch, considering that I will be by myself.

I walked into the dinning hall, got my food, and looked around the room for somewhere to sit. It was obvious that there was clicks in this school, jocks sitting with jocks, preps with preps, so on. I just walked over to an empty table and sat down. I sighed as I started to eat my food.

I knew that this school wouldn't be any different. I hoped it would, but deep down I knew it would be exactly the same.

"Hi!" I heard a female voice nearby, but I disregarded it thinking that she was talking to her friends. Then I heard the click of a tray on the table. I looked up and it was a female Tiger. Her fur was a warm orange and her black stripes were shinning in the light. "Hi, I'm Rachel."

"Ian." I said softly.

"You new to this school?" I shook my head. "Where did you use to go?"

"I went to West Alley high."

"Hey." A male Husky sat down next to me. His fur was white with a few gray stripes, then black fur came from his back, onto his head and formed a fine point at the end of his muzzle. His fur was closely trimmed. "I'm Alex."

"Ian." It was nice to have someone to talk to.

"So are you a Sophomore or Junior?"

I swallowed my food and looked at the Husky. "Sophomore, my brother's a Junior."

"Oh, we're both Sophomores too. You fifteen or sixteen?"

"Sixteen."

"Me too." Alex smiled. "Rachel over here isn't sixteen yet."

"Hey, cut me some slack." She shoved his tray into his arm. Then she turned and looked at me. "You seem nervous or scared." The Tiger looked concerned as if it was her best friend or something.

"Well... I didn't have friends at my old school. No one talked to me there."

"Why?"

"I... I don't know." I didn't want to tell them the truth.

"Well don't worry, Ian. You have us." Alex smiled at his new buddy.

"Really?" My ears perked up a bit.

"Yeah, you have us." Rachel smiled and put her paw on my shoulder. I couldn't help but smile. I actually have friends.

"So are you two an item?"

Alex started to laugh a bit. I felt kind or stupid now for asking. "No, we aren't dating. In fact... I'm gay."

I almost spit out my water when he said that. I was shocked that he just came out and told me that. Someone he just met. I guess that I have one of those faces you can trust.

"What about you, Ian. Are you seeing anyone?" The Tiger seemed interested in me. She was attractive, but the thing is, I'm just not that into girls. I use to be before, and I liked males too. As time went on I found myself liking males more and more, and females less and less. I guess I'm just not sure about myself, or what I'm looking for. Plus it doesn't help the fact that my parents cant stand gays. If I told them that I was... confused, I would be kicked out of the house.

"No, I'm not seeing anyone." The lunch bell rang again. I couldn't believe that it has already been 30 minutes. We got up from the table and headed off to our classrooms.

When school ended I walked out into the courtyard with my backpack slung over my right shoulder. Today was great, Alex was in my fourth period, the last class of the day. I couldn't help but smile, no day at my old school could come close to today. As I walked into the center of the courtyard Joey ran over to me.

"Ian, I'm sorry, but I have to stay after for a while."

"Why."

"I have to talk to the football coach, about joining the team."

"Fine. I guess I can walk home."

"I''m sorry little bro."

I started to walk out of the courtyard. "It's fine!" I kept walking to the parking lot. It was the only way in and out of the campus. I walked onto the hot black asphalt and walked past all the rows of cars. I was almost all the way out of the parking lot.

"Hey, Ian!" I froze for a minute. Who would say or know my name. I turned around and I saw Alex laying on his car's hood and windshield. His shirt was off and you could see his perfectly sculpted abs and chest. Another male Husky was standing next to the car. "Come over here!"

I walked over to Alex's car I could feel my cock poking the wall of my boxers. I started to get nervous, what if he notices. I just took a deep breath and met up with the Husky's.

"This is David, my twin brother. David, this is Ian."

"Hi, Ian." The Husky smiled as his brother introduced us.

"Are you walking home or something?" Alex looked concerned at the fact that I might be walking home.

"Yeah, my brother wants to stay after. And he never lets anyone drive his car."

"Do you need a ride home?" Alex sat up his legs hung over the side of the car.

"I was just going to walk."

"No, don't be ridiculous." Alex jumped off his car. "C'mon I'll take you home."

"Don't try to fight him, Ian. Alex always wins, and gets what he wants." David patted me on my shoulder. "Trust me."

He got into the car and Alex got into the drivers seat. I put my paws into my pocket to make sure I had my house key.

"Damn it." I realized that Joey has the only house key, the only way into the house. "I'm sorry, guys. I don't have a key, my brother has it, and I don't know where he's at. I can just hang out here until he leaves."

"No, you can come over to our place."

"Are you..."

"It's fine. Get in." I got into the car and they took off and it was only five minutes and we were already at their house. We got out and we walked into their large house. "Come on, in my room." Alex and I walked into his room. He had a queen bed and a large TV. He laid down on his bed and put his paws behind his head. "Sit down."

I walked over and sat next to him. His body looked even sexier up close. He was a hot Husky,

but I had to get the thought out of my head. If I ever admitted that I was gay, my life would come to an end.

"Do your parents know... your..." I had to ask, to see how another family reacts if they knew.

"Yeah, my dad knows."

"What about your mom?"

"I never met her. She died after she gave birth to my brother and I."

"Oh, I'm sorry." Without thinking I put my paw on his chest. Alex looked at me with this look, it wasn't a bad look, It was a look of attraction. I quickly removed my paw.

"Sorry."

"Don't be." He sat up and looked deep into my eyes. He then glanced down and saw a slight bulge in my jeans. He then looked back up and looked into my dark brown eyes. I started to blush and I lowered my head. "Are you..."

"No." I said softly.

"Do you like males?"

"I don't know. I don't know what I like. I'm forced to like females, because my parents hate homosexuals, but I don't like girls." I quickly realized what I just said and I quickly put my paws over my mouth.

"It's OK, Ian. I wont tell anyone. Your secret is safe with me."

"Really?" I looked into the Husky's light blue eyes. I think he truly cares about me. "You wont let anyone know I'm gay?" My head lowered again.

"Not anyone." He put his paw under my chin to lift my head up. Without thinking Alex and I leaned into each other and kissed.
