Showdown In The Mystic Realm
This story is a commision for Rai Coldbane.
Rai was speeding all across the mystic realm training for when he would finally face the mysterious character that destroyed his village, after a quick run he started to use his fire abilities on random targets while his sister Alura who had the power of ice watched since she had enough training experience when she was young.
Rai was able to move the fire in all directions, making it dance and spin through the air until he lost his focus as he tripped over an unseen stone sending the fire ball hurtling towards his sister. It moved so fast she could not react in time to form an ice barrier until a loud bang was heard dispersing the fireball and from the woods came a hedgehog the two had never seen before.
His fur was blue minus the brown patch on his top spike, he wore a black vest along with fingerless gloves, his sword was big enough to chop down a tree with one swing and his hair was tied back samurai style except for the spikes that stuck out and he had a scar on his left eye followed by a serious expression on his face as Rai ran up to his sister.
"That's close enough!"
"Hmm....You're name is "Rai" right?"
"Yeah..."
"Good!"
Suddenly Alura was surrounded by a strong whilrwind as the hedgehog raise his arm in one quick gesture, Rai attempted to reach out for her but his hand was quickly cut as the wind got stronger the moment he got near her.
"You let her go right now!!!"
"I will....once you fight me."
"What?"
"Just fight me and i'll let her go."
Seeing as how he had no choice Rai flared up a huge fire ball and shot it towards his opponent only to have it blasted into thin air which made him confused until the blue hedgehog thrusted his arm forward creating a sonic boom that sent him crashing into a tree.
"RAI!!"
"You're gonna have to do better than that kid..."
"Grrr *spits* so you wanna play rough huh? okay then!"
Rai suddenly vanished in a red flash appearing behind his opponent preparing to give a strong right hook but as the blow was about to make contact the blue hedgehog simply tilted his head aside and flipped Rai over as he dodged the blow.
"What the...who are you?"
"My name is Fang and i'll be the one to defeat you today."
Fang suddenly leaped into the air firing two sonic booms straight at Rai and because the attack was made of air Rai had to make a jump for it as two small craters in the ground before he heard Fangs sword coming down from above.
"RRRAH!!"
"WHOA!!"
Rai saw that his shoulder had been slightly nicked before seeing that Fang had stabbed his sword into the earth with great force before he got into a fighting stance preparing for an attack.
"Congrats Rai you're one of the few to dodge my sword.
"You haven't seen anything yet!!"
Rai came charging in at lightning speed only this time his hands were on fire as he got close enough to Fang for a fist fight, blow after blow Fang dodged the attacks with ease until finally grabbing Rai by his throat and pinning him to the ground breaking his focus as the fire in his hands died out.
"Kid let me show you how it's done!"
Fang tossed him straight into the air as a bright red light formed in his hands as his eyes turned white and Alura began to sense something.
"Chaos Control? no it's something more powerful."
"Chaos.....DESTRUCTION!!!"
A burst of crimson red lightning shot out from Fangs hand, heading straight toward Rai as his eyes widened with shock before he rolled out of the way landing a double heeled kick to Fangs chest then blasting him with a barrage of fire attacks.
"HA! how's that?-WHAT?!?!!"
Fang emerged from the smoke with only his vest burnt off and Rai could see a series of scars he had on his chest to match the one on his eye. Fang gave a simple smirk at the red hedgehog as he retrieved his sword and dispersed the wind surrounding Alura.
"That was a good fight, i'll see you around sometime. Until then-Chaos....WARP!!"
Fang vanished in the blink of an eye as he raised his hand forming a small dimensional portal leaving Rai and his sister a bit worried since they never faced an opponent like him before.
