Unfinished Business part 1
Fang was back on the great fox with Tamati and his old teammates, though the place had many memories of his days as a soldier Fang was here on a regular visit to catch up on lost time as he walked through the halls of the great fox walking past his old room, then he saw his old helm from when he was caught in that explosion that nearly claimed his life, next to a few other things from the wars against the anglar empire and the aparoids.
"The ship functions as a museum when not on patrol."
"Fox...you know...there are times when I miss being on this flying tin can."
"And there are times when we needed you on a mission but that would be just you doing all the work while we lay back and watch."
"HA!"
The boys then joined Tamati in the lounge for a snack break when Falco came into the room looking a bit nervous as he held a piece of paper in his hand. His body was trembeling from top to bottom and his eyes seemed somewhat in a daze as Fox waved his hand in front of him but got no respones.
"Uhhh Falco? *snaps fingers in front of face* woohoo! Falco!"
"YO!! BIRD BRAIN!!!"
Tamatis yell instantly sent Falco jumping off the ground like a rocket with a few of his feathers falling out as Fang fell on his back bursting in laughter before the angry bird pounced on him and got him in a headlock unknowingly dropping the piece of paper he was holding.
"Laugh at me will ya spikey?!?"
"GAACK!! aw come on where's your sense of humor?!? AACK!!!"
"Oooh! now I see what your problem is *flips paper revealing phone number* check it out!"
On the piece of paper was Katts name and her phone number and suddenly it hit Fox and Fang as to what was going on as Falco dropped Fang like a rock allowing him to catch his breath as he crawled back up to the table holding his throat.
"Yeah so I finally had the nerve to ask Katt out on a date and I need some help."
"My friend you've come to the right place, the love expert is in the house."
"And what makes you an expert?"
Little was known to the boys that Tamati dated many other girls before finally settling down with Ammy but all that would have to wait as they headed back to Corneria to help Falco prepare for his date.
