The Saviour tries again, but the sonic hammer was still set to the wrong frequency. Jack then pushed him out of the way & bellowed a large, super hot flame from his gullet. The Cyberman glows in the heat & melts into nothing more than a red glowing pool. After the Cyberman was destroyed, the Saviour looked into the molten pool of metal that dripped down the stair case slowly before turning to Jack shrugging his shoulders & Jack then just grins.
"Sod it with the sonic hammer" The Saviour said "You're a lot more functional" Jack keeps grinning but then he flicks his tongue, he senses the other Cybermen marching up the concrete stair case. He pulls the Saviour behind him & bellows fire once more as he sees the other nine, he backed up to the doorway & his flames were so hot, the railings melted & the malfunctioning Cybermen fell to their doom. Once Jack stopped, the pair could assess the damage. The whole stair case was now lined with molten steel with some of the bones that were within the Cybermen, slowly melting into the metal. Jack was exhuasted, never had he done so much damage. The pair turned back & walked into the apartment feeling victorious. The Saviour checked on the golden sand, it had worked! The sand had now turned into gold dust. Perfect for fighting Cybermen. Jack drank a whole two litre bottle of water to cool down his neck, steam then began to seep from his nostrils before he flicked his tongue again. The Saviour came through with a handful of gold dust & smiled, Jack looked at the gold & smiled back before sitting down to drink another bottle of water & the Saviour putting the gold dust back. When the Saviour came back through, Jack was looking quite relaxed with his feet on the table & his head leaning on his hands taking in a gallon of air through his nose. The Saviour then broke the silence
"We'll need to come up with a plan to destroy the Cybermen with the gold dust we've just made. I mean, we can't just run in & hurl it at them, it would be suicidal" the dragon grumbled slightly in approval before having an idea
"Why don't we use CITT to break in & put the dust in the ventalation system"
"No good, the gold is too heavy but I like the idea of using CITT to break in", Jack then grumbles again & looks at his watch. His eyes widen with shock
"Jesus, it's half eleven already! Proves that time does fly when you're having fun", the Saviour looks at his LED watch.
"Yeah & I don't know about you but I could do with a good night sleep. Haven't slept for nearly Twenty years now". Jack nods his head in approval before looking at the oak door. He felt a tear forming in his left eye but blinks & the tear fades. He then turns to the Saviour
"You can spend the night here if you want, I know you won't trust me with all that gold". The Saviour looks back & smiles at Jack
"That will be great. Thank you" the Timelord replies. The dragon walks over to the Saviour & slings his arm over his shoulder
"Pleasure's all mine Saviour" soon the pair hugged each other & Jack closed his eyes & took a deep breath over the alien's shoulder before letting go to heading into the kitchen for a glass of milk. The Saviour headed to the room & found two beds, a single & a double. The Saviour then sat down in an armchair & took off his jacket, showing his Iron Maiden trooper shirt before taking off his black, nike trainers & leaning back into the chair. It's soft, lime-green apoulstry felt so comfortable compared to CITT's seats. Jack walked in with his glass of milk & smiled at the laid back Timelord. He then sat on his double bed & began to take his clothes off. The Saviour stood up & walked to the single bed before clicking his fingers turning his shirt & Jeans, into white pyjamas with question marks on the top pockets & a dressing gown folded neatly beneath a pair of maroon slippers on the left-hand arm of the chair with his other clothes neatly folded on the right. He then swung his legs into the bed & pulled the duvet up to his neck. The dragon had now taken all his clothes off but his boxers & walked round to the side of his bed that was nearest to the Saviour who watched the dragon carefully. Jack smiled at the Saviour before yawning loudly, showing his teeth shining in the light. Feeling tired, the Saviour laid on his back with his hands on his chest giving a last thought for the day. Jack gulped down his glass of milk before putting the empty glass on his bedside locker. He swung his reptilian legs into the bed with his wings folded behind his back. He had the duvet pulled up just below his chest, showing his orange under scales that contrasted with his dark blue body scales. The dragon leaned to his side facing the Timelord with his tail draped over the edge of the bed. The Saviour looked at the smiling dragon & noticed how well Jack's blue & orange scales went together. The Saviour finally closes his eyes & drifts off into a deep sleep but is still being watched by the large reptile until he too closes his eyes & falls asleep. Jack's breathing sounded like a soft, qiuet roar that filled the room creating a hypnotic atmosphere.
The next morning at 9 am. The Saviour was still asleep but Jack had been awake two hours earlier. He was now fully dressed in a black T-shirt & some darkred shorts. He had now made the Saviour a coffee & placed it on the locker. He then grabbed a chair from the kitchen table & placed it back-to-front at the end of the Saviour's bed & sat there watching & waiting for the Timelord to wake. Thirty minutes passed & Jack was now bored, he wanted the Saviour to wake. He got up & walked to the locker putting his clawed finger into the coffee to check it's warmth. It was freezing so the dragon blew a gentle flame around the mug to warm it up. Within seconds it was steaming again. Jack then looked at the Saviour's face & opened his jaw over the Timelord's nose & gently exhaled hoping that the smell from his breakfast would wake the alien up. He closed his jaws & stared into the Saviour's closed eyes before the Timelord's nose began to twitch. Jack's tail swayed with excitement & pulled the chair beside the bed & sat down. The Saviour's eyes began to open & he could just hear the gentle breathing of the dragon, his eyesight was fuzzy but he could make out a dark blue shape that soon focused. He suddenly saw Jack's grinning face with his shiny scales reflecting the morning light from outside & jumped. Jack put his massive hand on the Saviour's arm,
"It's alright Saviour, it's only me" says the dragon trying to calm him down. The Saviour had his left arm pressed against his chest breathing heavily before turning his head round to Jack with his skin as white as a sheet
"Bloody hell Jack, you scared the living daylights out of me. My hearts nearly conked out just then". Jack then sat on the bed with his tail draped across the bed. The Saviour noticed how heavy Jack's tail was. He moved his legs slighty so he could sit up & Jack moved up to clear the stray hairs from the Timelord's forehead. The Saviour felt uncomfortable feeling the rough scales rubbing his forehead but he didn't complain.
"I've put your coffee on the side there" the reptile then points it out
"Ta very much" the Saviour replies & grabs the steaming drink from the locker & begins to sip the drink. He then leans back into the headboard,
"Oh that's wonderful Jack". Jack then gives a toothy grin before lying across the bed. The Saviour felt insecure but didn't want to seem rude so he said nothing, instead he looked over Jack properly. Soon the reptile looks up at the Timelord & strokes his cheek with his tail before draping it over the Saviour's shoulders. The Saviour still said nothing & sipped the drink but instead thinks to himself, Jack must still be looking at me like I'm his old flatmate. Soon, The pair heard the doorbell ring, Jack got off the bed & his tail trailed off the Saviour's shoulders before the reptile runs off to the door. The Saviour runs up to the armchair & changed his clothes as quickly as he could before clicking his fingers. His pyjamas, dressing gown & slippers disappeared as well as his hair now styled & the Timelords body smelling as fresh as a spring day. Jack opens the door & finds it's his girlfriend Sandra on the other side
"Hello love" he says before the vixen jumps up & hugs the dragon. She then licks the side of his head & Jack does the same back. Sandra's fluffy tail wags with excitement as they continue to hug. The Saviour walks out of the bedroom & finds the loving couple. He hides behind the kitchen counter, occasionally looking over. He now sees Jack curling his tail round Sandra's leg & up her denim skirt. She then giggles & pulls the scaled tail away. The couple then let go of each other & walk towards the kitchen. The Saviour panics & opens the cupboard in front of him to make it look as though he was browsing but he finds several live chickens inside. He looks on the door which has a label that says 'Breakfast' in black lettering but before he could close the cupboard, he gets kicked in the side & looks up to find Sandra looking very pissed off, then she kicks again before Jack laid his hand on her shoulder.
"Sandra, meet the Saviour. I met him yesterday & we are now firm friends right Saviour" The Timelord cries in pain nodding until his side glows & more red mist seeps out of his mouth. Sandra gasps & helps the Saviour to his feet
"Oh, I'm sorry Saviour. I was just surprised to see a human in our kitchen" the Saviour then clicks his back
"It's alright. No damage done" Jack looks at the Saviour
"What is that thing when you glow & the mist seeps out of your mouth, you still haven't explained yet"
"It's a Partial regeneration. I learned it in school on Gallifrey. They gaves me a box of electronic chips that are inpregnated into the spinal cord. Once the nerves send a pain signal, the chip finds the source & rapidly rebuilds damaged tissue or bones" Soon, Sandra hears a weird beeping sound coming from the front door.
"Do you hear that?" she asks. The Saviour goes to the front door & finds a small metallic creature crawling into the room. He steps back in alarm & Sandra holds on to his arm
"What is it?"She asks the Saviour who has a worried look in his eyes before replying
"It's a Cybermat! Quickly, get out of the way". Sandra didn't respond quickly enough & the Cybermat lunged onto Sandra's neck. Jack was terrified, he grabbed the Cybermat, put it in his jaws & cut it in half before throwing it out of the window. Sandra was now feeling hot & starting to get room spin. She then fell into Jack's arms close to death.
