Regardless of her plea, there was a long growl from Kalyee's brood, followed by more shudders and wet cracks. The same symphony of gurgles rang again, as if the kobold were starved to death before another sudden burst of growth transpired. All the while, she half moaned, half panted as she yelped, the mixture of pain and ecstasy forcing the stone under her to turn wet with sleek cum as it creaked under her weight.

The kobold's strained words were drawn out into a long moan as a particularly large bulge rolled across her belly, scales pulled taut like stretched rubber as the whole bump almost reached double the size it had been this morning. Finally immobilized by her swelling bulk, Kalyee could hardly move the squirming mass as she lurched upward and did her best to reach for the tome she knew may contain something helpful. Yet, as if to protest, her belly shuddered, going through another large growth spurt as the kobold desperately stretched out one of her hands, the book mere millimeters from her quivering reach.

"Almost... Almost!" Kalyee panted hard, one hand pressed to the side of her now monstrous tummy as her other claw graced the book. "Come on!"

There was a very heavy shudder from her belly as it suddenly sprouted to almost the size of her whole body. Practically doubling her gravid mass, it was as if she were more pregnant belly than kobold as the abrupt lurch caused her to yelp. Yet it was just enough of a shudder to knock the books behind her free, and among the tomes that rained upon her, the one she needed landed just in reach.

"Oh goddesses, not much time Kalyee, not much time!" the kobold grunted and hissed to herself, wincing at the impossible pressure in her tummy as she skimmed the pages, before she finally glimpsed what she needed. "Ha, found you!"

She jabbed a claw firmly down on a page about ovoviviparous pregnancies, and did her best to read all she could before her brood could kick too hard again.

This has to be it, the young are hatching inside of me and having a rapid growth spurt! She noted, eyes darting over the page as she recognized that this kind of pregnancy was not the norm for her kind. This must be why the brood got so big but never grew too fast beforehand, they were storing energy for this moment!

Not only that, but her hips had popped wide, and all that made it clear she was even a kobold, and not a huge womb, where her small limbs and hooded head as she panted.

I look like I'm the queen of an ant hive or something, just there to constantly push out babies! Kalyee inwardly screamed, doing her best to steady herself, lest she roll like a huge ball. Gah, maybe Xeno is more insect-like then we thought!

Her clawed feet scuffed the floor like toothpicks next to her belly, as her equally-weedy arms did their best to hold her vast flanks. All the while her bulk rose in her face until her muzzle was almost pressed into it.

I'm so big I can't even see in front of me! Kalyee's thoughts cried as she saw small kicks right before her eyes, her belly seeming to threaten another rapid growth spurt. Oh, maybe it would be better if I just lay on my tummy?

Yet just as those thoughts crossed her mind, and she was terrified she'd be forced to grow until she was the size of the whole temple, a sound met her ears.

"Kalyee! I'm back. Don't worry Sal's..." The huge mother could just about see the doorway to the room around her bulk as Xeno slid to a halt in stunned awe. "By the stars... Y-you... You're huge!"

"Xeno, Xeno, my head's here... I... Please get over here, I need you!" The kobold was not afraid to admit she was terrified this time, and without a second thought, Xeno shook out of their stupor and dashed over. "Oh, thank the goddess, love... I think our brood hatched inside me!"

"I... Oh no, I did this to you, this is my..." Kalyee cut Xeno off with a firm kiss to the lips, the two locked like that for a long moment, before the immobilized kobold drew back, leaving their lover to blush hard and stammer. "I... I... I... Urm..."

"You made me the most fertile mother in the whole world... But yeah... Maybe a little more than I bargained for." Kalyee admitted with a blush of her own. "I feel like there's a whole Koi pond swimming inside me."

At that, her room-sized belly gave another low growl, and shuddered hard, forcing Kalyee to wince. Yet Xeno was there to nuzzle her in a flash as the tapping of claws on stone finally signaled Sallandra's arrival.

"By the great egg, I... I've never seen anything so..." It was the first time Kalyee had ever seen the head priestess speechless, as she pressed a claw to her own pregnant belly and dropped her birth kit in awe. "This is a blessing from the goddess herself!"

At that, the weary owner of the vast, and blessed belly, could only blush, nuzzling into her lover's chitinous snout as she forced around another firm kick.

"Sal... I... I think I may have just become mother to a whole hive!" The head priestess glanced Kalyee's way, stunned for a moment as the kobold's belly gave a new shudder, and she snorted. "Oh... Just feels like ten full-grown dragons inside me."

"T-this is absolutely amazing, Kalyee, you're such a blessed mother!" Sallandra declared, skidding over to Kalyee's head and patting her shoulder. "We must make preparations for a great birth!"

"I think..." Kalyee began, only to be cut off by a sudden bulge, and a grunt. "I think that's great, Sal, but..." She looked to Xeno, who glanced between the two pregnant priestesses unsurely. "I think my mate and I would just like to have somewhere a little more comfortable first."

"Oh right... Yes, that would..." Sallandra blinked, then glanced around before she put a claw to her chin. "Hmm, you seem to be stuck in this room so..." The head priestess grinned. "Oh, I'll see what I can do, my fertile friend."

"You know that one always seems to swim up just to kick the same spot," Kalyee told Xeno as the dragon watched smooth bumps gently rise and fall in her vast belly like a cat tempted by fish. "I think they'll be the strongest one."

"Hehe, strong as their mother," Xeno giggled as they pressed the tip of their snout to the glowing, green bulge. "That's right, you guys have been so rough on mommy, better make up for it with snuggles when you're out."

Oh, they're all adorable. How can I not love my Xeno? _ The bedridden kobold wondered, giggling around a mouthful of grapes as she beckoned for Xeno to come closer so she could rub their side. _Such a perfect hive king and queen we're going to make.

"Oh, that feels so good," Xeno purred like a happy kitten, as Kalyee scratched them just how she always did. "It always feels so good."

"You say that every time, love," the kobold chuckled as she rubbed smoothly. "Best I can give you for pretty much lounging on my belly and rubbing it all day."

True to those words, the room Sallandra had magically modified to be her ceremonial birthing chamber was just large enough for both her and Xeno. While the dragon practically lulled about on her bulk like a cat upon a warm stove, purring all the while.

Goddesses know we needed a bigger room, not just for me, for everyone else. Kalyee thought, knowing that everyone would be there to witness her blessed birth. They chanted for these babies going in, they'll chant when they come out, so much for the lagoon water birth idea though.

"You know I'll always be here, my queen. I'm not leaving you for a moment, not again," Xeno assured as they licked Kalyee's belly lovingly. "I have no idea how much they could still grow."

"Hehe, I'm not sure there's much more they can do, they'll almost be half your size when they're born at this rate," Kalyee chuckled, patting her mate as she was all too aware her babies had still been growing a lot after hatching. "Still, Sal thinks they'll come out all soft, before the shell hardens."

"Yeah, I think she's got that part right," Xeno added with a blush as they rubbed the back of their neck gingerly. "My chitin gets so soft right after I molt... Plus, I remember it being like that when I was younger."

I sure hope she's right, would have loved to see this sudden belly growth coming. Kalyee couldn't help but mentally huff, but she outwardly smiled. Oh, well, I still have my cute bug to look after me.

"Well, at least our brood will have you to teach them all about what they are when they're born," Kalyee assured, and Xeno blushed as their mate added. "I think you'll be a great parent."

"A-are you sure?" Xeno stammered tentatively, glancing at the vast bulk they lounged upon. "I... I'd never want to let them down."

Oh, they're always the nervous hero. Kalyee thought as her smile widened. But so perfect at the same time.

"Xeno, the last thing you'd ever do is let anyone down," Kalyee insisted as she paused and took Xeno's paw to rub her belly together as they always used to. "You feel that, you feel them swimming in there, there's hardly room?"

"I do... I always feel it, but I..." The dragon paused, head drooping. "I did this to you, I made you the size of a whole room and... Well, you can't move! I made you more belly than kobold!"

"Oh yes, that you did, but I think any mother would love to take your ovipositor up the tail and feel this gravid," Kalyee teased with a sly grin as she enticed Xeno closer. "But you're forgetting one thing, love."

"I am?" Xeno asked in confusion, head tilting like a lost puppy as they gave their mate an odd look. "What is it, is something wrong, is..."

Another kiss to the muzzle cut the awkwardly babbling dragon off in a heartbeat as Kalyee did her best to wrap her arms around her lover's horns and hold them there, locked in a passionate embrace. Meanwhile, Xeno purred into the kiss, tongue magically shrinking down to better fit in Kalyee's mouth as the kobold's own danced with it. Like a duet within their muzzles, the pair were sealed together for a long moment before a sudden shudder under them caused Kalyee to eep, and lurch back.

"Gah... Oh my, that was a big kick... Not in the usual place either," the kobold grunted, arms rubbing scales stretch to translucent degrees as she peered over her bulk hopelessly. "Xeno, check the parts I can't see, please."

The dragon nodded, wobbling on their lover's belly like it were a trampoline, before it suddenly went hard under their talons. All the while, Kalyee winced and did her best to crane her neck awkwardly, yet her tiny body was nothing compared to her belly, and the best she could see was the vast sides of her bulk like fleshy cliffs. Another shudder surged through her moments later, and an abrupt pressure began to swell in her nethers.

It was a very odd feeling at first, as if the weight of her brood shoving against her tight passage had suddenly intensified, before water seemed to creep from her packed vent. Almost like she was being brought to orgasm again, Kalyee moaned at the sensation as Xeno glanced up at her and blinked.

"There is something wrong isn't there?" The dragon muttered, eyes narrowing. "You were just trying to distract me with kisses!"

"I... I think... I think they may have been contractions... Love," she admitted sheepishly, before grinning as Xeno's eyes went wide. "Oh yes! my waters just broke," the kobold added, feeling a virtual waterfall roll down her rear as it clenched painfully tight.

"Xeno!" she called, and the dragon was at her side in a flash, as she finally asked. "Better go find Sal again... I'm... Oof! I'm just about ready to pop for real!"
