The storm inside
Walking in the rain with the thunder ripping through the drops warning me that the storm is here.
It keeps getting louder and darker around me and it gets harder to walk on down this path of sound that once was so calm and happy has now turned to horror in the dark wet shadows of the storm.
Let it stop.
Let the sun come out.
Let me walk on to the end but I won't.
I can only choose a new path.
The path I was meant to take to reach love and to be truly happy.
But I still walk this same path I have been walking so long.
I can't figure how to go back because I have gone too far.
I have to be shown the way back to the right path I can't do it alone.
