Ok yall, this is the first piece of writing I've posted. It's just a fun story, though I do plan on doing some more serious stuff in terms of the subject matter. Beat me up in the comments. I'm sure I've got at least of few if not more typos and grammar errors in there. I'll put the story in the description for you lazy folk. Its 4,103 words.

BTW, just now noticing that I never specified what MOS means. In layman terms its just your job in the military.

Ellis Rye rolled out of bed, still wearing his BDU from the day before. He walked over to the mirror and looked at himself. He looked like a midlife crisis at 26 years old. His brown hair was all over the place, bedhead had taken its toll. Though he quickly remedied the problem by planting a camo baseball cap on his head which matched the pattern on his clothing. Pleased with his unkempt complexion he exited his quarters and stepped out into the hot sun.

After his eyes adjusted to the sunlight he began to move towards his NCOs barracks. Before walking five feet, however, he broke out into a sweat. Ellis despised this place, he was familiar with heat, but something about Pensacola's humid air was far worse than anything he had ever experienced. Though no matter how bad it was for him, it had to be unquantifiably worse for his NCO. Being an enormous, bipedal, german Shepard still equipped with her winter coat must be a nightmare.

Once arriving at the hangar that contained her he couldn't help notice how small it was. It couldn't be more than one hundred feet tall. She was 90 feet tall so it had to be a tight squeeze. Maybe this wouldn't be a problem for the Air Force. After all, Pensacola was an Air Base, not an Army Fort. The 18 Foxtrot program was still new to the Airforce, and their Belgian Malinois variants were supposed to be nearly 20 feet shorter than the Army's German Shepards. So it probably wouldn't be as big a problem.

He entered the hanger and heard the unmistakable sound of heavy panting. Confirming his assumption about the heat. Her dog tags were laid out on the floor only a few feet from him. Staff Sergeant "Yula", she hadn't been granted a last name. The Army deemed it unnecessary, originally they were going to be named like tanks, though being named "War Bitch" and "Bad Mama" ended up being detrimental to their psyche. So they resorted to giving more common names like Yula. Before thinking any further, he looked up at the fluffy woman still cleaning her rifle from the previous day's events.

Human or not, she was quite the woman, and no matter how many times he saw her the feeling of awe remained. Muscle covered her arms and legs, though her stomach had grown a pudgy due to her no longer adhering to a strict PT schedule. Her appearance had also been damaged by a missing eye and multiple permanent burn marks from previous combat complications.

Even with these injuries, she remained useful to the military, most giants like Yula were transferred to logistics or mechanical units after sustaining injuries like that. But not her, instead, she tested new equipment and competed in military contractor competitions. She was a product of Raytheon introduced in the mid-90s originally competing with the General Dynamics Doberman. In this case, the Air Force bought the Belgian Malinois made by Lockheed Martin, Yula was her to test the newest addition to the 18 Foxtrot family in a physical matchup.

Ellis's assessment of Yula was cut short, as her nostrils flared, ears perked, then quickly turned to greet Ellis.

"My oh my, breakfast has arrived!" She said smiling, showing off the massive set of teeth she possessed.

"You should try to be more original Staff Sergeant. I don't think you've failed to call me one of the three meals a day, every day since we met." He was nonchalant about it, after all, six years of being called breakfast, and yet, here he remained.

"What would you prefer, fun-size, or how about slim jim?" She was still cleaning her weapon and preparing gear. Ellis sat down on the unattached buttstock of the gun, pondering which nickname he might like.

"Fun size, I like that one." He replied, sarcastically.

"Alright then fun size, what's on the agenda today?" She laid the barrel of her disassembled rifle and sat down on the floor giving her full attention to Ellis.

"As you know you're going to face Corporal Abby, the air force's newest giant, in a sparring match today. You have years of experience over her. I'm certain you'll win." Her tail swayed from side to side, happy that her human friend had unquestionable confidence in her. Also being able to fight on an equal scale was a privilege she hardly ever received. So her excitement was immeasurable.

"You know I can, I've taken down entire tank platoons. This pup will be a pushover."

Pleased with her confidence he patted her on the thigh and looked at the time. Only thirty minutes until the fight. Yet Yula was still in her PT outfit.

"You need to change clothes Yula, I can't have you in front of my new boss with pt gear on. I'm yet to meet him, I don't want first impressions to be ruined by improper dress." It seemed reasonable to him, he had no idea what kind of man this new commander would be. Yula not wearing her BDU was not worth an ass chewing.

"Throw me a bone here Ellis, it feels like the surface of the sun. It's not like I'm naked. Though I am covered in fur, so..." A mischievous smile encompassed her face waiting for Ellis to retort.

"Absolutely not, I somehow doubt a four-star general wants to see your bare breasts on display."

"Respectfully lieutenant, If the officer in this hangar is anything to go off of, then I'd say your assumption is misguided." Her tail swayed and Ellis blushed while keeping as straight a face as possible. He had spent a considerable amount of time around her chest, but that was in the past.

"Our relationship aside, I don't want to have to explain to my boss why you won't wear your uniform." His arms were crossed, trying his hardest to be assertive with her.

In response, she merely shrugged. "I won't let my combat effectiveness be cut down simply because you won't let me wear shorts and a tee-shirt, I'm sure the higher-ups will understand." Ellis relented, he couldn't do much about her not complying. She wasn't a normal dog he could swat with a newspaper when she acted up.

"This new commander might understand if you win. Now then, let's get moving. I need you to kick some ass, proper attire, or not." She rolled her eyes, picked up Ellis, and tucked him up against her stomach. Then set off to the testing grounds to face the Belgian malinois girl.

The testing grounds were only a few miles from the barracks, though Yula wished it was further. Having Ellis in hand was always a pleasure, even if he had become an ass after Officer Candidate School. She then pointed her muzzle to the sky and sniffed the air, smelling the salty breeze of the coast. It was within walking distance but bioweapons don't take vacations. Her ears wilted at the thought of never enjoying such commodities but her mood was recovered when she felt a tiny, warm, signature touching her body. She looked down and saw Ellis leaning into her stomach. Sensing her gaze he looked up at her and gave a light smile. She tenderly smiled back and brought her other hand close, to pet him. When he noticed it however he swatted it away in hopes of saving face if anyone was watching. She humored his feeble attempt to stop her, though it dampened her mood slightly. Even though he had become a grumpy officer, as long as she had her little human, she could stand not going to the beach.

Before long they arrived at the testing grounds, it was more or less a football field enlarged six times over. Meant for giants to PT and do combatives on. The matchup would be decided at the 300-yard line. The very middle of the field.

Though the field itself was hardly the highlight, instead the titanic Belgian Malinois caught their attention, she was noticeably smaller than Yula. However, upon seeing Yula, the younger woman quickly ditched her BDUs opting for the more comfortable PT gear. The small size quickly stopped being an issue, as the shorts and tee-shirt put her thick muscle on display. The woman could have been mistaken for an MMA fighter if not for the height and fur.

"Look what you did Yula, now we've got two giants not adhering to dress standards!" Ellis said.

Yula recoiled ."That's hardly my concern, look at her! She looks like a bodybuilder."

"So what, you outweigh her by a hefty margin."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"I think your size will help you win, anyways I like you softer." Dropping the laid back attitude, he quickly regained his poise. "Though that's hardly the priority right now, set me down by the bleachers." Saddened that his happy mood dissipated so quickly she complied and walked over to the bleachers. Though just as she was about to set him down motion from the Belgian Malinois caught her eye.

She raised him back up, bringing Ellis eye level with her. Confused, he followed her gaze until finishing at the giant corporal. He squinted his eyes and realized what was unfolding, it was a living nightmare.

The Corporal had her human commanding officer in her palm, the barrage of licking and nuzzling in front of superior officers could only serve to be embarrassing. Formalities like that were common with 18 Foxtrots but most never did such things in public. The human in her palm was in on it too. He was laughing and squirming in her hand, loving every second of it.

Yula watched the exchange with much more nostalgia and euphoria. Thinking back to a time when her human was open to that sort of interaction. Though now she could hardly get him to laugh.

Ellis's heart stopped when he felt warm, moist air on his back. He turned to the nose of his NCO less than a few feet away from him.

"Don't get any ideas, I'm not your pet." Ellis said harshly.

"Pet? Hardly, I see you more as a chew toy." He looked back up at her and gestured her to fuck off, only to be met with her jokingly winking at him. Finally, she lowered him to the ground, letting him step out of her palm.

Ellis took a deep breath and started to walk to the bleachers, worried that he'd be confronted by a four-star general about Yulas clothing. He looked back at her walking towards her starting position, noticing her ears dropping. Maybe he had been too harsh, but it couldn't be helped. He wouldn't let his reputation be tarnished by snuggling with his Staff Sergeant.

When he turned back he was met by a large man. Dark skinned, at least 6'5 with the body type of an NFL grade linebacker.

"1st lieutenant Rye, why is your sergeant wearing her PT uniform?" He said in a deep, firm voice.

"Sir, I apologize for her attire, though it was a tactical decision, as not to inhibit her fighting ability." He knew how horrible an excuse it was but it was better than nothing. Preparing for the ass chewing of a lifetime he straightened up.

A large smile appeared on the man's face and he laughed bombastically then setting his hand on Ellis' shoulder and gripping it. "At ease boy, names General Brooks I'm excited to have you under my command youngin." He then pulled Ellis in and pointed at Yula. "And quite frankly, I don't blame her, it's boiling out here and that poor woman is covered in fur."

Remaining uptight Ellis replied, "Thank you for understanding sir. It is much harder to enforce the dress code when the soldier in question is ten times my size."

The man chuckled. "Oh yes, I remember those days. My wife is just as stubborn."

Before replying General Brooks dragged Ellis to his desired seat on the bleachers and sat down beside each other.

"Sir, you try to enforce a dress code on your wife?"

"When I was her officer."

"Oh, what's she like?" Ellis wasn't a fan of idle chit chat, but small talk with his commanding officer could land him some good boy points.

The older man pulled out his phone and opened up a picture of him and his wife. Though the woman was not what he expected. She was an enormous jet black wolfess. The end of her muzzle was grey and she had a body type similar to Yula's.

The older man smiled admiring the picture of his wife. "Yup, that's my woman! We've been together since 87."

"So you must have been one of the original 18 Foxtrots?" Ellis was curious now, wolves were the first iteration of extra-large bipedal canines in military service. Though they were rare now, many had been replaced or died in combat. The high losses were due to the military still trying to understand how to use them properly.

"Oh yeah, I'll never forget the day I got those transfer orders. I went from paratrooper to dog sitter overnight." A frown appeared on Ellis' face, thinking this man understood the shame of dealing with massive canine women. "But I couldn't have been happier! She was the sweetest woman I ever met, so tender and strong!" Resting his arm on Ellis' shoulder, Brooks asked "Tell me, boy, how do you spend time with that big girl?"

"Well we used to spend almost every night together, but that stopped a couple of years ago. It's hard you know, dating a woman that big... while maintaining my reputation." Ellis felt guilt beginning to creep into his mind, stating his intentions out loud made him sound apathetic. Brooks sensed the emotion and bowed his head beckoning for Ellis to continue.

In the same instance, the fight between the two giants had kicked off. With Yula landing a heavy first blow to the Corporal's face. They both watched the fight continue as Ellis tried to put his response together.

"It's just... I know she cares about me, but it's almost too much. She always wants to cuddle, hell not even that, she just always wants me to be with her." Ellis was watching Yula fight, but Brooks had his attention committed to Ellis, determined to help him solve his relationship problems.

"You gotta understand, those canines are physical creatures." He motioned to the two giants fighting furiously on the field. "What cuddling and nuzzling means to them is what intimate conversation means to us. So if you can't or don't want to meet their physical needs, they see it as neglect, or you not liking them anymore."

Ellis immediately jumped to protest him. "Sir I understand that but I don't want to be seen like..." He pointed at the younger officer dripping with slobber a few rows down. "Corporal Abby's commander. A joke of an officer, it's embarrassing and demining."

Brooks shook his head "You damn fool, that man is no embarrassment! He's doing his job and quite frankly, making that girl happy! Ain't nothing demining about keeping morale high!" Ellis accepted that his treatment of Yula was uncalled for. Thinking back to every time he ignored or denied her.

He looked up at Yula who by now had the younger Belgian Malinois in a chokehold.

"What should I tell her Sir?"

"That you're sorry and you can cuddle as much as she needs. I'll make that an order."

Ellis, still watching Yula, answered with "Well that might be a little exces..."

"From the sounds of it, you have two years' worth of intimacy to make up for. So you'd better prepare yourself." Ellis winced but quickly got over it. He'd probably end up just like the slobber-soaked officer of Corporal Abby in a matter of minutes.

Not long after finishing the conversation. The fight ended with Yula being the clear winner. She gave the younger girl some pointers. After a few minutes, the corporal walked towards her human. Once again picking him up and sharing another tender moment filled with mostly wet kisses. She let out a little cooing watching the ordeal, but jealousy quickly took over, knowing that her human was no longer up for that sort of relationship.

Before she could continue remarking at the interaction she heard an unfamiliar voice yelling her name. She looked over unsurprised that it was Ellis and what she suspected was his new commander.

Brooks raised his hands in the air and yelled at Yula as enthusiast as he could. "That was a spectacular performance, by such a pretty woman! Showing the Air Force who's on top is always a feat worth praising!" Yula's tail began wagging at near aircraft speeds after hearing how appreciated her actions were.

She squatted down to hear the two humans better, her shadow covering up the two humans.

"Good job, I'd never expect anything less from you. Now how about we celebrate with a movie marathon and maybe... a little snuggling." He was smiling as warmly as he could at her, trying to rekindle some of the joy he had ripped away from her.

"I'd love that!" She was beaming now, Ellis was willing to spend time with her? Unconcerned where his newfound openness came from, she reached a hand out to stroke him and he accepted it! She couldn't have been happier, but if her tail wagged any faster she might be reclassified as a helicopter.

She reached down, letting Ellis step into her hand. He used her thumb like a railing, helping him climb into her palm. Before she raised her arm up though, Brooks called to Ellis.

"I almost forgot! You're being reassigned, Lieutenant Rye!"

"What?" Yula and Ellis said in unison. Although aggression, not curiosity, marked the tone of Yula's response.

"That's right! You'll be prompted to captain as well as help lead and train the next batch of 18 Foxtrots!"

Ellis hastily exited Yulas palm, running over to Shake Brooks's hand.

"I won't disappoint you, sir!" Ellis said happily.

"I sure hope not!" Said Brooks jocularly.

Ellis could hardly contain his happiness, overjoyed at this new responsibility.

Yula was far from excited. Her tail had screeched to a halt and she began to fill with anger. How could this be happening she thought, he was finally coming around again. Not only that but he was her only real companion, she had no one else. Who is this man to take that away from her?

She stood up and bared her teeth at the General. "NO, you can't transfer him! I won't let you!" She stomped a line of cars in the parking lot, gambling one of them was the generals.

Ellis stepped in front of Brooks fearing Yula might get violent. "Yula calm, down I'm sure you'll get..."

"Get what? All of the sudden you like me again, just to LEAVE? Or was that some calculated goodbye?" She stopped yelling and took a closer look at Ellis' face, he was frightened. But she was still pissed. Instead of continuing to yell or stomping the life out of him, she stormed off.

Ellis turned back to his commander trying to shrug off the intense exchange. "Sir, I'm extremely sorry for her actions."

"No, it's my fault. I should've known she was unstable. I shoulda waited until we were in private."

Even so, Ellis knew ignoring Yula in that conversation was a mistake. He wanted to kiss and make up, or at least not end on bad terms. "Will Yula be accompanying me on this new assignment?"

"No, you'll be appointed a normal-sized second lieutenant as your executive officer. A Staff Sergeant cannot be your immediate subordinate in this case."

"Then might I recommend her for OCS?"

"Well, the Army hasn't had a class of 18 Foxtrot officers." Ellis nearly fainted, how was he supposed to approach her after hearing that? "But you're not the first man to recommend a giant for OCS."

Desperately Ellis replied, "Then will you organize a class?"

"I'll make it happen. Though I think you should take care of the immediate situation."

Ellis "RIght, but I don't have any transportation and your vehicle..." Ellis turned his head to the flattened truck. "Is out of commission."

"Take the corporal, I'm sure she'd be delighted to meet a new human." Ellis's face soured slightly. He could stand one giant fluffy woman, but two, that was pushing it.

Brooks called for the corporal and explained the situation. She agreed to take Ellis to Yula. But Ellis knew this hyper woman would probably try to sneak in a few impromptu sniffs and licks while he wasn't looking.

Before he could set off, once again Brooks stopped him. Hopefully, this time would be less eventful.

"Let me give you one last grain of advice. I proposed to my wife with a forklift. As the ring was a little heavy." Ellis turned his head confused by the seemingly random statement. "What I'm saying is, be understanding you know these girls can be hard to deal with."

"Don't worry sir, she'll be hugs and kisses in no time." Confident, Ellis stepped into the Corporal's hand and began tracking Yula.

Following her path of devastation was easy, giant paw prints weren't exactly hard to spot. As well as the odd, crewless Bradley or Humvee flattened along the path.

Her tracks led South, towards the beach. When they finally arrived Abby set him down a few feet from Yula. He motioned for Abby to leave, she complied and walked off. He finally took in how ridiculous Yula looked. She was a war machine with scars and one eye, yet she looked like a puppy. Her knees were tucked into her chest and ears dropped to either side.

Ellis took a deep breath, even though he was bearing good news he remained concerned over what her reaction might be. He then walked up and sat down beside Yula. "How's it hanging?" he led off while twiddling his thumbs. She only looked down at him disgusted at his question. "Look, I'm sorry but you realize that you caused nearly Fifteen million dollars in damages right?"

She snickered at his horrible apology "That's some apology fun size." She laid on her back, completely stretching out in the warm sand. She then turned her head looking at Ellis dead on, her muzzle in line with him.

"Well, I am sorry, I've been an asshole to you for no good reason."

"Yeah, you have. But I did overreact... a little."

Ellis patted her on the nose, then brought his hand up to his chin. "Though I must admit I never thought totaling my commander's car could earn me a promotion."

"Do what?" She raised up a little, allowing for her head to tilt similarly to normal German Shepards.

"General Brooks is organizing a class of 18 Foxtrots to go through OCS. Of course, you're included." He then lowered his hand from his face, instead opting to hold them behind his back as if in parade rest. "After you finish OCS you'll be put back under my command to help train the next batch of soldiers just like you."

"Holy shit! Really?"

"Yup."

Her face filled with happiness as she sat up completely. Though her expression quickly changed to embarrassment. "Oh lord, what am I supposed to say to your general? I did just crush his car."

"Ahh, don't worry about it, I'm sure he's dealt with something like that before. After all, he lives with a woman your size."

"Oh, so I'm sure I understand the needs of the big women." Finishing this sentence she picked Ellis up and placed him on her stomach.

Ellis rubbed the soft fat and fur, regretting the time he'd spent avoiding moments like this. "Yeah he more or less ordered me to pet you."

She laughed like an evil genius. Causing Ellis to worry a little. "So can I expect my happy little human return?"

"My human?"

She grinned and once again picked him up. Bringing him to the edge of her mouth. "Yes, you might be my officer, but you're my human."

She gave him one sloppy wet kiss then set him back down on her belly. He quietly resumed rubbing her belly, fully giving into it by laying back and performing a snow angel motion.

He paused and took a deep breath soaking in the warm breeze and soft fur of his NCO. "I love you, Yula."

"I love you too, fun size."
