Part 1.9

Author's Note: This is a very long story about a fox. If you're not interested in sitting in for the long run, don't read it and don't give me a bad vote. The story is split into 10 sections and numbered 1.0, 1.1, 1.2... and so on. I will post a new section each day. Please enjoy.

After cleaning up the mess they had made and getting dressed Charlie and Jack went downstairs to confront Charlie's parents. They were watching a TV show when Charlie interrupted: "Um, mom, dad?"
"Yes son?" his dad answered.
"Can Jack stay over tonight?"
Charlie's dad made an interrogative gesture towards Charlie's mother and she waved her hand like it was fine. "Call his parents and if it's ok with them then fine."
Charlie smiled and looked at Jack and they both went upstairs and did just that. Jack was allowed to stay over for the night.
"I only have one blanket, and no spare bed..." Charlie said. "Buuuut I guess that doesn't really matter, does it?"
"Heh, no." Jack replied.
Charlie brushed his teeth and the akita decided to just omit the activity. The fox gave Jack a clean pair of gym shorts to wear to bed, though he only half-expected him to actually wear them, which caused him to giggle in front of Jack again. "Why do I keep doing that?"
The fox and the akita went to bed together. As Charlie half-expected, the gym shorts were gone from Jack's thighs in under a minute after he passed the covers to him. "Aren't you worried about getting caught?" Charlie asked.
"Nah. I can just put 'em on real quick if I need to."
Charlie decided to just keep his boxers on, so he pulled the cord of his lamp to shut it off, then turned away from Jack and prepared to go to sleep. He hadn't had his eyes closed for 10 seconds when Jack scooted over to him and placed his arms around the fox. Charlie felt his warm naked body press up against Charlie's back and his breath on Charlie's neck, which made him smile.
"I... think I love you." said Jack, the last words coming out smoothly and confidently. "I think I'm gay. For you." He whispered into Charlie's ear.
Charlie opened his eyes and turned over to face the akita. He put his arms around Jack and felt his chest rise and fall. They gazed deep into each other's eyes for a full minute until Charlie smiled and whispered:
"This is a big change, but I love you too."
