An epic battle in space leads to the alien creature known as Vasran to flee for his life, his damaged ship only able to get him to a backwater planet that will just keep him alive. With nothing to do but pointing himself at the planet all he can do is hope that he will survive here long enough in order to get his revenge. Can he turn his bitter defeat into a victory?

Meanwhile Sabyn and Trent continued to pretend to study, looking out for good possible candidates that they could bring into the fold while Ark went off to do some reconnaissance. They had been there for hours but in looking for prime subjects that either had the brains, resources, or willpower that would benefit them they were coming up rather lacking. They didn't want to leave the area empty handed, but the longer they sat there the more it appeared that would be the case. "This isn't working," the stag said as he put his book down and rubbed his head.

"What do you think we should do then Master Sabyn?" the cheetah replied as he set down the book he was pretending to read as well, which caused the deer to look at him wearily.

"First of all, don't... just... don't do that," Sabyn said, which caused the alien drone to look at him in slight confusion. "I know Vasran has that whole thing with drones and such calling him that and Ark might be into it but, you know..." Trent continued to stare at him and that caused the stag to sigh. "It's still weird to me, and plus we're in public, so while out and about just call me and Ark by our names with none of that other stuff in front of it, okay?"

Trent nodded and asked if there was anything he would like and when the honorific almost came up again Sabyn thudded his head against the open book on the table. At about that time Ark came up and the stag looked up at him as he hoped that the fox had found something. "I did actually," he said as he motioned for the two to follow. "You're going to want to see this."

The two looked at each other and packed up their books and followed the vulpine down into the basement of the library that had a lounge and the student activities center. There they saw a group of students gathered around what appeared to be a framework of a humanoid robot being controlled by a lion man that stood next to it. Next to him was a male badger that seemed to be doing diagnostic read-outs. "You brought us all the way down here to watch those two display their stupid robot?" Saybn asked with a huff as he crossed his arms.

"Not just that," Ark said as they watched the robot suddenly stop moving and started to spark, causing the two to quickly go over and try to stop it from catching fire. "Those two are the most ambitious students that walk this campus, if anyone is going to give Vasran a boost to help him fight off his nemesis it's going to be those two. All we have to do is show them the benefits of being an alien like we did to you and I'm sure they'd be on board?"

"What about the guy behind them," Trent spoked up behind them as they glanced over at a dragon in a business suit watching the two while shaking his head as the crowd began to disperse. "He a scientist too?"

"I know him..." Sabyn said with a slight frown. "That's Artemis, he's just the money behind the two... I know that he went to the track coach a few months ago to see about sponsorship of his daddy's company on their uniforms and I never thought I heard coach yell louder than he did."

"Well that's pretty ambitious too, right?" the cheetah asked.

The stag just sighed and shook his head. "He's a lazy, spoiled rich kid who thinks he can just buy his way out of anything," he said. "The only reason he's financing those two is because he's going to steal it out from under them if it works and then he can show his daddy that he's worthy of being in business with him. Personally I'd rather not have any of that one's mental processes in this hive mind web thing that Vasran is creating between us."

"Then we don't bring him on as an ally," Ark said as he watched the two scientists begin to haul the defective robot back towards the engineering department. "We just do what Vasran did to Trent; his money could help Vasran get the supplies he needs and those two have intellectual resources too. Still... this is going to be risky doing three on three, I wish Vasran was here to help us."

"Well Vasran isn't here," Sabyn said in a sudden burst of inspiration as he clutched his fist. "Now I know that I haven't exactly completely embraced this weird alien thing that I am now but if we're going to do this then we're going to do it right! Now Vasran gave us a job to do and I'll be damned if we let this opportunity slip by! Plus... seeing that douchebag dragon as a drone might also be fun."

Ark and Trent looked at each other before the two of them shrugged their shoulders. "Well, that's the spirit I guess." Ark said with a nod. "Let's go make him proud and show him that we're worthy of him bringing us in as a part of his species... or something."

About thirty minutes later the lion and badger managed to get their prototype back on the harness, both of them breathing heavily from hauling the metal up to the area of the mechanical lab that they had reserved for them. "I can't believe you two," the dragon growled as he came up behind them. "I should have known after the university cut your project funding that this was a sink hole. Can you please explain why I've sunk all this money into something that looks like a five year old made it out of an erector set?"

"Don't get started with me Arte, I'm not in the mood right now," the lion growled as the badger began to shrink away from the two arguing. "And like I've told you a thousand times before we had won a grant, not got funded by the school, you just wanted to spend your daddy's money on something that Harold and I have been working on for three years so you didn't look like a worthless sack of scales."

"Perhaps we should just all walk away from one another for a bit, right Sam?" the badger said as he saw the dragon's face twist into a look of utter rage. "So the test didn't work out great, all the moving parts are fine it's just the power supply to put them in motion is too weak. We're really close here, honest."

"Close isn't good enough anymore!" Artemis shouted as Sam huffed and went to his computer screen with the angry male close behind. "I know you might think that just going around pretending to be things might be good enough for you but I didn't think being a scientist was one of them! Or are you also hiding the fact that you're an incompetent idiot, is that what I'm hearing, Sam?"

The dragon's emphasis on the lion's name caused him to turn around and grab the dragon by the collar, pushing the surprised male all the way through the lab and knocking stuff over before he slammed him into the wall. "Looks like I can still kick your ass all over this place," Sam almost snarled as Harold came up and attempted to calm his companion down. "Now get the hell out of my sight before I send you home to daddy with your own tail shoved down your throat."

"You... you really think you can intimidate me like that?" Artemis replied as he put on the best smirk he could despite the rest of his body shaking. "You just assaulted me and I have a witness. When my lawyers get done with you I'll make sure that every penny you ever make goes to me."

As the two glared daggers at one another they were suddenly interrupted by the lights in the lab going out, the darkness enveloping them for a few seconds before the back-up lights kicked in and only in their section of the lab. The three looked around in confusion as even the exit lights were out and what appeared to be the hallway's as well as they were surrounded by a wall of blackness. Sam let go of the dragon and the three looked around the lighted area that they were in, hearing someone moving about in the wall of darkness beyond their vision. At first the three just looked at each other but as the sounds continued all around them they quickly backed up against one another and tried to look out at what was causing such a noise.

"I-Is this some sort of joke?" Harold asked as Sam put a paw against him and pushed the badger behind him. "What's going on?"

"Something that I don't have to take," the dragon huffed as he walked to the edge of the pool of light they stood in. "Hey, you idiots out there! If you don't knock this off right now I'm going to make sure that each and every one of you are expelled from this school! Now turn the lights back on right now you cowards or I'll-"

Artemis' rant was cut short as the other two saw something glimmering like white rubber stretch out from the darkness and coil around his draconic form like a snake, pinning his arms to his sides and causing him to shout. The dragon looked back at the two and shouted for them to help him, but the two scientists were paralyzed with fear as the shining appendage slithered up the dragon's body before the tip was right in front of his face. At this point Artemis started to scream for help but was quickly cut short as the tip of the tail unfurled and revealed a wiggling tentacle that shoved itself into his maw before the rubber flap completely engulfed his head. The two pressed against one another as the struggling dragon's movements began to slow, then completely drop away before he was dragged into the darkness.

"Now that he's out of the way..." a voice said from the darkness as an arctic fox stepped out from the shadows and into the pool of light, except that his body looked like it was covered head to toe in white latex. "I was wondering if we could have a little word with you in private. Of course if you run then we'll be forced to do the same to you what we did to your dragon friend there, so I'd advise against it."

"What... are you..." Sam asked as he continued to stand between the strange creature and the badger behind him. "What do you want with us?"

The closer that Ark stepped forward the clearer that he wasn't just an arctic fox, the horns, thicker tail, spikes, and slightly reptilian feet giving him an alien feel to him as he grabbed a chair and sat down on it. "We're here to give you something that few know they want but many would die for. In exchange for joining us we'd be able to transform your body so that-"

"Deal," the lion said so suddenly that it completely knocked the alien vulpine off his groove.

"I... uh..." Ark said before he looked into the darkness, which then disappeared as a similarly shiny creature near the back turned the lights back on from the circuit breaker. A rubber alien stag also was standing there in shock while his tail continued to be wrapped around the prone dragon. "Just like that?"

'Just like that." The lion replied with his arms crossed. "But only if you're ability to transform me goes beyond those strange accessories you got and the rubber skin."

"I... don't think this is wise..." the badger said as he poked his head around. "What if they're demons or something and want your soul?"

"If they were demons it wouldn't change my answer," Sam said. "Are we going to do this or not?"

"Whoa whoa whoa," Ark said as he motioned for Trent to come over while Sabyn began the process of turning the dragon into a servant like the cheetah was. "Now while I was hoping that this would go smoothly I didn't think that it would be like this, I mean I didn't even go into the whole thing where you get a bunch of abilities and you're helping us defend against someone who's coming to kill our leader.. Are you... like, one of those people that are into rubber or something? Not that I'm judging, I mean look at us, I wasn't huge on tit but after a couple romps in the hay like this I can definitely see the appeal."

The lion rolled his eyes and shook his head. "I'm just going to go ahead and show you to save us all some time," he said as he began to itch against the side of his mane. Though the badger continued to say that he didn't have to do this Sam waved him off and finally got underneath what he was looking for, slowly working his fingers around the fake mane before pulling it off. All the aliens in the room gave an ah of realization as the feline pulled of their lab coat and t-shirt to reveal the binders underneath.

"Okay, that totally makes sense now," Sabyn spoke up from the back. "Not Samuel, but-"

"Samantha," the lioness replied for the stag. "Something that dick you got in your tail... whatever was very keen to remind me of while working with us. Harold and I agreed that if we got this hunk of junk running that he would pay for my treatments in exchange for letting him claim he was the mastermind behind it. Of course with the way he's looking I don't think that really matters much anymore."

Ark looked back to see that the alien rubber had already begun to assimilate the scales of the dragon as Sabyn, who had been chosen for the task due to his attempting to get a Master's in Psychology, did the mental reconditioning to make him more servile without crushing his will as Vasran warned them not to do. When Trent got up next to the vulpine he asked if such a request was even possible and Ark honestly didn't know. He wished he could mentally get in contact with Vasran to ask but he wasn't strong enough to establish telepathic links. One thing he did have however was access to the pool of knowledge they shared and when he looked into transformative abilities he saw that from the looks it was indeed possible.

"So you want to be male," Ark said to confirm, the lioness nodding her head before he looked down to the badger behind him. "What about you, want to be female?"

"Oh no, I'm fine with what I am," Harold replied sheepishly. "I just was supporting Sam, he's been my best friend since grade school and the only one besides Artemis that knew what was going on."

"I admire your loyalty," Ark commended, though he could also see a hint of devotion there as well as he turned to the cheetah. "Hey Trent, why don't you take care of changing our badger friend while I go with the lion-to-be. With the additions he wants it'll be better if someone closer to the source takes care of it."

"What, so I get stuck with the tail job on the dragon?" Sabyn said as he crossed his arms in a huff. "Lame..."

Ark just chuckled and moved up to Sam, who even without her male disguise had a very commanding posture about them. "Look, I want to be upfront and honest about this..." the vulpine admitted. "While I'm positive that your alien form will be male I'm not sure if it's going to translate through your guise. You could still look female even after the transformation..."

"At this point I'm willing to take the chance," Sam replied as they began to strip. "So how does this work?"

"Well normally we just have sex..." Ark admitted. "I think if we're focusing down there though we shouldn't be messing around in that area, so I think-"

Sam didn't even give Ark the chance to finish as he said he got it and gave him a wink before pushing him up onto one of the stainless steel tables. Tools went crashing to the ground as Ark fell onto his back, the latex squeaking against the metal as Sam grabbed onto his cock with one hand and began to suck on it. It was clear that nothing was going to stand in the feline's way of what they wanted and if the more willing the better the psychic connection than Vasran was about to get a huge surge of power. At the moment however all he could focus on was the tongue swirling around his rubber cock.

As he felt the alien latex begin to shift onto the lion he could already see that their wishes were already starting to manifest, synthetic hairs spreading out to form into a shiny latex mane as they were assimilated. The bindings that they had worn around their chest also fell away to reveal the pectorals that had already started to form on the lion's already impressively muscled physique. Ark could tell that they had probably gone to the gym a lot in order to build muscle, now they could help even more as Sam bobbed their muzzle up and down on his cock fervently. Just as their paw started to stroke the root of the vulpine's maleness they let out a gasp and fell back, disappearing from the fox's sight as he quickly scrambled over to see what was wrong.

"It's starting," Sam said, the feline's voice deepening with a growl as their paws reached down between their legs. "It feels so good..." The lion let out moan and arched his back as his fingers played with the small but rapidly thickening rubber cock, his legs sliding against the floor from the sheer pleasure as they began to play with their new tool. Ark grinned as he watched the latest of their alien converts thoroughly enjoying themselves and decided to add to the fun.

Before the male rubber lion could ask what Ark was doing he had already straddled his legs around their chest, keeping him in place as he reached back to grab the still thickening cock. "Well I think such a fine tool should be put to use as soon as possible," Ark said as he felt the tip of it pop into his rubber hole, the sides stretching out to accommodate it as they both shuddered from the feel of latex on latex. "Don't you think?"

All Sam could do was groan in response as he felt his new cock sink deep into the male on him, the tailhole squeezing it as to his side Trent had begun a full body massage of the badger. Not opting for the sexual route Harold agreed nevertheless to follow his friend into the throes of being an alien as Trent massaged his rubbery body all over him. That meant two more allies for Vasran, Ark thought between gasps as he began to slide himself up and down, and hopefully the start of many more as he quickly began to ride that cock.

*****************************

A few hours later everyone had met back at Trent's place, though now the little house was getting full with all the alien creatures that it housed. Bernard, who had gained quite a bit of muscle to the point he was almost back to normal, and Rocco stood and kept guard as Vasran looked over the two new allies that Ark had gotten him. The male lion and badger had been excellent grabs, and when Sabyn explained to the alien lizardman what the dragon could do for them besides just serve them he was glad for that as well. With those two plus the one that he grabbed in the gym he could feel his powers growing even stronger, though he was still nowhere near where he wanted to be should his rival appear.

"So I want Sam and Harold to stay with me tomorrow to help me plan," Vasran instructed. "With their expertise on human technology I think they can help me with a little project that I've been working on, as well as share their insights with me on the technology of this world. Ark, you and Sabyn and go out with the new guy we brought in to try and find more like them, I can't stress more than ever that time is of the essence... already I can feel my enemy's presence growing closer and if he knows where I am than it's only a matter of time."

"We got your back Vasran," Ark said. "Sabyn and I were discussing it and tomorrow we were thinking of heading towards the other science wings of the university. Who's joining us tomorrow?"

"Otter named Leonard," Rocco said as he continued to curl the arm weights he had while keeping a look out. "We met him at the fitness center after doing Bernard's training session."

"I know who Leonard is," Bernard spoke up this time. "He's the new captain of the water polo team after the last guy had to transfer out."

"Makes sense," Rocco replied. "He was in a speedo and said that he was going to be able to convert some people tonight, he must be talking about during their practice at the pool."

As the group continued to discuss Vasran suddenly had an uneasy feeling, one that he hadn't gotten for a very long time... that he had somehow made a mistake. Something about what they said didn't sit right with him and the longer he thought about it the more it continued to bother him. After a few minutes it was Ark that finally sparked an epiphany when he said he was going back to his apartment quick to grab something. "Oh no..." Vasran said as he looked at Ark, who saw the concern in the alien's eyes which caused him to stop dead in his tracks and look at him. "I fear I've just made a terrible mistake..."

Meanwhile Rove gasped for breath as he finished doing his laps, feeling the burn in his muscles as he completed another of his exercise routines. The pool area was quiet, the last people in there was the water polo team that seemed to talk more than work out, though their exercise regimen didn't really matter to the wolf anyway. Still he liked being alone, the stillness of the water broken only by his own body as he flopped onto his back for a cool down. As he got to the other side of the pool however his view of the ceiling was suddenly obstructed by an otter grinning down at him.

The wolf nearly choked on the water he splashed up in surprise as he turned to see the other male sitting there on the edge of the pool with a grin on his face. "Geez man, you scared the life out of me," Rove said as he took a second to catch his breath while he treaded water. "If you're here to try and switch me over from the swim team to the water polo squad I'm going to tell the same thing that I did to your coach that I'm not going to abandon my team like that."

"Well while I find your loyalty admirable it's not the water polo team that I want to recruit you for," Leonard said as his grin grew wider and he got up. "Of course I'm sure you're already tired from your workout, why don't you come up with me onto the bleachers and we can discuss it? It'll only take a few moments of your time, I promise."

Rove wondered what the mustelid could possibly be offering him as he nodded and swam to the edge, Leonard helping him up with surprising strength before the two walked towards the first set of bleachers. The entire time the wolf started getting a strange vibe as he watched the otter sit down before patting down the seat next to him. There was a moment of hesitation as the wolf contemplated just saying good-bye but since this was a fellow aquatic athlete he may as well see what he had to say. For a few seconds the two speedo-clad males sat in silence, the only sound coming from the pool filters and the lapping of the water against the edge of the pool itself.

"You know, I was watching you do your laps while we were having our own practice," the otter said as he lightly placed his hand on the shoulder of the wolf, using the information he had pulled up before when he was converting several members of the water polo team to various allies, servants and bodyguards. He always had been an overachiever but this time it was to help an entire alien race he was a part of and if he could bring a bunch of people that would help and make Vasran proud that would be even better. "You are extremely dedicated to your team and your craft, I really think we could use you."

Even though it sounded like something that Rove would normally walk away from there was something about the otter that kept him there, mesmerized by something that the charismatic male had as he continued to hold his shoulder. The more Leonard talked the more he felt the desire to do something that he normally wouldn't have done before, especially not with another guy. As Leonard leaned in though to whisper something more dramatically the wolf couldn't take it anymore and brought his muzzle into a kiss.

The sudden show of affection surprised Leonard as it wasn't where he had been intending to go, all he had been trying to do was make the wolf more receptive to what he was saying and ended up getting a tongue in his mouth instead. As the two shared the kiss the otter began to feel his guise slipping, rubber appearing on his muzzle as their lips remained connected. As he got about halfway through his transformation back into his rubber self the sudden change of texture seemed to signal the wolf that something was wrong and when he opened his eyes he found himself staring at one eye covered in black latex while the other was still normal. The sight caused Rove to pull backwards and when he did he fell off the bleachers and broke the connection that Leonard had made with him.

"What the hell?!" Rove shouted as Leonard quickly tried to put back up his otter form, though by this point he knew the canine had seen too much. "Get away from me!"

"Rove, please, calm down and listen," Leonard said, though it was clear the other male was having none of it as he continued to back away from the advancing otter.

"Stay away from me!" Rove shouted, eventually getting to the ladder of the pool so he could quickly stand himself up to run. "Someone help!" Before he could get out another word or run towards the locker something shiny and black darted out and covered his face, the wolf letting out a muffled cry as the tentacle inside of the alien tail flap of the otter pushed its way into his maw to pacify him. Leonard just stood there shaking his head in disappointment as he watched Rove claw unsuccessfully at the latex adhered to his face before he fell to his knees, than onto the side of the pool with a splash.

"What a pity..." Leonard said with a loud sigh as he went over and slid the wolf's semi-conscious form away from the edge of the water before looking at it. "He would have made a great ally. Ah well, according to the knowledge pools if something like this happens he needs to either be a servant, bodyguard, or drone... looks like drone is more for punishment so that's out. Doesn't really have the muscle-tone for bodyguard so I guess servant it is."

As Leonard watched the latex begin to pour out of his tail flap and ooze down the wolf's body he saw the canine begin to shudder as their alien will slowly wormed its way into his mind. Before he could do much though everything suddenly went bright white and opaque as something slapped against his head. When he tried to get it off he found it stuck to his fur which had already begun to revert back to its rubbery state. Before he could fight against it too much a somewhat familiar tentacle pushed its way into his mouth and he suddenly felt an intense, almost angry pressure push down on his already altered psyche as his felt his facial features shift...

Ark stood over the otter's twitching form as the fur turned back to black rubber while Vasran immediately went over to Rove. With a pinch in just the right spot he dislodged the tail from Rove's face and saw that most of his head had already been covered in alien rubber, but if it hadn't seeped in yet... "Can you save him?" Ark asked as he watched Vasran look inside Rove's mouth. "Vasran! Can you save him!?"

"I think Leonard had just started the process," Vasran replied as he put his hand over Rove's head and concentrated. "If I have enough power I think I can reverse it, thankfully Leonard was a busy boy before he started this conversion."

As Ark watched on the alien rubber lizardman grunted and used his power to absorb the material back into himself. After a few seconds it stuck to his hand like glue and he thought it might be too late, but as he continued to focus and pull it into himself more of Rove's features began to emerge from the rubber. In less than a minute Rove's face was back to normal and he immediately went over to trying to fix the mental aspects as well. At this point he was powerful enough that he could edit a bit of memory, taking out the last bit of Leonard coming on to him and showing he was an alien and instead replacing it with the feeling of exhaustion before falling asleep right there on the bench.

"I can't believe this..." Ark said through gritted teeth as he stayed there above the otter while Vasran scooped up the wolf and put him where his edited memory said he would be. Though Vasran and Ark had not gotten there in time to interrupt the process and with the rubber lizardman still unable to send mental messages to stop the otter they did get to the observation deck in time to see the two kiss. He knew Ark had been floored by the sight, especially since he assumed that Leonard had done something to make such a thing happen.

"I managed to fix most of the damage," Vasran said as he stood up, running a rubber hand through Rove's still wet hair before catching himself and standing up. "He might be a little subservient for a while but that should pass in a day so if you want to express-" his words stopped cold as the vulpine removed his tail, exposing the smooth, almost featureless face of the rubber otter beneath him. "You... droned him?"

"It's his punishment," Ark nearly snarled as he turned back to Vasran, his shiny white face wet with tears. "He was going to make him a servant, after all I did to protect him from this face he still nearly managed to get caught up in all this."

"That is no excuse to drone an ally!" Vasran nearly shouted. "He didn't know, my network isn't strong enough to share memories yet! I don't have the power to change him back, he's going to be stuck like that for quite a while!"

"Good!" Ark shouted back. "He deserves it! And you know what, you should too! You promised me that nothing would happen to Rove and he was twenty seconds away from becoming just like Trent! I wish I had never saved you in the first place!"

The words struck Vasran like a dagger, not only because it fractured the already fragile psionic bonds he had but also because he literally just wished that he had let the lizardman parish. Before Vasran could recover to say anything the vulpine reverted back to his disguise and stormed off, prompting the alien to follow him...

A few minutes later Rove woke up and looked around, scratching his head as he saw that he was still at the pool before he remembered that he had overexerted himself. He went and got changed before heading back to his apartment, finding that the lights and television were still on and seeing the shadow of a person on the couch. "Oh hey Ark," the wolf said as he tossed his wet speedo and towel into his room to wash later. "I don't suppose you made yourself anything extra for dinner I might have right away? I passed out at the pool and had the strangest dream, something about rubber creatures and... uh..."

Rove lost his train of thought as the shadow in the living room moved and stood up to reveal itself as not his roommate. "Oh trust me," the latex lizardman said with an evil grin as he clicked his claw fingers together. "I know exactly what kind of dream you're talking about..."
