The Nimen Family
#1 of Your Move!
Hi there! my name is Gen; Gen Nimen, turbo duelist from satelite and adopted son of the Nimen family, one of the richest famalies in new domino and how did I get adopted well this story will tell you all.
It was a rainy day in new domino as the people walked or drove to their homes and apartments. Richard Nimen and his wife Sonia, both wolves were on their way home after picking up their three daughters from cheerleading practice at their school, their names were Bridgette, Gwen and Tanya, they were triplets and all three had the same amount of brains as well as their love for cheerleading.
On their way home the girls got hungry and the family decided to stop by a restaraunt for some burgers and fries, as they ate their meal Gwen; The oldest saw something rummaging through the trash as did the others. Richard went out with his wife to investigate and what they found shocked them, it was a nine year old wolf cub in rags sifting through the garbage for half a cup of soda, a small chunk of burger and an unfinished pack of fries but before he could start eating he saw the two of them and made a run for it into the rain.
"HEY WAIT!! STOP!!!"
Richard was a member of sector security so his training kept him fit as he chased the cub through the alley ways and several garbage bins until at last the cub was cornered and curled himself up and began to tremble and whimper in fright as Richard got a good look at him while his wife and three daughters arrived on the scene.
"Oh you poor thing..."
"*whimper!!* don't hurt me please!! *sobs*"
"Shh no it's alright."
The cub had bruises all over his body, no doubt from duel gangs or people that threw him out of their trash bins and beat him up for scaring away their customers, then a card dropped from the rags, as Richard picked it up he found himself staring at the rare Red Dragon Archfiend, not wanting the card to get ruined he placed it in his deck container on his belt while Sonia wrapped the cub in her jacket as they headed back to the restaraunt and drove home.
The next day the cub was in the hospital to be treated for his bruises and have his teeth checked while the doctors looked for any possible records which they found as one of them approached the nimen family.
"What did you find?"
"His name is Gen, no last name and...ah! his parents were killed in a car crash when he was just a newborn."
"Oh my..."
"When he was placed in foster care the CPS made a grave error by making him live with a drunk who abused him just for fun, big surprise-anyway when they caught whiff of this securities came by and arrested the guardian but by the time they got there Gen ran away."
The nurse came out of the room holding a dirty rag that was used to wash Gens fur and through the window they could see him being combed by the nurse and when he looked back at them the girls waved hi as he shyly waved back, then at last he was given a new set of clothes and a descent meal after Richard handed him back his card.
"So Gen what were you doing by the restaraunt?"
"Looking for food...the manager usually gives me a free meal but he was sick today and the assistant manager was a jerk who just threw wrappers at my face."
"Well we're going to look after you now so don't worry."
Gen was later brought to the nimen family mansion, it had everything you'd expect. Servants a giant pool, game room for the kids and a private dueling arena for both standing duels and turbo duels.
"Wow...."
"This way young master."
One of the servants showed Gen to his room since he was going to be a guest with the nimen family and as he unpacked he revealed a deck hidden in his clothes, no doubt to hide it from the duel gangs that bullied him and each card was a dragon type monster but his favorite of all was Red Dragon Archfiend as he placed it safely back in the deck before being called down to join the nimen family for lunch.
They all just stared at him in amazement as he munched down his entire meal leaving the plate completely spotless before he calmly drank his soda.
"Um Gen?"
"Yes misses Nimen?"
"The family and I were thinking and though we've only known you for two days but we were thinking....would you like to join our family?"
Gen was at a loss for words, a small tear dropped from his face since he lived a life where most people would just beat him up or reject him then as he smiled he nodded yes and they all ran in for a family group hug as the girls welcomed their new brother and their parents welcomed their new son.
Before long the adoption papers were signed and Gen now lived as a member of the nimen family.
